Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan digital marketing pada era industri 4.0 dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi dalam pemasaran produk agar memudahkan pelaku usaha memantau dan menyediakan kebutuhan serta keinginan calon konsumen, sedangkan dari sisi calon konsumen dapat digunakan sebagai media yang memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi produk. Akan tetapi, penggunaannya tidak banyak disadari oleh pelaku usaha, terutama para UKM usaha Uberrr Snack 88 Kota Solok yang masih menggunakan sistem pemasaran konvensional. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk tujuan: 1)  peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pelaku UKM Usaha Uberrr Snack 88 Kota Solok dalam manajemen pemasaran untuk mendorong penjualan produk dalam skala luas dan meningkatkan daya saing UKM, (2) peningkatan penguasaan digital marketing pada pelaku UKM untuk menarik minat calon konsumen dengan menggunakan Google Bisnisku. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, meliputi: 1) observasi dan wawancara; 2) identifikasi masalah, 3) pembuatan video tutorial Google Bisnisku, 4) penyuluhan dan pelatihan, 5) pembuatan laporan kegiatan PKM yaitu laporan hasil pelatihan, laporan kemajuan dan laporan akhir, 6) pembuatan artikel jurnal nasional. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah terwujudnya semua target kegiatan, kerja sama dengan mitra terjalin dengan baik, pemasaran produk memiliki jangkauan lebih luas dan muncul pada pencarian google bisnisku serta peningkatan daya saing UKM usaha Uberr Snack 88 UKM Kota Solok.Abstract: In industrial revolution 4.0, digital marketing can be used as an alternative strategy in product marketing to make it easier for businesses to monitor and provide the needs and wants of their potential consumers. As for the consumers, digital marketing makes it easier for them to find information about the product. However, not many people are aware of the use and benefits of digital marketing, especially the small and medium enterprises (SME) of Uberrr Snack 88 in Solok City that still use conventional marketing systems. This activity is designed with the purpose of: 1) increasing the knowledge and abilities of SMEs of Uberrr Snack 88 in Solok City in marketing management to increase product sales in a wider scale and to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, 2) increasing the ability of SMEs to attract consumers using  Google Bisnisku (Google My Business). The method used to implement this activity includes: 1) observation and interviews, 2) problems identification, 3) making tutorial videos about Google My Business, 4) training and mentoring, 5) making the PKM activity report which are the report of the training results, the report of the progress, and the final report, 6) writing national journal articles. The results of this activity are the realization of all activity targets, building good cooperation with partners, and product marketing that has a wider reach and comes up on Google My Business search, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises of Uberrr Snack 88 in Solok City.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Toko Sepatu Padang Holic. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 80 konsumen Holic Shoes Shop Padang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan model penelitian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat uji analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan citra merek bukan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan juga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra merek masih merupakan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Untuk efek tidak langsung, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sementara citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer loyalty at the Holic Padang Shoe Store. The population and sample of the study were 80 consumers of Holic Padang Shoes Shop. The sample collection technique is used the census method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research models with SmartPLS software tools. The results of the study concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are factors that influence customer loyalty. While brand image is not a factor that can influence and determine customer loyalty. Other findings also indicate that service quality is also a factor influencing customer satisfaction, while brand image is still a factor that does not affect consumer satisfaction. For indirect effects, service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction while brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Banking is a financial institution that has an important role in the economic system in Indonesia. Economic development cannot be separated from the banking sector and various factors that can influence it. This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, capital adequacy and credit risk toward bank profitability. The sample used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and not experiencing delisting during the 2013 to 2015 observation period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that third-party funds and capital adequacy partially have a positive and significant impact on profitability. Meanwhile, credit risk partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability

Abstract

    Fast traslate Icon translate  This study aims to determine the effect of  financing Activities of cash flow, net income and leverage on financial distress. The object in this study is the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a population is manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2015-2019 with a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 43 companies. The results of the study found that leverage had a negative effect on financial distress, while financing Activities of cash flow and net income had no effect on financial distress. The results of the study for the moderating variable found that profitability was only able to moderate the relationship between leverage and financial distress, while profitability was unable to moderate the relationship between financing Activities of cash flow and net income with financial distress.

Abstract

In the last two decades, the necessity of information management and technology system has been proven as a very crucial need for many enterprises or companies. The use of computers in the office automation and integrated system is a must for companies to establish themselves in the business world. One of the basic management information systems that are crucial in the accounting program is the use of doing business transactions are considered able to simplify and streamline the fundamental needs for running a business, such as marketing and operations is also a financial statement of a company. This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of the use of accounting software on performance reporting on financial companies, one of which is using MYOB accounting software in assisting the settlement of financial reporting in a company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of board gender, board experience and board education on financial performance in manufacturing firms in Indonesia. This research is quantitative. The total population is 168 manufacturing companies. A sample of 38 manufacturing companies was determined by using purposive sampling techniques. Research data was obtained from the financial statements of companies for the period 2015-2019. Data analysis techniques using a descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, estimation test and panel data regression. Hypotheses testing by using F-test dan t-test. The results showed that board gender did not affect company performance. The board experience and board education had a positive and significant effect on firms performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence firm size and firm age have on earnings management by disclosing corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. The method of data collection is by observing the financial statements of manufacturing companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The analysis method used is path analysis and sample collection techniques is purposive sampling, with a sample 0f 33 companies. The data used in this study are the company's annual financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of this study found that firm size has no effect on corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. There is no influence between firm age on corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. Firm size affects earnings management. There is no influence between firm age on earnings management. There is an influence between corporate social responsibility on earnings management. Corporate social responsibility cannot mediate firm size on earnings management. Corporate social responsibility can mediate the firm age on earnings management.

