Abstract

Dusun Duri-Duri in Buntu Batuan Village, Enrekang Regency, faces economic challenges due to the instability of agricultural market prices. One proposed solution is the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on local agricultural products. This program aims to process breadfruit into a high-value product called Sukuri Chips. The implementation method includes observation, production training, marketing strategies, and sustainability evaluation. The results of this program indicate an increase in community skills in breadfruit processing, heightened awareness of product innovation, and opportunities for income growth through product marketing. The sustainability of this program requires further assistance and support from the government and relevant stakeholders to strengthen agriculture-based MSMEs in the region.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit Hipertensi adalah faktor risiko terbesar yang dapat menyebabkan kematian dini. Seseorang dengan tekanan darah tinggi dan melampaui nilai tekanan darah normal yaitu 140/80mmHg dianggap menderita penyakit Hipertensi. Penderita hipertensi beresiko besar mengalami penyakit stroke, serangan jantung, gagal ginjal, dan kematian. Penyakit hipertensi disebabkan beberapa risiko seperti Riwayat keluarga, obesitas, dan stress. Dusun Pendowo merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Pendowo Kecamatan Kranggan Kabupaten Temanggung. Wilayah ini memiliki penduduk cukup banyak yaitu 813 penduduk. Data Puskesmas Kranggan menunjukkan Hipertensi merupakan penyakit dengan kasus terbesar kedua setelah Penyakit Diabetes Melitus yaitu sebanyak 26.025 orang dari 7 wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kranggan. Tujuan: Intervensi yang dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya penyakit Hipertensi, cara pencegahan, faktor risiko, dan cara pengobatan Hipertensi. Metode: yang dilakukan pada intervensi ini yaitu metode presentasi atau ceramah, diskusi/tanya jawab serta pre-test dan post-test menggunakan metode konvensional. Penyuluhan mengenai pencegahan hipertensi dilaksanakan pada 28 Januari 2024 di Posko Kelompok 11 dengan partisipan sebanyak 48 orang, partisipan laki-laki 21 orang dan partisipan Perempuan 27 orang. Hasil: Hasil dari intervensi yang dilakukan menunjukan peningkatan, hasil ini ditunjukan dengan meningkatnya hasil pre test (kategori kurang 6,25%, cukup 25%, baik 68,75%) dan post test (cukup 6,25%, baik 93,75%). Hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah menunjukkan tekanan darah normal sebanyak 8 orang (16,6%) dan memiliki Hipertensi Tingkat 1 sebannyak 14 orang (29,2%) serta memiliki Hipertensi Tingkat 2 sebanyak 12 orang (25,0%). Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan kesehatan yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan partisipan terkait hipertensi. A person with high blood pressure and beyond the normal blood pressure value of 140/80mmHg is considered to have Hypertension disease. People with hypertension are at great risk of stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, and death. Hypertensive disease is caused by several risks such as family history, obesity, and stress. Pendowo Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Pendowo Village, Kranggan District, Temanggung Regency. This area has a large population of 813 residents. Data from Kranggan Health Center shows that hypertension is the second largest case after Diabetes Mellitus, which is 26,025 people from 7 working areas of Kranggan Health Center. Objective: The purpose of the Intervention is to increase public knowledge about the dangers of hypertension, how to prevent it, risk factors, and how to treat hypertension. Method: The methods used were presentation or lecture, discussion with question and answer, and pre-test and post-test. Counseling on hypertension prevention was held on January 28, 2024, at Group Post 11 with 48 participants, 21 male participants and 27 female participants. Result: The results of the intervention carried out showed an increase, this result was demonstrated by the rise in pre-test results (category less 6.25%, enough 25%, good 68.75%) and the post-test (6.25% adequate, 93.75% good). The results of the blood pressure examination showed normal blood pressure in as many as 8 people (16.6%) Grade 1 Hypertension in as many as 14 people (29.2%) and Grade 2 Hypertension in as many as 12 people (25.0%). Conclusion: Health counseling that has been carried out can increase participants' knowledge related to hypertension. Keywords: counseling, hypertension, intervention, temanggung

Abstract

This research aims to educate women in Maccini Sombala Village about the role of women who are able to play a role in strengthening the economy and welfare of the community, as well as how to improve the economy according to sharia. This research is a type of qualitative and quantitative research (mix-methods). This research is a form of grounded research using the Participation Action Research (PAR) technique. Meanwhile, the quantitative method used in this research is the experimental method and data processing using the paired sample t test. The results of the research show that it plays a role in changing the views of women in Maccini Sombala District to take a broader view of the role of women, removing the limitations created by society regarding women's freedom of rights, as well as providing education regarding Islamic views and sharia financial management. There was also an increase in women's understanding in Maccini Sombala Village after the socialization activities were held.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the principal's management in implementing education management in vocational high schools. This article uses case study research with data collection from observation interviews and documentation. The informants consist of the principal, vice principal, teachers, staff, and some school members. The findings of this study are Program implementation at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu has a prominent position compared to other elements of the education management standard. Each program is implemented by each school community with a high level of awareness and with a predetermined division of tasks. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out based on the education management standards that have been set. School leadership at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu follows the education management standard. This can be seen from the hierarchical structure consisting of the Principal, Vice Principal, and Affairs Coordinator. Each member of the leadership team is aware of their respective roles and responsibilities, and they work collaboratively to improve overall school management, with the ultimate goal of achieving educational excellence. The development of the management information system shows relatively good results, although there is still room for further improvement in the utilization of resources to facilitate school administration and management.

