Abstract

Pendidikan aqidah sangatlah penting diberikan terhadap anak usia dini, perbuatan yang di sengaja secara sadar akan ditiru oleh-nya, berperilaku yang bernilai dan bernorma yang akan tertanam pada anak usia dini jika dia melihat kita sebagai teladan atau sebagai contuh yang ia tiru. Anak adalah sebagai amanat orang tua, mereka masih putih cermerlang bersih dari ukiran. Jika dibiasakan dan diajarkan kearah kebaikan jadilah ia baik. Tetapi bila dibiasakan jelek atau dibiarkan dalam kejelekan, maka rusaklah ia. Untuk itu wajiblah orang tua atau wali menjaga anak dari perbuatan dosa dangan mendidik dan mengajarkan berakhlak yang bagus, menjaganya dalam berteman dan pintar dalam agama islam. Maka dari itu dalam skripsi ini dengan pertanyaan penelitian sebagai berikut : Bagaimana pendidikan keimanan, pendidikan tentang sifat-sifat yang wajib, yang mustahil dan yang jaiz bagi Allah, serta pendidikan agar senantiasa taat pada Allah dan menjauhi larangan-larangan Allah terhadap anak usia dini di desa Haur Gading Kecamatan Haur Gading Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan documenter, penulis mengumpulkan data-data kadang dengan melihat secara langsung bahkan sambil bertannya terhadap orang tua yang masih menanggung anak usia dini dengan batas usia 0-6 tahun. Data pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan keimanan terhadap anak usia dini di Desa Haur Gading, pendidikan tentang sifat-sifat yang wajib,yang mustahil dan yang jaiz bagi Allah terhadap anak usia dini di Desa Haur Gading, dan pendidikan agar senantiasa taat pada Allah dan menjauhi larangan-larangan Allah terhadap anak usia dini di Desa Haur Gading. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan aqidah islamiyah pada anak usia dini di Desa Haur Gading Kecamatan Haur Gading Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara meliputi : Pertama, Pendidikan Keimanan Terhadap anak usia dini di Desa Haur Gading adalah mengenalkan tentang rukun iman kepada anak,dengan cara bercerita-cerita yang mendidik, dan dengan cara mengajak anak untuk selalu menjalani perintah Allah SWT dan menjauhi setiap larangannya, dan mengajarkan pada anak untuk selalu menjaga lisan dan perbuatannya. Kedua, pendidikan tentang sifat-sifat yang wajib, mustahil dan yang jaiz bagi Allah terhadap anak usia dini di desa Haur Gading dengan cara, menyekolahkan meraka ke TPA (taman pendidikan al-qur’an) dan mengajarkan dengan menonton  Gadget. Ketiga, pendidikan agar senantiasa taat kepada Allah dan menjauhi larangan-larangan Allah terhadap anak usia dini di desa Haur Gading adalah membiasakan anak untuk beribadah seperti shalat, puasa, memberi teladan, menegur jika ia salah, diajarkan mengerjakan yang baik dan jauhi yang buruk, serta membiasakan berperilaku yang baik-baik.

Abstract

Dendrimers are nanoparticles with unique characteristics. These characteristics allow these nanoparticles to be widely applied in medicine. It can be used as a therapy for various types of cancer. The dendrimers can also been use an alternative to accelerating the diagnosis and therapy of COVID-19. This review aimed to delve deeper into the myriad clinical applications of dendrimers in the treatment of various cancers and its potential use for the treatment or diagnosis of COVID-19. The databases used for this review were Google Scholar and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria for this review are articles published in 2018-2023. Articles other than the original articles and reviews we excluded from the study. Anticancer formulated in dendrimers have a better ability to eradicate cancer cells in the treatment of breast, colon, lung, prostate, skin, ovarian, and liver cancers compared to ordinary anticancer agents. Dendrimer in vivo, in vitro and phase II clinical trials can be used to deliver miRNA therapy or symptomatic drugs in COVID-19 patients and as vaccine delivery agents. The quality of molecular diagnosis of COVID-19 can also be improved with these nanoparticles. The use of dendrimers can improve the quality of management of cancer and COVID-19 patients.

Abstract

Pelatihan membuat soal Matematika yang berbasis Higher order Thinking Skill (HOTS) yang sering diartikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para guru SD 104202 di Bandar Setia kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dalam rangka mampu membuat soal HOTS. Adanya kegiatan pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa hal, pertama; tuntutan kurikulum yang mengharapkan siswa mampu menganalisasa serta menjawab soal berbasis Higher order Thinking Skill (HOTS), kedua; kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang konsep HOTS, ketiga; guru mengalami kesulitan dalam upaya membuat soal Matematika yang berbasis HOTS. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara mendampingi guru membuat soal HOTS melalui kegiatan memamparkan materi yang dibuat pada microsoft power point (PPT) setelah penyampaian materi selesai, kemudian diskusi serta melakuakkukan tanya jawab terkait materi HOTS dan dilanjutkan kegiatan terakhir yakni praktik dalam membuat soal HOTS. Pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan sekaligus kemampuan para guru SDN 104202 dalam menyusun instrument evaluasi berupa soal-soal yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau HOTS.

