Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aspek substantif dari pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), khususnya tentang bahan, konten, dan sumber pembelajaran. Penelitian ini terutama berkonsentrasi pada komponen penting dalam pengembangan bahan dan konten PAI, pengembangan sumber PAI untuk mendudkung pencapaian tujuan kurikulum, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan bahan dan konten PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian dengan nilai-nilai Islam, relevansi dengan kehidupan peserta didik dan kemudahan pemahaman adalah komponen penting dalam pembuatan materi dan konten pembelajran PAI. Sumber pembelajaran PAI dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan media digital seperti e-book, video pembelajaran, platfrom e-learning, dan kemajuan teknologi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan bahan dan konten PAI termasuk kebijakan pemerintah, kemajuan teknologi, tuntutan masyarakat, dan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan membantu siswa memahami dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of State Property in the form of land and buildings that are idle (abandoned) and underutilized (not utilized properly in the West Sulawesi Province). The results of the study indicate that (1) in the management of state property in the form of land and buildings, there are still problems with asset acquisition documents or asset ownership documents that are not found so that they are still obstacles when carrying out the asset certification process as a security measure, (2) there are land assets and buildings that are still problematic administratively and legally problematic which are getting worse because they are claimed by the Community, (3) the utilization and use of assets is not optimal so that the potential of large assets is not utilized optimally and seems to be idle (abandoned) and underutilized (not utilized properly) (4) buildings that are left are finally badly damaged (5) there are no rental fees for users of land and building assets, likewise there are no loan fees applied so that the potential to get income or non-tax state revenue from assets does not exist.

Abstract

Mutu atau kualitas pendidikan membutuhkan manajemen mutu yang baik. Dalam manajemen mutu diperlukan seorang pemimpin untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan yang dijalankan secara sistematis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholders. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dayah Darul Hikmah Aceh Barat. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi Pimpinan/Kyai, penanggung jawab kepesantrenan, pimpinan dayah, Waka Kurikulum, Waka Pengaian, guru, dan santri. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data adalah triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Dimensi kemampuan pemimpin untuk mengarahkan para anggotanya yang mengakibatkan semuanya berbuat sesuatu dibidangnya masing-masing. 2. Dimensi tingkat dukungan dari anggota organisasi dalam bentuk keikutsertaan atau keterlibatan anggota organisasi dalam kegiatankegiatan melaksanakan tugas pokoknya. Pendidikan di pesantren tidak mementingkan kehidupan duniawi melainkan hanya urusan ukrawi, maka kiai Muhibin Anwar membuat suatu kebijakan sebagai suatu upaya dalam mengembangkan Dayah, upaya nya yaitu mengkombinasikan pendidikan yang berbasis salafiyah dengan pendidikan modern dan menambah sarana prasarana di Dayah Darul Himah Aceh Barat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, keterampilan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja serta mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif primer dan skunder, tahap uji yang dilakukan adalah : uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, frekuensi, mean, median dan modus. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner, dan data valid yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 250 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah random sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat bantu pengujian yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efikasi Diri, Keterampilan dan motivasi kerja adalah variabel yang penting dalam Kesiapan Kerja mahasiswa universitas swasta di Kota Depok, dengan keterampilan (Soft Skill) sebagai variabel yang paling dominan dengan skor terbesar yaitu 910 Sangat setuju pada pernyataan 5 “Saya mempunyai kemampuan problem solving yang baik”.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has undergone significant changes throughout its history, influenced by various social, political, and cultural factors in each period. During the colonial era, the education system in Indonesia was designed to maintain colonial power, with a discriminatory structure that provided access to education only for the elite and a small number of indigenous people considered suitable for supporting colonial administration. However, educational figures such as Ki Hajar Dewantara sought to introduce a more inclusive education system based on local culture through the establishment of Taman Siswa. After Indonesia’s independence in 1945, the education system faced significant challenges, with the primary focus being on equalizing access to education and shaping the national character that accommodates social and cultural diversity. During the New Order period, the implementation of the nine-year compulsory education policy successfully increased access to education, yet it was still influenced by the goal of political stability and economic development driven by the authoritarian government. Following the 1998 Reformation, Indonesia introduced decentralization policies, granting local governments more autonomy in managing education, although disparities in education quality between urban and rural areas remain a major challenge. Additionally, in the era of globalization, Indonesian education faces new challenges in creating a more inclusive, high-quality, and relevant education system that meets current social and economic needs. Therefore, understanding the evolution of Indonesia's education system is essential not only to identify policy changes but also to explore the role of education in shaping national identity and supporting national development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of verbal violence and the meanings of harsh words found in the YouTube video Ambo Nai "PT. Lolang Penni." The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis, focusing on the relationship between the signifier (signifiant) and the signified (signifié). Data collection was conducted through video transcription, followed by analysis to identify elements of verbal violence based on cultural and social contexts. The research findings show that the video contains various forms of verbal violence, both direct and indirect, such as insults, mockery, threats, and degradation of gender and personal identity. The semiotic analysis reveals that each utterance of verbal violence carries deep meaning that not only represents individual expression but also reflects the social structure, culture, and power relations in the speaker's community.

