Masalah gizi pada bayi dan anak disebabkan kebiasaan pemberian ASI dan MP-ASI yang tidak tepat (kuantitas dan kualitas). Selain itu, para ibu kurang menyadari bahwa sejak bayi berusia lebih dari 6 bulan sudah memerlukan MP-ASI dalam jumlah dan mutu yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap ibu dan dukungan keluarga terhadap ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI. Data Dinkes Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tentang cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2020 sebesar 52,71% masih dibawah target rencana strategi sebesar 64%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai anak usia lebih dari 6 bulan - 24 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pematang Panggang II tahun 2022 adalah 135 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan tehnik Simple Random Sampling, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 57 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan, sikap ibu dan dukungan keluarga secara simultan dengan ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI, dengan nilai masing-masing variabel pengetahuan (p=<0,001), sikap ibu (p=<0,001), dukungan keluarga (p=<0,001). Disarankan agar ibu balita menambah pengetahuan dan mempertahankan sikap positif terhadap ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI, selain itu, tenaga kesehatan juga harus mensosialisasikan tentang dukungan keluarga terhadap ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI.Astuti, Dkk, 2020. This research aims to determine the types of idiomatic expressions and to identify patterns of idiomatic expressions in the movie script The Beauty and The Beast. The theories to analyze the types and the patterns are taken from O'Dell & McCarthy's (2017) and Joodi's (2012). This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data, this research used the forms of classification, documentation, and monolingual dictionaries. After analyzing the data, it is found that there are 30 data divided into 20 data of fixed statements (66,67%), 5 data of slang (16,67%), 3 data of proverbs (10%), and 2 data of clichés (6,66%). It can be identified some idiomatic expression patterns used in The Beauty and The Beast movie script such as noun phrases, transitive verb phrases, verbal phrases, prepositional phrases, word pairs, and pattern sentences. The type of idiomatic expression that is the most dominant and often appears in the script of The Beauty and The Beast is fixed statements.

IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH PUBLIC SPEAKING TASKS Puspita Sari

This study deals with improving students’ speaking achievement through public speaking tasks. This study was conducted by using classroom action research. The subject of the research was class XI AP2 SMK BM Taman Siswa Lubuk Pakam consisted of 32 students. The research was conducted in two cycles and every cycle consisted of four meetings. The instruments for collecting data were oral test for quantitative data and diary notes and interview for qualitative data. Based on the oral test scores, students’ score kept improving in every test. In the orientation test, the mean score was 55.9, in the first competence test, the mean score was 64.4 and in the second competence test, the mean score was 73. The improvement also can be seen from the percentage of the students’ speaking achievement, in the orientation test only 3.13% (one student) got 65 points. In the first competence test 65.63% (twenty one students) got 65 %. It means there was an improvement about 62.5%. In the second competence test 93.75% (thirty students) got 65 points. The improvement was 31.25%. It can be concluded that public speaking tasks could improve students’ speaking achievement. Key Words: Speaking, Achievement, Public Speaking, Tasks

This study discusses the assessment of teacher performance to test the professionalism of educators at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Elementary School. The background of this study is the requirement of a professional teacher in all subjects at all levels of education. Especially with the regulations of the Teacher and Lecturer Constitution, as well as the certification of educators. So to be able to know the professionalism of teachers carry out teacher performance assessments which include four basic components, namely pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. This research is intended to answer the following problems: (1) How is teacher performance assessed at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Elementary School?, (2) What efforts should be made by school principals to improve teacher professionalism at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Elementary School?. This research is a type of field research. Therefore the objects studied in schools are able to provide information about research studies. In order for this research to run well, research methods require planning steps that are systematic and in accordance with scientific principles. In addition, intensive qualitative research was carried out, participating in recording all data and then analyzing the data obtained during the research. This study shows that: (1). Teacher performance can be known by carrying out teacher performance assessments which make an activity to foster and develop professional teachers who from teachers, by teachers, for teachers. The principal assesses the implementation of learning including pre-learning (checking class readiness and apperception), core activities (mastery of material, learning strategies, use of media/sources, assessment of learning processes and outcomes, use of language), and closing (reflection, summary and follow-up) (2) Efforts by school principals to improve teacher professionalism by providing (a) guidance to teachers in preparing lesson plans, (b) monitoring teachers in carrying out learning, (c) supervising the running of educational activity programs, (d) checking condition and integrity of school facilities as supporting student achievement, (e) evaluating through briefings and educational program meetings

Penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis tanah terhadap kestabilan konstruksi dandimensi telapak tembok penahan. Tanah yang berada di belakang tembok penahanmemiliki berat isi 1,7 t/m3 dan sudut geser 300. Untuk jenis tanah yang beradadibawah/landasan tembok penahan terdiri dari jenis tanah kohesif (lempung) denganvariasi jenis tanah sebagai berikut; (1) lempung sangat lunak dengan berat isi tanah 1,4t/m3 dan nilai Cu 1 t/m2 (2) lempung lunak dengan berat isi tanah 1,6 t/m3dan nilai Cu 2,5 t/m2 (3) lempung kaku dengan berat isi tanah 1,8 t/m3 dan nilai Cu 5 t/m2 (4) lempung sangat kaku dengan berat isi tanah 2 t/m3 dan nilai Cu 10 t/m2(5) lempung keras dengan berat isi tanah 2,2 t/m3 dan nilai Cu 20 t/m2. Sudut geser pada jenis tanah kohesif adalah 0. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi tembok penahan tanah tidak aman untuk jenis tanah kohesif dan semakin kecil berat jenis tanah maka dimensi telapak tembok penahan tanah semakin besar. Dimensi tembok penahan tipe kantilever diperoleh (1) tinggi tembok penahan adalah 7 m dengan tinggi dinding 6,3 m dan tebal telapak 0,7 m (2) dimensi lebar telapak tembok penahan berdasarkan kondisi dari jenis tanah nonkohesif diperoleh maksimum 115m pada tanah lempung sangat lunak danminimum 3,15m pada tanah lempung keras (3) lebar dinding bagian atas tembokpenahan didapat 0,25 m, dan bagian bawah sebesar 0,7 m.

