Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG Score) and Profitability on Stock Return with Audit Quality as moderation in companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index for the 2021–2023 period. This research is associative causal with a quantitative approach. The population consists of companies in the SRI-KEHATI Index, and the sample selection is conducted using purposive sampling. Based on the sample criteria, 12 companies met the requirements with a research period of three years, resulting in a total of 36 data samples. In this research a panel data regression model is applied using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and the moderation variable is tested using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with EViews 10 software. The results of this research indicate that ESG Score has no effect on Stock Return while Profitability affects Stock Return. Moreover, Audit Quality cannot moderate the effect of ESG Score on Stock Return, and the Audit Quality cannot moderate the effect of Profitability on Stock Return.

Abstract

The length the research aims to determine the livestock profile and explore sustainable production income on beef cattle farms with different rearing systems in Sorong Regency. Data collection uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal method, which is an approach that involves family members or.Individuals to analyze the reality of the living conditions they live in. This research involved 90 breeders who were selected using purposive sampling based on 4 considerations. The analysis used to test the differences in different maintenance systems is the independent T-test analysis. The research results show that the number of cows in the extensive system was higher than in the semi-intensive system (P<0.05). The same thing applies to net body weight production, production economics, the economics of the function of livestock as savings and insurance, extensive breeders are higher than semi-intensive breeders (P<0.05). The total income/benefit of intensive breeders is higher than extensive breeders IDR. 42,423 ± 26,162 million vs. IDR. 19,952 ± 11,116 million. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the extensive livestock system produces high income and has the potential to maintain their livestock in a sustainable manner than the semi-intensive system.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet telah melahirkan pasar digital dan situs belanja online yang kini menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Aktivitas belanja daring yang meningkat mendorong munculnya perilaku impulsive buying, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor shopping enjoyment, self control, dan kemudahan digital payment. Salah satu layanan pembayaran digital yang banyak digunakan adalah Go-Pay, terutama di kota Mataram. Go-Pay merupakan dompet elektronik dikembangkan Gojek yang memungkinkan transaksi non-tunai di berbagai layanan dan mitra usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh shopping enjoyment, self control, dan digital payment terhadap perilaku impulsive buying pengguna Go-Pay di kota Mataram. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 102 responden dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shopping enjoyment dan digital payment berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan self control berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap impulsive buying. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan, dengan indikator penawaran menarik menjadi faktor eksternal paling kuat yang memicu perilaku impulsive buying, yang menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan pembelian impulsif masih terjadi namun tidak dominan. Indikator penawaran menarik memperoleh skor tertinggi, menandakan bahwa promosi dan diskon menjadi faktor eksternal paling kuat dalam mendorong perilaku pembelian impulsif, sementara pembelian tanpa rencana dan keadaan emosional memiliki skor yang lebih rendah.

Abstract

Research aim : This study was conducted to examine the effect of student integrity on the tendency of academic fraud to occur using the fraud pentagon perspective. Design/Method/Approach : This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Aikmel, East Lombok Regency, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to collect data and determine respondents based on non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. In accordance with the predetermined criteria, the questionnaire was given to students and students at SMAN 2 Aikel. The proposed hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis. Research Finding : The results showed that pentagon cheating had a positive effect on academic cheating, and student integrity had a negative effect on academic cheating. Abstract