Abstract

Riset ini menguji pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, cash holdings dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi riset ini didasarkan atas laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan terindeks LQ45 periode 2017-2021 dan sampelnya sejumlah 6 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sementara itu pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Riset ini mengaplikasikan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan hipotesis. Berdasarkan kesimpulan dari uji-t ada pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio pada nilai perusahaan, mendapatkan tingkat sig. 0,004 (0,004 < 0,05). Cash holdings mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, mendapatkan tingkat sig. 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05). Sedangkan kebijakan dividen tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, mendapatkan tingkat sig. 0,508 (0,508 < 0,05). Pada hasil uji-F mendapatkan sig. 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05) membuktikan bahwasanya Debt to Equity Ratio, cash holdings dan kebijakan dividen secara bersamaan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Hasil riset, bisa dijadikan bahan evaluasi manajemen agar mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan maupun investor bila akan berinvestasi.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of understanding of how language policies implemented in secondary schools can influence students’ motivation and performance in foreign language learning and the role of social and cultural aspects in the learning process. This study aims to examine the impact of language policy on students’ motivation, performance, and comprehension, considering a psycholinguistic approach and the influence of both local and global cultures. This study employs a literature review method, analyzing various relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that language policies integrating cultural elements and communicative approaches can enhance students’ motivation, improve their performance in language exams, and deepen their understanding of the learned language. Policies that consider social and cultural aspects contribute positively to students’ emotional connection with the foreign language and enhance their communication skills.

Abstract

Penipuan transaksi kartu kredit, telah menjadi ancaman serius di era digital yang semakin berkembang. Penipuan ini tidak hanya merugikan konsumen, namun juga berdampak negatif pada lembaga keuangan dan mengurangi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem perbankan. Peningkatan volume transaksi kartu kredit yang cepat dan masih membuat pengawasan manual tidak lagi memadai, sehingga dibutuhkan solusi berbasis teknologi yang efektif. Algoritma Decision Tree telah terbukti menjadi salah satu metode yang populer dalam mendeteksi penipuan transaksi. Algoritma ini membagi data menjadi subset berdasarkan atribut tertentu, menghasilkan klasifikasi model yang dapat diinterpretasikan dan akurat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Decision Tree dapat mencapai akurasi yang sangat tinggi dalam mendeteksi transaksi penipuan kartu ktedit, mencapai hingga 98% yang menjadi pilihan ideal untuk kasus deteksi penipuan. Namun, untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik, algoritma ini juga dibandingkan dengan metode lain seperti Random Forest dan Support Vector Machine (SVM), yang secara keseluruhan sering menunjukkan kinerja lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut penggunaan algoritma Decision Tree dalam mendeteksi penipuan transaksi kartu kredit dan memancarkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan algoritma lain. Kata Kunci: Data mining, Deteksi penipuan, Kartu kredit, Decision Tree. Credit card transaction fraud has become a serious threat in the increasingly developing digital era. This fraud not only harms consumers, but also has a negative impact on financial institutions and reduces public trust in the banking system. The rapid increase in the volume of credit card transactions still means that manual monitoring is no longer sufficient, so an effective technology-based solution is needed. The Decision Tree algorithm has proven to be a popular method for detecting fraudulent transactions. These algorithms divide data into subsets based on certain attributes, resulting in interpretable and accurate model classifications. This research shows that Decision Tree can achieve very high accuracy in detecting fraudulent ktedit card transactions, reaching up to 98% which is an ideal choice for fraud detection cases. However, to gain a better understanding, this algorithm was also compared with other methods such as Random Forest and Support Vector Machine (SVM), which overall often show better performance. This research aims to further explore the use of the Decision Tree algorithm in detecting fraudulent credit card transactions and demonstrate its performance compared to other algorithms.  Keywords: Data mining, Fraud detection, Credit cards, Decision Tree.

Abstract

The development of agricultural technology plays an essential role in increasing rice farming productivity and income, especially in Banua Baru Village, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This study aims to analyze the role of agricultural technology in increasing rice productivity, identify obstacles faced by farmers, and formulate strategic recommendations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach involving four farmers as informants. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the adoption of technologies such as superior rice varieties, the legowo planting system, and agriculture machinery (tractors, water pumps, combine harvesters) has increased rice yields by 25-30% and reduced production costs by up 15%. However, farmers still face barriers such as high initial investment, rising fuel prices, and limited access to technical training. This study recommends expanding subsidies for equipment, strengthening agriculture extension services, and improving irrigation infrastructure to optimize the use of agriculture technology in rural areas.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking is accompanied by increasing public awareness of Islamic finance and support from government regulations. Generation Z is known as a digital and critical generation, making it very potential in supporting the development of Islamic banking. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy, brand equity and trust on Generation Z's decisions in using Islamic banking services. This study is a quantitative study with associative-causal, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial literacy does not affect Generation Z's decisions in using Islamic banking services. Brand equity and trust have a positive effect on Generation Z's decisions in using Islamic banking services. And simultaneously Islamic financial literacy, brand equity and trust have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's decisions in using Islamic banking services. Islamic banks need to further improve brand equity and pay attention to and maintain customer trust so that customers are interested in using Islamic banking services.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the declining existence of Cianjur's signature tauco among the community. With the modification through the concept of fusion food between Cianjur's signature tauco seasoning and chicken noodles, it is expected to increase the public's appeal to Cianjur's signature tauco. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method of three recipe formulations with a ratio of tauco seasoning and yellow chicken noodle seasoning, including MAT 1 (50%:100%), MAT 2 (75%:100%), and MAT 3 (100%:100%), followed by organoleptic testing on 30 semi-trained panelists and 100 consumer panelists. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that MAT 3 was chosen as the standard recipe, and the characteristics of taste, aroma, color, texture and appearance of the tauco chicken noodle product were very well received by consumers. The packaging used is an oval-shaped food container with baggase material. The assessment of the packaging used in the tauco chicken noodle product resulted in a positive assessment..
