Abstract

This research investigates the impact of service quality on corporate image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. It was conducted at the Makassar branch of PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967. Data were collected through a survey with a questionnaire, utilising purposive sampling to select 112 samples from the total population of 226 company customers. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that service quality and corporate image significantly influence customer loyalty through their impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality emerged as the dominant factor in customer loyalty, followed by corporate image. This study highlights the pivotal role of service quality and corporate image in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967's Makassar branch. These insights can inform strategies for enhancing customer relationships and fostering business growth.

Abstract

Krisis moral dalam praktik ekonomi modern menjadi salah satu penyebab utama ketimpangan sosial dan lemahnya keadilan dalam sistem ekonomi global. Dalam konteks Islam, aktivitas ekonomi bukan semata soal keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga bagian dari ibadah yang harus dijalankan dengan nilai-nilai akhlak seperti kejujuran, keadilan, amanah, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan akhlak ekonomi berperan strategis dalam membentuk karakter pelaku ekonomi yang tidak hanya cakap secara intelektual, tetapi juga kokoh secara moral. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana pendidikan akhlak ekonomi menjadi pilar penting dalam membangun masyarakat ekonomi syariah yang berkeadaban dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif melalui analisis literatur relevan dari jurnal, buku, dan dokumen ilmiah. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak ekonomi tidak hanya mencegah praktik menyimpang seperti riba, maysir, dan gharar, tetapi juga mendorong penerapan sistem distribusi keadilan Islam seperti zakat, infak, dan wakaf. Di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan fintech, pendidikan ini dituntut untuk lebih adaptif dan kontekstual agar nilai-nilai syariah tetap relevan. Selain itu, sinergi antara lembaga pendidikan, regulator, pelaku industri, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan agar nilai-nilai akhlak dapat diinternalisasi secara sistemik. Dengan demikian, pendidikan akhlak ekonomi bukan sekadar pelengkap dalam sistem pendidikan Islam, tetapi merupakan fondasi utama dalam mewujudkan masyarakat ekonomi syariah yang adil, etis, dan diridhai oleh Allah SWT

