Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of communication, compensation, and Good Corporate Governance on employee performance. The research involved 197 respondents selected using the Probability Sampling technique with the simple random sampling method. The analysis results show that the communication variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) partially, with a significance value of 0.02. Conversely, the compensation variable (X2) does not affect employee performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.27. Meanwhile, the Good Corporate Governance variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) partially, with a significance value of 0.00. This research can be a useful reference for other parties interested in conducting similar research in the future. The information and findings from this research can be a basis for further research and can be used as a guide in developing employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, product variety, and product price on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest in e-commerce diversity among Management study program students at PGRI University Semarang. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire with a total of 99 respondents. Researchers used primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Form to students of the PGRI University Semarang study program. The technique used in sampling was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The respondents in this research were students of the Management study program at PGRI University Semarang. The results of this research identify that there is a correlation between social media marketing and price on buying interest in Bhinneka E-commerce, there is no correlation between product variety and buying interest in Bhinneka Ecommerce, that there is a correlation between social media marketing and purchasing decisions on Bhinneka E-commerce. -commerce Bhinneka, there is no correlation between product variables and purchasing decisions on E-commerce Bhinneka, that there is a correlation between buying interest and purchasing decisions on E-commerce Bhinneka, there is a correlation between social media marketing and price on purchasing decisions with buying interest as intervening variable in Bhinneka Ecommerce, there is no correlation between product variations on purchasing decisions and purchase interest as an intervening variable in Bhinneka E-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work environment variables, work stress, work conflict, organizational communication and leadership style on the work spirit of Hijab MSME employees in Bolo Village. The population in this study was 190 employees; the sample determined in this study was 128 employees using a saturated sample. In this research, a sampling technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires.. The findings of this research are that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work morale of Hijab MSME employees in Bolo Village, work stress has a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Hijab MSME employees in Bolo Village, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Hijab MSME employees in the Village. Bolo, organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on the work morale of Hijab MSME employees in Bolo Village, and leadership style has a positive and significant influence on the work spirit of Hijab MSME employees in Bolo Village.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use on the performance of MSMEs in Ngerangan Village, Klaten, with trust as a mediator. The data collection method used is probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. The total respondents in the study were 100 respondents, which is MSME in Ngerangan Village. Hypothesis testing using smartPLS software. The study results are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect trust. Likewise, trust influences the performance of MSMEs in Ngerangan Village. However, perceived usefulness does not directly affect the performance of MSMEs. In contrast to perceived ease to use, which directly influences the performance of MSMEs. The practical implications of this research are that the technology adopted by MSMEs must be easy to use and have many benefits for business development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Usaha Kecil & Menengah (Ukm) di Kecamatan Grobogan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelaku UKM di Kecamatan Grobogan, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 117 responden. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25 menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan dan kinerja keuangan secara parsial, inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhada kinerja keuangan secara parsial, locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan (Y) secara parsial. Literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, locus of control memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja keuangan secara simultan dengan nilai f hitung 34,154 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Self Efficacy, Locus of Control , dan Human Relation terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gama Mandiri. Dengan menggunakan metode survei pada 75 karyawan, uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan keakuratan instrumen penelitian. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel locus of control yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel efikasi diri dan hubungan manusia menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya keyakinan individu bahwa hasil dan segala sesuatu yang terjadi dalam hidup seperti keberhasilan maupun kegagalan ditentukan oleh perilaku dan usahanya sendiri. Serta perlunya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri individu dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan juga meningkatkan hubungan komunikasi yang baik antar karyawan maupun dengan atasan.

Abstract

Competition in the beverage packaging industry is getting tighter, requiring companies to continue to build consumer loyalty. The AQUA brand, although widely known, has experienced a decline in the Top Brand Index over the past four years, indicating a decline in consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the influence of electronic word of mouth and customer trust on purchasing decisions for Aqua brand bottled drinking water in Demak City with purchase interest as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are carried out using AMOS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) does not have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, Customer Trust has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, Purchase Interest has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) does not have a significant influence on Purchase Interest, Customer Trust has a significant positive influence on Purchase Interest, Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) does not have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions through Purchase Interest, and Customer Trust has a significant positive influence on Purchase Decisions through Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, perceptions of education, and training on employee career development. The method used was a quantitative approach using survey techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that motivation, perceptions of education, and training each have a positive and significant influence on career development. Employees with high motivation, positive perceptions of education, and who participate in effective training tend to have better career opportunities. These findings confirm that career development is determined not only by organizational structural factors, but also by individual motivation and continuous learning processes.

Abstract

Fluktuasi pendapatan merupakan hal yang umum dalam dunia bisnis, namun fluktuasi yang terjadi pada gerai Mixue di Pasar Puri menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian dengan tren pertumbuhan Mixue secara nasional. Meskipun dikenal sebagai merek minuman dan es krim yang populer dan terjangkau, gerai tersebut mengalami ketidakstabilan penjualan. Fenomena ini menimbulkan dugaan bahwa faktor- faktor seperti lokasi usaha, citra merek, dan labelisasi halal berperan dalam memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, yang menghasilkan 138 responden yang merupakan konsumen Mixue yang telah berusia minimal 17 tahun dan pernah membeli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26 dengan melakukan uji kelayakan data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas hasil. Lokasi strategis memudahkan akses konsumen, citra merek yang positif meningkatkan kepercayaan, dan labelisasi halal menambah keyakinan konsumen muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Citra merek juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan Labelisasi halal memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada jumlah variabel yang digunakan terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mencakup jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan menambahkan variabel lain guna memperkaya analisis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan “untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening dan pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan di UMKM yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. Seratus karyawan dari sektor UMKM Kota Batam menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.1.” Temuan menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memengaruhi motivasi karyawan, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kompetensi sumber daya manusia, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, gagasan ini memiliki banyak pengaruh dan dukungan. Lebih lanjut, keterlibatan memiliki efek yang menguntungkan dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja (p = 0,005). Kompetensi sumber daya manusia dikaitkan dengan tingkat kinerja karyawan yang secara signifikan lebih tinggi (P = 0,022).” Demikian pula, variabel motivasi memiliki dampak substansial terhadap kinerja karyawan (p = 0,021). Variabel-variabel ini memiliki dampak substansial terhadap produksi pekerja.
