Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan) yang bersifat deskripti kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Batu, Indonesia pada tahun 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi di pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah Batu, wawancara kepada ketua Lembaga dan guru, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hurberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data dan pengecekan, reduksi data, penyajian data, penyimpulan penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini, Perencanaan pembuatan kurikulum pesantren dengan menggunakan kitab takhotub dan al-muhawaroh, serta pemilihan metode dan media pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berpusat pada siswa. Pengorganisasian berupa penetapan struktur lini dan staf dengan pembagian tugas yang jelas antara ketua dan anggota untuk menjamin kelancaran program. Program ini dilaksanakan setelah sholat subuh dengan menggunakan berbagai metode pengajaran untuk menjaga interaktivitas dan minat antar siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan setiap bulan dan setiap 6 bulan sekali untuk kenaikan kelas. Kriteria penilaian meliputi kompetensi lulusan, kelas, mata pelajaran, dan standar kelulusan minimal. Hasil evaluasi tersebut menjadi masukan bagi perbaikan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran secara berkesinambungan, sehingga menjamin mutu pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the effect of Interpersonal Communication on employee performance. What is the effect of Teamwork on employee performance. What is the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Performance at the Food Security Service of Deli Serdang Regency. This research was conducted at the Food Security Service of Deli Serdang Regency located in the Deli Serdang Government Area, Lubuk Pakam District. The objects in this study are Interpersonal Communication as variable X1 and Teamwork as variable X2 on Employee Performance as variable Y. The research time was conducted from November 2024 to April 2025. The population and sample in the study amounted to 50 employees. Data collection techniques are questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, document studies and literature studies. Data are processed using SPSS version 27. Data analysis in this study uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Interpersonal communication and teamwork have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the study is whether the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, whether the influence of work discipline on employee performance, whether the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan, this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan. The methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis test. Data were measured or processed using SPSS, with samples using questionnaires distributed to 72 employees at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This community service project aims to develop an innovative model of English language learning for young Muslim learners by integrating Islamic values into thematic instructional materials. The initiative responds to the need for culturally and religiously relevant English education in early childhood settings. Through a participatory action approach, the project designed storybooks, illustrated vocabulary cards, Islamic-themed songs, and activity worksheets, and implemented them in collaboration with local Islamic learning centers. The materials focused on themes such as the Five Pillars of Islam, daily prayers, good manners (akhlaq), and Prophet stories. Results showed increased vocabulary acquisition, active engagement from children, and improved teaching confidence among educators. This model offers a replicable and sustainable approach to promoting both language development and moral education simultaneously. The project contributes to the growing field of culturally responsive pedagogy and provides practical resources for educators seeking to integrate language instruction with faith-based values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tipologi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai di Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Kolaka Utara ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor yang saling berinteraksi, baik yang berasal dari dalam organisasi maupun faktor eksternal. Kompetensi pegawai dan pemahaman yang baik terhadap tugas pokok menjadi dasar penting dalam kinerja individu. Sementara itu, kepemimpinan yang efektif memberikan arahan yang jelas dan motivasi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai. Kerja tim yang solid memungkinkan pegawai untuk saling mendukung, berbagi pengetahuan, dan mengatasi tantangan bersama. Selain itu, sistem yang baik dan kedisiplinan pegawai menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang terorganisir dan efisien. Faktor situasional yang mendukung juga berperan dalam menciptakan atmosfer kerja yang positif, yang mendorong pegawai untuk bekerja lebih produktif dan efektif, sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Namun, faktor penghambat utama kinerja pegawai di Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka Utara adalah tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai. Di sisi lain, faktor pendukung kinerja pegawai meliputi: adanya aturan yang jelas, peran sentral pemimpin dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta sarana yang memadai seperti ruang kerja yang nyaman, fasilitas komputer dan jaringan internet, ruang ibadah, kamar mandi/wc, dan peralatan lainnya yang cukup. Semua ini mempermudah pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugas administratif dan operasional mereka dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, kerja tim yang baik menciptakan sinergi antar pegawai, mempercepat pencapaian tujuan organisasi, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kolaborasi yang efektif antar anggota tim juga berkontribusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Community service activities are one form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The Da'wah Management Study Program plays an active role in building communities through a systematic and measurable da'wah approach. Through the Assisted Village program, this activity aims to create synergy between strengthening religious capacity and mosque-based community empowerment. The service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves actively involving the community in the process of problem identification, intervention implementation, and evaluation. Materials provided in this activity include Tahsinul Qira'ah Guidance which will be held on July 14, 2024, Da'i Management which will be held on August 2, 2024, and Mosque Financial Management which will be held on August 16, 2024. This activity is expected to improve the quality of community Qur'an reading, establish effective da'wah organizational management, and improve mosque financial governance in a transparent and professional manner. Abstract

