Abstract

Dalam era yang serba digital perlu adanya keamanan khususnya pada keamanan data diri kita. Data diri seperti, nama, alamat, nomer telpon, foto diri kita dan juga data keluarga, erat sekali untuk di bobol dan di salah gunakan oleh seseorang atau pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab dalam hal kejahatan maupun penipuan. Dampak yang ditimbulkan daripada Penyebaran Data Pribadi ini adalah rusaknya reputasi pribadi karena data diri yang banyak tersebar di internet, timbulnya perundungan dan juga pelecehan seksual berbasis internet, data diri yang berpotensi dijual, dan tertekannya seorang korban penyebaran data pribadi sehingga menimbulkan trauma psikis. Maka dari itu pentingnya diri kita untuk menjaga data pribadi seperti KTP dari Kejahatan, Serangan Sosial, Penyalahgunaan identitas, dan kriminalitas, serta waspada dengan adanya isu cyber yang marak sekali di dunia maya. Implementasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital jika berhasil dilaksanakan maka sangat membantu semua pihak, pemerintah dapat menghemat anggaran karena mengurangi pengadaan blangko KTP elektronik, masyarakat dimudahkan karena tidak perlu fisik KTP elektronik dalam proses pelayanan.Pada kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman masyarakat tentang penggunaan teknologi. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapat secara langsung di lapangan secara observasi langsung. Sementara data sekunder didapat dari jurnal dan referensi lain dari internet.Dari data di atas dapat dikatakan bahwa Implementasi Aplikasi IKD di Kecamatan Pakis sangat meningkat dari Bulan Januari hingga Bulan Februari dimana yang dilayani kebanyakan jiwa penduduk yang baru berusia 17 tahun keatas dan ada juga yang dikarenakan KTP rusak dan hilang.Penerapan Aplikasi Identitas Kependudukan (IKD) masih terbilang baru khususnya pada kecamatan Pakis, tetapi dari hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan hampir keseluruhan masyarakat kecamatan Pakis mendukung atas progam Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) yang di terapkan. Meskipun Aplikasi IKD sudah diterapkan namun belum mengetahui apakah sudah efektif atau tidak, setidaknya di Kecamatan Pakis sudah diketahui seberapa banyak masyarakat yang sudah Aktivasi IKD di Kecamatan Pakis. Dari sebagian masyarakat Pakis juga sudah mengaktifkan Aplikasi IKD yang digunakan untuk pelayan publik dan pelayanan lainnya seperti mengambil bantuan maupun proses pelayanan di Bank. Ada juga masyarakat yang belum mengaktifkan IKD (Identitas Kependudukan Digital) dikarenakan faktor usia dan faktor lainnya seperti masyarakat yang disabilitas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance in Gen Z. This sort of investigate is affiliated investigate. The population in this study is Gen Z who are working in Indonesia. Based on these considerations, the number of research samples is 100 Gen Z who are working in Indonesia. Data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results show that emotional intelligence has significant effect on employee performance in Gen Z.

Abstract

The trend in used car prices always depends on market conditions, consumer demand, and also the strength of the product itself. Used car sales can still grow in Indonesia because the car ownership ratio is still low and there is a lot of demand from the first time buyer segment. Therefore, used cars are an option for consumers who want cars at more affordable prices. Indeed, it must be admitted that many certain consumers prefer to choose used cars for certain brands or types for various reasons. This research aims to analyze digital media marketing strategy to increase car sales. This type of research is field research. The research informants were 20 used car sales entrepreneurs in Medan City. The analysis method used in this study is the field qualitative method. Based on the research results show that used car sales businesses in Medan City have implemented a marketing strategy through digital media, which means that it can increase car sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis apakah penerapan manajemen dalam bidang olahraga memberikan hasil yang lebih baik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi membaca, wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan observasi. Peneliti menggunakan statistik univariat. Peneliti mengamati bahwa organisasi dengan manajemen profesional di bidangnya biasanya mencapai keseimbangan ekonomi yang lebih baik. Klub olahraga dengan manajemen profesional juga cenderung mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dalam mengelola sumber daya dan biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan finansial dan operasional dapat menghasilkan manfaat yang signifikan. Selain itu, manajemen yang baik juga dapat membantu dalam hal pengelolaan biaya operasional yang lebih efisien, serta meningkatkan produktivitas secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

