Abstract

This quantitative research is a pre-experimental study using a one-shot case study design to test the effectiveness of video projects and Google Classroom in learning mathematics numerical methods. Researchers conducted the study at one of the universities in Sulawesi, and the class selected as the research sample was one of the classes containing 28 students who programmed the Numerical Methods course. The results showed that the mean of students' learning outcomes was 92.71, with a standard deviation 7.88. the percentage of students who scored above 65 was 100%. Based on the percentage of students who scored above 65 and the analysis results using the one-sample Wilcoxon signed rank test, using Video Project and Google Classroom in learning mathematics in the Numerical Methods course is effective.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan media sosial telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada pendidikan tinggi, khususnya terhadap prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan AI dan media sosial dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan kesejahteraan mental mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, melibatkan 86 mahasiswa dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI memperoleh skor rata-rata tertinggi dibandingkan media sosial, pembelajaran cerdas, prestasi akademik, dan kesejahteraan mental, namun dengan variasi antar responden yang cukup besar. Meskipun AI dan media sosial berpotensi mendukung pembelajaran, penerapannya masih belum optimal dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa secara signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mengenai persepsi mahasiswa terhadap teknologi dalam pendidikan, serta menekankan perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan sampel yang lebih besar dan metode yang lebih mendalam

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership as a moderating variable in the relationship between work environment, teacher's motivation, and teacher performance in Economics at high schools in Yogyakarta City. The method used is a quantitative approach with data analysis employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS 4. The subjects of the study consist of 54 Economics teachers selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used is a structured questionnaire measuring four main constructs: teacher performance, principal leadership, work environment, and teacher's motivation. Data were collected from February to November 2024. Data analysis was conducted using SEM with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results show that work environment and teacher's motivation positively affect teacher performance, with principal leadership acting as a moderator, although the moderating effect was not statistically significant at the 95% confidence level on some variables. These findings emphasize the importance of a supportive work environment, high teacher's motivation, and effective leadership in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Limited access to inclusive entrepreneurial literacy, especially in areas with minimal access to education and economic resources, is a major concern. This research aims to improve teachers' competencies in using modern technologies, such as economic AI literacy, data visualization, and augmented reality, in teaching. The research method used an Action Research approach that involved three main stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and reporting stages. The results of the pre-test and post-test data showed significant improvement in the teachers' understanding and application of technology. This study concludes that the integration of economic AI and infographics is able to improve teachers' pedagogical competence in supporting inclusive entrepreneurship. However, additional time and special training are needed to optimize the application of technology in daily learning activities.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Peurperium atau nifas juga dapat diartikan sebagai masa postpartum atau masa sejak bayi dilahirkan dan plasenta keluar lepas dari rahim sampai 6 minggu berikutnya disertai pulihnya organ-organ yang berkaitan dengan kandungan yang mengalami perubahan seperti perlukaan dan lain sebagainya yang berkaitan saat melahirkan. (Juraida, 2021). Penelitian dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas jamu beras kencur terhadap Pengurangan afterpain ibu post partum di Puskesmas Tinggi Raja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah one group pre and posttes design without control. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang ibu post partum. Instrumen penelitian berupa jamu beras kencur dan pre test dan post tes. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square yang diselesaikan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat Efektivitas Jamu Beras Kencur Terhadap Pengurangan Afterpain Pada Ibu Post Partum Di Pusksmas Tinggi Raja Tahun 2024. Hasil analisa data diketahui bahwa pada kelompok intervensi terdapat Pengurangan afterpain ibu post partum dengan rata rata sebelum diberikan intervensi yaitu 3.81 dan sesudah diberikan jamu beras kencur diperoleh rata rata yaitu 2.31 pada ibu, dengan nilai asymp. Sig 0,000 (< 0,05). Merujuk dari hasil analisa data dan temuan penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok intervensi susudah diberikan jamu beras kencur berpengaruh terhadap Pengurangan afterpain ibu pasca nifas.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan industri global memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor otomotif, khususnya dalam hal inovasi produk, strategi pemasaran, dan perilaku konsumen. Digitalisasi manufaktur, otomatisasi proses, dan penerapan teknologi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui pembaruan produk dan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh market orientation dan brand innovation terhadap competitive advantage pada Dealer JD Toyota Jababeka (PT. Mulia Mega Makmur). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden, yang merupakan konsumen aktif pada tahun 2024, serta analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa market orientation dan brand innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage, di mana orientasi pasar yang efektif meningkatkan pemahaman kebutuhan konsumen, sementara inovasi merek memperkuat citra dan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan otomotif untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran berbasis konsumen dengan pengembangan produk inovatif agar mampu bersaing dalam industri otomotif yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis.