Abstract

This study aims to examine the understanding of students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra towards the concept of religious moderation and tolerance-themed hadiths, and to instill them in their attitudes in a pluralistic academic environment. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively from various scientific backgrounds relevant to the issue of Islam and interfaith tolerance. The results of the study indicate that most lecturers understand religious moderation within a normative framework, with an emphasis on the values ​​of tawasuth, tasamuh, adl, and musawah. Lecturers with a background in hadith science interpret hadith contextually and inclusively, especially in responding to the pluralistic social reality of Indonesia. In contrast, lecturers from non-hadith fields tend to use a literal approach or ignore the relevance of tolerance hadiths in teaching practices. In the context of academic life, most lecturers show an open attitude towards differences through active participation in interfaith activities. However, challenges are still faced in the form of sectarian bias, lack of lecturer training, and the influence of identity politics. This study recommends strengthening cross-disciplinary disciplines, integration of climate based on maqasid al-shariah and moderation, and institutional collaboration with figures and institutions of different faiths. This study provides an important contribution in the approach to developing living hadith and internalizing the value of religious moderation in Islamic higher education environments as an effort to build an inclusive and peaceful academic culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of power point learning media in increasingstudents' interest in learning the subject of aqidah akhlak in MTs. The researchmethod used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniquesthrough observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this studywere teachers of the subject of aqidah akhlak and students of grades VII, VIII andIX MTs. Muhammadiyah Curup. Data analysis was carried out with the steps ofdata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of thestudy indicate that the use of power point media in learning aqidah akhlak canincrease students interest in learning. This can be seen from the increase in activestudent participation, enthusiasm in participating in learning, and ease inunderstanding the material. Teachers also expressed that the use of power pointmedia helps deliver material in a more structured and interesting way.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, price perception, and environmental quality on consumer purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly properties in Makassar City. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents who had shown interest in or had previously purchased environmentally friendly properties. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) techniques. The results of the study indicate that green marketing has a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Price perception also plays an important role in shaping consumers' desire to purchase, particularly in relation to value for money and price transparency. Additionally, environmental quality—such as the availability of green open spaces, clean air, and sustainable design—has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This study provides practical implications for property developers and marketers to strengthen their positioning in the environmentally friendly property segment by emphasizing environmentally conscious marketing strategies, competitive pricing, and superior environmental quality. This study also contributes to academic discourse by enriching empirical evidence on sustainable consumer behavior in the property sector.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hak dan kewajiban majikan dan buruh berdasarkan ajaran Islam dan hadis, serta menggali pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai praktik-praktik yang sesuai dalam dunia kerja. Tujuan utama adalah untuk mempromosikan etika kerja yang seimbang, adil, dan saling menghormati dalam masyarakat berdasarkan ajaran Islam. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini melibatkan studi pustaka untuk mengidentifikasi hadis-hadis relevan yang berkaitan dengan hak dan kewajiban majikan dan buruh dalam Islam. Data dari hadis-hadis ini dianalisis untuk memahami konteks dan implikasi praktisnya dalam hubungan kerja. Artikel juga merujuk kepada teks-teks klasik dan pendapat para ulama dalam mencari interpretasi yang tepat terkait dengan topik ini. Dalam perspektif hadis, ditemukan bahwa hak dan kewajiban dalam hubungan majikan-buruh memiliki dasar-dasar yang kuat dalam Islam. Majikan memiliki kewajiban memberikan upah yang layak, menyediakan kondisi kerja yang aman, dan memperlakukan buruh dengan adil dan hormat. Di sisi lain, buruh diwajibkan untuk bekerja dengan tekun, berdedikasi, dan menjalankan tugas dengan integritas. Dalam konteks ini, ditemukan bahwa hadis memberikan pedoman yang jelas untuk memastikan bahwa hubungan kerja berjalan secara adil dan seimbang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of State Property in the form of land and buildings that are idle (abandoned) and underutilized (not utilized properly in the West Sulawesi Province). The results of the study indicate that (1) in the management of state property in the form of land and buildings, there are still problems with asset acquisition documents or asset ownership documents that are not found so that they are still obstacles when carrying out the asset certification process as a security measure, (2) there are land assets and buildings that are still problematic administratively and legally problematic which are getting worse because they are claimed by the Community, (3) the utilization and use of assets is not optimal so that the potential of large assets is not utilized optimally and seems to be idle (abandoned) and underutilized (not utilized properly) (4) buildings that are left are finally badly damaged (5) there are no rental fees for users of land and building assets, likewise there are no loan fees applied so that the potential to get income or non-tax state revenue from assets does not exist.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought about significant changes and influences in all aspects of human life, including in matters of etiquette. This comprehensive study interprets the concept of etiquette education in Surah al-Kahf and its relevance to Islamic education in the Society 5.0 era. This study was library research using a thematic surah approach. Primary data sources included the Quran and Hadith, tafsir books, and journal articles, while secondary sources were taken from other relevant books. Data analysis used content analysis and comparative analysis, with validity checked using triangulation techniques. The research findings showed that first, etiquette must be possessed by learners, namely educators, students, and simultaneously (educators and students. For students: 1) making maximum effort in seeking knowledge, 2) needing rest time during the process of seeking knowledge, and 3) speaking politely to teachers. For educators: answering students' questions politely. For both educators and students: 1) having an agreement in the educational process, 2) having a strong commitment to the agreement, and 3) having a separation. Second, no matter how advanced technology is today, the educational process must prioritize etiquette because etiquette can shape an education that is a blessing for all creation, and the realization of the perfect human being.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aspek substantif dari pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), khususnya tentang bahan, konten, dan sumber pembelajaran. Penelitian ini terutama berkonsentrasi pada komponen penting dalam pengembangan bahan dan konten PAI, pengembangan sumber PAI untuk mendudkung pencapaian tujuan kurikulum, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan bahan dan konten PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian dengan nilai-nilai Islam, relevansi dengan kehidupan peserta didik dan kemudahan pemahaman adalah komponen penting dalam pembuatan materi dan konten pembelajran PAI. Sumber pembelajaran PAI dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan media digital seperti e-book, video pembelajaran, platfrom e-learning, dan kemajuan teknologi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan bahan dan konten PAI termasuk kebijakan pemerintah, kemajuan teknologi, tuntutan masyarakat, dan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan membantu siswa memahami dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
