Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the era of digital transformation has significantly changed various aspects of organizational operations. PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo, a company engaged in information technology services and customer service management, faces challenges in managing customer tickets that are still carried out manually, resulting in data recording delays, duplication, and lack of transparency in ticket resolution status. This research aims to analyze existing system problems, design and build a web-based customer ticket information system using the Prototype method, and evaluate system quality based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. The research used a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. System development used the Prototype method which includes planning, design, development, testing, and iteration stages. The system was modeled using UML, including use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. Quality testing using ISO/IEC 25010 covers aspects of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Reliability, Security, Compatibility, maintainability, and Portability. The results show that the developed system is able to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of customer ticket management, provide real-time monitoring, and produce service reports automatically. Quality evaluation results indicate that the system meets user needs and is feasible to implement in the company.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged companies to switch from conventional sales systems to digital-based systems in order to improve operational efficiency and service quality. PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia still uses a manual sales management system, causing problems such as inaccurate data recording, difficulty in monitoring transactions in real-time, and lack of integration between business processes. This study aims to design a digital sales system using the Prototype method and evaluate its quality based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. A mixed method approach was applied through qualitative data collection (observation, interviews, and documentation) and quantitative analysis through system quality testing. System modeling using UML includes Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. The system is implemented on a web-based platform using a MySQL database. ISO/IEC 25010 testing results indicate Functional Suitability (94.5%), Usability (91.2%), Performance Efficiency (89.7%), Reliability (92.3%), and Security (90.1%), with an overall average of 91.6% categorized as Very Good.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged organizations to improve the quality of information technology services in order to support the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo, as a company engaged in information technology services, faces several challenges in managing helpdesk services, including manual ticket recording, delays in handling user complaints, difficulties in monitoring problem resolution status, and a lack of transparency in service processes. These issues have the potential to reduce service quality and user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based helpdesk system that can improve report management effectiveness, accelerate problem resolution processes, and provide more accurate and integrated service information. The system development method used is the Prototype model because it facilitates continuous communication and evaluation with users, resulting in a system that better meets organizational requirements. Furthermore, software quality testing is conducted based on the ISO 25010 standard to ensure that the system satisfies quality aspects such as functional suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, security, compatibility, and maintainability. The results of this study indicate that the designed web-based helpdesk system simplifies ticket management, improves service response time, facilitates monitoring activities, and supports decision-making through structured and well-documented information. Therefore, the developed system can serve as an effective solution for improving the quality of information technology services at PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo.

Abstract

In the digital era, leveraging information technology is crucial for organizations seeking to boost operational efficiency, particularly through the integration of financial systems. Within the technology industry, PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia faces several challenges, such as semi-manual transaction recording, a susceptibility to data duplication, and slow financial reporting processes. Consequently, this research aimed to design and implement a web-based Financial Administration System using the Prototyping method. The application's feasibility was comprehensively evaluated based on the ISO/IEC 25010 global software quality standard. A quantitative methodology was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to active system users via purposive sampling. Quality assessment focused on the eight key indicators of ISO/IEC 25010. Actual results showed the following performance levels for each characteristic: Functional Suitability 82.14% (Very Good), Performance Efficiency 76.43% (Good), Compatibility 77.14% (Good), Usability 78.21% (Good), Reliability 80.71% (Good), Security 82.14% (Very Good), Maintainability 76.43% (Good), and Portability 77.86% (Good). Based on these aggregated results, the software achieved an average score of 79.14%, indicating that the financial management system falls within the "Good" feasibility category. In conclusion, the developed system is highly suitable for implementation to enhance the effectiveness, precision, and transparency of cash management at PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia.

Abstract

Effective project management requires an integrated system to support team coordination, task monitoring, and efficient information delivery. At PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo, project monitoring has been conducted through separate processes, making it difficult to track work progress and ensure effective collaboration. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Project Management Dashboard using the Prototype development method, which emphasizes iterative system refinement based on user feedback and operational requirements. The application provides features for project tracking, task management, progress visualization, and centralized reporting to improve monitoring and decision-making. System quality was evaluated using the ISO/IEC 25010 software quality standard through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 28 respondents representing potential users. The evaluation assessed key quality characteristics, including usability, functional suitability, and overall user satisfaction. The results showed that the developed system achieved an average score of 93%, which falls within the Very Good category. These findings indicate that the application successfully meets users' operational needs by providing a structured, integrated, and user-friendly platform for project management. The implementation of the Project Management Dashboard is expected to improve project supervision, enhance communication among team members, and support more efficient project execution. Therefore, the proposed system is considered suitable for implementation in the operational environment of PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo.

