Abstract

Education is currently faced with the 21st century, where students need various skills in addition to knowledge content. This study aims to develop semester lesson plan (Rencana Pembelajaran Semester/RPS) in the mahārat al-istimā‘ course, Arabic Language Education study program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakrta. The method used in this research is research and development (R & D). The R & D procedure used in this research is the development model of Successive Approximation Models 1 (SAM 1) which was introduced by Micheal W. Allen. The results show that based on needs analysis, some shortcomings were found in the RPS of mahārat al-istimā‘. Subject learning outcomes (CPMK) in each RPS field have not been integrated. The difference in CPMK in courses in the same plot is enough to show that the design of the mahārat al-istimā‘ course is not related. The RPS design developed is to make a rough RPS design using the KKNI and MBKM models. The results of product evaluation on experts are quite good. This means that the mahārat al-istimā‘ RPS that is developed is integrated with each other.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problem of integrating Pancasila student profile with Islamic Religious Education materials through the implementation of content differentiation learning in elementary school. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects include teachers, principals, and students from several elementary schools in the research area, while the object of study is the implementation of content differentiation in PAI learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured using source and method triangulation. This study found that integrating the Pancasila Student Profile with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials through content differentiation is hindered by limited teacher understanding, lack of planning time, and insufficient resources. The causes include low teacher competence, an unsupportive curriculum, and weak collaboration. Recommended solutions include teacher training, curriculum development, and strengthening stakeholder collaboration.The conclusion highlights the importance of improving teacher competence through continuous professional development, creating practical guidelines for content differentiation, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to provide adequate resources. The study recommends intensive training for teachers and the development of a curriculum that supports the implementation of content differentiation, aiming to shape students' character in alignment with the values of the Profile of Pancasila Student.

Abstract

Learning quality is the level of success and effectiveness of a learning process in achieving predetermined educational goals, but in reality the quality of learning in Indonesia is still relatively low. So this research aims to analyze the role of learning communities in improving the quality of learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection and analysis techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the learning community plays a role in improving the quality of learning. This can be seen from the role it plays in carrying out the adaptation process, achieving goals, integrating and maintaining patterns so that the continuity of guidance provided by the learning community has a big impact on the quality of learning. The following important roles of learning communities in education and individual development include Teacher Professional Development, Collaboration Among Teachers, and Learning Innovation.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendesain dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Berbasis Web Pada Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Buol. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan model waterfall menggunakan metode pengembangan system Development Life Cycle. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Software XAMPP Control Panel V3.2.2 yang mendukung banyak sistem operasi dan sebagai web server offline (localhost) dengan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan database MySQL PhpMyAdmin. Hasil penelitian untuk mempermudah kerja user dalam menerima dan menyebarkan informasi Pariwisata dan pelaporannya. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Pariwisata; Web; Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP); MySQL PhpMyAdmin Abstract The purpose of this research is to design and implement a Web-Based Tourism Information System at the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Buol Regency. This type of research includes qualitative research with the waterfall model using the Development Life Cycle system development method. This information system is designed using XAMPP Control Panel Software V3.2.2 which supports many operating systems and as an offline web server (localhost) with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and the PHPMyAdmin MySQL database. Research results from research to facilitate work users in receiving and disseminating tourism information and reporting. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan Peneitian ini yaitu merancang dan menganalisis Sistem Informasi Berita Desa Berbasis SMS Gateway menggunakan PHP dan MySQL Pada Kantor Desa Sidondo II Kabupaten Sigi. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan gammu versi 1.33.0 sebagai penghubung antara modem dan database, modem yang digunakan yaitu huawei mobile boardband. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Penyampain informasi oleh petugas Desa Sidondo II hanya menggunakan pengeras suara dari masjid, sehingga informasi yang disampaikan tidak tersampaikan kepada seluruh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi berita desa berbasis SMS gateway pada Kantor Desa Sidondo II Kabupaten Sigi, sistem tersebut dapat membantu petugas Desa Sidondo II dalam menyampaikan berita atau informasi sehingga informasi yang disampaikan dapat diketahui seluruh masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Desa, SMS Gateway, Gammu, PHP, dan MySQL Abstract The purpose of this research is to design and analyze an SMS Gateway-Based Village News Information System using PHP and MySQL at the Sidondo II Village Office, Sigi Regency. This information system is designed using Gammu version 1.33.0 as a liaison between the modem and the database, the modem used is Huawei Mobile Boardband. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. Information conveyed by Sidondo II Village officials only used loudspeakers from the mosque, so the information conveyed was not conveyed to the whole community. The result of this study is the design of an SMS gateway-based village information system at the Sidondo II Village Office, Sigi Regency, the system can assist Sidondo II Village officials in conveying news or information submitted to the entire community. Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian ini: pertama, Mendeskripsikan Pengaturan Penyelesaian Hukum Sengketa Tanah Berdasarkan Jalur Mediasi; kedua, Mendeskripsikan Efektifitas Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Oleh Pejabat Desa. Metode Penelitian hukum empiris (non doktrinal), pendekatan kasus dan kebijakan, Pengumpulan data menggunakan, Dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara dan memadukan dengan kajian kepustakaan terhadap dokumen-dokumen hukum yang relevan dengan objek yang diteliti, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif analisis. Hasil yang didapatkan Pertama, Penyelesaian sengketa Tanah melalui mediasi sangat efektif dilakukan sewalaupun terdapat keberhasilan yang cukup sedikit karena diakibatkan beberapa factor, sedangkan keterlibatan pihak pemerintah Pertanahan Kabupaten Bima dalam menyelesaikan sengketa pertanahan melalui jalur mediasi adalah sebagai mediator yaitu dengan cara memimpin diskusi, memelihara atau menjaga aturan-aturan perundangan, mendorong para pihak untuk menyampaikan masalah dan kepentingan secara terbuka, mendorong para pihak agar menyadari bahwa sengketa bukan pertarungan yang harus dimenangkan tetapi diselesaika. Kedua, Pola penyelesaian sengketa hukum oleh pejabat desa dalam penyelesaian sengketa  sebagai mediator adalah (1) Mengajukan pengaduan ke Kepala Dusun; (2) Kepala desa menghadirkan pihak-pihak yang bersengketa; (3) Mengumpulkan data; (4) Mediasi; (5) Keputusan; (6) Pihak yang menolak keputusan membawa kasus ke Camat; (7) Penyelesaian melalui Pengadilan. Pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan karena Pertama, Di Desa Laju Kecamatan Langgudu sering terjadi Sengketa tanah setiap tahunnya. Kedua, Sengketa tanah tidak dapat diselesaikan di pengadilan, sebab masing-masing pihak merasa tidak mampu menghadirkan bukti otentik

