Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of management accounting information systems and total quality management on managerial performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Daihatsu Samarinda. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Daihatsu Samarinda. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling method where the entire population is sampled, with a total of 41 samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 27 application analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the management accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and total quality management has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance

Abstract

The study aims to analyze factors that improve the performance of employees of the Education and Culture Office, with a study in Pidie Jaya Regency. The factors observed are limited to aspects of work transfers, workload and work conflict. Survey research on 82 employees as respondents, using associative with path analysis. The results of the study found: 1) significantly work transfers, workload and conflict affect employee performance, each amounting to 54.14%, 42.13% and 53.65%. 2) Simultaneously work transfers, workload and work conflict contribute positively by 49,1% to employee performance. 3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of work transfer, workload and work conflict with a moderate category

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang ramah pada anak. Artikel ini dibuat dengan metode penelitian library research. Data penulisan diperoleh dari penelitian jurnal, artikel lain, dan hasil penelitian di jurnal lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis adalah suatu upaya dalam mempengaruhi orang lain dalam bekerjasama untuk terwujudnya tujuan yang sama. Kedua, kepemimpinan demokratis memberi kesempatan pada siapapun dalam berpartisipasi baik dalam pemberian saran serta pelaksanaan. Ketiga, kepemimpinan demokratis juga menjadi penunjang dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang ramah pada anak. Keempat, dalam lingkungan belajar ramah anak harus adanya kolaborasi yang aktif pada Kepala Sekolah, guru, orang tua serta lingkungan masyarakat dan kelima, dalam penerapan lingkungan belajar ramah anak yang berhasil ada peran Kepala Sekolah yang menentukan kemajuan sekolah dan pertimbangan diberbagai hal.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the understanding of grade 5 students at SD Negeri Patung about plant diversity through training and introduction to the herbarium. The problem faced is students' lack of knowledge about plant types and the importance of conservation. The methods used include the first stage of socialization of herbarium activities and the second stage of dry herbarium training. The results of the service show an increase in student's knowledge about plant classification, as well as skills in collecting and preserving plant specimens. As many as 80% of students showed high enthusiasm and were able to explain the process of making a herbarium well. In conclusion, this training not only increases students' knowledge about plants but also fosters a sense of love for the environment. The use of herbarium as a learning tool has proven effective in introducing the concept of biodiversity to the younger generation. It is hoped that this program can be implemented on an ongoing basis to support environmental education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Colleges function as learning centers that provide interactive academic environments. The Palangka Raya College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) as the location of the research as a higher education institution located in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province. The STMIK Palangka Raya building is designed to provide facilities that are in accordance with academic needs and accommodate teaching and learning activities for students, lecturers, and administrative staff focusing on informatics and computer management. The purpose of the study was to conduct a survey and analysis of the STMIK Palangka Raya building. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive description of the results of the STMIK Palangka Raya building survey. STMIK Palangka Raya is designed with attention to the principles of security, accessibility, and user comfort. STMIK building materials used are of high quality and pay attention to energy efficiency. The research stages include analyzing the potential existence of STMIK, conducting visual observations and analyzing the availability of natural lighting in the STMIK building as an important factor because it affects the teaching and learning process related to the visual comfort of users of the space. Analysis of learning space as an analysis of the identification of campus building designs that provide student learning interest and analysis of green open spaces (parks) to create a beautiful learning environment and create fresh air. The output of the research is the identification of the location, structure, facilities, and lighting of STMIK Palangka Raya described in writing.