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan  adalah aplikasi yang membantu administrasi  perpustakaan dalam mengelola data buku anggota, peminjaman, pengembalian, dan aktivitas lainnya. Artikel ini membahas tentang pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem informasi perpustakaan pada sebuah perpustakaan di kota xyz. Sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web merupakan aplikasi yang menggunakan perangkat keras dan lunak pada komputer, jaringan komunikasi, manajemen basis data, dan teknologi informasi lainnya untuk mengelola informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna. Perpustakaan memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan dan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa perpustakaan yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan, menyebabkan kesulitan akses bagi pengguna.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Tahapan dalam model waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan metode waterfall dipilih karena tahapannya dilakukan secara bertahap dan terurut sesuai kebutuhan.Kesimpulannya, artikel ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi perpustakaan menggunakan metode SDLC dengan model waterfall. Sistem informasi perpustakaan ini dapat memberikan kemudahan akses informasi, meningkatkan efisiensi proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta memperluas peran perpustakaan sebagai pusat pengetahuan dan komunitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap belanja modal pemerintah di Kabupaten Wajo dalam kurun waktu 2014-202 0 . Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana koefisien korelasi (R), koefisien determinansi (R Square ), dan uji t. Perhitungannya menggunakan Sofrware Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil estimasi diperoleh nilai konstanta sebesar 7,596 koefisien regresi Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar 0,752, koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh sebesar 0,920. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 84,6 persen. Artinya bahwa belanja modal pemerintah di Kabupaten Wajo sebesar 84,6 persen di pengaruhi oleh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan sisanya sebesar 15,6 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel belanja modal diperoleh nilai t-hitung> t-tabel,(5,739 > 2,447). Artinya secara parsial variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal pemerintah di Kabupaten Wajo dalam kurun waktu 2014-2020.

Abstract

This research is intended to examine the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) No. 86 regarding cash prizes in raising funds at sharia financial institutions. This Fatwa requires that gifts given by Islamic financial institutions to customers must be in the form of goods or services, and prohibits gifts in the form of cash. This study aims to examine the effectiveness and implications of the fatwa and explore possible revisions based on input from Islamic banking scholars and practitioners. The research method used is qualitative through a descriptive analytical approach. Primary data includes DSN-MUI fatwa no. 86 of 2012, research results show that the implementation of this fatwa, especially regarding obligations for gifts in the form of goods, brings challenges for Islamic banks, especially in terms of procurement, maintenance and distribution of gifts in the form of goods and so on. Research also finds that prizes in the form of cash are more flexible and attractive to customers, without adding significant cost burdens to Islamic banks. This research suggests a review and possible revision of the DSN-MUI fatwa no. 86, taking into account the mutual benefit of banks and sharia financial customers.

Abstract

Abstract: Waqf is a unique Islamic economic instrument that functions to distribute social benefits sustainably. However, the management of waqf in Indonesia faces challenges, particularly related to certification that provides legal certainty over waqf assets. This certification is crucial for optimizing the utilization of assets and enhancing transparency and accountability in their management. Without certification, waqf assets are vulnerable to ownership disputes and ineffective management. The waqf certification policy in Indonesia has evolved since the issuance of Government Regulation No. 28 of 1977, with various regulations released by the government to expedite the registration and certification process of waqf land. This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities within the waqf certification policy and provide recommendations for more efficient policy development towards sustainable development. The findings indicate that despite existing barriers in the certification process, there are also opportunities to improve waqf management through collaboration among institutions and increased public awareness regarding the importance of certification
