Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work overload and work stress on employee performance with compensation as an intervening variable at PT Teluk Luas. The approach to this research is quantitative research using saturated samples. Data was obtained using a survey method with a total of 39 respondents who worked at PT Teluk Luas. The analysis used is SEM-PLS which consists of an outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS software. The results of this research show that there is an influence of work overload on compensation. There is an influence of compensation on employee performance. There is no influence of work stress on employee performance and compensation. Furthermore, there is the influence of work overload through compensation on employee performance. And there is no influence of work stress on employee performance through compensation at PT Leluk Luas. Excess workload is not a problem for employees at PT Teluk Luas to improve their performance if they receive compensation that is commensurate with the load they have been given.

Abstract

This study examines the business recovery strategies implemented by Adit Furniture, a rattan craft company, in facing the challenges of the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. The pandemic has had a significant impact on the rattan craft industry, including decreased demand, supply chain disruptions, and changes in consumer preferences. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with a case study approach, where data is collected through direct observation at Adit Furniture's production site and in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and related stakeholders. Observations were conducted to understand the production process, implementation of health protocols, and operational adaptations, while interviews aimed to gain information about the strategies implemented, challenges faced, and future visions. This study also reveals the challenges faced in the recovery process and the factors that contributed to the success of these strategies. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for other rattan craft business actors in navigating the post-pandemic business landscape and designing effective recovery strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Honda Gajah Motor Baypass Padang. The method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with partial least squares (PLS). By distributing a questionnaire to 40 respondents. The research results obtained are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Job Satisfaction at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 4) There is a negative and insignificant influence between the work environment on employee performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 5) There is a negative and insignificant influence between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 6) Job satisfaction does not mediate leadership on employee performance. 7) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the Work Environment on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Article literature Review the effect of knowledge, organizational commitment and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)and Employee Loyalty is a scientific article that aims to build a hypothesis of inter-variable influence research that will be used in subsequent research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) knowledge affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) organizational commitment affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) work motivation affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 4) knowledge affects employee loyalty; 5) organizational commitment affects employee loyalty; 6) work motivation affects employee loyalty.and 7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) affect employee loyalty.  Selaian of these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)and employee Loyalitystill many other factors among which are variables Persepsidukanorganisasi, decision making, implementation, social and direction.

Abstract

Di PT Perkeretaapian Indonesia (Persero) Divisi II Sumatera Barat Kota Padang, riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui media motivasi. Masing-masing dari 105 karyawan Divisi II Sumbar PT Perkeretaapian Indonesia (Persero) disurvei. Kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitas digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode analisis induktif digunakan dalam riset ini melalui aplikasi Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart PLS) di atas alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Beberapa variabel terbukti berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai antara lain gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi dan kedisiplinan, dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kepuasan. Tingkatkan hasil karyawan dengan menginspirasi mereka untuk melakukan yang terbaik.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence effective leadership style and diversity inclusivity have on employee performance with employee development as an intervening variable in the education and culture office of Padang City. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 94 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research results showed that there was a significant influence of effective leadership style on employee development. There is a significant influence of diversity inclusivity on employee development. There is a significant influence of effective leadership style on employee performance. There is an insignificant effect of diversity inclusivity on employee performance. There is a significant influence of employee development on employee performance. Employee development mediates the influence of effective leadership style on employee performance. Employee development mediates the effect of diversity inclusiveness on employee performance.

Abstract

This research includes causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The results of this research show that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance, work workload has an influence on employee performance, work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT Pertamina, salah satu perusahaan energi terbesar di Indonesia, telah berhasil menjalankan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam memperkenalkan dan memasarkan produk-produknya ke masyarakat. Pertamina mengadopsi pendekatan yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam membangun kesadaran di  tengah persaingan yang ketat. strategi lain yang telah berhasil diterapkan oleh Pertamina adalah memberikan  pengalaman pelanggan yang memukau. Mereka telah mengubah stasiun pengisian bahan bakar  menjadi tempat yang menyenangkan untuk dikunjungi. Pertamina juga berhasil memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran mereka. Melalui aplikasi “Pertamina Mobile”, Pelanggan dapat memesan bahan bakar secara online dan memilikinya diantar langsung ke tempat mereka. Kesimpulan artikel bisnis ini menunjukan bahwa PT Pertamina menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang matang untuk memastikan produk- produk mereka dikenal dan terjangkau oleh konsumen. Dengan fokus pada pengembangan merek,  peningkatan penjualan, dan keberlanjutan operasional, PT Pertamina terus berusaha menjadi pemimpin pasar di industri energi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kinerja produksi pada usaha tahu STB Parak Karakah. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja produksi antara lain kualitas bahan baku, efisiensi proses produksi, keterampilan tenaga kerja, dan penerapan teknologi. Strategi yang diusulkan meliputi optimalisasi manajemen rantai pasok, peningkatan standar mutu produksi, pelatihan karyawan, serta modernisasi peralatan produksi. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan daya saing usaha tahu STB Parak Karakah di pasar lokal maupun regional.