Abstract

This research evaluates the successful implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in online learning using the Technology Adoption Model approach. The main issues raised were how AI applications can influence student engagement and motivation to learn, and how challenges such as network stability and trust in data security can be overcome. A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design involved 93 college students aged 18-22 who had experience using AI applications. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire, covering aspects of convenience, ease of use, impact, trust, technical support, motivation, challenges, and influence on learning outcomes. The results showed that the AI application had a positive impact in increasing students' learning engagement and motivation. Respondents generally feel comfortable using this application and rate the technology as easy to use. However, challenges such as adaptation constraints, network stability, and doubts about data security are still obstacles. In conclusion, although the implementation of AI applications in online learning has shown positive results, improvements are needed on technical and privacy aspects to maximize the acceptance and effectiveness of this technology. This research makes an important contribution to the development of better AI implementation strategies in online education.

Abstract

Gamification is one of the learning strategies in education that can increase students’ interest and motivation in the learning process. The application of gamification is implemented in the E-learning model. In general, students do not enjoy repetitive tasks over long periods of time, yet they are willing to spend a considerable amount of time playing games. This study aims to understand the psychology of students regarding the implementation of gamification across all Engineering Departments at Universitas Negeri Makassar. This descriptive research model was conducted to examine students’ responses after its implementation. Students from Universitas Negeri Makassar in all Engineering Departments participated using a Google Form questionnaire with 15 statements as the data collection method. Data were obtained through a Likert Scale and analyzed using qualitative descriptive statistics. This analysis was intended to describe the characteristics of each variable. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of gamification in E-learning can enhance students’ active learning performance and has a significant impact on the psychology of each student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, promosi, dan ulasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko Shopee Ganesa Grafika Tasikmalaya, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Objek dipilih karena tingginya aktivitas toko di Shopee, namun belum diikuti peningkatan penjualan yang signifikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 87 responden ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi rata-rata 620 pembeli per bulan dengan batas kesalahan 10%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, disebarkan secara daring melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai R² sebesar 0,460, yang berarti 46% variasi keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh produk, promosi, dan ulasan pelanggan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial, produk (β = 0,565; sig = 0,000) dan promosi (β = 0,449; sig = 0,002) berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan ulasan pelanggan (β = -0,280; sig = 0,013) berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan promosi mampu mendorong keputusan pembelian, sementara ulasan negatif dapat menurunkannya.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of students' critical thinking skills in solving mathematical problems through open-ended questions investigated on the base of learning styles. The study is descriptive research employing a qualitative approach. There were six research subjects, namely, two students with visual learning styles, two students with auditory learning styles, and two students with kinesthetic learning styles. The instruments used were written tests, a questionnaire, and an interview guide. The results showed that the students with a visual learning style were able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations, building basic skills, arranging strategies and tactics, and drawing conclusions. Further, the students with an auditory learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations. They were not able to fulfil indicators at the stage of managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions; yet, they were able to fulfil indicators at the stage of building basic skills. And, the students with a kinesthetic learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stage of providing simple explanations; moreover, they were not yet able to fulfil indicators at the stages of building basic skills, managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions.
