Abstract

This study aims to explore the relevance of the spiritual dimension of humans to the implementation of character education. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes spiritual concepts in various religions and philosophies and relates them to educational values. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. A research approach that aims to describe and understand phenomena that occur in their natural context. This research does not focus on hypothesis testing or statistical generalizations but rather emphasizes a deep understanding of a problem or phenomenon. Researchers use an inductive approach to identify patterns, themes, and characteristics that emerge from the collected data. The results of descriptive qualitative research are in-depth descriptions of the phenomena studied, which can provide rich and contextual understanding. Based on research, it was found that the spiritual dimension of humans and character education are closely related. Character education aims to form good and quality character in individuals, while the spiritual dimension involves understanding and awareness of the nature of self, life, and its creator. The contribution of the spiritual dimension of humans in character education can provide a strong foundation for the formation of individuals with integrity, responsibility, and care for others. The implication of this research is the need to include a spiritual approach in the character education curriculum as an effort to form a generation that has a strong morality and positive attitude towards life.

Abstract

Pemberian kode diagnosis pada rekam medis pasien mengacu pada aturan ICD-10 (International Statistical Classification of Disease and Related Health Problem). Ketidaktepatan pengkodean diagnosis akan berdampak pada proses tarif E-klaim INA-CBG’s terhadap kinerja keuangan Rumah Sakit, serta salah dalam pelaporan data mordibitas dan mortalitas pasien. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix method). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 248 berkas rekam medis diagnosis kasus persalinan pasien JKN periode Agustus-Desember tahun 2022. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 153 dengan metode simple random sampling terdapat (26,79%) hampir setengahnya kode tepat dan (73,20%) sebagian besar kode tidak tepat Diagnosis Utama. Lalu terdapat (50%) setengahnya kode tepat dan (50%) setengahnya kode tidak tepat Diagnosis Sekunder. Petugas koding tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan rekam medis, belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan khusus kodefikasi dan belum mempunyai buku ICD-10.

Abstract

SIMRS Khanza merupakan sistem teknologi informasi komunikasi yang memproses dan mengintegrasikan seluruh alur proses pelayanan Rumah Sakit dalam bentuk jaringan koordinasi, pelaporan dan prosedur administrasi untuk memperoleh informasi secara tepat dan akurat. Penggunaan SIMRS Khanza yang belum efektif sehingga menyebabkan pelayanan kepada pasien menjadi kurang maksimal sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala dan keefektivitasan penggunaan SIMRS Khanza terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan menggunakan unsur manajemen 5M. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tentu sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan untuk dapat menentukan jumlah sample yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara terkait 5M terdapat kendala terkait unsur methods karena tidak memiliki SOP penggunaan SIMRS Khanza, terkait unsur materials terjadi kendala pada jaringan internet dan terkait unsur manusia belum adanya pelatihan khusus kepada petugas pelayanan rawat jalan. Terkait unsur mechines dan money sudah dikatakan efektif karena sudah tersedianya aplikasi SIMRS Khanza disetiap unit dan sudah tercukupi anggaran pada rumah sakit serta dilakukannya pemeliharaan pada SIMRS Khanza. Saran terkait unsur 5M yang terkendala yaitu methods agar segera diterbitkan SOP bagi proses pelayanan rawat jalan, materials agar diberlakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan secara terus menerus untuk sistem jaringan dan man petugas lebih meningkatkan kemampuannya dan mengikuti pelatihan khusus minimal satu tahun sekali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat guru SMK Takhassus Al Qur'an Wonosobo dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa serta peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mendorong pertumbuhan tersebut. Siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengejar prestasi akademiknya. Masalah ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain kurangnya kasih sayang dari orang tua, lingkungan, dan anak itu sendiri, kurangnya strategi pembelajaran yang menarik, dan kurangnya keinginan siswa untuk belajar sendiri. Seluruh siswa SMK Al Qur'an Takhassus di Wonosobo dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini, karena semangat belajar mereka yang cukup rendah. Penelitian semacam ini disebut penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diamati di lapangan melalui kata-kata lisan dan tulisan, dengan kata-kata lisan tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kata-kata tertulis berupa kutipan data naratif. Sementara itu, triangulasi sumber untuk memastikan kebenaran data dilakukan melalui penggunaan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam membantu siswa di SMK Al Qur'an Takhassus Wonosobo menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk belajar. Guru-guru ini juga berperan sebagai pemandu untuk memastikan proses pendidikan berjalan lancar, dan mereka secara rutin bekerja sama dengan ahli materi pelajaran dan wali kelas untuk memantau ketidakhadiran siswa di kelas. Melalui layanan konseling, guru bimbingan dan konseling mampu membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa dan membuat mereka bersemangat belajar. Layanan konseling yang diberikan guru bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa sejalan dengan teori bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

This study addresses the growing challenge of declining innovative work behavior among employees amid the emerging phenomenon of job hugging, where individuals remain in their positions despite limited satisfaction and development opportunities. The primary objective of this research is to examine the effects of transformational and transactional leadership on innovative work behavior, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from 500 formal-sector employees working in private companies in Jakarta. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3 to assess the measurement and structural models, including validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a strong and positive effect on innovative work behavior, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment. Transactional leadership also shows a positive but relatively weaker influence, primarily through structured reward mechanisms. Furthermore, organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationship between leadership styles and innovative work behavior. These findings highlight the critical role of effective leadership in fostering employee commitment and sustaining innovation, particularly in organizational environments characterized by high retention but limited mobility.

Abstract

The psychological dimension involves self-control, purification of the psyche, and mental well-being. The intellectual dimension emphasizes knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making. The emotional dimension focuses on faith and ethics, while the spiritual dimension strengthens the connection with God and spiritual well-being.  Islamic education has important relevance in developing human potential as bio-psycho-spiritual beings. Islamic education provides a holistic approach that includes the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of individuals. Islamic education helps man in understanding the purpose of life, knowing Allah, and developing a deeper relationship with Him. By integrating biological, psychological, and spiritual aspects, Islamic education provides a comprehensive framework for the formation of good character and harmony in human life. This article aims to explain the relevance of the bio-psycho-spiritual dimension of man to Islamic education. This discussion is important to help us understand how Islamic education can contribute to developing a balanced and well-rounded individual.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the IT understanding of parents of students at RA Masyithoh II Gadingrejo, to find out how to provide learning support for early childhood at RA Masyithoh II Gadingrejo, and to explain the influence of parents' IT understanding in providing learning support for early childhood at RA Masyithoh II Gadingrejo. The research method used is qualitative research. For data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the analysis uses qualitative data analysis in the form of data reduction results, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that parents can monitor IT access and use, especially gadgets, more effectively in early childhood, so that children's digital experiences can be more controlled and tailored to their needs. Parents' active role in selecting appropriate content allows young children to access content that supports their development in a positive way. Parents should set time limits for playing with gadgets to reduce negative impacts, such as harm to children's eyes and disruption to social interactions. In addition, proper supervision of gadget use in early childhood can help ensure that technology use provides positive benefits and does not harm children's development. With proper guidance, parents can ensure a healthy and quality digital experience for young children and help them develop a wise understanding of using IT. Teachers in mentoring learning have many functions: as guides, environmental organizers, participants, counselors, and supervisors.
