ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on simultaneous general election public services during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the General Election Commission Bone Bolango regency. This study uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool and data analysis techniques in quantitative research using statistics. The statistical test used in this study is descriptive statistics which is carried out to find the effect between the two variables through analysis of the regression test. The variables used in this study are Organizational Climate as the independent variable and public service as the dependent variable. This study found that the simple linear regression coefficients from organizational climate data and the effectiveness of simultaneous general election public services during the Covid-19 Pandemic were obtained at a = 19.38 and b = 0.30. Thus, the form of the simple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 19.38 + 0.30x. The results of the analysis of variance show that this equation is linear. In other words, the linear regression equation model is accepted and can be used to predict that if the organizational climate increases by one unit, the effectiveness of simultaneous general election public services during the Covid-19 Pandemic will increase by 0.30 units at a constant rate of 19.38 .

Paradigma Masyarakat yang masih mengandalkan sari pohon enau sebagai produk minuman beralkohol merupakan permasalahan utama di Desa Miranti. Padahal, di satu sisi, sari pohon enau apabila dikelola dengan baik dan benar, dapat dijadikan sebagai produk Gula Semut yang secara notabenya memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi di pasaran. Hal itu, mengingat saat ini Gula Semut telah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan primer di dunia industri dengan market pasar yang cukup luas baik dalam skala Lokal, Nasional hingga internasional. Sehingga tujuan dilaksanakanya kegiatan ini, untuk memberikan pendampingan secara teknis baik dari tata cara pengolahan sari pohon enau hingga pada Teknik pemasaranya. Selain itu, poin yang paling penting adalah membuka jaringan UMKM di Desa Miranti agar bisa bermitra dengan berbagai pihak yang secara tekstual dan kontekstual dapat memberikan nilai pendapatan yang lebih terhadap peningkatan UMKM di Desa Miranti. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada kelompok UMKM yang berada di Desa Miranti. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini, masyarakat mampu berfikir secara terarah dan memiliki keterampilan serta pengetahuan yang lebih terhadap tata cara pengelolaan sari pohon enau. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, paradigma berpikir masyarakat di Desa Miranti yang masih minim akan SDM dapat diatasi dengan adanya pendampingan secara face to face baik secara individual maupun kelompok.

The aim and objective of this research is to analyze the management problems of Village Owned Enterprises in Koluwoka Village, East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the management of Village Owned Enterprises in Koluwoka Village, East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency is categorized as quite good in terms of the management process seen from the several businesses that have been carried out. However, seen from the planning aspect, the Koluwoka Village-Owned Enterprise, East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency has not been optimal in its planning, coordination and supervision, even though it complies with existing provisions as stated in the Village Minister Regulation. The deficiencies in planning by the Koluwoka Village-Owned Enterprises are that there are no indicators of optimal activity plans in accordance with the main objectives of the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises.

That cigarette kills you is a warning listed on every circulating cigarette wrapping label, but for smokers it is only considered a meaningless slogan. This research aims to analyze the extent to which the application of non-smoking areas is effective and adhered to by employees, especially the Local Government Task Force (SKPD) of Gorontalo Province. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data source is obtained from primary and secondary data. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of non-smoking regional programs in the SKPD environment has not been effective due to the behavior of non-compliance of employees who are not fully aware of cigarettes can cause disease, less understanding about cigarette smoke is more harmful to passive smokers. Concluded that the Implementation of Non-Smoking Area Policy in SKPD Environment has not been fully adhered to by employees where there are still smoking not in the place that has been provided, the employees have not realized that cigarettes and their content can cause disease, and that the employees do not understand that cigarette smoke can interfere with the health of themselves and people (passive smokers) in the vicinity. Therefore, it is recommended that the Local Government be more keen to socialize so that employees comply with the regulations; aware of the dangers of cigarettes indirectly damaging to health; understand that cigarette smoke is very dangerous for himself and those around him. Abstract. The purpose of this study is to find out more about how village government policies support rural community empowerment programs through the utilization of the Village Fund Budget in Tanggilingo Village. This researcher uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. This data collection was carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines submitted to a number of informants. The results of the study show that the village government does not involve the community in MSME activity programs. In the stages of the empowerment program that utilize village budget funds that are not as planned. Unclear information about the village budget. What the village government is doing is still lacking because the government only steps down once a year. It is suggested that the village government should involve the community in planning the empowerment program. The village government provides assistance in every community empowerment program. The village government is more open and delivers the budget used in the empowerment program that utilizes the Village Fund. The village government evaluates on a scale so that the empowerment program runs well.Keywords: Utilization of village funds, community empowermentAbstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah desa dalam menunjang program pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan melalui pemanfaatan Anggaran Dana Desa di Desa Tanggilingo. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif pendekatan Kualitatif. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang diajukan kepada sejumlah informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah desa kurang melibatkan masyarakat di dalam program kegiatan UMKM. Di dalam tahapan program pemberdayaan yang memanfaatkan dana desa anggaran yang tidak sesuai yang direncanakan. Informasi yang kurang jelas tentang anggaran dana desa. Yang dilakukan pemerintah desa masih kurang karena pemerintah hanya turun satu tahun satu kali saja. Disarankan pemerintah Desa harus melibatkan masyarakat di dalam perencanaan program pemberdayaan. Pemerintah desa melakukan pendampingan di dalam setiap program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pemerintah desa lebih terbuka dan melakukan penyampaian terhadap anggaran yang digunakan dalam program pemberdayaan yang memanfaatkan Dana Desa. Pemerintah desa melakukan evaluasi secara berskala agar program pemberdayaan berjalan dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan dana desa,pemberdayaan masyarakat

