Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3), and work stress on employee performance at UD. Farhan Jaya, Depok. The background of this research is based on the importance of creating a conducive and low-pressure work environment to support productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 51 employees of the production department. Data analysis was carried out by validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the work environment and work stress had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while K3 had no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 25.1%. These findings indicate that the creation of a harmonious work environment and good stress management can optimally improve employee performance, while the implementation of K3 needs to be reviewed to be more impactful. This research contributes to the development of HR management strategies based on environmental and work psychological factors. Keywords: Work Environment, K3, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Companies, including Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs), must constantly improve due to the business world's rapid expansion. Human resources are a critical component of a sustainable and growing organization. The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, organizational culture, and employee commitment. It also looks at how work motivation and organizational culture partially and simultaneously affect employee commitment in MSMEs in the creative sector, specifically among Kopi Kenangan employees in Malang City. 75 employees serve as both the population and the sample in this study, which uses a quantitative approach and survey method. A total sampling strategy is used. After passing tests for validity, reliability, normalcy, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, the data were gathered via questionnaires and subjected to multiple linear regression analysis.A regression coefficient value of 1.032 supports the primary findings, which show that work motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee commitment. Similarly, with a regression coefficient value of 0.745, organizational culture likewise has a positive and substantial partial effect on employee commitment. Employee commitment is significantly impacted by both organizational culture and job motivation at the same time, with an F-calculated value of 120.715 that is higher than the F-table value of 2.73 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.735, job motivation and organizational culture account for 73.5% of the variation in employee commitment, with other factors outside the research model accounting for the remaining 26.5%. In conclusion, organizational culture and work motivation are critical elements that greatly increase employee engagement in MSMEs in the creative industry. Keywords: Work motivation, Organizational culture, Employee commitment, MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to decide the influence of Product Completeness and Price on Purchase Decisions at Madura Grocery Store Toko Fahmi among FEB students. The sample used in this study consists of 60 students. The data collection technique employed in this research is a questionaire, and the bata analysys methud used is mutltiple liniear regeression analiysis. Abstract

Abstract This study seeks to examine the impact of compensation, work environment, and work-life balance on employee performance at Quality Group Sidoarjo, PT Bumi Jatikalang Sejahtera. The research utilized a quantitative methodology, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 34 employees at the Quality Group Sidoarjo office of PT Bumi Jatikalang Sejahtera. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings reveal that compensation does not significantly affect employee performance, the work environment has a significant influence, while work-life balance does not show a significant effect. Keywords: Employee Performance, Compensation, Work Environment Work-Life Balance.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Global Mindset, Job Characteristics, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. SMAB Pandaan, both individually and simultaneously, as well as to identify the variable that has the most significant influence. The study employs a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing. A total of 75 employees of PT. SMAB Pandaan were selected as the research sample. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, followed by validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests with the assistance of SPSS version 19 for Windows. The findings indicate that Global Mindset, Job Characteristics, and Compensation have both partial and simultaneous effects on Employee Performance. Among the three variables, Global Mindset is the most influential factor. Overall, the three independent variables demonstrate a strong and positive relationship with Employee Performance. Keywords: Global Mindset, Compensation, Job Characteristics, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research examines the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Rejeki Barokah Prima Cigarette Factory, Blitar Regency. A quantitative method with an explanatory approach was applied in this study. The research population included all employees working in the production and packing divisions, totaling 51 respondents, with sampling conducted using a saturated sampling method. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires and processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that work environment, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. On an individual basis, the work environment variable does not show a significant influence, whereas work discipline and work motivation demonstrate a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of character education, family role, and social-digital environment on human resource readiness in the Society 5.0 era. The research population consisted of individuals pursuing higher education, with a sample of 80 respondents obtained through purposive sampling. The dependent variable in this study was human resource readiness, while character education, family role, and social-digital environment were independent variables. The F test results show that the three independent variables together have a significant effect on human resource readiness. The partial t test results show that character education, family role, and social-digital environment each have a positive and significant effect, with the social-digital environment as the most dominant variable. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.590 shows that 59% of the variation in human resource readiness can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 41% is influenced by factors outside this study, indicating that there is still an opportunity for further research to explore additional factors that affect human resource readiness. Keywords: Character Education, Family Role, Social-Digital Environment, Human

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the role of social capital and interpersonal trust in improving lecturer performance through organizational commitment at Universitas Islam Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample consisted of 204 lecturers selected through proportional sampling. The results indicate that social capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and lecturer performance. Interpersonal trust has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment but does not directly affect lecturer performance. Organizational commitment significantly influences lecturer performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between social capital and lecturer performance, as well as the relationship between interpersonal trust and lecturer performance. The model explains 44.8% of the variance in lecturer performance and 34.1% of the variance in organizational commitment. These findings highlight the strategic importance of strengthening social relationships and trust within academic institutions to enhance organizational commitment and improve lecturer performance. Keywords: Social Capital, Interpersonal Trust, Organizational Commitment, Lecturer Performance, SEM-PLS

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work-family conflict, and the work environment on employee productivity. The approach used was a quantitative method, with the primary instrument being a questionnaire administered to all employees of the Lembata Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) as respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent of influence of each variable on employee productivity. The results of the analysis Y = 13.981 + 0.560 x1 + -.294 x2 + -.234 x3 + e. From these results it is known that Work Motivation (X1) and Work Family Conflict (X2) have a positive and significant influence on work productivity (Y). However, the Work Environment (X3) does not show a significant influence on employee productivity. This is supported by the results of the partial test (t) on the employee work motivation variable (X1) which has a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 4.805> t-table 2.660, the work family conflict variable (X2) has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of -4.045> t-table 2.660 and the employee work environment variable (X3) has a sig value of 0.104> 0.05 and a t-count value of -.1654 <t-table 2.660, also the results of the simultaneous test (f) show a significant 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated f value of 13.948> f table 2.76 the results of the determinant coefficient analysis show 46.6% employee work productivity (Y) is influenced by the variables of work motivation (X1), Work Family Conflict (X2) and Work Environment (X3). Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at the State Polytechnic of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research population of 190 non-ASN employees of the State Polytechnic of Malang. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling and purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 66 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work motivation also has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the State Polytechnic of Malang. The results indicate an increase in the effectiveness of transformational leadership and optimal motivation and job satisfaction can encourage an increase in employee performance at the State Polytechnic of Malang. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.
