Conceptual understanding is a core element of mathematics learning, enabling students to meaningfully apply mathematical principles in problem-solving. Despite its importance, many learners continue to face difficulties in comprehending and utilizing these concepts effectively. This study investigated the impact of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model, integrated with the Google Sites platform, on elementary students’ comprehension of mathematical concepts. The research adopted a quasi-experimental approach with a non-equivalent control group design. A total of 68 students participated, divided equally into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received instruction through the STAD model supported by Google Sites, while the control group was taught using the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) model. Data collection instruments included conceptual understanding tests administered both before and after the intervention, alongside supporting documentation. Findings indicated that students exposed to the STAD model combined with Google Sites demonstrated significantly greater gains in conceptual understanding compared to those taught using the TPS model. Statistical analysis revealed that the integration of Google Sites into the STAD model contributed to a 36.6% improvement in students' conceptual understanding. The results suggest that incorporating digital platforms like Google Sites into cooperative learning strategies such as STAD can offer a promising alternative for enhancing students’ comprehension of mathematical concepts. This approach fosters collaboration, active engagement, and deeper processing of mathematical ideas in the classroom.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan dan menguji peran pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel moderator dalam hubungan tersebut. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015–2019. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, CSR tidak mampu memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara ROA dan nilai perusahaan. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,580737 menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif sedang antara variabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 33,73% mengindikasikan bahwa ROA dan CSR mampu menjelaskan variasi nilai perusahaan sebesar 33,73%, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model.

ABSTRAK Imunisasi Tetanus Toxoid (TT) bagi calon pengantin (catin) merupakan langkah preventif untuk mencegah infeksi tetanus pada ibu dan bayi. Namun, tingkat penerimaan imunisasi ini masih bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 55 calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Plupuh, Kabupaten Sragen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda untuk menentukan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap sikap imunisasi TT. Mayoritas responden memiliki pendidikan tinggi (85,5%), bekerja (65,5%), serta memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang imunisasi TT (58,2%). Namun, sebanyak 54,4% responden melaporkan mendapat dukungan tenaga kesehatan yang buruk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap sikap imunisasi TT adalah dukungan tenaga kesehatan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 2,331, nilai AOR 0,097 (95% CI: 0,011-0,832), dan p-value 0,033. Hasil uji regresi terakhir menunjukkan p-value 0,008 dengan Nagelkerke R Square sebesar 0,198, yang berarti dukungan tenaga kesehatan mempengaruhi sikap imunisasi TT sebesar 19,8%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dukungan tenaga kesehatan berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan sikap positif calon pengantin terhadap imunisasi TT. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan edukasi dan keterlibatan aktif tenaga kesehatan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperluas cakupan imunisasi TT sebagai upaya persiapan kehamilan sehat. Kata Kunci : Imunisasi TT, Calon Pengantin, Faktor yang Berpengaruh ABSTRACT Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization for prospective brides is a preventive measure to protect mothers and infants from tetanus infection. However, the acceptance rate of this immunization varies, influenced by several factors. This study employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consists of 55 prospective brides at KUA Plupuh District, Sragen Regency. Data analysis was conducted using multiple logistic regression tests to determine the most influential factor affecting TT immunization attitudes. The majority of respondents had a higher education level (85.5%), were employed (65.5%), and had good knowledge about TT immunization (58.2%). However, 54.4% of respondents reported poor support from healthcare professionals. The analysis results indicate that the most influential factor in TT immunization attitudes is healthcare support, with a regression coefficient (B) of 2.331, an AOR value of 0.097 (95% CI: 0.011-0.832), and a p-value of 0.033. The final regression test showed a p-value of 0.008 with a Nagelkerke R Square of 0.198, meaning that healthcare support influences TT immunization attitudes by 19.8%, while other factors account for the remaining variance. Healthcare support plays a significant role in fostering a positive attitude toward TT immunization among prospective brides. Therefore, enhancing education and increasing the active involvement of healthcare professionals can be an effective strategy to expand TT immunization coverage as part of healthy pregnancy preparation. Perempuan kepala keluarga (PEKKA) sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan ekonomi, sosial, dankultural yang menghambat mereka dalam mencapai kemandirian ekonomi. Dalam era digital, pemasarandigital dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk memberdayakan mereka melalui peningkatan keterampilan,akses pasar yang lebih luas, dan efisiensi dalam berwirausaha. Survei Indeks Literasi Digital Nasional2021: persentase perempuan yang menggunakan internet lebih tinggi daripada pria, yaitu 56,6%.Menunjukkan bahwa perempuan Indonesia telah memiliki akses ke teknologi dan saat ini sedangbermigrasi dan bertransformasi secara digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatankualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisisdokumen. Informan penelitian terdiri dari perempuan kepala keluarga, pendamping pemberdayaanmasyarakat, dan pakar pemasaran digital. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT untukmengidentifikasi strategi-strategi kunci yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapanpemasaran digital mampu meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi PEKKA melalui beberapa langkahstrategis, yaitu pelatihan keterampilan digital, fasilitasi akses ke platform digital, pengembangan jaringanpemasaran, serta pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan pihak swasta danpemerintah dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dan program pendukung juga menjadi faktor kuncikeberhasilan.

