Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dan mutu tata kelola terhadap akreditasi SMA Negeri di Kota Sekayu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di semua SMA Negeri yang ada di Kota Sekayu. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan pendekatan ex post facto. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 113 orang responden. Dalam penelitian ini, Peneliti menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu melakukan observasi, mencari dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan penelitian, menyebarkan angket penelitian kepada responden terpilih. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dan mutu tata kelola secara bersama-sama terhadap akreditasi sekolah. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi bagi pengelola sekolah agar menerapkan kepemimpinan visioner dan tata kelola yg baik agar dapat meraih akreditasi baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi variabel profesionalisme dan budaya organisasi di sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD di Gugus 10 Kota Prabumulih. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kompetensi professional dengan kinerja guru; 2) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara budaya organisasi di sekolah dengan kinerja guru SD di Gugus 10 Kota Prabumulih; 3) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru SD di Gugus 10 Kota Prabumulih

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah, dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan: 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); dan 3) variabel kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

Tujuan diselenggarakanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh dorongan orang tua dan prestasi belajar siswa terhadap minat siswa SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di SMK Negeri yang berada dalam Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester satu atau semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dari Bulan Juli sampai dengan November 2022, dengan sampel penelitian sebersar 331 orang dan ditentukan secara acak dari masing-masing sekolah sebanyak 12-42 orang. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini data-data mengenai pengaruh dorongan orang tua dan prestasi belajar terhadap minat siswa SMK melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi disajikan dalam bentuk data - data kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan statistik parametrik korelasi berganda dengan perhitungan data menggunakan SPSS 26. Berdasarkan uji R terdapat korelasi antara Dorongan Orang Tua (X1) dan Prestasi Belajar (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Minat Siswa SMK Negeri Se-Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir Melanjutkan ke PT (Y) sebesar 0.707a, nilai menunjukkan kategori hubungan “tinggi”. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, hasil ini menggambarkan besaran pengaruh yang ditunjukkan masing-masing variable sebagai sumbangan atau kontribusi masing-masing variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. variable dorongan orang tua dan variable prestasi belajar secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi variable minat siswa SMKN se-Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir secara signifikan.  Sedangkan sumbangan dari variable lain yang tidak teliti jauh lebih kecil, yaitu 29.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan TIK dan motivasi belajar secara parsial dan simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA swasta di Kota Sekayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa SMA swasta di Kota Sekayu berada pada kategori cukup. Secara parsial, penggunaan TIK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,236, termasuk dalam kategori “sedang”; Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,314 termasuk dalam kategori “tinggi”. Secara simultan pemanfaatan TIK dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,198 termasuk dalam kategori “sedang”. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengelola pendidikan, pemerintah, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Through education, it is hoped that future generations will have the skills, talents, and attitudes of quality that can respond to competition in the age of globalization. In order to increase the quality of learning, the innovative leadership of school principals has a significant role to play.The goal of this study was to explain the principal's vision of improving the standard of learning and the barriers to visionary leadership at SMA Negeri 1 BabatSupat. In this research, through questionnaire, evaluation and observation, using qualitative approaches and data collection techniques. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and vehicle analysis in this research Conclusion or verification. The authenticity of creditable, transferable, defensible and verifiable data the findings showed that : (1) The principal's vision of enhancing the standard of learning at SMA Negeri 1 BabatSupat is to realize: "The realization of Indonesian people with character, achievement, competitive and friendly insight" (2) Students succeed in academic and non-academic fields through the vision introduced by the principal. (3) The quality of learning through the leadership vision of the principal has guided school staff, especially educators, in the preparation of lesson plans according to the 2013 curriculum and the implementation of learning as a learning resource using current learning media in schools.(4) The challenges faced by the innovative leadership of the principal in enhancing the quality of learning in terms of the quality of teachers in learning are as follows: (1) lack of facilities for learning services that teachers can use in schools; (2) there are still some teachers who do not have teacher certificates, i.e. as many as 6 PNS teachers out of 17 current PNS teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the planning of strategies to improve the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo, analyze and describe the implementation of strategies to improve the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo, analyze and describe the organization of strategies to improve the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo, analyze and describe the obstacles faced in improving the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources were supervisors, principals, and teachers. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study show that: 1) The planning of educational strategies to improve teacher quality at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo has been well implemented; 2) Implementation of strategies to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumi Arjo has been implemented well; 3) The organization of strategies to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumi Arjo has been carried out well; 4) The obstacles faced in improving the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo can be overcome well. The results of the SWOT analysis show that there are internal factors that are the strengths and weaknesses of the strategic planning of education to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To describe independent curriculum planning in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo Makmur, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency; 2) To describe the independent curriculum planning strategy in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo Makmur, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency; 3) Describe the obstacles experienced by SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo Makmur, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in improving the quality of learning. This research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research data sources were 8 principals and teachers. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research are: 1) Independent curriculum planning to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo Makmur, Lempuing District, OKI Regency has been carried out well; 2) The strategy for implementing the independent curriculum in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo Makmur, Lempuing District, OKI Regency has been implemented as expected; 3) The obstacles experienced by SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo Makmur, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in improving the quality of learning can be overcome well.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the integration of digital literacy and achievement motives in post-covid-19 post-pandemic tertiary learning activities using a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The research location was at the Sharia Faculty of UIN Raden Fattah Palembang, from a population of 256 students. Data was collected using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study found that the integration of digital literacy and achievement motives partially and simultaneously had a low effect on post-covid-19 learning activities. It was concluded that learning activities at the Sharia Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang had combined digital literacy with achievement motives in learning activities that had not been fully successful. It is recommended that total changes be made to learning activities by maximizing digital literacy integration and increasing achievement motives for lecturers and students. Learning activities will not run effectively if digital literacy interactions with achievement motives from lecturers and students are not carried out optimally.
