Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial planning on financial management with financial attitude as a mediating variable among production employees of PT. Yih Quan Footwear Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of production employees of PT. Yih Quan Footwear Indonesia located in the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate, with a total sample of 112 respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique includes the analysis of the structural model (Inner Model), measurement model (Outer Model), and hypothesis testing. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that financial literacy has no significant effect on financial management, while financial planning has a positive and significant effect on financial management. Furthermore, financial literacy positively and significantly influences financial attitude, whereas financial planning shows no significant effect on financial attitude. Financial attitude has a positive and significant impact on financial management and mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial management. However, financial attitude does not fully mediate the relationship between financial planning and financial management. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing employees’ financial literacy and attitudes to enable more prudent, structured, and sustainable financial management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh downsizing dan kompetensi terhadap job insecurity, serta menguji peran locus of control sebagai variabel moderasi pada pegawai RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati. Kebijakan pengurangan pegawai yang dilakukan pada tahun 2025 berdampak signifikan terhadap kondisi psikologis karyawan, di mana muncul kekhawatiran mengenai stabilitas pekerjaan akibat efisiensi anggaran dan perubahan struktur organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melalui penyebaran kuesioner berbasis skala Likert kepada 134 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4 melalui pengujian model struktural (inner model) dan model pengukuran (outer model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa downsizing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job insecurity, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat pengurangan pegawai maka semakin tinggi tingkat ketidakamanan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan. Kompetensi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job insecurity, di mana karyawan berkompetensi tinggi justru memiliki kekhawatiran lebih besar terhadap tuntutan dan ekspektasi kinerja. Namun demikian, locus of control tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh downsizing maupun kompetensi terhadap job insecurity, sehingga faktor psikologis individu tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah dampak perubahan organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen untuk menerapkan kebijakan organisasi secara transparan, memperkuat komunikasi internal, serta menciptakan dukungan emosional dan iklim kerja yang kondusif guna mengurangi dampak psikologis negatif akibat perubahan organisasi.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to examine the impact of overtime, career development, and workplace friendliness on employee turnover intention, with emotional exhaustion serving as a mediating variable. Design/Methode/Approach : Quantitative research methodology was employed, utilizing statistical analysis techniques. The population comprised all employees of Matahari Department Semarang exhibiting an intention to resign. A sample of 387 employees was selected using the Slovin formula (5% margin of error). Data collection was facilitated through a questionnaire survey administered to the respondents. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software was employed for data analysis. Research Finding : The findings indicate that overtime significantly influences emotional exhaustion, while career development does not exhibit a significant impact on emotional exhaustion. Workplace friendliness was found to have a significant effect on emotional exhaustion. Moreover, overtime, career development, and workplace friendliness were identified as influencing factors on turnover intention. Emotional exhaustion was not directly associated with turnover intention but served as a mediator in the relationship between overtime, career development, workplace friendliness, and turnover intention. Specifically, overtime, career development, and workplace friendliness were found to influence turnover intention through their effects on emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat berinvestasi, dengan perilaku keuangan sebagai variabel perantara, pada Generasi Z di Kota Semarang. Fenomena rendahnya partisipasi investasi di kalangan generasi muda menjadi latar belakang pentingnya penelitian ini, mengingat Generasi Z merupakan kelompok demografis yang akan mendominasi pasar keuangan di masa depan. Pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan investasi generasi ini menjadi krusial bagi pengembangan strategi edukasi keuangan dan kebijakan investasi yang tepat sasaran. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 399 responden yang memenuhi kriteria Generasi Z di Kota Semarang. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan kompleks antar variabel penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, namun tidak secara langsung memengaruhi minat investasi. Sebaliknya, pengetahuan investasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan baik terhadap perilaku keuangan maupun minat investasi. Perilaku keuangan juga memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Lebih lanjut, perilaku keuangan memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan minat investasi, serta menjadi mediasi parsial pada hubungan pengetahuan investasi dengan minat investasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan perilaku keuangan yang sehat melalui penguatan literasi dan pengetahuan investasi merupakan strategi efektif untuk mendorong minat investasi Generasi Z, dengan implikasi praktis bagi institusi pendidikan dan pelaku industri keuangan.

Abstract

Retensi karyawan merupakan isu strategis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap stabilitas dan kehancuran perusahaan. Tingginya tingkat keluar masuk karyawan dapat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan operasional, terutama pada perusahaan yang sedang berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengarh work-life balance , kerutan kerja, dan reward terhadap retensi karyawan pada Cv Dua Roda Garam Juwana. Landasan yang digunakan retensi karyawan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja , kerja keras, dan penghargaan yang didukung oleh kajian penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survai langsung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, dengan seluruh 50 karyawan Cv Dua Roda Garam Juwana sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26 . Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance , kerja sama, dan reward secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keseimbangan keseimbangan kerja yang fleksibel, serta sistem yang dianugerahi yang adil mampu meningkatkan keinginan karyawan untuk bertahan di perusahaan.

