Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this research is to ascertain the impact of the rupiah exchange rate and self-proclaimed interest rates on the IHSG. Using a quantitative approach, this research uses an explanatory framework. This study targets the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. A purposive sampling method was used to select 60 participants for the research. Information collection was carried out using secondary data where data was taken from existing documents and then developed and further analysis was carried out through Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 26 using multiple linear regression. The findings of this research indicate that the combination of the rupiah exchange rate and self-claimed interest rates has a significant impact on the IHSG. Keywords: Rupiah Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, IHSG

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate whether entrepreneurial leadership and knowledge sharing affect innovation work behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study employs a cross-sectional method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the proposed research model. The sample of this study were 122 employee of SMEs culinary. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3. The findings suggest that the entrepreneurial leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on the Knowledge Sharing of employees in small and medium enterprises in Lowokwaru Distric Malang City. In addition, the study provides evidence that entrepreneurial leadership is the primary driving force for knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The study provides practical guidance for small and medium enterprises to enhance innovation and competitiveness through entrepreneurial leadership that fosters knowledge sharing, in order to create an innovative work environment. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of customer experience and customer expectations on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (a case study of Toyota consumers in Malang City). The population used in this research is Toyota consumers in Malang City. The sample in this study used the hair formula obtained from 140 people. This research analyzes data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9. The variables used in this research are customer loyalty as the dependent variable, customer satisfaction as the mediating variable, customer experience, customer expectations as the independent variable. The research results show that 1) Customer experience has an effect on customer loyalty but is not significant 2) Customer Expectations have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty 3) Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction 4) Customer expectations have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty 6) Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable 7) Customer expectations have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, Customer Expectations.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the effect of halal certification, brand image, And word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Lawson Pahlawan Trip outlets. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the research population being consumers who make transactions at Lawson outlets Jl. Pahlawan Trip. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results show that halal certification does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, because the average visitor is a teenager who is less aware of halal certification. While brand image and word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions because popular cultural trends such as K-pop and K-drama encourage consumers influenced by Korean culture to follow their community's recommendations, in line with the Japanese and Korean food concepts offered by Lawson. Keywords: Halal Certification, Brand Image, Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of customer engagement, handling complaints, and customer experience on customer loyalty at Kanvill Dau Restaurant. These factors were selected due to their potential in enhancing customer loyalty to the restaurant. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who had visited Kanvill Dau Restaurant, with a total sample of 108 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results indicate that customer engagement does not have a significant impact on customer loyalty, whereas handling complaints and customer experience have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This suggests that while customer interaction with the brand does not directly influence loyalty, effective complaint handling and a satisfying customer experience can enhance customer loyalty. This study contributes to the literature on service management, particularly in understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty in the restaurant industry. The practical implication of this research is the importance for restaurants to focus on improving customer experience and complaint handling to strengthen customer loyalty. Keywords: Customer Engagement, Handling Complaint, Customer Experience, Customer Loyalty, Restaurant

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes the effect of Hybrid Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Belitang Panen Raya 1. This study’s sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the extent to which the independent variables (hybrid leadership style and work environment) influence the dependent variable (employee performance). The results indicate that, mathematically, the Hybrid Leadership Style has a positive relationship but does not have a significant impact. In contrast, the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Hybrid Leadership Style, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, interaction quality and service facilities on community satisfaction in Giripuro village. This study uses a verification method with a quantitative approach. and uses a Likert scale as a measurement tool. The sample of this study was selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with a snowball sampling technique with a total of 83 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data testing uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that service quality, interaction quality, and service facilities have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction. Service quality partially affects community satisfaction. Interaction quality partially affects community satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, digital literacy and self-efficacy on increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a sample size of 82 students with the record that they have taken entrepreneurship courses and do not yet have a business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. This research uses a quantitative approach because the data is obtained in the form of numbers. Based on the results of research analysis, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.  Keywords: Entrepreneurship education, digital literacy, self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine how Cash on Delivery (COD), Free Shipping Program, and Product Price influence Purchase Decisions in the TikTok Shop. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 75 respondents was selected. The data was collected through a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was the data analysis technique employed in this research. The findings indicated that, when analyzed together, both Cash on Delivery and the Free Shipping Program had a significant positive impact, while Product Price also showed a significant positive effect. On the other hand, when analyzed individually, Cash on Delivery and the Free Shipping Program both had a significant positive effect, while Product Price had a positive effect that was not statistically significant on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Cash On Delivery, Free Shipping Program, Product Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In order to examine how brand image and product quality affect customer loyalty for a cup of coffee in Malang City, this study used consumer happiness as an intervening variable. The methodology used in this study is quantitative. Questionnaires given to Malang City coffee drinkers served as the major source of data for this study, while records, journals, earlier studies, and other sources provided secondary data. Because the population employed in this study is unknown, the purposive sampling method a strategy for selecting respondents based on criteria was used to transfer the sampling. This approach yielded a total of 85 samples using a Likert scale in a questionnaire. In hypothesis testing, the t test is employed. The findings of the study demonstrate that customer loyalty is influenced by brand image and product quality. Customer loyalty benefits from brand image and product quality to some extent. Customer happiness and loyalty are positively and significantly impacted by product quality. Customer pleasure, on the other hand, has a beneficial and notable influence on brand loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Consumer Loyality, Consumer Satisfaction
