Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of fundamental concepts of Real Analysis as a mathematical foundation in the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning through a literature review. Concepts such as limits, continuity, and convergence are directly related to the optimization process used in model training, making a deep theoretical understanding essential in modern computing (Goodfellow et al., 2016). Data were obtained from various theoretical books, national and international journal articles, and applied mathematics research, then analyzed using content analysis techniques to explore patterns and contributions of the literature. The results of the study confirm that Real Analysis not only serves as a theoretical foundation of mathematics but also plays a strategic role in ensuring the stability and accuracy of artificial intelligence algorithms, making mastery of these concepts a crucial requirement in supporting technological development and improving the quality of mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic banks in empowering the economy based on zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) through the collection, management, and productive use of funds. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, covering scientific journals, BAZNAS reports, and the Annual Report of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The results show that Islamic banks made a significant contribution by increasing ZIS fund collection in 2024, distributing Rp 286.62 million in productive zakat, and implementing empowerment programs such as providing micro-business capital, business assistance, and capacity building training involving BAZNAS, BCA Syariah, and micropreneur mustahik. These programs have an impact on improving the competence, income, and economic independence of mustahik. This study concludes that the contribution of Islamic banks is not only financial but also transformative through capacity building and business sustainability, thereby improving the economic welfare of the community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study examines about the implementation of the Guided Discovery Learning learning model assisted by video learning on science learning outcomes in Elementary School students in Bondowoso Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of applying the Guided Discovery Learning learning model assisted by learning videos on science learning outcomes in elementary school students. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of pre-experimental research with a one group pretest and posttest research design. The population and sample in this study were all 6th grade students at SDN Pujer Baru 3, Bondowoso Regency, consisting of 10 students consisting of 6 male students and 4 female students. The data collection technique used was an objective test pretest and posttest of 10 questions in the form of multiple choice adjusted to indicators of cognitive learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence on the application of the Guided Discovery Learning learning model assisted by video learning on science learning outcomes in elementary school students as indicated by the average pretest score of 48.17 and the average posttest of students of 75. The test results the hypothesis shows the sig. 0.000 <0.05, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This proves that the Guided Discovery Learning learning model assisted by learning videos has a significant influence on science learning outcomes in elementary school students.

Abstract

Data from WHO obtained an incidence of 1,769,425 people (90%) of women who experience dysmenorrhea, 10%-15% of whom experience severe dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea is pain before or during menstruation, occurring on the first day to several days of menstruation. Dysmenorrhea can have various unfavorable impacts on adolescent girls. These impacts include disrupted activities, limited physical activity, social isolation, poor concentration, absenteeism in the teaching and learning process at school and class, loss of concentration at school, inability to do homework, limitations in sports activities, limitations to go out with friends. Acupressure is the science of healing by doing massage at certain points, this science comes from China which has existed for more than 500 years. Community service is carried out in 3 stages, namely: Stage 1 Selection of adolescent girls who are willing to get acupressure massage to reduce pain. Stage 2: Conducting socialization and giving acupressure massage to reduce pain during dysmenorrhea. This community service activity was attended by 15 respondents consisting of 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students of SMPN 2 Penajam. From the results of univariate analysis before being given counseling to 15 respondents, 3 (20%) respondents had a sufficient level of knowledge and 12 (80%) respondents had a lack of knowledge and after counseling the results obtained from 15 respondents there were 15 (100%) respondents had a good level of knowledge. From the results obtained after counseling there is an increase in respondents' knowledge of the material provided.   Abstrak Data dari WHO didapatkan kejadian sebesar 1.769.425 jiwa (90%) wanita yang mengalami dismenore, 10%-15% diantaranya mengalami dismenore berat. Dismenore adalah nyeri sebelum atau selama menstruasi, terjadi pada hari pertama sampai beberapa hari masa menstruasi. Dismenore dapat memberikan berbagai dampak yang kurang baik bagi remaja putri. Dampak tersebut meliputi aktivitas yang terganggu, keterbatasan aktivitas fisik, isolasi sosial, konsentrasi yang buruk, ketidakhadiran dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dan kelas, kehilangan konsentrasi di sekolah, ketidakmampuan untuk pekerjaan rumah, keterbatasan dalam aktivitas olahraga, keterbatasan untuk keluar dengan teman. Akupresure merupakan ilmu penyembuhan dengan cara melakukan pijat pada titik - titik tertentu, ilmu ini berasal dari Tionghoa yang suda ada sejak lebih dari 500 tahun yang lalu. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap yaitu : Tahap 1 Pemilihan remaja putri yang bersedia mendapatkan pijat akupresure untuk mengurangi nyeri. Tahap 2 : Melakukan sosialisasi dan pemberian pijat akupresure untuk mengurangi nyeri pada saat dismenore. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini di ikuti 15 orang responden yang terdiri dari siswi kelas 7,8,dan 9 SMPN 2 Penajam. Dari hasil analisis univariat sebelum diberikan penyuluhan terhadap 15 responden terdapat 3 anak (20%) responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup dan 12 anak (80%) responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan hasil dari responden ada 15 anak (100%) responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik. Dari hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan respondenterhadap materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

