Abstract

This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of second-grade students at SD Negeri Latsari Tuban in Indonesian language lessons, specifically focusing on the theme "My Unique Family." The classroom activities were designed to encourage active student participation through group discussions on related topics. The research was conducted over two cycles, applying a scientific approach to the learning process.The findings showed a 20% improvement in student learning outcomes, with the average score increasing to 8.68. Mastery levels also improved significantly, from 69% in the first cycle to 89% in the second cycle. These results demonstrate that the scientific approach effectively enhanced student understanding and engagement during the lessons.Overall, the study concludes that the scientific approach is a beneficial method for improving learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects. It also suggests the broader applicability of this method for enhancing student achievement across other themes and subject areas.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the low level of mathematical creative thinking skills among elementary school students. One effort to improve this condition is by using the cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD). The aim of this study is to determine the improvement and impact of the cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) assisted by Quizizz on the creative thinking abilities of fourth-grade students at SDN Cikarang Kota 02. The type of research conducted is a quasi-experiment. The design of this research is a non-equivalent control group design with pretest and posttest measures. The research sample consists of 20 students from class IV A and 20 students from class IV B. The instrument used in this research is a test. The results show that the improvement in mathematical creative thinking skills of students in class IV A, who were taught using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model, was better compared to students in class IV B, who were taught using conventional methods. There is also an impact of applying the cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) on students' mathematical creative thinking abilities in elementary school, with an effect size of 76.7%. Based on these results, the cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) can be considered an alternative for use in the classroom to make learning more efficient, enjoyable, and meaningful.

Abstract

Scientific literacy skills are one of the important skills to develop in science learning because they can help students have the ability to solve problems by utilizing science and technology. Scientific literacy skills must be trained from an early age from elementary school level. However, previous research shows that elementary school students' scientific literacy abilities are still low. The application of the STEM approach is one type of learning that can improve the scientific literacy skills of elementary school students. This is the basis for carrying out this research. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of the science technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) approach assisted by scratch on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary school students, 2) To determine the increase in scientific literacy abilities of elementary school students who receive learning using the STEM approach assisted by scratch media. better than students who receive learning with a scientific approach. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Non-equivalent Control Group Design in science and technology learning on energy transformation material. The instrument used is a scientific literacy ability test. The conclusions that can be obtained from this research are: 1) There is an influence of applying the scratch-assisted STEM approach on students' scientific literacy abilities by 48.2%, 2) There is an increase in scientific literacy abilities who receive learning using the scratch-assisted STEM approach better than students who get learning with a scientific approach.