Abstract

Tanjung Sangkar Village, located in Lepar Pongok District, South Bangka Regency, has significant economic potential in the fisheries and marine tourism sectors. However, the lack of documentation and territorial mapping poses challenges in managing and promoting the village’s potential. Therefore, this community service initiative, conducted through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kedisinian programme of Muhammadiyah University of Bangka Belitung (Unmuh Babel), aims to develop a digital thematic map that can serve as a reference for data-driven decision-making. The implementation method includes field surveys, data collection, design phase, map validation, and handover to the village administration. The results of this programme indicate that the thematic map enhances the effectiveness of development planning, economic potential promotion, and community participation in territorial management. In conclusion, the utilisation of digital thematic maps can be a strategic tool in supporting data-based rural development and attracting investment in the tourism and local industry sectors.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi kronik yang sangat mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak, terutama pada masa golden age (0–5 tahun). Pada masa ini, pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan otak anak berlangsung sangat pesat, sehingga gangguan asupan gizi akan berdampak serius terhadap kualitas hidup anak di masa depan. Di Indonesia, prevalensi stunting masih tergolong tinggi dan telah menjadi ancaman bagi kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kurangnya pemahaman orang tua mengenai gizi, pola pengasuhan yang tidak tepat, serta rendahnya akses dan pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan dasar menjadi faktor utama yang memperburuk kondisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara komprehensif faktor-faktor penyebab dan dampak stunting terhadap tumbuh kembang anak pada masa golden age, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas berbagai intervensi yang telah dilakukan guna mencegah dan menangani masalah tersebut. Penataan Literature review ini diawali dari proses pencarian jurnal hingga penyaringan dikumpulkan jadi 6 artikel. Hasil dari berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa stunting memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap aspek fisik, kognitif, dan afektif anak. Anak dengan status gizi kurang memiliki risiko lebih tinggi mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan, baik secara motorik maupun mental. Di berbagai daerah seperti Yogyakarta, Aceh, dan Tasikmalaya, faktor dominan penyebab stunting adalah kurangnya pemenuhan gizi pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan, pengetahuan gizi yang rendah, serta kebiasaan makan anak yang tidak sehat. Intervensi berbasis edukasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua serta kader posyandu dalam mendeteksi dini penyimpangan perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Ultisol is one type of land in Indonesia that has an area distribution of about 25% of Indonesia's total land area and the widest distribution is in Kalimantan (21.938.000 ha). The acidic pH of the soil causes low availability of P in Ultisol and the occurrence of P fixation by Al and Fe which are positively charged, making P difficult to be available to plants. In this study, ameliorant was added in the form of dolomite and chicken manure to see the effect on Ultisol soil by isothermal phosphate absorption analysis and processed using the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) equations. The results of the study concluded that the application of P on Ultisol soil in Gunung Kupang Village, Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City, was in accordance with the Freundlich Equation. High or low P absorption indicates the level of P availability in the soil. In other words, fixation on acidic mineral soils can reduce the amount of P available to Plants.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding (ASI) provides many benefits for breastfeeding mothers and the growth and development of children who receive breast milk from infancy. Such as increasing antibodies, protection from infection, and other benefits that can support the development of the child's brain and immune system. This research aims to explore exclusive breastfeeding for the health and development of babies and mothers. The research method used is a literature study which involves analysis of various previous studies on the benefits of breast milk. The initial data was 60 articles, then after analysis it became 23 articles for primary data, both national and international. Research results show that breast milk not only provides the necessary essential nutrients but also strengthens the baby's immune system, because it not only promotes growth and development, but also contains protective substances and antibodies that protect the baby from various diseases and infections. The conclusion confirms that the practice of exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of a baby's life is essential to ensure that each baby gets the full benefits of breast milk and grows up healthy and strong, while also providing important health benefits for the mother. Thus, this research underscores the importance of supporting and promoting exclusive breastfeeding practices to improve health and well-being in babies, mothers, and in society. Keywords: Benefits Of Exclusive Breastfeeding; Baby's Health; Breastfeeding Mother   Abstrak Pemberian ASI Eksklusif (ASI) memberikan banyak manfaat bagi ibu menyusui dan  tumbuh kembang anak yang mendapat ASI sejak bayi. Seperti peningkatan antibodi, perlindungan dari  infeksi, dan  manfaat lainnya yang dapat mendukung perkembangan otak dan sistem kekebalan tubuh anak. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi ASI eksklusif bagi kesehatan dan perkembangan bayi serta ibu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang melibatkan analisis berbagai penelitian terdahulu tentang manfaat ASI. Adapun data awal yaitu 60 artikel kemudian setelah dianalisis menjadi 23 artikel untuk data primer, baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ASI tidak hanya menyediakan nutrisi esensial yang diperlukan melainkan memperkuat sistem kekebalan bayi, karena tidak hanya mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan nya saja, tetapi juga mengandung zat pelindung dan  antibodi yang  melindungi bayi dari berbagai penyakit dan infeksi. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa praktik menyusui eksklusif selama enam bulan pertama kehidupan bayi sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap bayi mendapatkan manfaat penuh dari ASI dan tumbuh dengan sehat dan kuat, sementara juga memberikan manfaat kesehatan yang penting bagi ibu. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mendukung dan mempromosikan praktik menyusui eksklusif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan pada bayi, ibu, dan pada masyarakat. Abstract

The skin is the outermost layer of tissue that has the function of covering and protecting the surface of the human body. Unhygienic skin will trigger skin infections caused by various microorganisms. One of them is bacteria. Hanjuang merah (Cordyline fruticosa) is a type of plant that is often used as a traditional medicine, especially for the Dayak community. However, research on the use of the Cordyline fruticosa plant in producing liquid body wash formulations that are efficacious as antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus has not been carried out so far. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential of Cordyline fruticosa as a formulation of liquid body wash formulations and to find the effectiveness of Cordyline fruticosa in inhibiting infections caused by S. aureus bacteria made in the form of liquid body wash. The method used in the extraction is maceration and the manufacture of liquid body wash according to the formulation that has been made, while the disc diffusion method with concentrations of 5% (F1), 10% (F2), and 15% (F3) is used in antibacterial tests. Liquid body wash preparations with the largest inhibitory zone level at a concentration of 15% (F3). The concentration of 15% (F3) is effective in inhibiting the growth of S. aureus bacteria which is characterized by the formation of an inhibition zone around the disk.
