Abstract

Family Planning Program (KB) using contraceptives is an effort to suppress the rate of population growth. In 2020, the proportion of LACMs (13.4%) in the working area of ​​the Depati Tujuh Health Center is smaller than the proportion of non-LACMs (86.6%) meaning that this achievement has not met the target of the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan (25.11%). The purpose of the research was to determine the determinants of the use of the Long-Acting Contraceptive Methods (LACMs) on family planning acceptors in the working area of ​​the Depati Tujuh Koto Tuo Health Center, Kerinci Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design and an analytical survey research method. The number of research samples was 117 respondents who were taken using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection in April-May 2021. The dependent variable is the use of LACMs while the independent variables are work status, knowledge, attitudes, husband's support, and the role of health workers. Data analysis using chi-square and cox regression. The results showed that the proportion of LACMs was 17.9%. There was a relationship between working status (PR=1.33; 95% CI=1.01-1.75), knowledge (PR=1.23; 95% CI=1.06-1.42), husband's support (PR= 1.30; 95% CI=1.10-1.53), and the role of health workers (PR=1.40; 95% CI=1.17-1.67) with the use of LACMs. There was no relationship between attitude (PR=1.15; 95% CI=0.98-1.36) with the use of LACMs. The dominant factor in the use of LACMs in the working area of ​​the Depati Tujuh Health Center in 2021 is the role of health workers (RR=6.34; 95% CI=1.45-27.71).

Abstract

The type of research used is cross-sectoral research, research conducted over a long period of time where this study is designed to study the correlation between exposure and consequences or effects at the same time. The sample size in this study is 65 people, the technique used in sampling is This study uses simple random sampling, which is a technique that has the same opportunity according to the proportion (regardless of the size of the population) in sampling. This study found that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitude and support of health workers towards exclusive breastfeeding for mothers who have babies and there is no relationship between exposure to information media and culture towards exclusive breastfeeding for mothers who have babies, P-Value knowledge < 0.05 (0.002), Attitude P-Value < 0.05 (0.028), statistical health worker support (P-Value=0.019), The factors related to exclusive breastfeeding are knowledge, attitudes and health workers and there is no relationship between exposure to information media and culture.

Abstract

Causes of diseases such as scabies or scabies are still commonly found in students who are caused by students who often exchange clothes, towels and other toiletries, wash clothes that are not clean, and wear clothes that are still wet/damp. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior of students in healthy behavior at Pondok Pesantren, Batang Hari Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Irsyadul Ibad Islamic Boarding School, Batang Hari Regency. The sample of this research was 95 MTs and MAs students out of 634 MTs and MAs students. The results of the study are that it is known that the proportion of students' behavior in the formation of healthy students at the Irsyadul Ibad Islamic Boarding School, Batang Hari Regency in 2022, has unhealthy behavior of 54.7%, poor knowledge (52.6%), and has good teacher support. (57.9%). The analysis shows that the risk factors for the behavior of healthy students are knowledge (PR=7.012; 95% CI: 2.836-17.338) and teacher/ustadz support (PR=3.668; 95% CI: 1.526-8.815. Based on the research results it is hoped that Islamic boarding schools can take action prevention in the form of periodic health checks for students and pesantren employees to detect various diseases early and increase the role of the teacher/ustadz as role models for students so that they not only direct but also set a good example, especially regarding the practice of healthy behavior.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions in Indonesia. Students at Islamic boarding schools gain knowledge from teachers, kyai or ustadz. The increasing number of students in Islamic boarding schools has created habits such as eating together on one tray, not washing hands with soap before eating, sharing toiletries, and even sharing clothes. This bad habit causes an increase in the number of students suffering from illnesses such as acute respiratory infection, diarrhea, typhus and scabies. Clean and healthy living behavior in Islamic boarding schools is a collection of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, which makes the Islamic boarding school community independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. This research aims to determine the effect of peer education methods on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior of Santri in Islamic Boarding Schools: Study on students of Irsyadul 'Ibad Islamic Boarding School, Batanghari Regency.This research is a quasi-experimental design research with a two-group pre test-post test control group design. The sample size is 84 respondents divided into 2 groups, namely the Peer Education experimental group with 42 respondents and the control group with 42 respondents. Each group lives in a different dormitory. The results of the bivariate analysis test with the Wilcoxon T-Test showed that the intervention group (peer educators) Knowledge p= 0.006, attitude p= 0.003 and the control group knowledge p= 0.000, attitude=0.009. So it can be statistically concluded that the peer education method influences the knowledge and attitudes of students regarding clean and healthy living behavior in the Batanghari Regency Islamic Boarding School. Abstract

Berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak Kepolisian lalu lintas untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas, terutama yang dialami oleh pelajar di bawah umur. Selain upaya yang dilakukan pihak kepolisian, pihak sekolah pun melakukan berbagai upaya agar para siswa tidak membawa motor terutama ke sekolah, namun upaya yang dilakukan tersebut tidak selalu berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak sekali pelajar yang masih dibawah umur membawa sepeda motor ke sekolah khususnya pelajar Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Balikpapan. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang melatarbelakangi para pelajar Sekolah Menengah Pertama tersebut membawa sepeda motor, menganalisis terkait bagaimana kebijakan pihak sekolah terhadap para siswan yang masih dibawah umur tetapi membawa sepeda motor ke sekolah dan hambatan apa yang dilalui. Dapat disimpulkan akibat dari para pelajar dibawah umur yang membawa sepeda motor ini, menimbulkan beberapa kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas yang sampai mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa.

