Abstract

Abstract

According to statistics from the 2018 Basic Health Research, 65.7% of Indonesians suffer from degenerative illnesses, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, and joint disease. According to Ministry of Health data, the number of persons with diabetes would have increased to 6.2% (10.8 million) by 2020, and 236,710 diabetes-related fatalities were recorded in 2021. Data on risk variables and outcomes were gathered concurrently in this cross-sectional research, which uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data for the research was gathered using Google Forms, and the study population consists of 62 senior citizens from RW 07, Wonokromo Village. The incidence of degenerative illnesses is the dependent variable, while physical activity, knowledge, food, and lifestyle are the independent factors. The Chi-Square test and cross-tabulation were used for analysis. The findings indicate that, albeit just once a week, most respondents participate in physical activities like gymnastics largely for their physical well-being. Most respondents stick to a set eating schedule even when they do not strictly follow a diet. The results suggest that although education, nutrition, and lifestyle do have a major impact on the occurrence of degenerative diseases, physical exercise alone does not.

Abstract

The application of tariff applied in handling BPJS patients references the INA- CBGs and the payment model used by BPJS Kesehatan to replace the total bill by the hospital. Hospitals receive payments based on the INA- CBGs rate, which is the average cost spent by a group of diagnoses. It is expected to improve the quality and efficiency of hospitals. The benefit of implementing INA -CBGs in JKN is the tariffs in the form of packages cover all components of hospital costs. Cost efficiency efforts must be made. That is no deficit from the applicable INA-CBGS tariff. Quality and cost control efforts are very important in the implementation of ENT specialist poly services. This study aims to analyze the demographic characteristics of the patient, the patient's diagnosis, the difference in rates between INA CBGS payments and RSIS rates, the composition of financing and the Unit Cost of ENT Polyclinics. The research type is quantitative observational with cross-sectional design. The research location is at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital with BPJS TXT data, processing in January-December 2019. The results showed, the demographic characteristics of most patients were > 50 years old, and most of them were diagnosed with minor chronic diseases. The difference between Ina-CBGS payments and RSIS rates is Rp. 60,174 which means that each patient contributes a profit of Rp. 60,174. The composition of the financing for implementation of the ENT Polyclinic is the cost of consulting services. The unit cost of ENT Polyclinic patients is Rp. 132,774 per patient.

This training, which was packaged attractively and attended enthusiastically by the participants, has provided benefits to the participants. shows the final test on the data is higher than the initial test. However, the range of distribution of final test data also becomes smaller, this shows that there is an increase in knowledge regarding effective communication. The following are Paired sample correlations to test the influence related to the implementation of Cultural Internalization Implementation Training with Effective Communication Training at Hospital X as an Effort to Increase Work Motivation

Abstract

Hearing loss is a threat to society and is age agnostic, including in the elderly. WHO commemorates World Hearing Day to raise awareness about the importance of ear care. This activity aims to educate health cadres and the community about hearing loss prevention. Socialisation activities were carried out in Wonokromo Village using lecture and question and answer methods. Before and after the socialisation, participants were asked questions to measure their knowledge about ear health. The counselling programme was attended by 74 participants. The mean value of the pre-test was 634, while the post- test increased to 861, showing a significant change (p < 0.05). This socialisation was effective in increasing participants' understanding and knowledge on how to maintain ear health. This is expected to increase public awareness and concern for the importance of hearing health and apply the results of counselling in everyday life.