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan program pengembangan desa pariwisata ini adalah untuk memperindah lokasi air terjun ntuda yang ada di desa Rora. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi; Tahap persiapan dan pengumpulan bahan-bahan untuk dijadikan sebagai papan, pembersihan kayu yang dijadikan sebagai papan, pembuatan papan, pengecatan papan, penulisan kata-kata pada papan, dan pemasangan papan di jalur menuju lokasi dan di lokasi air terjun. Hasil yang dicapai setelah program ini dilaksanakan antara lain; 1) Tim telah memberikan petunjuk jalan terhadap pengunjung yang tidak tahu jalur untuk menuju wisata air terjun Ntuda; 2) Tim telah mampu menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat melalui papan-papan tersebut tentang begitu pentingnya menjaga kebersihan di sekitaran wisata air terjun; 3) Tim juga mengubah halaman lokasi yang biasa-biasa saja menjadi tempat atau spot foto yang bagus nan indah di halaman lokasi air terjun; 4) Tim juga mampu memberikan gambaran kepada masyarakat bahwa begitu pentingnya kita semua menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

This study explores the role of ethical leadership, value development, and character-based learning in the character development of santri (students) in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Using a qualitative research design, this study seeks to develop a comprehensive model that integrates these elements, mediated by students' personal experiences, to enhance moral and ethical growth. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and participant observation across three pesantren in Indonesia, involving a total of 30-40 participants, including santri and educators. Thematic analysis revealed that ethical leadership significantly influences students' behavior and moral decision-making, while value development fosters internalization of core ethical principles such as integrity, social responsibility, and empathy. Furthermore, character-based learning—embedded in daily practices, religious rituals, and communal activities—plays a crucial role in developing self-discipline and ethical behavior. Students' personal experiences, shaped by mentorship and community interactions, mediate these processes, further enhancing character formation. The study proposes a holistic model for character development in pesantren, emphasizing the interconnectedness of leadership, value development, and experiential learning. The findings offer theoretical, practical, and managerial implications for improving character education in Islamic educational settings, contributing to the global discourse on moral formation in educational contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of recruitment and e-government implementation on organizational performance in higher education institutions, with religiosity as a mediating variable. Amidst the dynamics of higher education institutions in Indonesia that face challenges to improve performance, this study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis through SmartPLS 4.0, based on an online survey of 1045 respondents selected by stratified random sampling. The findings show that transparent and competency-based recruitment, as well as the implementation of e-government, have a direct significant influence on improving organizational performance. In addition, religiosity is proven to function as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between recruitment and e-government on organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that the development of effective recruitment practices and the implementation of e-government can not only contribute directly to performance, but also indirectly through increased religiosity that extols the values of integrity, responsibility, and work ethics. The findings make theoretical contributions to the human resource management literature and excellent practices in the context of higher education, as well as offer practical recommendations for managers of educational institutions to integrate religious values in their management strategies.

Abstract

English teaching materials for vocational students in automotive engineering classes often fail to meet contextual needs, hindering effective learning. This research uses the ADDIE model to develop a tailored Automotive Nuance Textbook; English Learning Materials For Automotive Engineering Vocational Students using the Research and Development approach. The study involved 25 students chosen randomly, focusing on needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Based on the needs analysis instrument results, the English material packaged in automotive nuance textbook for vocational students if developed will be very useful because it is designed according to the needs of the Automotive Engineering Vocational Students. then from the results of the instrument effectiveness test and the final analysis of automotive students, it was found that each percentage had a score in the 100% category. Results indicated a strong need for specialized English materials, showing high effectiveness in addressing students' learning needs.