Abstract

 The family planning (KB) program is a government effort to prevent risky pregnancies due to the 4Ts (too young, too old, too close, and too frequent). One of the birth control methods most widely used by women of childbearing age (WUS) is injectable birth control. The research aims to determine the relationship between a husband's knowledge and support and the use of injectable contraceptives in women of childbearing age. Method: quantitative research using a cross-sectional design with a cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: There is a relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.046) and husband's support (0.001) with the use of injectable contraceptives in women of childbearing age (WUS) in the Tanjung Pinang Health Center Working Area, Jambi. Conclusion: There is a relationship between a husband's knowledge and support and the use of injectable contraceptives in WUS, so it is hoped that health workers will routinely provide outreach regarding the use and benefits of injectable contraceptives to couples of childbearing age (PUS).

Abstract

Posyandu ialah dasar dari kegiatan kesehatan yang dilakukan untuk masyarakat, oleh masyarakat, yang di bantu dengan tenaga kesehatan dan kader. Kader merupakan orang dari dalam masyarakat yang berkomitmen dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan posyandu. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan kader pada kegiatan posyandu di daerah Kapau Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni total sampling dengan total 120 orang responden. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariate dengan uji chi square. Hasil dari analisa Faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan kader dalam pelaksanaan posyandu di wiayah kerja puskesmas kapau kabupaten agam yaitu dukungan keluarga (p= 0.034), sarana dan prasarana (p= 0.012), sikap (p= 0.000), pengetahuan (p= 0.016). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara faktor dukungan keluarga, sarana dan prasarana, sikap, dan pengetahuan dengan keaktifan kader di daerah posyandu di daerah Kapau Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

Predictions of an event are carried out to see what will happen in the future, including predictions for students who will register. This is done so that the head of the study program or student affairs will immediately move to approach students who are predicted not to be likely to register. This research implements data mining predictions of student registration. There are often wrong predictions about who might not register. So that the student's approach to decision-making before the time of registration is not carried out by the study program or student affairs. Research Method, namely the survey research method, is a research method carried out using surveys or direct data collection from interested parties, namely the head of the study program. The algorithm used to analyze the data is the K-nearest neighbor algorithm. This research aims to apply data mining to predict student her-registration and to carry out analysis using data mining to predict student her-registration. The research results of applying data mining with the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm can solve the problem of student enrollment prediction analysis. Of the 10 students who predicted their registration, 7 students would register and 3 students would not register.

Abstract

Background: Smoking continues to be one of the major health concerns. This behavior has the potential to endanger the health of the entire world and can result in death for humans. When compared to other educational categories, secondary schools (SMA/SMK) have the highest percentage of daily smokers. This study aims to determine the factors associated with adolescent smoking behavior in Jambi City State Vocational High Schools in 2023. Methods: This study is a type of quantitative method research with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was 4,314 respondents with a research sample of 255 respondents. The sample in this study was selected through the Quota Sampling Technique. The analysis was carried out using Univariate analysis and Bivariate analysis using the chi square test. Results: There is a relationship between knowledge (p=0.047), attitude (p=0.000), cigarette affordability (p=0.000), family attention (p=0.000), peer influence (p=0.000) with adolescent smoking behavior. Conclusion: Factors associated with adolescent smoking behavior at SMK Negeri Jambi City are knowledge factors, attitudes, cigarette affordability, family attention and peer support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sungai Penuh, yang belum menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Beberapa program kerja belum mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, serta terdapat kendala seperti keterlambatan dalam penginputan data dan tidak optimalnya pelaksanaan program kerja lainnya. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja pegawai belum maksimal, yang berpotensi menghambat pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Jenis penelitian adalah merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross secctional penelitian ini di lakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sungai Penuh. Jumlah sampel 60 pegawai dengan teknik Random Sampling. Analisis data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 60 responden pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sungai Penuh, sebanyak 23 responden (38,3%) memiliki kinerja baik, sedangkan 37 responden (61,7%) memiliki kinerja kurang baik. Analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja pegawai meliputi kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir, kompetensi, dan sistem penghargaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan faktor-faktor tersebut dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sungai Penuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sungai Penuh, yaitu faktor kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir, kompetensi, dan sistem penghargaan. Faktor-faktor ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa faktor motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku organisasi tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
