Abstract

This study aims to understand the factors hindering the settlement of BPJS receivables and their impact on the financial performance of RS Multazam Gorontalo. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings reveal several inhibiting factors, such as a shortage of skilled coding personnel, a low rate of document returns by BPJS, a budget deficit in BPJS Health due to unpaid premium contributions, and delayed disbursement of BPJS patient claim funds. RS Multazam has utilized the SCF program to address cash flow issues. Recommendations include recruiting more coding personnel, providing training for BPJS patient document verification, minimizing document return issues, utilizing integrated applications, and efficiently utilizing government SCF programs. All of these actions are aimed at improving cash flow and hospital operations

Abstract

To increase the productivity and maximum efficiency of teachers at work, job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization. Increasing job satisfaction is important for organizations to increase commitment and organizational citizen behavior (OCB). The effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher job satisfaction is the subject of this research. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 25, and the research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. 71 respondents were taken as a sample through the census method, and data was collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable (X1) influenced teacher job satisfaction (Y1), as shown by testing the t-test hypothesis, where Tcount>Ttable (5.413>1.995) and a significant level that was less than 0.05, namely (0.021< 0.05). Organizational citizen behavior (OCB) variable (X2) influences job satisfaction (Y1).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi sekretaris desa dalam pelayanan administrai kependudukan di Desa Botumoputi Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terkait penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Koordinator belum berjalan optimal sebab kurangnya koordinator dan koordinasi sekretaris desa dengan Kaur dan Kasie mengakibatkan pelayanan administrasi desa tidak bisa dioptimalkan; 2. Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh sekretaris desa belum maksimal sebab selama ini tidak pernah dilakukan pengawasan mengenai pelayanan administrasi desa; 3. Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh sekretaris desa belum optimal. karena evaluasinya hanya dilakukan sekali dalam setahun yang seharusnya evaluasi harus sering dilakukan sebab kurangnya evaluasi dalam pelaksanaanya sering terdapat kendala dan permasalahan. Untuk disarankan agar 1. Koordinator perlu ditingkatkan oleh sekretaris desa agar bisa mengkoordinir kaur dan kasie dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi yang maksimal kepada masyarakat; 2. Pengawasan perlu dilakukan setiap hari agar pelayanan bisa terarah dan memiliki tujuan sesuai ketentuan; 3. Evaluasi perlu ditingkatkan jagan hanya setahun sekali baru di evaluasi akan tetapi sering dilakukan agar meminimalisir tidak terjadi kesalahan yang sama di kemudian hari

