Abstract

This study investigates the impact of process automation and human resource management (HRM) on production turnaround time and product quality in the fast food industry in West Java. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 180 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that both process automation and HRM significantly influence production turnaround time and product quality, with automation showing a stronger impact on quality and HRM demonstrating a more substantial effect on turnaround time. The study highlights the synergistic relationship between automation and HRM, emphasizing their combined role in achieving operational efficiency and maintaining high product standards. These results provide actionable insights for fast food businesses to integrate technological advancements with strategic human resource practices, ensuring competitiveness in a dynamic market.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of recommendation algorithms and the provision of digital facilities on purchasing patterns and consumer loyalty in e-commerce platforms in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 180 respondents through a structured questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale (1-5). The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that recommendation algorithms have a significant positive impact on both consumer loyalty and purchasing patterns, with path coefficients of 0.454 and 0.419, respectively. Additionally, the provision of digital facilities also influences consumer loyalty (0.360) and purchasing patterns (0.405). The study found that enhancing both personalized recommendations and digital infrastructure can significantly improve customer retention and sales, emphasizing the importance of these factors for e-commerce platforms in Jakarta. The model’s R² values suggest that it explains a substantial portion of the variance in consumer loyalty (0.567) and purchasing patterns (0.580), with high predictive relevance. The findings provide practical insights for e-commerce businesses to optimize user experience and strengthen consumer relationships, contributing to improved competitive advantage in the digital market.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Environmentally Friendly Packaging (EFP) and Product Labeling (PLA) on Purchasing Decisions (PDE) and Business Sustainability (BSU) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 MSME owners and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that EFP and PLA have significant positive effects on PDE and BSU. Specifically, EFP influences Purchasing Decisions (β = 0.358, p < 0.001) and Business Sustainability (β = 0.240, p = 0.003), while PLA strongly affects both Purchasing Decisions (β = 0.530, p < 0.001) and Business Sustainability (β = 0.487, p < 0.001). These findings suggest that MSMEs can improve their competitiveness and long-term viability by adopting eco-friendly packaging and emphasizing sustainable labeling practices. The study contributes to the understanding of sustainable business practices in the context of MSMEs and provides valuable insights for entrepreneurs aiming to enhance their market position and ensure sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of three critical factors—Digitalization of the Recruitment Process, Generational Diversity, and Use of Data Analysis Tools—on Workforce Quality in technology start-up companies in West Java. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents with a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all three factors positively influence workforce quality, with Generational Diversity having the most substantial effect. Specifically, the digitalization of recruitment processes enhances workforce quality by improving candidate selection, while data analysis tools contribute to informed decision-making in talent management. The findings highlight the importance of integrating digital technologies and fostering a diverse workforce to optimize workforce quality in start-up environments. The study provides actionable insights for practitioners seeking to improve workforce performance through technological and diversity initiatives.

Abstract

The evolution and key themes in the field of talent management research from 2000 to 2024 are highlighted in this study's thorough bibliometric analysis and thematic overview. Effective human resource strategies inside organizations are determined to be based on the fundamental elements of talent management, which include leadership, training and development, and organizational performance. It is acknowledged that the incorporation of technology innovations, including big data, machine learning, and digital transformation, has a revolutionary impact on talent management procedures by permitting more predictive and data-driven methods. In addition to discussing the implications of diversity and inclusion in cultivating a creative and flexible workforce, this study examines the strategic significance of matching organizational objectives with talent management in order to improve competitive advantage. The study also discusses the potential and problems associated with technology integration in human resources, stressing the importance of ethical concerns and upholding a human-centered approach in the face of technological breakthroughs.

Abstract

Inflasi merupakan salah satu parameter untuk mengukur kestabilan perekonomian di Indonesia. Menjaga stabilitas perekonomian dapat dilakukan dengan mengendalikan laju inflasi. Pengendalian laju inflasi, selain melalui kebijakan yang ditetapkan pemerintah juga dapat dilakukan dengan meramalkan inflasi untuk periode selanjutnya. Peran serta setiap wilayah di Indonesia sangat diperlukan, termasuk Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang memiliki 5 kota Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) yakni Kota Bulukumba, Watampone, Makassar, Parepare dan Palopo. Inflasi merupakan data deret waktu bulanan yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh aspek antar lokasi dan variabel eksogen. Peramalan inflasi yang melibatkan efek waktu, lokasi dan variabel eksogen dapat menggunakan Generalized Space Time Autoregressive with Exogenous Variable (GSTARX). Penelitian ini, meramalkan inflasi 5 kota di Sulawesi Selatan menggunakan GSTARX dengan variabel eksogen yaitu IHK serta pembobot lokasi yang digunakan adalah bobot seragam dan invers jarak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model peramalan yang sesuai dan mengetahui hasil peramalan inflasi pada 5 kota di Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model GSTARX adalah model yang cocok dan hasil peramalan inflasi 5 kota di Sulawesi Selatan menunjukkan bahwa pembobot invers jarak memiliki akurasi yang lebih baik karena nilai rata-rata RMSE bobot invers jarak lebih kecil dibanding bobot seragam. Akan tetapi, terdapat selisih yang cukup besar antara hasil peramalan dengan data out-sample (aktual). Efek spasial secara menyeluruh belum mampu dijelaskan oleh kedua bobot yang digunakan menjadi penyebabnya.

