Abstract

Haerul 19024014092 dan muh. Fajri 18024014083. Implementasi sistem deteksi keaslian dan identifikasi nominal uang kertas untuk tunanetra berbasis ardiuno mega, di bawah bimbingan Sukirman, S.Pd., M.TI dan Sajiah, S.Pd., M.Pd. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini hampir sebagian besar menyentu seluruh sisi kehidupan manusia, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari teknologi sangat memiliki peran yang sangat penting, tetapi dibalik semua itu peranan teknologi bisa berdampak merugikan apabilah ditangan orang yang tidak tepat, contohnya oknum yang mampu membuat dan mendesain barang ilegal semirip mungkin dengan aslinya sehingga banyak pengguna yang dirugikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat dan mengimplementasikan sistem deteksi keaslian dan identifikasi nominal uang kertas untuk tunanetra berbasis ardino mega sehingga bisa lebih meminimalisir kecurangan dan kerugian yang tidak diinginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode Research and Development (R&D) yang dirancang untuk mengetahui mengimplementasikan sistem pendeteksi keaslian dan nominal uang kertas berbasis arduino mega. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka didapatkan Perancangan alat pendeteksi keaslian dan nominal uang kertas telah berhasil di rancang menggunakan mikrokontroler dengan beberapa komponen tambahan lainnya seperti push button, catu daya, sensor UV, sensor warna, LCD, speaker. Implementasi sistem pendeteksi keaslian nominal uang kertas berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara menyeluruh menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik, sensor UV dan sensor warna bekerja untuk mendeteksi adanya uang kertas dengan jarak pembacaan uang kertas didepan permukaan sensor motor DC dan LCD menampilkan informasi keaslian dan nominal uang kertas, begitupun dengan speaker akan menyebutkan keaslian dan nominal uang kertas apabila uang kertas itu asli atau palsu.

Abstract

Tanaman tomat merupakan salah satu tumbuhan yang ditemukan di Amerika Selatan dan pertama kali tumbuh di tanah Peru. Pada sektor pertanian, tanah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan kesuburan tanaman tomat. Tujuan penelitian untuk merancang sebuah alat pendeteksi dari berbagai komponen elektronik untuk mendeteksi unsur tanah sebelum melakukan penanaman di suatu lahan dengan menggunakan sensor NPK tanah untuk mengukur nilai nitrogen (N), fosfor (P), dan kalium (K) dengan mengetahui kualitas rendah, sedang dan tinggi unsur hara tanah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) karena hasil akhir penelitian ini akan menghasilkan produk perancangan sistem. Desain penelitian ini merupakan desain penelitian uji coba untuk mengetahui hasil dan kinerja perancangan alat pendeteksi unsur hara tanah. Hasil Penelitian ini mengukur tanah dengan 3 jenis pengukuran tanah kering, basah dan basah sekali dengan nilai tinggi ( N =50>, P = 30>, K = 20>), nilai sedang ( N = 20>, P = 10>, K = 10>) serta nilai rendah ( N = <20, P = <10, K = <10)

Abstract

Terdapat banyak cara dalam menjalankan pendidikan salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan alat-alat pendidikan. Alat-alat yaitu segala sesuatu yang digunakan. Alat-alat pendidikan yaitu fasilitas yang digunakan dalam proses pendidikan. Alat-alat pendidikan digolongkan terbagi menjadi dua yaitu alat-alat pendidikan yang nampak (fisik) dan alat-alat pendidikan tidak nampak (non fisik). Sebagai orang yang terjunlangsung dalam dunia pendidikan, memilih alat-alat pendidikan adalah hal yang paling penting dalam prosesnya dan memperhatikan ketepatan penggunaannya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang luar biasa. Selain itu alat-alat pendidikan harus yang sesuai isi bahan pembelajaran, serta keterampilan yang dapat menunjang pemahaman dalan proses pendidikan. Maka jika tujuan alat-alat digunakan dengan baik maka akan berdampak positif dalam kehidupan dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor fundamental dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang efektif, banyak sekolah masih menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional yang mengakibatkan rendahnya minat belajar dan motivasi intrinsik siswa, diperlukan media interaktif guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa, salah satunya dengan permainan berbasis Role Play Game (RPG). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan game RPG dan mengevaluasi motivasi belajar dengan Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Game (Research and Development/R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 siswa yang terdiri dari 10 laki-laki,dan 20 perempuan dengan usia 15-17 tahun. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan kusioner IMMS. Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis data yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan skor rata-rata Attention (4.871), Relevance (4.406), Confidence (4.598), Satisfaction (4.578), Keempat dimensi ARCS mencapai nilai Sedang dengan kecenderungan sangat tinggi (semua M > 4.5), dengan Mean agregat sebesar 4.656 masuk kategori Sedang dengan kecenderungan sangat tinggi menunjukkan bahwa desain game telah berhasil mengintegrasikan empat elemen kunci motivasi yang diusulkan oleh Keller, menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang menarik (Attention), terhubung dengan kehidupan nyata (Relevance), meningkatkan kepercayaan diri (Confidence), dan memuaskan (Satisfaction). dapat disimpulkan Game RPG Edukatif yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this study are: 1). To analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. 2). To analyze the influence of motivation on employee job satisfaction. 3). To analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. 4). To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. 5). To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. 6). To analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. 7). To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population consisting of all employees of PT. Gama Agro Sejati Semarang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total of 71 respondents. Data were analyzed using an inferential approach through Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that: 1). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6). Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. 7). Abstract

