Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan beban pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketidakseimbangan beban listrik pada transformator distribusi penyulang GH Cunda Jurusan Kota di ULP Lhokseumawe Kota serta menghitung rugi-rugi daya akibat arus netral. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi dan pengukuran langsung terhadap parameter-parameter seperti tegangan fasa-netral, arus, faktor daya, arus netral, arus grounding, dan tahanan pembumian netral trafo pada waktu siang dan malam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan ketidakseimbangan beban di lima lokasi yang diseleksi: Bengkel Las Jln Elak (siang 14%, malam 6%), Prm Mutiara Inda (siang 0,33%, malam 1,67%), Pabrik Es Jln Elak (siang 5,67%, malam 13,33%), Gedung Poltek 2 (siang 8,67%, malam 3,67%), dan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (siang 1,1%, malam 3%). Rugi-rugi (Losses) terbesar terjadi di Gedung Poltek 2 mencapai 60,02 kW pada siang hari dan 15,53 kW pada malam hari. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ketidakseimbangan beban pada transformator distribusi terutama disebabkan oleh ketidakmerataan pemakaian energi oleh konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sharia financial literacy of the community in Pulai Payung Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency. Although Indonesia has great potential for developing sharia finance, the level of sharia financial literacy in rural areas such as Pulai Payung Village is still relatively low. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with the local community. The results show that the community's understanding of the concept of sharia finance is still very limited. Most residents only know that sharia finance does not contain usury, but do not understand other products and principles such as mudharabah, musyarakah, and ijarah. The community's level of knowledge of sharia financial products and institutions is also low, with many preferring conventional financial institutions due to easier accessibility. Skills in managing finances according to sharia principles are also still minimal, with people tending to rely on conventional or informal financial systems. These findings demonstrate the need to improve sharia financial literacy through systematic and sustainable education programs, as well as support from the government and sharia financial institutions. By improving Islamic financial literacy, it is hoped that the public will be able to make better financial decisions, avoid practices that conflict with Islamic teachings, and actively participate in a more inclusive Islamic financial system. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing Islamic financial literacy in rural areas and strengthening the Islamic financial system in Indonesia.

Abstract

The influence of the mother tongue on second language acquisition has been widely studied, yet its specific impact on Indonesian learners of English remains underexplored. Grounded in the theoretical framework of language transfer and contrastive analysis, this study examines how the Indonesian language affects English pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary acquisition. The research employed a qualitative approach, analyzing the linguistic patterns of Indonesian EFL learners through phonological, syntactic, and lexical perspectives. Findings indicate that phonological interference leads to sound substitution and syllable epenthesis, while syntactic transfer results in grammatical errors such as auxiliary omission and incorrect word order. Additionally, lexical interference causes misinterpretations due to false cognates and direct translations. These findings highlight the persistent influence of the mother tongue in shaping English proficiency. The study suggests that increasing exposure to authentic English input and employing explicit linguistic instruction can mitigate these challenges. Future research should explore intervention strategies and assess the long-term impact of language transfer. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of second language acquisition in multilingual contexts and offers pedagogical insights for EFL teachers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding of SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa educators in using the COUNTIF function in Microsoft Excel as a tool in decision support systems. COUNTIF is a Microsoft Excel function that can be used to count data based on certain criteria and can be used in various applications, such as academic performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making. This activity included training and mentoring educators on these functions. The results of this activity indicated that educators were more proficient in data processing and understanding the concept of decision support systems. According to training evaluations, educators gained more confidence in using Microsoft Excel to analyze academic and administrative data. Furthermore, the program taught educators the importance of accurate data processing for academic decision-making. By using it correctly, educators can evaluate their learning outcomes in a more structured and seamless manner. It is hoped that this program will be the first step in improving data literacy among vocational school educators