Tinjauan literatur adalah istilah yang lebih umum digunakan dalam bidang penelitian, terutama dalam pembuatan karya ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, tinjauan literatur adalah suatu kegiatan menganalisis yang dapat mencakup kritikan dari penelitian yang sedang dilakukan terhadap suatu topik tertentu yang merupakan bagian dari bidang keilmuan. Literatur review ini ingin berfokus untuk menganalisis bagaimana orientasi strategis mempengaruhi hubungan antara kemampuan jaringan terkait eksplorasi dan eksploitasi, pengetahuan pasar luar negeri, dan kinerja pasar perusahaan yang beroperasi secara internasional. Literatur review ini memperluas pengetahuan tentang orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja internasional usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Traditional review adalah metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk membuat tinjauan literatur ini. Hasil literatur ini mengharapkan penelitian di masa depan dapat membuat kesimpulan lebih lanjut dan menjelaskan bagaimana model bisnis perusahaan yang berfokus pada globalisasi muncul. Akibatnya, memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana model bisnis tersebut secara teratur, berkembang, dan disesuaikan untuk berbagai situasi. Studi sebelumnya terbatas pada beberapa aspek. Pertama, penelitian hanya berfokus pada kinerja perusahaan kecil dan menengah internasional tanpa mempertimbangkan elemen penting seperti memanfaatkan peluang internasional. Kedua, penelitian di masa depan dapat menyelidiki analisis multilevel yang melaluinya karakteristik para pendiri bertransformasi menjadi orientasi kewirausahaan tingkat perusahaan yang, pada gilirannya, berdampak pada kinerja UKM secara internasional.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif adalah konsep yang terjadi pada era ekonomi terbaru dimana memanfaatkan informasi dan kreativitas dengan cara membuat sebuah ide atau pengetahuan yang mengandalkan sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor utama pada proses produksinya. Dalam Strategi Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk perusahaan Eunoia Scrunchie, penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan. Perusahaan harus berkonsentrasi pada pembuatan model bisnis inovasi produk, menurut kesimpulan dari Business Model Canvas. Dalam Business Model Canvas, blok Value Proposition adalah pusat inovasi produk, dan perusahaan harus berkonsentrasi pada menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggannya. Karena tidak ada dukungan yang memadai untuk model bisnis lain, bisnis memilih strategi inovasi produk tanpa mengeluarkan sumber daya yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan. Ada beberapa tindakan strategis yang dapat diambil oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan strategi inovasi produk, seperti: 1. Berkonsentrasi pada meningkatkan nilai; 2. Mengembangkan produk atau layanan yang sudah ada; 3. Membuat produk atau layanan baru; dan 4. Mengembangkan layanan baru serta mempromosikannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal trainer service quality and customer experience on gym customer loyalty in Mataram City. The study was conducted due to the phenomenon in Mataram City of intense business competition in the gym industry, which requires business owners to pay attention to providing quality personal trainer services, adequate facilities, and the ability to understand the conditions and situations of each different customer in order to increase gym customer loyalty. The method used in this study is quantitative with a causal approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents with a population of gym members and customers using personal trainer services. The criteria for customers are gym members for a minimum of 2 months, use personal trainer services, and are aged 17 years or older. Data processing tools used are SPSS 22. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the quality of personal trainer services had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, the customer experience variable had a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on customer loyalty. This indicates that improving the quality of personal trainer services can increase customer loyalty, while customer experience does not necessarily have a direct, significant impact.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of trust and emotional cues embedded in multimodal online reviews on consumer travel decision making. This study employs a systematic literature review approach. Data were collected from 115 empirical journal articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, published between 2023 and 2025. The review focuses on text, image, video, influencer, and live-stream-based online reviews related to consumer behavior in travel and service contexts. The findings indicate that trust related cues such as credibility, message consistency, and transparency significantly enhance consumers’ cognitive evaluations, while emotional engagement generated through visual and interactive content strengthens affective responses. The interaction of trust and emotion consistently influences purchase intention and visitation intention. Visual and interactive review formats intensify emotional immersion, whereas text-based reviews reinforce informational reliability. This study is limited to secondary data derived from published empirical studies and does not involve primary behavioral or experimental data. This research contributes to applied consumer behavior, digital marketing, and tourism studies by providing an integrated framework explaining how trust and emotion function across multimodal online review formats to influence consumer decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial literacy dan mental accounting terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency dengan overconfidence sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat antarvariabel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada investor cryptocurrency di Kota Mataram. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai investor aktif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1 untuk menguji model pengukuran dan model struktural secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan individu, semakin baik kualitas keputusan investasinya. Mental accounting juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency, menunjukkan bahwa cara individu mengelola dan mengelompokkan keuangan memengaruhi perilaku investasinya. Namun, pengujian variabel moderasi menunjukkan bahwa overconfidence tidak mampu memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh financial literacy maupun mental accounting terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keputusan investasi cryptocurrency lebih dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pemahaman keuangan dan pengelolaan mental individu dibandingkan oleh tingkat kepercayaan diri berlebihan dalam menghadapi risiko investasi aset digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial risk tolerance and financial attitude on deposit investment decisions with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The research object is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in East Lombok Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results indicate that financial risk tolerance and financial attitude have a positive and significant effect on deposit investment decisions. However, financial literacy is unable to moderate the influence of financial risk tolerance or financial attitude on investment decisions. These findings suggest that in low-risk investment instruments such as deposits, psychological and behavioral factors are more dominant compared to financial knowledge aspects. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the study of behavioral finance by emphasizing that the role of financial literacy is contextual.