Abstract

Students' mathematical connection ability is a crucial skill to master. However, research indicates that this ability is still low in elementary schools. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting this study to develop an instrument as a measurement tool for students' mathematical connection ability in elementary schools. This research employs a Research & Development (R&D) method with a sample of 44 sixth-grade students selected using purposive sampling. The developed instrument consists of seven essay questions tailored to the indicators of mathematical connection ability. These questions were developed based on expert advice and underwent validity, reliability, difficulty level, and item discrimination tests. The results of this study indicate that three questions can be perfectly used as research instruments, namely questions number 2, 5, and 7, with a validity test result of 0.88 and a reliability test result of 0.93. The difficulty level of all questions is in the medium category. The item discrimination of question 2A is 54.17% (very good), 2B is 37.50% (good), 5A is 83.33% (very good), 5B is 66.67% (very good), 7A is 58.33% (very good), and 7B is 83.33% (very good). Thus, these three questions can serve as an instrument to measure the mathematical connection ability of fifth-grade elementary school students on the topic of plane figures.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the learning model Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital on critical thinking abilities of elementary school students. Model Problem Based Learning can help students learn through real problem solving processes and can increase student involvement in the learning process, temporarily Pop Up Book digital provides an interactive visual experience to facilitate students' critical thinking skills. This research was conducted in class V elementary school in science learning with the type of research used like an experiment and research design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The samples used were two classes, namely class V a as an experimental class that used a model Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital and V c as the control class that uses the model Cooperative Learning. The results of this research show that students in the experimental class had better results or experienced an increase in posttest scores compared to the control class. The data collection instruments used in this research were description and documentation questions. Test t (independent sample t-test) on the N-Gain score with a significance level of 0,05 shows a significance value of 0,000, meaning H0 submitted was rejected and H1 accepted. On inferential data using a simple linear regression test, the results obtained were the influence of model learning Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital on students' critical thinking skills by 35.5%. Thus, this research can be concluded that learning with models Problem Based Learning media assisted Pop Up Book digital has an influence on the critical thinking abilities of fifth grade students.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low critical thinking skills of elementary school students. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the Assemblr Edu media-assisted inquiry learning model on improving students' critical thinking skills and also to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills in students who get the application of the Assemblr Edu Media-assisted Inquiry Learning Model better than students who get the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model. This research used experimental method with quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group. The samples in this study were VC and VD grade students in one of the elementary schools in Purwakarta Regency which were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group used the inquiry learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu media, while the control group used the STAD type cooperative learning model. The instrument used was a critical thinking skills test given before and after treatment. The results of data analysis showed that the coefficient of determination was 35%. The N-Gain score for the experimental class was 0.4221 (Medium), while the control class was 0.2038 (Low). Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu media has an effect and increases the ability to think critically.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect and improvement of the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu media on the science literacy skills of elementary school students. Science literacy is an important skill in learning Science and Social Science (IPAS) because it helps students understand scientific concepts and relate them to everyday life. However, various studies show that students' science literacy skills in Indonesia are still relatively low. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research sample was fourth grade students of SDN Teluk Pucung 1 Bekasi which was divided into two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The instrument used was a description test to measure science literacy skills. The results of data analysis show that learning with the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu media has increased by 0.77 which is in the high category. Then there is an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu of 54.2%. In this study, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by Assemblr Edu media effectively influences and improves students' science literacy skills in IPAS learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada permasalahan yang terjadi dengan adanya kesenjangan antara harapan dengan fakta yang ada dilapangan bahwa siswa belum mampu menyampaikan ide atau gagasan berdasarkan pemahamannya dan siswa belum mampu memberikan jawaban yang berbeda dan bervariasi dalam menyelesaikan suatu soal atau permasalahan yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model pembelajaran project based learning untuk memfokuskan pada kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain pretest posttest. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning berjumlah 31 orang siswa dan kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes esai yang telah di uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji tingkat kesukaran dan uji daya pembeda. Teknik analisis data diuji sebanyak tiga kali, yaitu dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada uji-t, data berpikir kreatif kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata 78.23 kemudian meningkat menjadi 85.48, sedangkan berpikir kreatif pada kelas kontrol memiliki rata-rata 74.84 menjadi 79,03 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada uji hipotesis yang menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada kedua kelas, namun peningkatan yang terjadi pada kelas eksperimen lebih signifikan, dengan nilai p dua sisi ( p dua sisi ) sebesar 0,007 dari pengujian tersebut mendapatkan hasil maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran project based learning terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning , dilihat dari hasil yang signifikan pada penggunaan model PjBL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada proses pembelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Sebagai upaya peningkatan pelayanan posyandu di Bojong Kabupaten Tegal, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem pencatatan tinggi dan berat badan anak berbasis website. Sistem dikembangkan untuk mengatasi pencatatan manual yang kurang efisien dan rawan kehilangan data. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Throw away Prototyping yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara iteratif berdasarkan masukan pengguna, dengan pengujian menggunakan Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan setiap fitur sistem berjalan sebagaimana semestinya dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) pengalaman dan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga, mempermudah pencatatan, serta menyimpan data dengan baik dalam database. Ke depannya, sistem ini diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan lebih luas untuk mendukung penurunan angka stunting melalui pengelolaan data yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website guna mendukung digital marketing PT M.Y.M Arsitektur dan Interior. Metode Waterfall digunakan karena pendekatannya yang sistematis dalam merancang sistem sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Proses meliputi pengumpulan data, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, dan pengujian melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) serta Blackbox Testing. Hasilnya, website yang dibangun mampu menampilkan portofolio dengan efektif dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran perusahaan.