Abstract

Abstark. Aksara Lontara Bugis merupakan salah satu warisan budaya Indonesia yang perlu dilestarikan, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Namun pembelajaran aksara ini di tingkat sekolah dasar masih menghadapi kendala, seperti kurangnya media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran Aksara Lontara Bugis berbasis Android sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa dalam mempelajari aksara tersebut. Aplikasi ini dirancang khusus untuk siswa SDN 152 Cenning di Desa Salonbongko, Kecamatan Malangke Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain antarmuka, implementasi fitur pembelajaran interaktif, dan evaluasi oleh siswa dan guru. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur seperti pengenalan huruf Lontara, kuis interaktif, dan permainan edukasi yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan siswa dalam mempelajari Aksara Lontara Bugis. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media pembelajaran inovatif yang mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal di era digital.Abstract. The Lontara Bugis script is one of Indonesia's cultural heritages that must be preserved, especially among the younger generation. However, teaching this script at the elementary school level faces challenges, such as the lack of interactive and suitable learning media for students. This study aims to develop an Android-based learning application for the Lonta The development method includes needs analysis, interface design, implementation of interactive learning features, and evaluation by students and teachers. The application offers features such as Lontara script recognition, interactive quizzes, and educational games that support the teaching and learning process. Trial results indicate that the application effectively improves students' motivation and ability to learn the Lontara Bugis script. Therefore, this application is expected to become an innovative learning medium that supports the preservat.

Abstract

Abstark. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dan (1) dokumentasi data; (2) pengamatan; (3) wawancara; dan (5) studi pustaka. Perancangan website yang dibuat menggunakan metode pengembangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship dan sequence diagram. Adapun software yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, xampp sebagai webserver, dan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website yaitu sistem informasi sekolah. Website ini telah diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Dengan adanya website ini dapat membantu guru, pengunjung, siswa dan pihak sekolah untuk mengelola data-data yang ada.Abstract. The purpose of this research is to create an information system for SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Timur. The research method used in this study is the Waterfall method. Data collection methods in research and (1) data documentation; (2) observation; (3) interviews; and (5) literature study. The website design is made using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) development method which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationships and sequence diagrams. The software used in the design of this information system uses the PHP programming language, xampp as the webserver, and MySQL as the database. This research produces a website that is a school information system. This website has been tested using the Black Box testing method. With this website it can help teachers, visitors, students and the school to manage existing data.

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by acetylcholine hydrolysis that impairs cognitive brain function. This research aims to determine the interaction and dynamic of ligands from Moringa oleifera on AChE through Lipinski's Rule, ADMET properties, molecular docking calculations, and molecular dynamic simulations. Lipinski's Rule calculation provided ligand limits that adhere to druglikeness properties. ADMET results also showed that several ligands satisfy ADMET properties. Pterygospermine has lower binding energy than the ligand control (-10.28 kcal mol-1) with amino acid residues of TYR133 and GLU202. It indicates a favorable interaction between the AChE receptor and ligand in the inhibition process. Based on molecular docking calculations, pterygospermine inhibits the AChE receptor at the Long, narrow aromatic gorge active site. According to molecular dynamic simulations, the MMPBSA energy for pterygospermine is 37.377 kJ mol-1. The samples showed a total average RMSD of 2 Å, suggesting no significant conformational changes throughout the simulation. The sample's average RMSF value is around 2 Å, suggesting favorable interactions with the receptor during simulation. However, this data is different from the ligand control interaction mode. Molecular dynamic investigations of the pterygospermine ligand in the complex revealed the stability and unfolded effect on the protein. The results of this study propose a candidate anti-Alzheimer's ligand from Moringa oleifera against the AChE receptor. In practice, these results can contribute to research studies exploring natural ingredients from plants with medicinal potential in drug discovery. These results can be validated using further research in vitro and in vivo.