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara, menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dengan informan dan pengamatan langsung dan capaian data tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara serta data pendukung terkait dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan memberikan kontribusi 64,6% terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan sedangkan 35.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi 78,4% terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot. Sedangkan 21.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 81,7% terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas Ollot. Sedangkan 18,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian iniibertujuan untuk mengetahuiedan menganalisissefektivitas kinerja pemerintah. dalam pengelolaan APBDes di Kecamatan KwandanggKabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber datahprimer dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 orang yang terdiri dari pegawai Kecamatan, Aparat Desa dan pelaksana kegiatan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen tertulis dan digital yang relevan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemerintah kecamatan selama ini sudah melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan mengenai Pengelolaan APBDes, namun kinerjanya belum optimal dimana pemerintah kecamatan sudah melaksanakan berdasarkan regulasi dari pemerintah daerah namun belum efektif dilihat dari kualitas kerja,akuantitas kerja,apemanfaatan waktu serta koordinasi adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kinerja pemerintah dalam pengelolaan APBDes mulai dari motivasi, pengawasan, evaluasi serta pembinaan juga masih belum efektif sepenuhnya. Masih ada kendala yang sering dihadapi yakni pada keterbatasan tenaga khususnya tenaga ahli di bidang pengelolaan APBDes.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of how the Village Government is involved in managing Bumdes in Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research was carried out in Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. type of qualitative research carried out in the field, the informants in this research consisted of: a). Village Head Village officials 1 person, b). Head of Bumdes Group 1 person, c). BUMDES members 2 people, d). Society of 2 people. data collection process through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the involvement of the Village Government in the Management of Bumdes in Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency with a research focus on coordination, cooperation and supervision has not yet run optimally, which has resulted in the management of Bumdes in the field often encountering problems that cannot run optimally according to common expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the quality of tax consultant services at the Gorontalo Blessing Consultant Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through interviews with a number of informants, observation and documentation. The research focus consists of employee capabilities, data reliability, and employee response. The results showed that: 1) The ability of employees of the Gorontalo Blessing Consultant Office in providing services, namely in tax reporting and preparing client financial reports, is still less competent because of the 4 (four) employees in the Blessing Consultant Office, only 1 (one) person has an accounting education background, while the other 3 (three) people have a background in public administration, management and education. 2) The reliability of data reported by Blessing Konsultan Gorontalo employees is still inaccurate, because every year clients will get a letter from the tax office due to problems with client tax reporting. 3) The response of Blessing Konsultan Gorontalo employees in handling complaints from clients related to problems in tax reporting and financial reports is still not good, this is because there are stillsome client problemsthat are usually not resolved immediately. 4) Overall, the quality of tax consultant services at the Gorontalo Blessing Consultant Office is seen from the ability of employees, data reliability and employee response are still not optimal. It is recommended that the overall services provided by Blessing Consultants Gorontalo still need to be further improved to minimize the problems faced by clients.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Performance of Village Officials in Administrative Services in Kajulangko Village, Ampana Tete District, Tojo Una-Una Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In accordance with the type of research used is qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the research are in the form of the results of interviews conducted with research informants, related to the sub-focus used to be able to know the Performance of Village Officials in Administrative Services in Kajulangko Village, Ampana Tete District, Tojo Una-una Regency. The sub-focuses used are Responsiveness, Justice and Certainty of time. Based on data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, each sub-focus is described as follows. Based on the overall interview results above, it can be concluded that the responsiveness of the performance of village officials in providing administrative services is not yet optimal. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that the performance of village officials in providing administrative services cannot be said to be optimal and in accordance with applicable standards of justice because there are differences in the treatment of individuals from various social and economic backgrounds although there are efforts to achieve equitable justice, there are still many challenges and obstacles that must be overcome. Based on the overall results of the interviews above, it can be concluded that the certainty of the performance of village officials in providing administrative services is not optimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the village government coordinates in flood management in South Monano Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach method. The research location is Monas Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. With a research focus, namely planning, communication and direction. The data sources in this research come from primary data obtained from direct informants and secondary data obtained through documents relevant to this research. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Stages of data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The research results show that the planning aspect is not fully optimal, this is because flood management carried out by the village government is limited to making drainage, platduickers, and programs that involve the community. Communication Aspect, that communication regarding flood disaster management in Monas Village has been carried out by the Village Government through socialization, social media and others, but it is still felt to be not optimal and the Direction Aspect, is not yet fully optimal even though guidance has been carried out by the local government in the form of advice on maintenance surrounding environment, cleaning drainage, always standing by in case of rain. The conclusion is that flood disaster management in Monas Village, seen from the aspects of planning, communication and direction, is not yet optimal, which is shown in terms of planning, there is no long-term planning in the form of building embankments along the river which is the main source of flooding, current communication is only limited to providing information to the community in avoiding flooding and the direction given was limited to an appeal not to throw rubbish in the drainage of the waterway. It is recommended that the village government in dealing with floods be expected to have a long-term plan and provide early warnings through the sound of sirens, provide directions for gathering points and always coordinate with the Sar Team so that the village is free from flooding.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan secara deskriptif tentang Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pengawas dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama islam di Sekolah Dasar Kota Gorontalo. Dengan sub fokus penelitian yaitu pemantauan, penilaian, pembimbingan, dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan data sekunder. Sesuai dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan, maka teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pengawas dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Kota Gorontalo belum efektif dilakukan. hal ini terlihat dari pemantauan belum maksimal, penilaian belum efektif, pembimbingan masih kurang, dan pelatihan masih kurang. Adapun hal-hal yang disarankan dalam penelitian ini yakni diharapkan kepada kementerian agama khususnya Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Gorontalo memperhatikan kendala-kendala dalam Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pengawas dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, karena tidak menutup kemungkinan kendala tersebut dapat menjadi penunjang dalam Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pengawas dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Kota Gorontalo.