The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of discipline on the productivity of teaching staff and teaching staff at SMPNs in Paguyaman District; 2) To determine the effect of the work environment on the productivity of teaching staff and education personnel at SMPNs in Paguyaman District; 3) To determine the effect of discipline and work environment on the productivity of teachers and education personnel at SMPNs in Paguyaman District. This research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data which is carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that (1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a determinant value of 19.50%. The meaning of the positive coefficient shows that the work environment has a good impact in increasing teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a determinant value of 58.10%. The meaning of the positive coefficient shows that the better the work discipline of the teacher in fulfilling the mandated duties and responsibilities, the productivity of teachers in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency will be more optimal as well. (3) Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) in Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a determinant value of 77.60%. While the remaining 22.40% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as leadership, compensation, job placement, organizational culture, work stress, training, teacher commitment and other variables

The research objective was to determine and analyze: (1) Management of the Community Salt Business Group (KuGAR) (2) Inhibiting factors for the management of the Community Salt Business Group (KuGAR) in increasing the production of people's salt in Siduwonge Village, Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with a focus on Farmer Group Management and Inhibiting Factors in increasing People's Salt Production. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that: (1) Management of the People's Salt Business Group (KuGAR) from the planning aspect, there is no SOP document for salt production techniques and salt business financing plans. From the aspect of assistance, it is still administrative assistance and the limitations of education and training activities for business actors and from the results of an evaluation of production reports have not been carried out independently by groups; (2) Inhibiting factors that affect the increase in people's salt production are inadequate infrastructure and facilities, availability of routine weather information and access to marketing salt.

This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) knowing and analyzing the strategy for improving the quality of services at Otanaha Hospital; 2) to identify and analyze the factors that determine the strategy for improving the quality of services at the Otanaha Hospital. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews and documentation. 9 informants included: KTU representing Directors, Doctors and Nurses, who are at the Otanaha Regional General Hospital, this research was conducted from June to July 2020. The results showed that: 1) the strategy to improve the quality of services at Otanaha Hospital only applies two strategies, namely the organizational strategy and the program strategy that emphasizes the vision aspects of the hospital; 2) factors that determine the improvement of service quality at the Otanaha Regional Hospital include the lack of human resources in terms of quality and quantity, limited facilities and infrastructure that are not yet as planned. It is recommended: 1) the hospital continues to strive to develop human resources through training or technical guidance; 2) it is necessary to increase and develop facilities and infrastructure for the realization of the expected service quality.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah kurang optimalnya pelayanan yang ada di rumah dinas bupati Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Profesionalisme Pelayanan Pegawai di Rumah Dinas Bupati Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, keahlian pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari seringnya terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan kecil dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu yang ingin bertemu dengan Bapak Bupati dan membuat para tamu tidak merasa nyaman. Respon pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari rendahnya daya tanggap pegawai dalam melaksanakan arahan dan perintah pimpinan terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan di rumah dinas Bupati Bone Bolango. Kesiapan pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari seringya terjadi kesalahan pegawai yang bertugas di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango yang terkesan tidak siap untuk memberikan pelayanan khususnya dalam kegiatan yang tidak terjadwalkan

This study aims to determine the Leadership of the Village Head in the Implementation of Duties and Functions of the Ulobua Village Apparatus. This research consists of three focuses, namely managerial ability, effective communication and leadership assertiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the leadership of the village head in the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ulobua Village Apparatus was not optimal. This can be seen from the managerial ability of the Ulobua Village Head who has not been able to direct and mobilize village officials to work based on the main tasks and functions, the ability to communicate effectively which is still lacking by using a one-way communication pattern, and the firmness of the leadership in this case the Ulobua Village Head who is still less and each is easily influenced by outside parties.
