Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang faktor-faktor penghambat implementasi penyiaran digital Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner/daftar pertanyaan, yang disebarkan kepada 89 (delapan puluh sembilan) responden Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Pengumpulan data lainnya melalui observasi dan dokumentasi untuk melakukan pencatatan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi analisis tabel, skor total rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis adalah 3,22 kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, variabel sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta sumber dana, sebagai faktor yang sangat menghambat dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan penyiaran digital. Dalam arti, jika ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana serta sumber dana tidak memadai di Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) sangat menghambat dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan penyiaran digital. Disarankan, perlunya pengambil kebijakan di Lembaga Penyiaran Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI), memperhatikan sumber daya manusia (SDM), sarana dan prasarana, serta sumber dana yang memadai. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pendelegasian tugas dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi pencatatan sipil di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Kabupaten Pohuwato. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam pada sejumlah informan dan pencatatan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa pendelegasian tugas dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi sebagai kewenangan yang diberikan, belum menjadikan aparat menguasai tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya. Pendelegasian tugas tidak dibarengi dengan wewenang yang memberi kesempatan kepada aparat menguasai tugas dan fungsinya. Pendelegasian tugas tidak dibarengi dengan wewenang yang memberi kesempatan aparat memiliki keahlian tertentu dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Pendelegasian tidak dibarengi dengan wewenang yang memberi peluang aparat memiliki pengalaman luas dalam bidang tugas dan fungsi yang dilaksanakan, dan pendelegasian tugas tidak dibarengi dengan wewenang yang memberi peluang aparat meningkatkan inisiatif dan kreativitasnya. Disarankan, perlunya pimpinan organisasi memperhatikan pendelegasian tugas dibarengi dengan wewenang yang membuat aparat menguasai tugas dan fungsinya, yang membuat aparat menguasai keterampilan, yang membuat aparat memiliki pengalaman luas dalam bidang tugasnya, yang membuat inisiatif dan kreativitas aparat meningkat. Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of competence on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) to identify and analyze the effect of training, competence and motivation simultaneously on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo. This research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and literature review. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 20 program, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that the researchers conducted show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between training variables on employee performance in the office; 2) there is a positive and significant influence between competency variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) there are positive and significant influence between motivation variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between training, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Bagian Umum Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan  Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Bagian Umum Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini tergambar dari pelaksanaan kinerja ASN yang kurang didasari rasa tanggungjawab, lambatnya respon ASN dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keperluan ASN pada instansi atau bagian lainnya, serta rendahnya kompetesi ASN yang terlihat dari rendahnya tingkat pendidikan rata-rata ASN yang berdampak pada kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the service for obtaining building permits (IMB) at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Types of Qualitative research. Data analysis begins with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service for managing building permits at the Investment Service and One-Stop Service in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency is not optimal and optimal, there are several problems, namely; socialization, service completion time, human resources (officers), PMPTSP service office facilities, especially building permits, so that needs to be addressed in order to provide more optimal service and meet community expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Equality Education Program in the Non-Formal Education Unit, Learning Activities Studio (SPNF SKB) Kaidipang, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. From the results of the study, there are still several obstacles including: Communication that is still not well established between the government, identification officers and the community, then inadequate Human Resources, especially from educational backgrounds who still do not have a Diploma in Out of School Education, not to mention Facilities and Infrastructure The available resources have not met the needs, especially in the teaching and learning process and the bureaucracy. It is recommended that if there is a communication gap in an organization, an evaluation is immediately carried out, then it is necessary to hold training for officers in order to create good human resources, the availability of facilities and infrastructure in an organization must be adequate because it strongly supports the success of the programs that have been set. , and to achieve something that has been jointly determined, an orderly bureaucracy is needed. The Non-Formal Education Unit, Learning Activity Center (SPNF SKB) KAIdipang continues to strive to continue to improve good service to the community, foster community trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors for the implementation of B Package  in SPNF SKB Bolangitang, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. In this study, the focus of the problem is socialization, infrastructure, human resources, and budget. The results of this study in terms of several problems that hinder as follows: the socialization that has been carried out has been running but is not optimal due to lack of budget and resources. However, socialization is still carried out with other alternatives, the existing infrastructure facilities in UPTD SPNF SKB Bolangitang indeed still have many shortcomings. it is necessary to make improvements in order to provide the best for the continuity of education, human resources (tutors) in UPTD SPNF SKB Bolangitang are still lacking in need the addition of existing tutors where one tutor teaches more than one lesson so that B package learning is not optimal, the existing budget at UPTD SPNF SKB Bolangitang has a minimal budget which has not been able to meet the learning needs of package B so that the lack of budget cannot increase the number of tutors facility. It is recommended that there is a need for additional human resources, infrastructure, budget and more optimized socialization.

Abstract

The database of synchronization has not yet started because there are obstacles faced by government of the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency , causing the population data base to contain the data errors such as differences in population data. The data correction / or the latest data synchronization is needed to occur. This Research used the Types of Qualitative Research. The aim is to find out and analyze the synchronization of the use of population databases and civil records in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of this study indicate that the infrastructure of the Population and Civil Registry Office is still lacking in infrastructure, the socialization has been running but not optimal, the coordination that has been carried out is not optimal. It is need to add infrastructure, need to improve socialization and coordination so that services can be optimized.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research, that Aims to determine the effectiveness of the Mobile Service Program at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is descriptive, data collection techniques use instruments in the form of observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the service time for the mobile program is according to a set schedule and is very effective, but not optimal, in terms of the distance from the population service place from the Population and Civil Registry Office to other villages, so it is very far so it is difficult to pass because the road damaged and very far away in remote areas, the supporting infrastructure for mobile service program activities is still limited and sufficient, and the number of employees who go to the field in villages is still a lack of employees who provide population management services resulting in long queues and slowing down the service process It is recommended to pay attention to service time, distance and place of service, facilities and infrastructure, and number of employees so that the implementation of the mobile service program can be maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of the service activity is to prevent the number of stunting cases in Gorontalo Province, especially in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency. There are several methods used in the form of socialisation and direct assistance. The timing of the implementation of this activity will be carried out in August 2022. Based on the findings in this activity, there were 17 cases of stunting in Iloponu Village. This is updated by the economic level of the community which is still at a low level so that parents have not been able to provide nutritious food to children. In addition, the level of education of parents is also one of the factors in the emergence of stunting cases in Iloponu Village. It can be concluded that Stunting is a chronic disease that can interfere with the growth of children whose effects can penetrate into a person's career if prevention is not carried out early.