Abstract

Pengolahan kopi, baik dalam skala kecil maupun skala industri, akan menghasilkan hasil sampingan yang disebut limbah kopi. Kulit, kulit tanduk, dan ampas kopi merupakan limbah yang dihasilkan dari proses pengolahan kopi yang belum terolah. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengabdian yang memberikan bantuan untuk mengembangkan diversifikasi produk melalui pengelolaan ampas kopi menjadi sabun batang organik. Sabun batang organik dari ampas kopi ini akan memiliki nilai ekonomis karena dapat dijual, sehingga berkontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi petani kopi. Untuk itu, pengabdian ini dirancang untuk memberikan keterampilan dan keahlian kepada petani, pengelola, atau pemilik usaha kopi yang berada di Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang, terkait diversifikasi produk. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan pendekatan penyuluhan dan praktik diversifikasi produk kopi menjadi sabun yang dilakukan secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah petani, pengelola, atau pemilik usaha kopi memiliki keterampilan dan kemampuan baru terkait diversifikasi produk berbahan kopi menjadi sabun organik berbahan dasar kopi.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan aset penting bagi Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pattimura Semarang, dan tingginya niat keluar (Turnover Intention) dapat mengganggu stabilitas dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Work-life Balance dan Reward terhadap Turnover Intention, dengan Employee Retention sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan generasi Milenial dan Z. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan sampel 102 karyawan. Data dari kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares dengan SmartPLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan Work-life Balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap Turnover Intention, tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Retention. Sebaliknya, Reward berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Retention. Employee Retention sendiri berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Temuan kunci mengungkap Employee Retention berperan sebagai mediasi penuh dalam hubungan Work-life Balance dan Turnover Intention, serta sebagai mediasi parsial dalam hubungan Reward dan Turnover Intention. Implikasi utama dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa untuk mengurangi niat keluar karyawan generasi Milenial dan Z, manajemen tidak hanya perlu menyediakan reward yang kompetitif, tetapi juga harus membangun strategi retensi karyawan yang kuat. Strategi tersebut harus mampu menjembatani manfaat program keseimbangan kerja-hidup menjadi komitmen karyawan untuk bertahan di organisasi.Kata Kunci: Work-life Balance, Reward, Employee Retention, Turnover Intention, karyawan generasi milenial dan Z.

Abstract

Organizations are increasingly adopting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance HRM effectiveness and strengthen employee performance in digitally driven work environments. This study examines the effects of HRIS on job involvement, work centrality, and employee performance, while also evaluating the dual mediating roles of job involvement and work centrality. Data were collected from 200 employees selected through nonprobability sampling, targeting individuals with direct experience using HRIS. The measurement and structural models were analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that HRIS significantly enhances job involvement, work centrality, and employee performance. Job involvement also shows a positive influence on performance, whereas work centrality does not exhibit a significant direct effect. Mediation analysis further reveals that job involvement significantly mediates the relationship between HRIS and employee performance, while work centrality does not. These findings suggest that HRIS improves employee performance primarily by fostering higher involvement rather than by strengthening work centrality. This study contributes to the literature by clarifying the psychological mechanisms through which digital HR systems influence employee outcomes and offers practical implications for organizations seeking to optimize HRIS utilization to enhance workforce performance.

Abstract

Empirical gaps regarding high credit interest rates, male dominance of asset ownership, the tendency to use own capital to start small businesses, gender discrimination, and a higher risk of credit rejection are reasons why female entrepreneurs are reluctant to apply for business loans. Individual investment behavior is influenced by gender differences. Previous research due to indications of behavioral differences between female and male entrepreneurs in making business debt decisions. Also found that individual debt or investment behavior is largely determined by personal attributes, one of which is gender. Based empirical gap and research gap perspective, the implementation of the Theory of Planned Behavior (THB) in entrepreneurship studies, particularly on business debt behavior with female entrepreneurs as the subject, is still very limited, if not non-existent. Furthermore, the factors tested have not specifically mapped research variables to factors such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. So, it is necessary to develop a fundamental, theory-based model using the TPB approach that can organize predictor variables and comprehensively and systematically predict and explain business debt behavior among female entrepreneurs. The empirical model was tested using empirical data obtained from interviews with female entrepreneurs who had business debt for the purposes of establishing or expanding their businesses. The model testing and the influence between variables were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling approach. The results of the analysis indicate that interest or desire determines the behavior or business debt decisions of female entrepreneurs. The results of this study also show that female entrepreneurs' interest in business debt is determined only by entrepreneurial self-efficacy, while factors such as entrepreneur desirability, entrepreneur opportunity recognition, and entrepreneur social identity do not statistically influence their interest in business debt.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of spatial literacy and financial planning by using household behavior as a mediator. The testing uses a mediation process using Smart PLS 3.0. Respondents were collected using an online survey using a simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents used in this study was 102 respondents. Based on the results of data processing, financial literacy on financial resilience is not supported. Meanwhile, the effect of financial literacy on financial resilience by mediating household behavior is accepted. The hypothesis of financial planning on financial resilience is not supported. However, the effect of financial planning on financial resilience with household behavior as mediation is supported. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions which will also be discussed further in this paper.