An important factor in the success of a business is the performance of the promotion and marketing team. Management does everything to attract the attention and interest of potential buyers and also loyal customers. Digitalization and globalization have resulted in a massive number of producers, products and services. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables perceived usefulness, facilitating conditions and subjective norms on the intention to subscribe to Netflix on-demand streaming service. The researcher conducted descriptive and verification analysis, where the researcher tested the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely the intention to subscribe. The researcher suggests that management continue to innovate Netflix services, be it the team's service in the field, good response from customer service and the quality of movies that continues to improve. This aims to create a good perception of the benefits of using Netflix services. The suggestion for the government is to continue to improve digital infrastructure to support the growth of digital-based businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that affect users' satisfaction with mobile banking apps. This study was carried out with a quantitative methodology. Users of mobile banking apps make up the study's demographic. Purposive sampling was used to choose 200 samples with active user criteria, ensuring that the participants in the study who answered the questionnaire were actual users of the mobile banking app. After that, analysis was done with Smart-PLS software and the PLS-SEM technique based on outer and inner models and demographics. It is possible to draw the conclusion that, in general, consumers are happy with the mobile banking application based on the discussion's outcomes. The variables content, accuracy, convenience of use, timeliness, system quality, information quality, and service quality that affect user satisfaction with the mobile banking application are the subject of seven recognized theories. One hypothesis is found to be false. This indicates that consumer happiness is unaffected by the variable. According to the study's findings, in order to keep users of the mobile banking app satisfied, it is imperative to maintain or enhance the system's quality, information quality, convenience of use, timeliness, content, and service quality.

Abstract

Within the context of Islamic economics, this study examines the dynamic interactions between the growth of microfinance and the creation of financial products based on Sharia. The study used a quantitative research methodology to examine significant variables, including the expansion of financial instruments that comply with Sharia law, the availability of microfinance, and the socioeconomic consequences of these endeavors. The study covers a wide range of Islamic economies and uses statistical methods to evaluate the relationship between the uptake of financial products based on Sharia and the improvement of microfinance services. The results provide quantitative insights into how Islamic finance and microfinance are developing, with implications for future research projects, financial institutions, and regulators.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate landscape of women's entrepreneurship within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, examining the challenges, opportunities, and the broader societal implications. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we surveyed 500 women entrepreneurs and conducted in-depth interviews and case studies to provide a comprehensive understanding. The quantitative analysis illuminates the demographic profile, business characteristics, and challenges faced, while qualitative insights offer depth and context. Thematic analysis captures the narratives of resilience, determination, and community impact. The findings contribute to the discourse on women's entrepreneurship, guiding policymakers, businesses, and support organizations toward fostering a more inclusive entrepreneurial environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

Minat pembelian ulang konsumen merupakan tahapan selanjutnya dari minat pembelian yang sangat dapat diperngaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor. Dua faktor tersebut di antara yang lain adalah Brand Image dan Customer Experience. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaiaman pengaruh variabel langusung kering Brand Image dan Customer Experience terhadap Custoer Repurchase Intention. Berbeda dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menambahkan variabel Kualitas Produk sebagai variabel moderasi yang peneliti yaknini dapat mmiliki arah hubngan positif dan memperkuat pengaruh secara lebih signifikan varaibel Brand Image dan Consumer terhadap variabel Consumer Repurchases Intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplantori. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner terhadap seluruh 300 siswa yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia yang menggunakan tiktokshop minimal selama 1 bulan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the integration of corporate social responsibility and environmental, social, and governance (ESG). This study employed a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data sources in this study are secondary data sources. Secondary data sources were obtained from books, journals, and related sources. The research results show that the integration of corporate social responsibility and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) is an evolution in which the more qualitative, often voluntary, corporate social responsibility is transformed into a measurable, strategic, and fundamental environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework for building sustainable businesses and attracting investors. This integration involves integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics directly into core strategies, rather than simply as add-on programs. The goal of integrating corporate social responsibility and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) is to attract investors and funding, enhance the company's reputation and image, improve risk management, achieve operational efficiency and cost savings, and achieve long-term sustainability.
