Abstract

ABSTRACTEmployee job satisfaction is one of the important things for a company. Because if employees feel satisfied with their work, then the services provided to customers will also get better, and it will trigger an increase in sales. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style servant leadership, company culture, and work environment on PT Karya employee job satisfaction Giri Palma. This study uses a sample of 56 employees from a population of 126 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is using purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The sample used is employees who do not work outside the office of PT Karya Giri Palma. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is obtained that the variables of servant leadership style, company culture, and work environment significantly influence employee job satisfaction. The servant leadership style does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Corporate culture does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords : Servant Leadership Leadership Style, Corporate Culture, Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Product Innovation, Social Media Promotion, Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty. By using the consumer population of Ranggoyo Vapor Sawojajar Malang, 95 respondents' answers were taken as the population. Using nonprobability sampling technique and using purposive sampling. The purposive sampling method uses a sampling technique with certain considerations by the researcher. The results in this study indicate that there is an effect of Product Innovation partially significantly influencing Customer Loyalty, Social Media Promotion partially does not significantly affect Customer Loyalty, Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Price partially has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Innovation, Social Media Promotion, Service Quality, Price, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe interest in buying, instagram ads, graphic design and promotion and to know the influence of instagram ads, graphic design and promotion to interest in buying on SayurBox user. The method in this research is using quantitative method. The sample of this research is housewife in Malang City by using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling, that is counted 60 respondents. Methods in using data using questionnaires. The analysis process used in this research is the multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that simultaneously  instagram ads, graphic design and promotion has positive and significant effect to interest in buying on SayurBox user. While partially Instagram Ads has positive and significant effect to interest in buying,graphic design has negative and not significant effect to interest in buying and promotion has positive and significant effect to interest in buying on SayurBox user. Keywords : Interest in Buying, Instagram Ads, Graphic Design, Promotion

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of social restrictions during the pandemic encourages consumers to take advantage of online shopping, thereby encouraging the growth of online shopping facilities. Two brands that are known by the public are Shopee and Lazada. This phenomenon provides the basis for this research, namely to compare the brand equity of the two brands.This study aims to examine and analyze: 1) Shopee and Lazada online shopping service brand awareness, Shopee and Lazada online shopping service quality perceptions, Shopee and Lazada online shopping service brand associations, Shopee and Lazada online shopping service brand loyalty.The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 86 respondents. The analysis technique used paired sample t-test.The results showed that there were 1) significant differences between shopee's brand awareness compared to lazada, 2) significant differences between shopee's brand associations and lazada's, 3) significant differences between shopee's perceived quality and lazada, 4) there is no significant difference between shopee and lazada brand loyalty. Keywords : Brand Equity, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, and Perceived Quality on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management in the class of 2017. The variables used in this study are Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Loyalty variables. Data collected through the questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant and simultaneous influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management Force 2017. Brand Awareness has a significant and partial effect on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Force Management. 2017. Brand Association has a significant and partial effect on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management Class 2017. Perceived Quality has a significant and Partial effect on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management Class 2017. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Loyalty