Mosques play a strategic role as centers of worship and community development at the local level, serving not only as places of worship but also as spaces for non-formal religious education. However, many rural mosques are experiencing declining functionality due to limited facilities, human resources, and a lack of sustainable programs. This condition is evident in the Al-Karomah Mosque in Kalibundar Hamlet, where religious activities have declined due to the lack of sustainability of the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) program. This community service activity aims to revitalize the function of the mosque by strengthening the TPA by emphasizing the instilling of religious moderation values and increasing community participation. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) involving mosque administrators, TPA teachers, community leaders, and parents of students through observation, interviews, and documentation of activities. The program implemented includes improving TPA management, teacher training, developing a simple curriculum based on religious moderation, and reactivating Quran recitation activities and habituating worship. The results of the activity indicate an increase in interest in learning the Quran, strengthening the values of tolerance and togetherness, increasing community participation, and growing awareness of the importance of religious moderation. Thus, revitalizing prayer rooms through strengthening TPA is effective in strengthening religiosity while building social harmony based on religious moderation. The method used in this article is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving mushola management, TPA teachers, community leaders, and parents of students through field observations, interviews with religious figures, and activity documentation. Program activities include improving TPA management, teacher training, developing a simple curriculum based on religious moderation, and reactivating Qur’anic learning and regular worship activities. The results of the program show: (1) increased interest in learning the Qur'an among children and youth, (2) strengthened values of tolerance, togetherness, and social awareness, (3) growing community participation in religious activities, (4) the role of the mushola as a center of religious moderation at the hamlet level, (5) increased participation of students and community members, (6) rising awareness of the importance of religious moderation, and (7) the reestablishment of Mushola Al-Karomah as a center of community religious activities. Thus, revitalizing the mushola through the TPA has proven effective in strengthening religious values while building social harmony based on religious moderation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ketepatan waktu pengiriman terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan PT Pos Indonesia KCP Garum, Kabupaten Blitar. Layanan pengiriman merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam sektor logistik yang menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan kepada konsumen. Dalam era digital, tuntutan terhadap ketepatan waktu semakin tinggi karena pelanggan mengharapkan pengiriman yang cepat, tepat, dan dapat dilacak secara real-time. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 79 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana yang diolah melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan waktu pengiriman memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.589. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.437 mengindikasikan bahwa ketepatan waktu menjelaskan 43,7% variasi dalam kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketepatan waktu pengiriman merupakan determinan utama dalam membentuk persepsi positif terhadap layanan logistik PT Pos Indonesia, di wilayah Garum.

Mathematics is important to be taught to children, starting from elementary school to high school. Mathematics can help students to develop the ability to understand, reason, solve problems, communicate, and develop students' curiosity. Elementary school students need to have understanding skills, one of which is mathematical understanding. Currently, students' mathematical understanding skills are not optimal because students lack enthusiasm in learning, learning has not involved the role of students actively, and students feel that math is difficult. Based on this situation, there needs to be an alternative that can overcome students' difficulties in learning mathematics, namely by applying a scientific approach. This study aims to determine the effect and improvement of the application of the scientific approach to the mathematical understanding ability of the presentation and interpretation of data in class IV SDN 6 Nagrikaler. The samples used in this study were grade IV A and C students of SDN 6 Nagrikaler. The type of research in this study is Quasi Experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. This study resulted in an increase in the average experimental class better than the control class and the magnitude of the influence of the scientific approach on students' mathematical understanding ability of 41.1%. So it can be concluded that there is an increase and a good influence from the application of the scientific approach to students' mathematical understanding ability. Thus, the scientific approach can be used in grade IV learning, especially the presentation and interpretation of data.

This study departs from the urgency of early childhood religious education as the foundation for shaping religious and moderate character. The lack of Qur’an learning facilities and qualified teachers in Karang Mulya Village has hindered children aged 6–10 years in mastering Qur’anic literacy skills, even though this stage is considered a golden period of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. To address this issue, the research employed a qualitative descriptive method combined with a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach, which allowed the teaching process to be linked with practical and contextual activities. Data were collected through direct observation, structured interviews with parents and teachers, and careful documentation of student progress. The analysis was carried out through systematic steps of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal significant improvements in children’s ability to recognize, read, and write hijaiyah letters, although variations remain, particularly in creativity and independence. Furthermore, Qur’anic literacy activities meaningfully contributed to strengthening the understanding of religious moderation values, such as national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, and acceptance of local culture. In conclusion, student service activities through Qur’anic literacy not only enhanced technical skills but also functioned as an effective medium for building religious moderation foundations from an early age.
