Abstract

Joint property is property acquired either individually or jointly by the husband and wife during the marriage bond, regardless of the name of the item. The purpose of this research is to find out the distribution of joint assets after divorce according to Islamic law and civil law and the benefits of the research that the results of this research can provide knowledge for academics in studying law, especially marriage law. For the community as information material or input for the process of fostering legal awareness for the community to minimize the occurrence of disputes regarding the distribution of joint assets. The research method used in this writing is library research using descriptive qualitative methods or library research. The results of this study indicate that in civil law and Islamic law it is emphasized that a divorced husband and wife are each entitled to half of the joint property. only in the Civil Code there is a clause namely "without questioning which party the property comes from" this shows that the wife and husband have the same contribution to the existence of property in their marriage. We recommend that the division of joint assets be done fairly, so as not to cause injustice between what is the right of the husband and what is the right of the wife. If there is a dispute between husband and wife regarding joint property, then the settlement of the dispute is submitted to the court. Settlement through court is an option. Provisions regarding the distribution of joint assets are based on conditions accompanying a marriage relationship, such as death, divorce, and so on.

Abstract

In a household, husband and wife have rights and obligations that must be fulfilled, because rights and obligations are an effort to create a harmonious, peaceful and peaceful household. The rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household are very important things to know, this is so that a balance is created in household life and will become a family that is sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1. What are the views of the Syafi'iyah scholars regarding the rights and obligations of husbands and wives. 2 How is the application of the rights and obligations of husband and wife in realizing household harmony in the village of Sumbatu and their suitability according to the view of the Syafi'iyah scholar (Imam Nawawi). The purpose of this study was to determine the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household according to Syafi'iyah scholars and to find out how the rights and obligations of husband and wife are implemented in realizing household harmony in Cibarengkok village, Babakan Madang sub-district. The research method used in this writing is case study research using qualitative methods. The results of this study concluded that the rights and obligations of husband and wife cannot be separated because both of them must be balanced between rights and obligations such as the rights and obligations of a husband to his wife: to provide a living both physically and spiritually , provide education to his wife and so on, and the rights and obligations of a wife to her husband include: obedience, living in one house with her husband, not having a gloomy face and so on.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan keterampilan dasar yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan akademik dan sosial siswa. Namun, berbagai data menunjukkan bahwa capaian literasi dan numerasi siswa Indonesia masih rendah. Hasil PISA 2022 menunjukkan penurunan skor literasi membaca dan matematika, serta tingginya persentase siswa yang belum mencapai level kompetensi dasar. Upaya peningkatan literasi telah dilakukan melalui kebijakan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) yang tertuang dalam Permendikbud Nomor 23 Tahun 2015 dan Peraturan Bupati Bantul Nomor 57 Tahun 2023. Implementasi kebijakan tersebut secara bervariasi seperti Program Gerbang Buku di SDN Banyuripan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang diterapkan oleh SDN Banyuripan dalam penguatan literasi dan numerasi melalui program Gerbang Buku. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi implementasi program Gerbang Buku di SDN Banyuripan dilakukan secara terstruktur, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan baik guru, orang tua siswa, komite sekolah maupun komunitas literasi. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan menjadikan program literasi dan numerasi sebagai program unggulan yang diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Sementara itu, evaluasi program dilakukan berdasarkan karya siswa, fase perkembangan, serta berdasarkan analisis dan pemahaman siswa. Adapun faktor pendukung program Gerbang Buku di SDN Banyuripan yaitu adanya kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang terjalin baik antara guru, komunitas literasi, penulis, Paguyuban Orang Tua (POT), komite sekolah serta pihak eksternal lainnya. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu keterbatasan dana, sumber daya serta sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Sebagai seorang wanita sering gundah ketika ingin bekerja diluar, karena sering kali keinginan tersebut berbenturan dengan syariat islam yang mengharuskan seorang wanita tetap dirumah. Akan tetapi menjadi wanita karir pun tidaklah mudah karena harus menjalankan berbagai peran baik sebagai seorang istri, ibu rumah tangga maupun sebagai wanita karir. Belakangan ini sering terjadi wanita yang mengabaikan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai seorang istri yang berdampak kepada keutuhan rumah tangga dikarenakan istri terlalu sibuk bekerja. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang apakah wanita diperbolehkan untuk berkarir? Apasaja hak dan kewajiban seorang suami dan istri? Serta dampak apa saja yang dirasakan bagi wanita yang berkarir? Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus penelitian, yang mana data dan informasi bersumber dari wanita-wanita karir di Kecamatan Tamansari serta adanya dokumentasi sebagai data dari penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa dampak wanita karir terhadap keutuhan rumah tangga di kecamatan tamansari berdampak negatif dan positif. Berpengaruh positif ketika banyak diantara mereka yang mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam segi ekonomi tetapi dalam bersosialisasi sangatlah minim, adanya sikap saling pengertian satu sama lain sehingga tidak menyulitkan mereka dalam berkomunikasi membangun keluarga yang harmonis. Berdampak negatif apabila diantara mereka ada yang saling mengandalkan satu sama lain tanpa ada sikap saling pengertian, mengabaikan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai suami dan istri sehingga terjadi pertengkaran dan membuat rumah tangga menjadi tidak harmonis.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is an effort made to develop all human potential both physically and mentally so that the formation of a whole Muslim person. Islamic education places humans as creatures created by Allah SWT. Thus, Islamic religious education is important in shaping the character of students, one of which is an honest character. The aim to be achieved is to find out the relationship between learning Islamic religious education towards students' honest behavior. The research method used is quantitative research by random sampling as a research sample selection technique. School chosen as research is a school that has implemented the 2013 Class 8 curricula in Ibnu Aqil Middle School, Bogor Regency. based on this, 54 students were selected as the study sample consisting of classes A to F, which each class took 9 people as the study sample. Data collection was done using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale assessment. Before being used to collect the data needed in research, the validity of the instrument was tested using SPSS. The results of the study explains that there is a significance of 0,000 less than 0.05 which means (Ho) is rejected, and there is a correlation value of 0.679 which means (Ha) is accepted, which means there is a significant positive relationship between learning Islamic education (variable X) on behavior honest students (variable Y), it can be concluded that learning Islamic education has a significant relationship to honest behavior in Ibn Aqil Middle School, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Program pengembangan kepemimpinan instruksional untuk kepala sekolah dasar bertujuan memperkuat keterampilan coaching yang diperlukan dalam supervisi pembelajaran. Program ini menggunakan model pelatihan "in-on-in" yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan: pembelajaran in-service 1, pembelajaran di tempat kerja, dan pembelajaran in-service 2. Empat belas kepala sekolah dasar negeri di Yogyakarta berpartisipasi. Program ini fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan coaching, termasuk mendengarkan aktif, membangkitkan kesadaran, dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan. Setelah seluruh tahapan program dilaksanakan, 85% peserta melaporkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam coaching, sebagian besar pun merasa lebih percaya diri untuk mendukung pengembangan guru. Selain itu, program ini memperoleh wawasan tambahan mengenai pentingnya pemahaman terhadap budaya sekolah dan bagaimana kepala sekolah dapat melakukan coaching dengan metode percakapan yang lebih reflektif serta berorientasi pada tujuan dengan guru.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Muhadoroh activity in enhancing the public speaking skills of students at Rumah Qur’an Desa Tajurhalang, Bogor Regency. The Muhadoroh activity, held regularly each week, offers students opportunities to practice public speaking by delivering short speeches, sermons, and leading prayers in front of their peers. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to explore the implementation of Muhadoroh and its impact on the students' public speaking abilities. The findings show that prior to participating in Muhadoroh, most students experienced anxiety and lacked confidence when speaking in public. However, with consistent guidance from instructors, students demonstrated significant improvement in confidence, structuring their material, and speaking clearly. Additionally, the activity had a positive impact on their social skills and self-assurance. Despite these improvements, several challenges were identified, including limited facilities, uneven skill levels among students, and distractions from gadget usage at home. To optimize the results, it is recommended to strengthen communication between Rumah Qur’an and parents, increase the variety of training methods, and create a more supportive environment at home for practicing. This study highlights the importance of Muhadoroh in developing essential public speaking skills for students, which are valuable in both their da’wah and social engagements.