Abstract

 Background: Flooding is common in Indonesia, particularly during the rainy season, due to the country’s many rivers. About 30% of these rivers flow through densely populated areas, increasing the risk of hydrometeorological disasters, including flash floods. Floods can cause significant damage, both material and non-material, and even loss of life. Purpose: This activity aims to enhance the awareness, preparedness, and skills of residents in flood evacuation and transportation during emergencies. Method: The community service program focused on empowering members of the "Saresehan Jumat Kliwonan" group in Gagakan Village, Klaten Regency, through education on flood evacuation and transportation. 26 participants attended, including villagers and group administrators. The program involved planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting. Results: The program was well-received, with significant improvements in knowledge and attitudes towards evacuation and transportation (p = 0.026). The next step is to incorporate this training into future community discussions. Conclusion: Training in evacuation and transportation can improve flood disaster preparedness. Optimizing the role of the "Saresehan Jumat Kliwonan" group is key to ensuring effective health services and socialization in the community.

Abstract

Abstract A marriage guardian is a person who has the right to marry a woman to a man of her choice. Its existence is considered very important in the harmony of marriage, because it plays the role of the party who will marry the prospective bride. This research will examine the concept of guardianship for women in marriage from the perspective of Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari in the book An-Nikah and Sheikh Ibnu Qasim Al-Ghazi in the book Fathul Qarib. This research aims to find out the concept of guardianship for women from the perspective of these two scholars. The research method used is library research. In this method, sources relevant to the discussion are collected, then analyzed and described to reach conclusions. From the research results, it was found that the book An-Nikah and the book Fathul Qarib have similarities in discussing guardianship for women in marriage. Regarding the order of guardianship, both books prioritize familiar guardians over ab'ad ones. Both books also emphasize that the role of the guardian is very important because it determines the validity of the marriage. Keberadaannya dipandang sangat penting dalam rukun pernikahan, karena ia berperan sebagai pihak yang akan menikahkan calon mempelai perempuan. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji mengenai konsep perwalian bagi perempuan dalam pernikahan perspektif Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari dalam kitab An-Nikah dan Syekh Ibnu Qasim Al-Ghazi dalam kitab Fathul Qarib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep perwalian bagi perempuan dalam perspektif kedua ulama tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Dalam metode ini sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan pembahasan dikumpulkan, kemudian dianalisis dan dideskripsikan untuk mencapai kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam kitab An-Nikah dan kitab Fathul Qarib memiliki kesamaan dalam pembahasan mengenai perwalian bagi perempuan dalam pernikahan. Mengenai urutan daripada perwalian, kedua kitab tersebut mendahulukan wali yang akrab dibanding yang ab’ad. Kedua kitab tersebut juga menekankan bahwa peran wali begitu penting karena hal tersebut menjadi penentu keabsahan dalam pernikahan. Abstract

This article discusses the initial concept of the formation of Islamic law according to Joseph Schacht, a German-British orientalist. Schacht argued that Islamic law was formed through the interaction of religion, culture, and politics. This study will analyze Schacht's perspective and its impact on the understanding of modern Islamic law. Furthermore, the article will also critique the weaknesses of Schacht’s approach and offer alternative perspectives for understanding the complexity of Islamic law. Schacht and his Contribution to Islamic Law: The author attempts to examine the thoughts of Joseph Schacht, which are then outlined in the research questions: What are Joseph Schacht’s ideas, and what is his contribution to Islamic law? In this study, the author employs a descriptive research method with Shari’a, historical, and philosophical approaches, using library research as the data collection method. The data collection techniques used in this research are deductive and comparative methods, while data analysis is conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis. The objective of this thesis is to explore the thoughts of Joseph Schacht, an orientalist, on Islamic law and the contribution of his ideas to Islamic law. The findings of this study show that Joseph Schacht, as an orientalist, analyzed Islamic law through historical-sociological research. In this context, Schacht attempted to address multiple aspects of Islamic law. He presented Islam not as a set of divinely revealed norms but as a historical phenomenon closely tied to its social setting, meaning he studied the authenticity of Islamic law sources through historical processes. Joseph Schacht also did not acknowledge hadith as a source of Islamic law. His research, presented in his works, became a reference for legal scholars discussing Islamic law, especially for Westerners who were not fully familiar with Islamic law. However, his rejection of hadith as a source of Islamic law had a significant impact on Islamic law. This led to considerable doubt about the strength and authenticity of Islamic law, not only among the Western world but also among Muslims themselves.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze robbery (ḥirābah) from the perspective of Islamic criminal law (fiqh jinayah), exploring its legal foundations, elements, and sanctions within the framework of the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical as well as contemporary jurisprudence. It addresses the relevance of Islamic principles in the context of Indonesia's positive law, particularly in combating violent crimes that threaten public safety. The study employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative juridical approach, specifically using doctrinal analysis to interpret primary Islamic legal sources (such as the Qur’an and Hadith) and secondary sources (classical fiqh works and contemporary journals). Comparative analysis is conducted with Indonesia's Criminal Code (KUHP), focusing on Article 365 regarding robbery, to identify similarities and differences in legal paradigms. The findings indicate that ḥirābah is classified as a ḥadd crime in Islamic law, endangering life and public safety (amān al-nās). Sanctions vary by severity, ranging from amputation to the death penalty, as outlined in Qur’an Surah al-Mā’idah (5):33. Comparatively, while KUHP emphasizes social protection and public order, Islamic law integrates divine justice and maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah to protect core human values (ḥifẓ al-nafs, ḥifẓ al-māl, etc.). The purpose of Islamic sanctions extends beyond retribution to deterrence and social harmony. This study concludes that integrating Islamic principles with positive law can enhance Indonesia's criminal justice system, promoting restorative justice aligned with Pancasila. Future research should explore empirical applications in Indonesian courts.