Abstract

PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo still faces challenges in managing meeting schedules, including manual recording processes, delays in information dissemination, and the potential for scheduling conflicts. These issues can affect the effectiveness of coordination and communication among employees. This study aims to analyze, design, and evaluate a web-based meeting scheduling system using the Prototype method and the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The system was developed using the Prototype method and modeled with Unified Modeling Language (UML), consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. System quality testing was conducted based on ISO/IEC 25010 characteristics to ensure that the developed system meets user requirements. The results indicate that the proposed system is capable of improving meeting schedule management by making it more effective, structured, and accessible. Therefore, the web-based meeting scheduling system can serve as an effective solution to enhance meeting management efficiency at PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to improve the effectiveness of integrated IT asset and inventory management. PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia, as a company operating in the technology sector, still faces several challenges in managing IT inventory, such as unstructured device recording, less optimal asset monitoring processes, and delays in handling helpdesk tickets. This study aims to design and analyze a web-based IT inventory system using the Agile method and prototype approach, as well as to evaluate the system quality based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. The system was developed using UML modeling consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The implementation of the system was carried out through a website-based platform with features including inventory management, helpdesk tickets, ticket monitoring, knowledge base, technician scheduling, and system reporting. System testing was conducted using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard focusing on the aspects of functional suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, and security. The results of this study indicate that the developed system is capable of improving the effectiveness of IT inventory management, accelerating the helpdesk ticket handling process, and assisting the company in generating inventory reports more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut perusahaan untuk memastikan kualitas sistem yang digunakan mampu mendukung proses operasional dan manajerial secara optimal. Sistem Informasi Keuangan yang diterapkan perlu dievaluasi secara terstandar guna mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan kualitasnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum adanya pengukuran kualitas sistem berdasarkan model evaluasi perangkat lunak yang diakui secara internasional. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dengan fokus pada aspek functional suitability dan usability. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem, kemudian dilakukan analisis persentase untuk mengukur tingkat pencapaian masing-masing karakteristik kualitas. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa aspek functional suitability memperoleh nilai 84,29%, sedangkan aspek usability sebesar 85,13%. Rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 84,71% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Sistem Informasi Keuangan dinyatakan telah memenuhi standar kualitas perangkat lunak serta mampu mendukung kebutuhan operasional dan meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pengguna secara optimal.

Abstract

Guna memastikan reliabilitas platform AyoSholat, studi ini menerapkan kerangka ISO/IEC 29119 untuk menguji sejauh mana fungsi-fungsi aplikasi berjalan dengan baik.guna menjamin reliabilitas sistem dalam mendukung aktivitas keagamaan harian. Menggunakan metode studi kasus yang komprehensif, tahapan penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan sistem, perencanaan skenario uji, hingga verifikasi fungsionalitas utama pada lingkungan sistem operasi Windows. Hasil pengujian terhadap sembilan skenario operasional menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas fitur inti, termasuk sinkronisasi jadwal berdasarkan tanggal sistem, aktivasi notifikasi azan, serta fitur manajemen jendela aplikasi (minimize to tray), telah berfungsi secara stabil dan memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan. Namun, ditemukan anomali signifikan pada skenario TS-02 di mana sistem gagal melakukan kalkulasi jadwal secara dinamis saat koordinat geografis diubah, yang mengindikasikan adanya kelemahan pada mekanisme pemrosesan data lokasi dan zona waktu. Oleh karena itu, pengembang direkomendasikan untuk melakukan restrukturisasi pada alur integrasi data koordinat guna meningkatkan akurasi jadwal sholat serta memastikan keandalan aplikasi di berbagai wilayah geografis.

Abstract

P Wahana Multitron merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergulir dibidang penjadwalan kegiatan lapangan, pemborongan barang, pelaksanaan pembangunan serta pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan juga teknologi PT. Wahana Mulitron juga harus ikut berkembang agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan-perusahaan lainya. Saat ini PT. Wahana Multitron sedang mengalami permasalahan yang lumayan penting karena bersangkutan terhadap pendapatan perusahaan yang dimana rekapitulasi data supplier tidak dapat melakukan pembayaran piutang telah memakan waktu yang lama sehingga proses pembuatan laporan pembayaran piutang menggunakan kertas faktur dinilai kurang efisien, untuk mengatasi pemasalahan PT. Wahana Multitron tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Piutang Berbasis Web yang berguna untuk memudahkan segala proses pendataan keuangan. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Pustaka sebagai metode pengambilan data, UML (Unifield Modeling Language) sebagai metode pemodelan dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySql sebagai databasenya.