Abstract

This study aims to improve narrative writing skills based on local wisdom among the students of Class XI MIPA 2 at SMA Negeri 18 Bone. This research was conducted through Classroom Action Research (CAR) implemented in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 34 students whose initial narrative writing ability was relatively low. The pre-cycle observation revealed that most students had difficulties in organizing narrative structures, developing a coherent plot, and integrating elements of local wisdom—such as customs, cultural values, and Bone folklore—into their writing. To address these challenges, a local wisdom-based learning strategy was applied by utilizing regional folklore texts, cultural discussions, and contextual narrative examples relevant to students’ daily lives. The findings indicated improvement in students’ writing ability in each cycle. In the first cycle, the average score reached 77.35 with a classical mastery level of 94.11%. However, weaknesses were still found in developing conflicts and story depth. Improvements were made in the second cycle through collaborative guidance, richer examples, and direct assistance during the revision process. The results showed a significant increase with an average score of 87.94 and 100% classical mastery. Improvements occurred in all assessment aspects, including narrative structure, plot coherence, language style, and the use of local wisdom elements. Thus, the implementation of local wisdom-based narrative writing proved effective in enhancing students’ writing ability while fostering motivation, creativity, and appreciation for regional culture.

Abstract

This research delves deeply into the social critique contained within the film THAGHUT by Bobby Prasetyo, utilizing the perspective of the sociology of literature. This film was selected because it explicitly and implicitly presents various social phenomena that reflect the reality of life in Indonesian society, especially those related to issues of injustice, abuse of power, and community resistance to an oppressive system. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis techniques, where the main data is obtained from dialogue, narration, scenes, and visual symbols found within the film.Through the study of the sociology of literature, this research finds that THAGHUT functions not only as a medium of entertainment but also as an effective medium for social critique. The social critique in this film is manifested through the portrayal of characters experiencing oppression, conflicts between the community and those in power, and the use of symbols representing resistance to injustice and authoritarian power. Additionally, the film displays complex social dynamics such as marginalization, discrimination, and the collective struggle of the community to obtain justice.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the language variation based on social stratification in Mabbiring Village, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, viewed from the economic level. Data were obtained from 81 daily conversations divided into three economic categories: low, middle, and high. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with participatory observation, interview, documentation, and recording techniques. The results show differences in language variation in four main aspects: lexical choice, sentence structure, speech style, and formality level. The low economic group tends to use local and concrete vocabulary, simple sentence structures, and casual speech styles. The middle economic group uses more varied forms both lexically and syntactically with a moderate level of formality, while the high economic group demonstrates a more formal, structured, and symbolic variety. Factors influencing language variation include education level, occupation, social environment, language habits, and cross-strata interaction intensity. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imengungkap ihubungan iintegral iantara iwahyu idan iakal idalam imenemukan ikebenaran iilmu idari iperspektif ifilsafat ipendidikan iIslam. iKajian iini idibatasi ipada ianalisis ikonseptual idan iteoritis iyang iberfokus ipada iperan iwahyu isebagai isumber ikebenaran iabsolut idan iakal isebagai iinstrumen iinterpretatif idalam ikonteks ipendidikan. iMetode iyang idigunakan iadalah ipenelitian ikepustakaan i(library iresearch) idengan imenelaah iliteratur iklasik idan ikontemporer iyang irelevan idengan itema iepistemologi iIslam. iHasil ikajian imenunjukkan ibahwa iwahyu iberfungsi isebagai ifondasi inilai idan iarah imoral ibagi ipengembangan iilmu, isedangkan iakal imenjadi isarana iuntuk imemahami, imenafsirkan, idan imengimplementasikan inilai-nilai iwahyu idalam ikehidupan iilmiah idan ipendidikan. iIntegrasi ikeduanya imenghasilkan iparadigma iilmu iyang iholistik, iyang imenolak idikotomi iantara iilmu iagama idan iilmu iumum. iKesimpulan iutama ipenelitian iini iadalah ibahwa ikebenaran iilmu idalam iIslam itidak ihanya ibersifat iempiris iatau irasional, itetapi ijuga itransendental dan etis, karena berpangkal pada kesatuan antara akal dan wahyu dalam bingkai tauhid. Dengan demikian, filsafat pendidikan Islam berperan membangun manusia berilmu, beriman, dan berakhlak, yang mampu menyeimbangkan rasionalitas dengan spiritualitas dalam pencarian kebenaran sejati.