Abstract

Program PKM dilakukan ketika melaksanakan program kegiatan Kampus Merdeka Belajar di SD 20 Labuhan Tarok Bungus Teluk Kabung. Program ini diciptakan karna memburuknya kondisi pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di Indonesia akibat wabah pandemi covid-19 yang melanda seluruh negeri. Sehingga sistem pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan secara tatap muka (luring), dialihkan kepada sistim pembelajaran digital melalui internet (daring). Pemerintah mempilarkan tiga hal dalam program ini yaitu: 1. Peningkatan Pembelajaran Literasi dan Numerasi, 2. Adaptasi Teknologi, dan 3. Membantu Adimistrasi Sekolah. Melalui kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan kami akan melihat bagaimanakah pengimplementasian dan pengaplikasian literasi dan numerasi di SD ini. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, analisis lapangan dari program kegiatan yang diterapkan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan analisis dapat diketahui bahwa pengimplementasian dan pengaplikasian pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi secara daring di SD ini sudah cukup baik. Hanya terkendala oleh jaringan dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. Hasil observasi dan analisis ini sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa saat ini dan juga membantu untuk membuat rancangan program pengembangan selanjutnya guna meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Evidence suggests that autonomous language learning has been one of the primary areas of interest in the field of English Language Teaching due to its fundamental roles in empowering students in taking the responsibility for their learning both in and out of the classroom. This study set out to investigate the structural relationships among the dimensions of English student teacher perception towards their roles and strategies in promoting autonomous language learning and professional autonomy. A total of 357 student teachers of English from Indonesia participated in this study. Eligibility criteria required the participants to have taken courses on English Language Teaching Methodology to ensure their understanding about the concepts of autonomous language learning and their future roles and strategies in fostering and promoting autonomous language learning. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with MPlus 7.2 was used to test the models proposed in this study. The findings showed that the dimensions of student teacher roles and strategies in promoting autonomous language learning and professional autonomy were weakly to moderately related to one another, suggesting how teacher education institutions need to provide sufficient trainings on the concept and practice of autonomous language learning. Several noteworthy findings are summarized and discussed thoroughly in the discussion section.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan pemaparan dari hasil yang penelitian yang telah kami lakukan sebelumnya. Pemaparan ini dimaksudkan agar hasil penelitian yang kami temukan dapat bermanfaat untuk memberikan kontribusi positif bagi mitra kami yaitu BPR Mentari Saiyo Simpang Empat Pasaman karena temuannya berhubungan dengan lingkup kerja mereka sebagai salah satu pengelola perbankan syariah. Metode pengabdian yang kami lakukan adalah dengan cara melakukan presentasi dan mengadakan forum grup diskusi untuk mendiskusikan masalah-masalah yang dianggap relavan. Permasalahan yang dipaparkan berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian kami adalah tentang “Peran Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Dan Persepsi Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Masyarakat Untuk Keputusan Penggunaan Produk Bank Syariah”. Hasil pemaparan menyatakan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah tidak begitu berperan dalam membentuk perilaku untuk keputusan pembelian produk bank syariah. Sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual dan persepsi berperan di dalam membentuk perilaku masyarakat untuk keputusan pembelian produk bank syariah. Ternyata di dalam forum diskusi mitra mengungkapkan bahwa kondisi tersebut memang terjadi seperti itu pada bank mereka. Dan mereka juga mengalami kendala dalam melakukan promosi karena keterbatasan sumber daya organisasi yang mereka miliki, baik dari segi keuangan, mesin, tekknologi maupun sumber daya manusianya. Kami memberikan solusi bahwa mereka bisa memberdayakan kemampuan melek teknologi dari para mahasiswa yang magang di sana untuk melakukan promosi melalui jaringan media social yang marak saat ini seperti tiktok, whatsapp, Instagram, dll. Mereka bisa menggunakan berbagai jaringan social yang ada seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan banyak dilihat masyarakat tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya yang besar. Sedangkan untuk keterbatasan sumber daya manusianya otomatis perusahaan harus banyak melakukan ataupun mengikuti diklat untuk menambah kemampuan edukasi maupun skill dari para karyawan mereka. Alhamdulillah, dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini, mitra sangat berterimakasih dan mendapatkan manfaat terhadap perusaan mereka.