This thesis aims to determine the effect of gross profit margin and net profit margin on stock prices in mining sector companies listed on the jakarta islamic index for 2019-2022. This study uses the indenpedent variables, namely gross profit margin and net profit margin. the dependent variable is stock price. the data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports of sharia companies registered on the jakarta islamic index in 2019-2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of gross profit margin and net profit margin has an effect on stock prices. By using the f test it is found that the independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variables. Calculation of the coefficient of determination shows thet all independent variables, namely gross profit margin and net profit margin, can explain the stock price variable by 30% the remaining 70% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Menabung merupakan salah satu cara pengelolaan keuangan dengan cara menyisihkan uang saku yang dimiliki untuk disimpan. Kegiatan sosial masyarakat ini menggunakan metode Pemaparan secara lansung pada anak-anak di SDS TPM Cikupa serta melakukan pembuatan celengan menggunakan botol bekas. Hasil dari pengabdian Masyarakat ini anak-anak menjadi tau akan pentingnya dari menabung, manfaat menabung dan anak-anak juga menpunyai jiwa yang kreatif dengan adanya hasil dari mereka membuat tabungan menggunakan botol bekas yang diolah menjadi barang yang berguna. Anak-anak diharapkan tetap konsisten menabung walaupun Program Kerja ini selesai dijalankan dan mempunyai jiwa-jiwa kreatif dalam diri mereka sejak dini. Kegiatan berlangsung sesuai yang direncanakan dan mendapat respon yang positif dari dewan guru, para staff, dan seluruh siswa yang ditunjukan dengan partisipasi dan kontribusi secara aktif dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada dasarnya penyuluhan kepada siswa siswi dalam rangka memberikan kepahaman ilmu serta memberikan motivasi untuk dapat memajemen uang secara baik sejak dini.

Elderly background is defined as someone who is already 60 years old and above. Posyandu Lansia is an activity in community health services and family health services in a certain community-driven area where they can get health services. This study aims to determine the implementation of posyandu for the elderly during the Covid-19 period at the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. Method: this research method is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews of 12 informants, selection of informants by purposive sampling. Result: The posyandu for the elderly in the work area of the putri ayu health center is not constrained by facilities and infrastructure. The Health Office provides an support in the form of facilities and infrastructure. Operational costs have been assigned to the elderly Posyandu so that it can run well. When Covid 19 occurred, all posyandu activities of the elderly stopped. Conclusion: Elderly people cannot be done during the Covid-19 pandemic due to the outbreak and the government's policy of limiting activities during the Covid-19 period.

Malaria is still a public health problem in Indonesia because of its high morbidity and mortality rates, especially in areas outside Java and Bali. In transmigration areas where there is a mixture of people from endemic and non-endemic areas of malaria, cases or epidemics still frequently occur which cause many deaths. Data from the Tebo District Health Office for January-July 2014 were 519 people out of a population of 328,564 people (0.16%) with an AMI of 1.6. The highest incidence of malaria was in the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, with 75 people out of a population of 11,820 people (0.63%) with an AMI of 6.34. The purpose of this study was to find out the description and relationship between malaria prevention efforts in the Working Area of the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency in 2015. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design. In this study, the sample was the community in the Working Area of the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency, with a sample size of 96 people. The results showed that of the 96 respondents, 57 (59.4%) respondents had poor motivation, 59 (61.5%) respondents had a bad environment, respondents had poor malaria prevention efforts. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between motivation and a p value of 0.007 (p <0.05), environment with a p value of 0.009 (p <0.05) on malaria prevention efforts in the Working Area of the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency. Advises the public to be active in seeking information about prevention of malaria in order to reduce the incidence of malaria. At the same time actively maintaining the cleanliness of the home environment and their respective settlements.

Smoking has very negative health consequences. The dangers of smoking must be recognized from school age. The snakes and ladders game is an interesting type of educational media that can be used to increase students' knowledge about the dangers of smoking. The aim of this research is to find out how the use of the snakes and ladders game impacts junior high school students' knowledge about the dangers of smoking.This research is considered quasi-experimental with a non-randomized control group pretest and posttest approach. The number of respondents in this study was 90 students, where respondents were divided into 2 groups, namely the treatment group who were given health education using comic-based Photonovella media and the comparison group using conventional methods (posters). Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test and Mann Whitney U Test. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a significant increase in the post test scores for the knowledge and behavior variables in both the treatment and comparison groups, but there was no significant increase in the post test scores for the attitude variables. Then the results of the Mann Whitney U Test (sig.2-tailed) on knowledge (0.007 < 0.05), attitudes (0.217 > 0.05), and behavior (0.024 < 0.05). This indicates that there is a significant difference between the scores of the treatment group and the comparison group on the knowledge and behavior variables, but there is no significant difference on the attitude variable.Comic-based photonovella can be used in the learning process because they are very effective in increasing children's knowledge, attitudes and behavior about the dangers of smoking. Therefore, this can be used as an alternative learning media to increase students' knowledge of health by increasing their knowledge about health.
