Abstract

This study investigates the impact of augmented reality (AR), product superiority, and user experience on consumer satisfaction, focusing on the use of L’Oréal cosmetics’ Virtual Try-On feature within an e-commerce platform. It delves deeply into how these three factors influence satisfaction both directly and through mediating effects, drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to provide a comprehensive perspective on consumer behavior in interactive, technology-driven shopping environments. A quantitative methodology was employed, surveying 100 respondents who have experienced L’Oréal’s AR feature. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS to construct and empirically validate a structural model of the relationships among the constructs. The results demonstrate that AR significantly enhances consumer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly via product superiority and user experience, each serving as key mediators. Additionally, the study’s theoretical foundation highlights that contemporary consumer technology adoption is shaped by perceived usefulness, convenience, and experiential value during digital interactions, reinforcing the model’s relevance for understanding the factors driving consumer satisfaction with AR technologies.

Abstract

In the development of the business world, high-quality and professional human resources are crucial for companies. This study aims to determine how leadership style, work environment, and compensation affect employee performance at PT. PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City. The data collection technique used in this research is a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling method applied is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS version 4 software, employing both outer model and inner model analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work environment and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance, while leadership style has a positive but not significant effect. By establishing clear and measurable standard operating procedures as a reference for employee performance, this study identifies high-quality human resources capable of improving overall employee performance. Keywords: leadership style; work environment; compensation; employee performance.   Pada perkembangan dunia bisnis, sumber daya berkualitas tinggi dan profesional sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 4.0 dengan analisis outer model dan inner model. Hasil studi menyatakan lingkungan kerja serta kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Dengan membuat standar operasional yang jelas dan dapat diukur sebagai acuan kinerja karyawan, sumber daya berkualitas tinggi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat ditemukan melalui studi ini. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan; lingkungan kerja; kompensasi; kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Literasi digital produktif dan keterampilan kewirausahaan digital merupakan kompetensi penting bagi siswa di era ekonomi digital. Namun, hasil identifikasi di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih dominan menggunakan media digital secara konsumtif dan belum memahami digital marketing secara sistematis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar digital marketing melalui pendekatan project-based learning. Kegiatan pengabdian bersifat incidental selama 2 hari melibatkan 50 siswa kelas XI dari ekstrakurikuler Kewirausahaan dan KIR. Pelatihan meliputi materi segmentasi pasar, branding, pembuatan konten, copywriting, dan analisis tren. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 57,3 menjadi 82,6. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada indikator pembuatan konten digital. Siswa juga berhasil menghasilkan proyek mini kewirausahaan digital dan menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi serta kepercayaan diri. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing berbasis praktik efektif dalam membentuk kompetensi digital dan pola pikir kewirausahaan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work facilities, and work motivation on employee performance at the PRIMKOPABRI Savings and Loan Cooperative, Kendal Regency. Employee performance is an essential factor in supporting cooperative organizational effectiveness, particularly in providing optimal services to members. Preliminary findings indicated several performance-related issues, including suboptimal task completion, delays in work discipline, inadequate work facilities, and insufficient employee motivation. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of all 57 employees of PRIMKOPABRI Kendal Regency, and a census sampling technique was applied. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a four-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS. The results show that work discipline, work facilities, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Among the three variables, work facilities were identified as the most dominant factor in improving employee performance. Simultaneously, the independent variables explain 91.7% of the variance in employee performance. In conclusion, improving employee performance at PRIMKOPABRI Kendal Regency can be achieved through consistent enforcement of work discipline, adequate provision of work facilities, and continuous strengthening of employee motivation to support optimal cooperative performance.