The presence of Candida spp. in respiratory samples has long been considered colonization. Although the prevalence of Candida spp. in respiratory samples is quite high, the true incidence of Pneumonia Candida is only around 0.23-0.4%. Nevertheless, Pneumonia Candida significantly increases morbidity and mortality. Data for this study were collected from medical records using observational analysis with a cross-sectional design. Samples were obtained from patients isolate from July 2023 to June 2024, diagnosed with pneumonia with culture results identifying Candida spp. Factors that may increase the risk of Candida spp. infection were then identified. Data were processed using regression analysis techniques to identify the most influential factors. The regression analysis revealed that the length of hospitalization, patient age, and the use of other invasive devices were significant risk factors (p= 0.07; p= 0.001; p= 0.015), respectively. The Nagelkerke N square of the multiple logistic regression test was 50.5%.The findings from the research indicated that the duration of hospitalization, patient age, and use of invasive equipment had an influence on the incidence of positive Candida spp cultures in pneumonia patients..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the principal’s management in integrating character education at Realfunrainbow Kindergarten in Salatiga City. Character education in early childhood has become increasingly important in response to globalization, the rapid development of digital technology, and socio-cultural changes that influence children’s behavior. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Methodological triangulation was applied to ensure the credibility of the findings. The research participants included the principal, two Group B teachers, three parents as program beneficiaries, and three local MSME owners as internship partners. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal a distinctive innovation at Realfunrainbow Kindergarten, namely the integration of character education with local socio-economic contexts through internship programs at MSMEs. This initiative enables children to practice values such as discipline, cooperation, respect, and responsibility in authentic settings, thereby strengthening experiential learning and community engagement. In addition, the integration of character education is systematically implemented through the principal’s management functions, including planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. Planning is based on needs analysis with a focus on character development, while organizing involves assigning teachers as mentors, engaging parents as collaborators, and establishing partnerships with local MSMEs. Mobilization is carried out through role modeling and motivation, whereas controlling is conducted through continuous supervision and evaluation. In conclusion, the successful integration of character education is largely determined by the principal’s managerial and leadership capacities in managing school resources comprehensively and sustainably, as well as in fostering community partnerships to support early childhood character development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon anatomis tanaman bunga matahari (H. annuus L.) terhadap tembaga dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri dari 4 konsentrasi perlakuan logam Cu yaitu P0: 0 mg/L, P1: 100 mg/L, P2: 200 mg/L dan P3: 500 mg/L, dengan 5 ulangan untuk setiap perlakuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan merendam biji bunga matahari kultivar dalam wadah berisi air hangat selama semalam kemudian ditanam pada polybag. Tanaman dipelihara secara intensif hingga berumur 2 minggu setelah tanam dan dilakukan aplikasi Cu. Logam Cu yang digunakan berupa garam CuSO4.5H2O. Setelah aplikasi Cu, dilakukan pengukuran pertumbuhan tanaman, pembuatan dan pengamatan preparat anatomi akar dan daun menggunakan optilab. Parameter penelitian meliputi parameter anatomis (akar terdiri dari tebal sel epidermis, tebal jaringan korteks, dan tebal berkas pengangkut; daun meliputi tebal sel epidermis atas dan bawah, tebal jaringan palisade, tebal jaringan spons, tebal berkas pengangkut, dan indeks stomata). Data hasil pengamatan disajikan dalam bentuk gambar dan pengukuran akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dan diuji lanjut dengan Duncan Multiple Range Test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Cu berpengaruh terhadap anatomi tanaman bunga matahari dengan adanya kerusakan sel-sel epidermis dan korteks akar, penebalan berkas pengangkut akar, sel epidermis atas dan bawah daun, tebal jaringan palisade, jaringan spons, dan penebalan berkas pengangkut pada daun dan stomata daun bertipe fanerofor.
