Abstract

This think about points to investigate the affect of shrewdly innovation on execution administration within the Society 5.0 period, with a center on the collaboration between innovation and human asset advancement (HRD). Society 5.0 speaks to a unused worldview that coordinating shrewd innovations such as manufactured insights (AI) and information analytics into different angles of work, including execution administration. Employing a subjective approach, the ponder looks at participants' recognitions and individual encounters related to technology-based execution administration. Information were gathered through in-depth interviews and participatory perceptions to supply a comprehensive understanding of how innovation impacts execution appraisal, criticism forms, objective setting, and competency advancement. Abstract

In facing competition in the global era, finance companies are required to work more efficiently and effectively. An efficient company must be able to run a business with targets that can be achieved according to company goals. Therefore, companies must have human resources or what are called employees, people who are commonly called employees to carry out household activities of the company's production so that the company generates maximum profits. Therefore employees are the most important element to achieve company goals. Employees must also be able to carry out the tasks determined by the company. Employee ability is reflected in performance, good performance is optimal performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of self-esteem in an organizational context, self-awareness on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Medan Branch. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that self-esteem in the organization had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-awareness had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-esteem in the organization had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, self-awareness had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the tests conducted show that work organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between self-esteem in the organization and employee performance, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between self-awareness and employee performance.

Abstract

The success of employees in an organization, especially in banking, has a big impact on how well the resources can meet customer needs and satisfaction, which is the goal of a business. Customer satisfaction is a big part of the company's goals, which has a lot to do with how the company manages its human resources. As a result, every employee should be required to improve their performance and work towards those goals at all times. On the other hand, job stress and things that motivate employees outside of work also affect how satisfied they are at work. This study aims to analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation and job stress on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk USU Branch. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 93 bank employees by conducting Z-sobel testing on the intervening test. The results showed a positive direct influence between extrinsic motivation and employee performance. Extrinsic motivation is proven to encourage increased employee performance. Furthermore, this study also found a negative direct effect between job stress and employee performance. High levels of work stress can hinder employee performance, reduce productivity, and affect overall work quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of training and mentoring on teacher performance through providing compensation at Tanoto Foundation PINTAR Program partner schools in Batu Bara Regency. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents as many as 72 Tanoto Foundation PINTAR Program partner school teachers in Batu Bara Regency. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The research results show that training has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Mentoring has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Compensation does not moderate the effect of training on teacher performance. The practical implication of this research is the importance of developing appropriate training and ongoing mentoring in improving individual performance. Apart from that, organizations also need to pay attention to compensation as a factor that can moderate the relationship between training and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to explain and analyse the effect of diversity on employee performance at PT Tanjung Migas Tanjung Morawa. The data sources in this study are primary data, namely employees of PT Tanjung Migas Tanjung Morawa and secondary data sources as a reference tool, namely journals and some literature and other documents. The population of this research data is all employees of PT Tanjung Migas Tanjung Morawa, totalling 33 people and sampling using a census. then the data collection method uses a questionnaire with SEM Smart PLS software as a data analysis tool. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between diversity and employee performance. Hopefully PT Tanjung Migas can continue to evaluate in improving the application of Diversity to employees through aspects of ethnicity, gender, age, and religion so as to make employees feel comfortable at work in order to provide satisfactory performance for the company.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas masih banyak yang tidak dapat memiliki akses atau kesempatan seperti masyarakat non-disabilitas lainnya, salah satunya akses dalam memperoleh pekerjaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah dalam mengupayakan ketersediaan akses lapangan pekerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kota Medan serta untuk melihat apa saja yang menjadi faktor penghambat tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas baik dari sektor pemerintah maupun swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, FGD, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, masih terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Diperlukan pemberdayaan masyarakat penyandang disabilitas guna meningkatkan skill dan kemampuan para disabilitas dengan tujuan dapat mencari pekerjaaan sesuai dengan keahlian para disabilitas, sangat dibutuhkan data berdasarkan jenis kedisabilitasan serta keahlian para disabilitas. Disamping itu perlu sosialisasi tentang kebijakan/ program dari Pererintah Kota Medan untuk pencari kerja disabilitas. There are still many people with disabilities who do not have access or opportunities like other non-disabled people, one of them is access to employment. The study aims to analyze the role of the government in ensuring the availability of access to employment for people with disabilities in Medan City and to see what factors hinder the availability of employment for people with disabilities, both from the government and private sectors. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, FGD, observation and documentation. Based on these conditions, there are still problems faced by people with disabilities in getting work. It is necessary to empower people with disabilities to improve the skills and abilities of people with disabilities with the aim of being able to find work according to the skills of people with disabilities. Data is really needed based on the type of disability and the skills of people with disabilities. Apart from that, there is a need to socialize policies/programs from the Medan City Government for job seekers with disabilities.
