Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Rumah Baca Paindo dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat di Kecamatan Topoyo, Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pemanfaatan Rumah Baca Paindo sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dan data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengelola dan pengunjung Rumah Baca Paindo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Baca Paindo berfungsi sebagai sumber edukasi, informasi, dan rekreasi bagi masyarakat, serta berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat baca. Meskipun demikian, ada beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti kurangnya pemahaman pengelola tentang manajemen rumah baca, ketidaksesuaian sistem layanan dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), serta koleksi bahan bacaan yang terbatas dan kurang diperbarui. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan aktif dari pengunjung, kerjasama dengan komunitas lokal, dan bantuan dari berbagai pihak. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah perlunya pengelolaan yang lebih profesional dan pengembangan koleksi bahan bacaan yang lebih lengkap dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Rumah Baca Paindo in enhancing the reading interest of the community in Topoyo District, Central Mamuju Regency. Specifically, the study seeks to identify the supporting and hindering factors in utilizing Rumah Baca Paindo as a means to foster reading habits. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using interviews with the managers and visitors of Rumah Baca Paindo as data sources. The results reveal that Rumah Baca Paindo serves as an educational, informational, and recreational resource for the community, playing a key role in increasing reading interest. However, several hindering factors were identified, such as the managers' lack of understanding of house management, the absence of standard operating procedures (SOP) for services, and limited and outdated reading materials. Key supporting factors include active community support, collaboration with local groups, and assistance from various stakeholders. The findings suggest the need for more professional management and the expansion of the reading material collection to better meet the community’s needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi dari Implikasi Aplikasi EMIS dan SIMPATIKA terhadap Kualitas Administrasi Pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Mix Method (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Sampel penelitian adalah operator madrasah, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan yang berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan analisis data korelasi product moment untuk data yang bersifat kuantitatif, dan analisis data Miles and Huberman untuk menganalisis data yang bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi dari implikasi aplikasi EMIS terhadap kualitas administrasi peserta didik dan aplikasi SIMPATIKA terhadap kualitas administrasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data senilai 0,984 dan 0,599 dengan kriteria masing-masing sangat kuat dan sedang. This research aims to determine the correlation of the implications of the EMIS 4.0 and SIMPATIKA applications on the quality of educational administration in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This type of research is Mix Method research (quantitative and qualitative). The research sample was 48 madrasah operators, educators and education staff. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires, and collecting documentation which was analyzed using product moment correlation data analysis for quantitative data, and Miles and Huberman data analysis for analyzing qualitative data. The research results show that there is a correlation between the implications of the EMIS application on the quality of student administration and the SIMPATIKA application on the administrative quality of educators and education staff based on the results of data analysis of 0.984 and 0.599 with very strong and moderate criteria respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindak lanjut, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi  kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data melaui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, pertama, perencanaan kegiatan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dimulai dengan pembuatan program supervisi, kemudian disosialisasikan kepada semua guru agar mempersiapkan segala hal yang menjadi tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan supervisi tersebut. Perencaan supervisi berpedoman pada hasil supervisi sebelumnya.  Kedua, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II menggunakan teknik kelompok dan perorangan, tetapi lebih sering menggunakan teknik berkelompok. Dalam melaksanakan supervisi, kepala sekolah melibatkan guru senior seperti wakasek kurikulum. Ketiga, kegiatan program tindak lanjut supervisi akademik di SD Inpres Tasiu II hanya berupa pembinaan yang bersifat umum yang dilakukan dalam rapat dewan guru, selanjutnya guru diharapkan meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui kegiatan KKG atau kegiatan lain yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Keempat, faktor pendukung pelaksaan supervisi kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II antara lain adalah kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru,respon positif dari guru terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi, keterlibatan pengawas sekolah yang senantiasa memberikan bimbingan baik kepada guru maupun kepala sekolah, dan kerjasama antara warga sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah efektivitas pelaksanaan kegiatan di sekolah yang berhubungan dengan padatnya kegiatan belajar mengajar dan kegiatan sekolah lainnya yang menjadikan jadwal pelaksanaan supervisi tidak dapat terlaksana sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan, serta kesibukan kepala sekolah dalam urusan kedinasan lainnya.  Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Implementasi supervisi kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II telah terlaksana walaupun tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang  direncanakan. This research aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision of school principals at SD Inpres Tasiu II, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. Starting from planning, implementation, follow-up, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of principal supervision at SD Inpres Tasiu II, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this research conclude that, first, planning the school principal's academic supervision activities begins with creating a supervision program, then socializing it to all teachers to prepare everything that is their responsibility in implementing the supervision. Supervision planning is guided by the results of previous supervision. Second, the implementation of academic supervision by the principal at SD Inpres Tasiu II uses group and individual techniques, but more often uses group techniques. In carrying out supervision, the principal involves senior teachers such as the deputy head of curriculum. Third, the academic supervision follow-up program activities at SD Inpres Tasiu II only take the form of general guidance carried out at teacher council meetings, then teachers are expected to increase their competence through KKG activities or other activities related to increasing teacher competence. Fourth, factors supporting the implementation of principal supervision at SD Inpres Tasiu II include the competence of teachers, positive responses from teachers to the implementation of supervision, the involvement of school supervisors who always provide guidance to both teachers and principals, and cooperation between the school community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the effectiveness of implementing activities at school which is related to busy teaching and learning activities and other school activities which mean that the supervision implementation schedule cannot be carried out according to the specified time, as well as the principal's busy schedule in other official matters. It can be concluded that, the implementation of principal supervision at SD Inpres Tasiu II has been carried out even though it is not in accordance with the planned schedule.