Ulayat land transactions based on the Letter C document remain prevalent in many parts of Indonesia, despite lacking explicit recognition in the national land law framework. This article aims to analyze the legality of customary land transactions using Letter C within both customary and national legal perspectives. Employing a socio-legal research method—which combines normative legal analysis with empirical field data collection through interviews and observation—this study examines how legal pluralism shapes the coexistence of state and customary land systems. The findings reveal that Letter C holds strong social legitimacy at the community level due to its historical, administrative, and symbolic functions. Although weak under national law, courts often consider Letter C as supporting evidence in land disputes, consistent with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 and Government Regulation No. 18 of 2021, which acknowledge written documents as indicative evidence of land ownership. Transactions are regarded as valid under customary law when they meet the principles of konkret, kontan, and terang, and receive approval from customary leaders and village authorities. In conclusion, while existing recognition remains limited, the future legal framework should explicitly regulate the evidentiary status of Letter C—either as a complementary proof integrated into the national land information system or as a transitional instrument toward formal certification—to reduce agrarian conflicts and strengthen legal protection for indigenous communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effectiveness of gabilpanet-based number line learning media to enhance elementary school students’ understanding of the concept of integer counting operations at grade IV in Kabupaten Jepara. This research was a development research using Borg & Gall model. The development steps included: 1) researching the existing products, 2) studying the literature, 3) planning the product development, 4) designing the product, 5) conducting limited trial, 6) conducting main field trial, 7) conducting operational field trial. The subjects of this study were sixth grade students at SDN 4 Tulakan, SDN 2 Bandungharjo, SDN 3 Bandungharjo, and SDN 4 Bandungharjo. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, tests, and interviews. Then, the validation results were analyzed by accumulating the scores and the statistical test of the effectiveness was carried out with SPSS version 26. Data on the effectiveness of gabilpanet-based number line learning media were analyzed through normality and homogeneity tests at a significance level of 0.05. The finding revealed that gabilpanet-based number line learning media was effective and useful to be utilized in learning activities in order to enhance studetns’ understanding of the concept of integer counting operations. Based on the data obtained, the average score of students’ learning activities was 0.76 with a percentage of 76%. Moreover, the result of students’ learning outcome based on the average score of n-Gain was 0.69 with an average pre-test score of 43.00 and the average post test 82.50.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of headmasters’ transformational leadership on teachers’ performance, the effect of work motivation on teachers’ performance, and the simultaneous influence of headmasters’ transformational leadership and work motivation on teachers’ performance. This research was conducted in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati. The study employed a quantitative correlational research design. The sample consisted of 144 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to teachers. The data were then analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, which were processed using IBM SPSS version 24. The results of the study indicated that: (1) headmasters’ transformational leadership (X1) had a significant effect on teachers’ performance in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati; (2) work motivation (X2) had a significant effect on teachers’ performance in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati; and (3) headmasters’ transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teachers’ performance in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati, accounting for 77.6% of the variance in teachers’ performance.

Abstract

Teachers of Special Schools (SLB) are demanded to have professionalism in teaching. The teachers’ professionalism represents the commitment of teachers to improve their professional abilities and to develop their skills in carrying out their duties and functions as teachers. This study aimed to determine the effect of education, training, and teaching experience on teachers’ professionalism of special elementary school (SDLB) teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. This study was an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 63 SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. The samples were selected through total sampling technique. The data were collected through a questionnaire and were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that education partially had a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. Similarly, teaching experience partially gave a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. Overall, this study found that both education and teaching experience had a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of SDLB teachers. This was supported by the result of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.645, showing that the influence of education and teaching experience on teacher professionalism was 64.5%. Moreover, teaching experience had the greatest influence on teachers’ professionalism at 55.4%, while the effect of education was 9.1%. This study concluded that the professionalism of SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus could be increased by providing more teaching experience and training as an effort to improve teachers’ competence.

Abstract

Computational Thinking (CT) is an essential competence for students in vocational education to support problem-solving, systematic thinking, and adaptability to workplace demands. However, the development of CT in vocational high schools is often limited to technical instruction and has not been fully integrated into students’ learning culture. This study aims to examine the role of Virtual Reality (VR) Game-Based Learning in strengthening the culture of computational thinking among vocational high school students. The study focuses on how VR-based game learning activities foster habitual patterns of logical, systematic, and problem-solving thinking within vocational classroom practices. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through classroom observations, analysis of learning activities, and student reflections, this research explores changes in student engagement, learning interactions, and thinking habits during the implementation of VR Game-Based Learning. The findings indicate that VR-based games create an immersive and contextual learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and sustained engagement, contributing to the formation of a computational thinking culture relevant to vocational learning contexts. This study suggests that VR Game-Based Learning can function as an effective pedagogical practice to support the development of a positive learning culture aligned with the needs of vocational education.