The evolution of crime as a social phenomenon is influenced by a variety of factors, including politics, the economy, socio-culture, and efforts to survive. Theft of property poses a serious threat to society's peace and safety, particularly in the West Jakarta region, where cases of theft involving young people are frequent. The motivation behind this study is to recognize the triggers for burglary and plan powerful counteraction systems, zeroing in on in danger youth in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to collect data from interviews and literature reviews. Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia was established on February 1,2021. The establishment of Bank Syariah Indonesia was a combination of 3 (three) BUMN Banks (State Owned Enterprises), namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, and BRI Syariah. For this reason, the merger of the three banks aims to realize efforts to build an advanced Islamic bank. On the other hand, the progress of an Islamic banking industry is certainly inseparable from the evaluation of the Islamic bank's financial performance. This aims to determine the financial conditions that occurred during a certain period, in which this information is intended for the government, investors and customers of the Islamic bank. So because of this, the authors are interested in measuring the performance of Indonesian Sharia Banks, which can still be said to be new because it is the result of the merger of the three state-owned banks based on the Maqashid Sharia Index and Profitability concept. This research aims to analyze the performance achievements of Bank Syariah Indonesia before and after the merger using the Maqashid Shariah Index and Profitabilta methods and to compare the two performance achievements. The results of the study found that after the Merger, Indonesian Sharia Banks achieved the highest average MSI Performance ratio (Maqashid Syariah Index) and Profitability Performance ratios compared to before the Merger.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the dominant internal and external factors affecting the effectiveness of managing Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS) at BAZNAS Sibolga. The research method involves SWOT analysis to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats in ZIS management. The analysis results indicate that Management Strengths and Operational Efficiency are the strongest internal aspects with a score of 92%, while Weaknesses such as Limited Resources and Inconsistent Implementation require more attention. To enhance effectiveness, Potential Collaborations and Government Support are considered key opportunities with scores of 100% and 85%, respectively. Threats such as Policy Changes and Competition need to be anticipated. In conclusion, optimizing Operational Efficiency with a focus on the collection and utilization of ZIS funds is key to improving community welfare and reducing poverty in Sibolga.

Abstract

The development of Science and Technology (IPTEK), especially information technology, has had a positive impact on all aspects of human life, including education aspect. The teaching and learning process is the core of the whole educational process. The quality of teaching and learning is determined by the teacher and the students themselves as subjects or actors in the process. Therefore, a teacher is required to always improve skills through learning activities/seminars/training related to their competence field. This Community Service Program (CSP) used mentoring methods in its implementation, while the approaches used were classical and individual approach. This CSP activity has succeeded in providing debriefing and training for teachers to install computer networks using the GNS3 software. The training participants in this CSP were teachers of SMKN 1 Suliki, Lima Puluh Kota Regency and SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. To find out the effectiveness of this CSP activity, a questionnaire was used as an assessment instrument. Based on the tabulation results, it was found that this CSP activity obtained an average value of 82.71% in the good category. Even though this activity has obtained good results from CSP participants, consistent efforts are needed to increase the effectiveness of CSP implementation for the next period. Efforts to increase the effectiveness of CSP implementation are also based on several suggestions and input submitted by CSP participants through an effectiveness questionnaire. The suggestions and input submitted by several participants became evaluation material for the CSP implementation team of the Computer Engineering Study Program, Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan website dewasa ini memiliki perananan yang amat penting dalam menyampaikan informasi bahkan mengalahkan media cetak dengan jangkauan yang terbatas. Website Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh yang selanjutnya disebut dengan PPNP sebagai pada perguruan tinggi negeri yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan vokasi dalam berbagai rumpun ilmu pengetahuan dan/atau teknologi dengan menyiapkan mahasiswa untuk pekerjaan dengan keahlian terapan tertentu yang terletak di Kabupaten Lima puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis dengan metode 8 Golden Rules of Interface Design. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakuakn pengunjung atau user menginginkan agar tata kelola website lebih animatif lagi, update dalam menyajikan informasi terbaru dan berkala menjadi harapan dari users terutama data program studi agar dapat selalu update. Website prodi yang update dapat menjadi salah sarana promosi dan pengenalan program studi bagi pihak luar atau masyarakat sekitar maupun di berbagai wilayah. Grafik tertinggi terdapat pada harapan user agar perbaikan tampilan yang lebih responsif dan mudah dipahami. Abstract The use of websites today has a very important role in conveying information, even beating print media with its limited reach. Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic website, hereinafter referred to as PPNP, is a state university that provides vocational education in various fields of science and/or technology by preparing students for jobs with certain applied skills located in Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra. In this research, analysis was carried out using the 8 Golden Rules of Interface Design method. Based on research that has been carried out, visitors or users want website management to be more animated, updates in presenting the latest and regular information are the hope of users, especially study program data, so that it can always be updated. An updated study program website can be a means of promotion and introduction of study programs to outside parties or local communities and in various regions. The highest graphics are in user expectations for improved displays that are more responsive and easy to understand.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the digital literacy and entrepreneurial capacity of youths in Nagari Koto Tuo, Harau District, by introducing a Population Information System and training on Digital Marketing for household products. Through a series of workshops held at the computer laboratory of Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh, participants were taught basic data management, website creation, and strategies for marketing local products through digital platforms. This program provides solutions to the lack of a structured population data system and the limited market reach of household businesses. The outcomes include the development of a prototype village population database system and enhanced participant capability in online marketing.
