Abstract

The goal of this research is to outline and evaluate the principal's human resource management tactics in order to raise the standard of instruction at Tarbiyatul Athfal Al Faruq Karanglewas. Using a qualitative case study methodology, information was gathered via in-depth interviews, documentation, and parent, teacher, and principal participation in observations. The results show that the principle serves as a strategic partner, mentor, and instructional manager in addition to being an administrator. Key strategies include strategic Human Resources planning, selective recruitment, regular training, supervision, and staff empowerment through open communication and performance appreciation. A culture of quality is cultivated through programs emphasizing spiritual values, discipline, and literacy, such as Qur’anic recitation (tasmi’), Islamic studies, and communal activities like morning assemblies and group prayers. Parents are actively engaged as part of the educational ecosystem through responsive communication and character-based programs. This participatory approach fosters a conducive and synergistic learning environment. The study concludes that transformative leadership, which integrates continuous improvement (Kaizen), collective participation, and a collaborative work culture, significantly enhances the quality of early childhood education. The findings imply that PAUD principals must be equipped not only with administrative competence but also with visionary leadership that empowers all stakeholders (including teachers, staff, and parents) to collaboratively build a sustainable culture of quality.

Abstract

The study employs a qualitative research methodology utilizing a case study framework, conducted at SMPN 89 Jakarta. Methods for data collection encompass observation, interviews, and documentation, drawing from schoolteachers and students as primary sources. Analysis methods include data collection, reduction, presentation, and deduction, with source triangulation used to validate the data. Efforts are directed towards curbing intolerance and extremism through the promotion of religious moderation. A strategy devised by school principals and teachers, known as the '5 M' approach (smiles, greetings, manners), is implemented to instill moderate religious values among the school community. Regular teacher coaching sessions are conducted to foster a culture of diversity, perceived as the divine will. The religious environment at SMPN 89 Jakarta exhibits moderate religiosity and embraces diversity, although religious teachers tend to prioritize traditional identity beliefs during the implementation of religious supervision and understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to obtain object data in the field about the application of demonstration methods and experiments in fiqh learning in improving the psychomotor of MIN 11 Banda Aceh students, Aceh Province. The problem raised by the researcher is how to apply demonstration and experimental methods to fiqh lessons in MIN 11 Banda Aceh, Aceh Province and how to improve the psychomotor skills of students of MIN 11 Banda Aceh, Aceh Province? The research method used in the research is a qualitative research method that is descriptive by using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire methods as supporting existing data. The results of the research obtained are to provide an overview that the application of demonstration and experiment methods in MIN 11 Banda Aceh, Aceh Province has been going well and however, there are several obstacles faced by fiqh teachers in MIN 11 Banda Aceh, especially the limitations of demonstration tools and adjusting to the material. Meanwhile, regarding the improvement of students' psychomotor skills, it can be found when the teacher demonstrates a material where the students seem to be more active both in listening and when responding to the teacher's invitation or question. The application of the demonstration method is more dominant used by teachers than the experimental method, this is due to the limitations of teaching aids and also the time that is not possible to experiment to all students, in the application of the demonstration method there are also teachers who use audio visuals as a tool to make it easier and faster for students to understand.