Abstract

The purpose of this research namely: (1) to determine the extracurricular activities of rohis at SMPN 1 Bogor City, (2) to determine the behavior of students at SMPN 1 Bogor City, (3) to find out whether there is a significant influence between extracurricular activities of rohis on the behavior of students at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire by distributing data to students who take part in extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Bogor City, for the method used, namely surveys. The results of this study show that: (1) rohis extracurricular activities are included in the category of quite high, (2) student behavior is included in the fairly high category, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between extracurricular activities on student behavior at SMPN 1 Bogor City with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 then indicated by (R) which is 0.559 which is in the medium or sufficient category, because it is located between 0.40-0.60. The percentage of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable called the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.313 or 31.3%. Keywords: Activities, Spirit, Behavior.

Abstract

Sadar wisata merupakan kondisi yang menggambarkan partisipasi dan dukungan dari masyarakat untuk mewujudkan iklim yang kondusif kepariwisataan pada suatu destinasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kemitraan pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendampingi mitra dalam mengatasi masalah mengenai kepariwisataan, dengan cara melakukan peningkatan kapasitas POKDARWIS ”Wisesa” dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra dilakukan dengan cara memberikan bantuan pelatihan melalui pelatihan dan uji kompetensi, mitra PkM diberikan materi pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat tata kelola organisasi dan meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia POKDARWIS “Wisesa” melalui serangkaian pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah metode partisipatif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu khalayak sasaran sangat antusias dan memberikan respon yang positif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil pretest dan posttest peserta yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan sebelum diberi materi pelatihan dan setelah diberi materi pelatihan dengan nilai Sig (0,00) < 0,05 dan thitung (3,587) > ttabel (1,710).