Abstract

This research is driven by the fact that school-age children with language or speech delays are at an increased risk of developing learning and reading disabilities, which can lead to challenges in reading and writing. This research aims to find out how the language disorders experienced by some learners from the Nur Ramadhan Gambut Inclusive PAUD located in the Sejahtera Mandiri Asri Gambut Complex Kertak Hanyar allow researchers to find out how these learners interact in their daily activities. This research employs qualitative methods to explore phenomena by analyzing a series of data. Data collection is conducted through observation and interviews. The research identifies two key factors: (1) poor communication and (2) birth defects.

Abstract

In the digital era, hospitals are faced with the challenge of improving service quality by integrating digital systems. Although technologies such as SIMRS have begun to be implemented, there are still many obstacles, such as infrastructure limitations and low patient satisfaction, that have not been resolved. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital system integration on service quality and outpatient perceptions at Kabelota Hospital, Central Sulawesi. The study used an associative quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and a total sampling technique of 125 outpatients. The results of the analysis show that digital system integration has a significant effect on service quality (ρ = 0.000 < 0.05), patient perception (ρ = 0.000 < 0.05), and service quality also affects patient perception (ρ = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion shows the importance of infrastructure development, HR training, and system evaluation for hospital service effectiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan eksperimen semu untuk menguji pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V, membandingkan kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol melalui pretest dan posttest. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan penggunaan model discovery learning dan minat serta hasil belajar siswa melalui observasi dan angket, serta analisis inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signiifkan model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap minat belajar pada siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksprimen, dengan nilai mean rank kelas eksperimen 45,15 dan kontrol 15,85, serta p-value 0,000. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar pada siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksprimen, dengan nilai mean rank kelas eksperimen 45,13 dan kontrol 15,87, serta p-value 0,000. Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap minat belajar dan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksprimen. Disarankan agar sekolah mulai mengimplementasikan model ini, didukung oleh pelatihan guru dan pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan model ini di berbagai tingkat kelas dan mata pelajaran lainnya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the discovery learning model on the interest and learning outcomes of grade V students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar between the control class and the experimental class. This study used a quantitative approach with a pseudo-experimental design to test the effect of the discovery learning model on the interest and learning outcomes of grade V students, comparing the experimental class with the control class through pretest and posttest. Descriptive analysis method was used to describe the use of discovery learning model and students ‘interest and learning outcomes through observation and questionnaire, as well as inferential analysis to test the hypothesis with normality test, homogeneity, and data analysis using SPSS 25 programme. The result of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect of Discovery Learning model on students’ interest in learning in class V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar between control class and experimental class, with mean rank value of experimental class 45.15 and control 15.85, and p-value 0.000. Furthermore, there is a significant effect of the Discovery Learning learning model on learning outcomes in class V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar between the control class and the experimental class, with a mean rank value of the experimental class of 45.13 and control 15.87, and a p-value of 0.000. Simultaneously, there is a significant effect of the discovery learning model on learning interest and learning outcomes in class V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tello Baru I/2 Makassar between the control class and the experimental class. It is recommended that schools begin to implement this model, supported by teacher training and the development of appropriate learning materials. Further research is needed to explore the applicability of this model in different grade levels and other subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam pembelajaran karakter pada siswa inklusi di SD Negeri Unggulan Mongisidi I Makassar dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat implementasi P5 terhadap pembelajaran karakter pada siswa inklusi di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru kelas IV, dan guru pendamping khusus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa P5 berhasil menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti tanggung jawab, jujur, dan disiplin pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Bantuan guru pendamping memudahkan penilaian terhadap karakteristik siswa inklusi. P5 memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pembentukan karakter mereka. Faktor penghambat implementasi P5 meliputi kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang P5, lingkungan belajar yang belum optimal, keterbatasan waktu dalam alokasi jam pelajaran, dan kesulitan dalam penilaian karakter siswa inklusi. This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of the Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) project in character education for inclusive students at SD Negeri Unggulan Mongisidi I Makassar, and 2) Identify the factors hindering the implementation of P5 in character education for inclusive students at the school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of the study include the school principal, grade IV teachers, and special needs assistants. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through technique and source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that P5 successfully instilled character values such as responsibility, honesty, and discipline in special needs students. The support from special needs assistants facilitated the assessment of the unique characteristics of inclusive students. P5 provided opportunities for students to enhance their knowledge, which played a crucial role in character formation. Factors hindering the implementation of P5 include teachers' lack of understanding of P5, an environment not fully conducive to character development, limited time for lesson allocation, and difficulties in assessing the character of inclusive students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan metode storytelling berbantukan media panggung boneka dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita siswa kelas I di UPT SPF SDN Ujung Tanah 2 Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak setara (Non-Equivalent Control Group Design). Dua kelompok diteliti: kelompok eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan metode storytelling berbantukan panggung boneka, dan kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti metode pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi serta tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test) untuk mengukur kemampuan bercerita siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, termasuk uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks untuk analisis dalam kelompok dan uji Mann-Whitney U untuk perbandingan antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada tes akhir dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik inferensial mengonfirmasi bahwa metode storytelling dengan media panggung boneka lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan verbal siswa dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam literatur pendidikan Indonesia dengan mengeksplorasi peran media visual, khususnya panggung boneka, dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan emosional siswa. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pendidik dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik, khususnya dalam konteks pengajaran keterampilan bercerita pada anak usia dini. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the storytelling method assisted by puppet stage media in improving the storytelling ability of grade I students at UPT SPF SDN Ujung Tanah 2 Makassar City. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. Two groups were studied: an experimental group taught with storytelling method assisted by puppet stage, and a control group that followed conventional learning methods. Data were collected through observation as well as pre-test and post-test to measure students' storytelling ability. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tests, including Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test for within-group analysis and Mann-Whitney U test for between-group comparison. The results showed that the experimental group had a significant improvement in the final test compared to the control group. Inferential statistical tests confirmed that the storytelling method with puppet stage media was more effective in improving students' storytelling ability, self-confidence, and verbal skills compared to the conventional method. This study makes an important contribution to Indonesian educational literature by exploring the role of visual media, particularly puppet stages, in the development of students' social and emotional skills. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for educators in designing more interactive and engaging learning, especially in the context of teaching storytelling skills in early childhood.

Abstract

 Energi listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia saat ini terutama di kampus – kampus besar seperti Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Salah satu sumber pengeluaran terbesar Universitas setiap bulan berada di sektor energi yaitu penggunaan listrik. Untuk mengurangi pengeluaran dari energi listrik maka pihak Universitas melakukan penghematan dari penggunaan lampu dan Air Conditioner yang tidak penting. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah penerapan sumber energi cahaya matahari sebagai sumber energi untuk lampu jalan dan alat elektronik yang lain sehingga tidak membenani pada pembiayaan Universitas setiap bulan. Penggunaan Solar Cell dapat menghasilkan energi listrik dalam jumlah yang tidak terbatas langsung diambil dari matahari dan tidak memerlukan bahan bakar serta bersifat ramah lingkungan. Output penelitia berupa lampu jalan panel surya. Kata Kunci : Energi Listrik, Solar Cell, Lampu Jalan, Universitas Muhammadiyah