Abstract

The values contained in Pancasila include; religious values, kinship, harmony, populism, and justice. In addition, democratic values; the values of people's sovereignty, the rule of law, the guarantee of freedom, civil supremacy and equality of political rights. This research is a literature study (literature research) is a research that critically examines ideas, knowledge, findings in literature, field findings and documents, with a descriptive qualitative method. This research uses the perspective of Pancasila. The results of this study reveal the importance of implementing Pancasila democratic values in the life of the nation and state comprehensively, so as to create a clean government and a democratic system that is just and creates social welfare. The results of the study show that (1) The implementation of democratic values is carried out by including democratic values in the syllabus and learning implementation plan including tolerance, cooperation, freedom of opinion, mutual respect and trust. (2) The supporting factors are learning facilities, school culture and school leadership. The inhibiting factors are reduced parental support, the community environment, and personal differences. (3) The solution is parental awareness to pay attention to their children, community involvement, and establish good communication with students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas identifikasi stabilitas tanah dan penerapan metode soil improvement pada sistem jaringan perpipaan. Tujuannya adalah memahami proses pelaksanaan di lapangan serta menentukan metode perkuatan tanah yang paling efektif berdasarkan kondisi geoteknik. Stabilitas tanah sangat penting untuk mencegah penurunan, pergeseran lateral, dan penurunan daya dukung yang dapat menyebabkan deformasi, kebocoran, hingga kegagalan sistem perpipaan. Kajian dilakukan melalui survei geoteknik, pengujian laboratorium (kohesi, sudut geser dalam, indeks plastisitas), dan simulasi numerik menggunakan Plaxis 2D. Soil improvement sendiri merupakan rangkaian teknik untuk meningkatkan sifat dan kualitas tanah agar memenuhi persyaratan teknis pada zona pemasangan pipa, terutama di tanah lunak atau labil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi geogrid reinforcement dan cement deep mixing mampu meningkatkan daya dukung tanah hingga 45% dan menurunkan deformasi lateral pipa hingga 38% dibandingkan kondisi tanpa perkuatan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi teknis dalam pemilihan metode perkuatan tanah yang adaptif terhadap kondisi lapangan, sekaligus mempertimbangkan efisiensi biaya dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to support local economic transformation among the Tengger Tribe by optimizing creative economic potential based on the edelweiss flower through a sharia-based framework and international collaboration between Indonesian universities that are members of APSKPS and Malaysian universities. A participatory approach was applied through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, documentation, and direct educational mentoring for local micro‐entrepreneurs. The findings reveal improved Islamic financial literacy, enhanced portable digital marketing capacity, and strengthened ecological awareness regarding the conservation of edelweiss as a culturally valuable yet environmentally sensitive species. Collaboration with USIM, UiTM, and UKM enabled cross-country knowledge transfer that enriched empowerment strategies and broadened the community’s orientation toward sustainable creative economy development. This program integrates Islamic spiritual-ecological values, environmental preservation, and digital innovation into a single framework rooted in maqashid shariah. The results indicate that economic utilization of edelweiss does not require harvesting from natural habitats, but can be developed through non-destructive derivative products and creative digital content grounded in local culture. This model serves as an example of inclusive, sustainable, and socially just community empowerment.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and the increasing demand for industry-relevant competencies have transformed the field of accounting, shifting practices from manual processes to computerized systems. This community engagement program aims to strengthen the technological and accounting competencies of students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar by introducing Zahir Accounting as a modern, practical, and industry-recognized accounting software. The program responds to a significant skills gap, where many students lack exposure to accounting applications commonly used in professional settings. Through a one-day intensive workshop conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, participants received training on financial management concepts, software navigation, and the preparation of complete financial statements using Zahir Accounting. The activity included theoretical lectures, hands-on tutorials, and guided simulations to ensure students gained both conceptual understanding and practical experience. Findings from the program indicate substantial improvements in students’ digital literacy, financial reporting skills, and awareness of technology-based accounting practices. Moreover, the training enhanced students’ confidence and preparedness to enter the workforce or pursue entrepreneurial endeavors, aligning with Muhammadiyah’s vision of developing competent, values-driven human resources. The program demonstrates the relevance of integrating modern accounting tools into secondary education and highlights the need for continuous training and the development of tailored learning modules to ensure long-term impact and sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in Class VIII G of SMPN 8 Mataram. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method adapted from the Kemmis and McTaggart model and was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four main stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes from the pre-cycle to Cycle II. The average student score increased from 78.055 in the pre-cycle to 84.583 in Cycle II, while the percentage of students achieving the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) rose from 58.333% to 94.444%. These findings indicate that the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model combined with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach was not only effective in enhancing students’ understanding of the material but also in increasing their engagement during the learning process. In addition, integrating PBL with Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) fostered an inclusive learning environment, respected students’ cultural diversity, and supported the development of stronger critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif apabila tidak diimbangi dengan pendampingan orang tua dan guru. Berdasarkan asesmen awal di TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 04 Buluh, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar anak menggunakan gadget tanpa pengawasan, terutama untuk bermain game dan menonton konten digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua, guru, dan anak mengenai penggunaan gadget yang bijak melalui psikoedukasi dan psikodrama. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, psikoedukasi kepada guru dan orang tua, serta psikoedukasi kepada anak TK dalam bentuk bermain peran atau roleplay. Dalam program psikoedukasi yang melibatkan 29 wali murid , terjadi peningkatan skor rerata dari pre-test (6.22) ke post-test (6.63), di mana terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan, yang mengindikasikan dampak positif intervensi terhadap pemahaman orang tua dalam penanganan isu gadget. Sementara itu, kegiatan psikoedukasi pada anak TK yang melibatkan 35 murid berhasil menstimulasi pemahaman bahaya gadget, ditunjukkan dengan antusiasme dan atensi penuh yang ditunjukkan oleh anak-anak selama kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

Transformasi layanan digital di sektor perbankan menuntut adaptasi dan literasi yang memadai dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan khususnya dudia kademik. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah: Memperkenalkan dan Meningkatkan Pengetahuan serta Pemahaman, Keterampilan serta Kesadaran (Mahasiswa Dan Tenaga Kependidikan) Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Manajemen (FEM) Universitas Samawa (UNSA) tentang Layanan BNI Digital serta untuk memperkuat link and match antara dunia akademik dan industri perbankan. metode yang di gunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah kuliah umum dan diskusi intraktif.
