Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine how much influence the variables Price, Supplier reputation and Product ratings have on purchasing decisions. Case study on FEB UNISMA students. A sample of 88 people was taken in this study. The sampling method is from people who bought products on Tokopedia. To find out the data that will be investigated later, this study uses a questionnaire to better understand each person's opinion by completing the statements attached to the questionnaire.In addition, this research uses the SPSS measurement instrument to test data in the form of instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. From this research, it can be concluded that the variable price, supplier reputation and product reviews simultaneously or jointly influence purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. Meanwhile, in part or separately from each independent variable, that the price and reputation of the supplier do not influence purchasing decisions, while product ratings influence purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, supplier reputation, purchasing decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT            E-commerce provides great business opportunities such as product sales and online service provision and revenue growth for companies such as retailers primarily because of their easy and interactive nature, lower costs. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of service quality, promotion, trust in Shopee users' repurchase interest. The population used in this study is S1 Students of Islamic University of Malang who are still active. After collecting data, the questionnaire will be tested for validity and reliability of the questionnaire first, then the quantitative descriptive data analysis is performed. From the results of this study the following results were obtained: (1) simultaneously service quality, promotion, and trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. (2) partially, service quality influences repurchase intention. (3) partially promotion influences repurchase intention (4) partially trust influences repurchase intention. Among the three variables that affect the repurchase interest of Shopee users of Malang Islamic University students, namely service quality, promotion and trust, there is the most dominant variable influencing repurchase interest, namely the promotion variable.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion and Trust

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Influence on Customer Loyalty of Ultra Milk (Case Study in Indogrosir Malang City). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study were customers of ultramilk milk in Indogrosir Malang City. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method from Malhotra so that a sample of 85 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test and f test, there is a simultaneous influence between brand awareness, brand association, and perceived quality variables on the customer loyalty variable for ultramilk milk (Case study in Indogrosir Malang City). Adjusted R Square of 62.1% to the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty can be explained by the variable brand awareness (X1), brand association (X2), perceived quality (X3) while 37.9% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keyword: costumer Loyalty, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management, Image, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at Alka Kitchen Restaurant, Pasuruan City, East Java). This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. Sugiyono theory, the method used to find the number of samples in this study is to use the Slovin formula and it is known that the number of samples is 109 respondents. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous influence between Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Image and Trust on Customer Satisfaction at Alka Kitchen Restaurant, Pasuruan City, East Java, Variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM). ), has an effect on consumer satisfaction at Alka Kitchen Restaurant in Pasuruan City, East Java, variable image affects customer satisfaction at Alka Kitchen restaurant in Pasuruan city, East Java, and trust variable affects customer satisfaction at Alka Kitchen restaurant in Pasuruan city, East Java. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management, Image, Trust.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe user experience, discount, ease of access and purchasing decision and to know the influence of user experience, discount and ease of access to purchasing decision on Grabfood user. The method in this research is using quantitative method. The sample of this research is student of Faculty of Economic and Business Department of Management 2018  Islamic University of Malang by using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling, that is counted 86 respondents. Methods in using data using questionnaires. The analysis process used in this research is the multiple regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Tiktok Applications and Brand Awareness on Interest in Buying Implora Beauty Products in Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 72 people and data processing using the SPSS program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable, buying interest, and the independent variable, namely the use of the Tiktok application and brand awareness. The results of the study concluded that the variables of the use of Tiktok Applications and Brand Awareness had a positive effect on the Buying Interest of Implora Beauty Products in Malang. Keywords: Purchase intention, Tiktok Application Usage and Brand Awareness

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang civic virtue yang berkembang di desa Balun dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan civic virtue di desa Balun kecamatan Turi kabupaten Lamongan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori NeoRepublikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini di desa Balun Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Lamongan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa civic virtue yang berkembang di desa Balun antara lain kepedulian terhadap masyarakat yang tinggi karena faktor kekeluargaan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat, toleransi terhadap keberagaman sangat dijunjung tinggi, warga yang beragama minoritas memiliki hak yang sama dalam mengambil keputusan dan partisipasi politik masyarakat sangat tinggi dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran masyarakat desa Balun ketika melaksanakan pemilu. Civic virtue di desa Balun berkembang dengan baik karena keterlibatan masyarakat yang terjun langsung dalam berbagai macam kegiatan seperti kegiatan keagamaan Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Masyarakat, Komposisi Kewarganegaraan, Civic Virtue Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe about civic virtue that develops in the Balun village, Turi, Lamongan and community involvement in the development of civic virtue in the Balun village, Turi, Lamongan. The theory used in this research is NeoRepublikan. Research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques are observation, in depth interview, and documentation. The location of this research in the Balun village, Turi, Lamongan. The results of this study indicate that the civic virtue that develops in the Balun village include people who have high care of society because of the kinship that is owned by the community, tolerance of diversity is highly valued, citizens who are minorities have equal rights in decision-making and political participation of society seen from the very high attendance levels balun village when the conduct of elections. Civic virtue in the Balun village develop properly because of the involvement of people directly involved in various activities such as religious activities. Abstract

Biodiesel is a substitute fuel that is environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and sustainable. The need for biodiesel continues to increase. Biodiesel is made through the process of transesterification of triglycerides and alcohol. Glycerol is a side-effect of biodiesel products with a capacity of 10% of the total weight of its production. Glycerol is the simplest glyceride compound and has several functions as a primary ingredient in chemical production. Through acetylation, glycerol is converted to a material that has a higher sale value. Both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts are the acetylation approach to achieve the desired product, namely acetyl glycerol esters (mono-, di- and triacetin). However, in the process, the catalyst’s type and characteristics significantly affect the yield and conversion of the product and the deactivation or reusability of the catalyst, which can inhibit the catalyst’s utilization and effectiveness; therefore, it must be studied further. Besides, the parameters that affect the reaction will also be assessed.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers, product prices, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on sprite beverage products. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019. Meanwhile, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling using the slovin formula, so there were 90 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The recording evaluation approach used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, conventional assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, speculation test: simultaneous test, partial test and willingness coefficient.From the results of the research partially obtained results that celebrity endorser has no effect on purchasing decisions, product prices have no effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of working capital, sales volume and operating expense simultaneously and partially on net profit in the cement subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. This research method is descriptive and quantitative method. This study uses secondary data. The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression with panel data using SPSS 22. tests conducted are normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, F test hypotheses, t test hypotheses and determine what coefficients of determination (R2).In this study, based on the sampling criteria, there are 4 companies that are sampled, namely PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk, PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. In accordance with the results of the study, spss 22 results obtained multiple linear regression equations namely Y = -2,830 + 0,470 +1,079 – 0,285 + e. So based on hypothesis testing, simultaneously (test F) working capital, sales volume and operating expense significantly affect net profit because the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (29,641 > 3,24). Partially (test t) working capital significantly affects net profit because the tcount value is greater than ttable (2,323 > 2,120), sales volume has a significant effect on net profit because the tcount value is greater than ttable (4,599 > 2,120) and operating expenses had no significant impact on net profit as the tcount value was smaller than ttable (1,376 < 2,120).  From the results of this study, it can be concluded that working capital, sales volume and operating expense simultaneously have a significant impact on net income. Partially indicates that working capital has a significant effect on net income, sales volume has a significant effect on net income and operating expense have no significant effect on net income.
