Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction (JS) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan employee performance (EP) dengan organizational commitment (OC) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan 270 responden dari Rumah Sakit Krakatau Medika IHC Cilegon Banten dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Banten. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi penentuan objek, sampel, perancangan dan evaluasi kuesioner, penyebaran dan pengumpulan kuesioner, penentuan model dan hipotesis, pengolahan data menggunakan PLS-SEM, dan pembahasan hasil hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antar variabel. Job satisfaction, berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, dan employee performance. Organizational commitment, berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan employee performance. Job satisfaction, berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui organizational commitment. Job satisfaction, juga berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance melalui organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan kinerja karyawan yang di moderasi kepemimpinan transformasional pada perusahaan pertambangan di Maluku Utara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan pertambangan A dan B yang berlokasi di Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara. Sampel terkumpul sebanyak 87 responden yang dibagikan melalui kuisioner. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ada 4 variabel yaitu sistem manajemen kinerja, perilaku kerja inovatif dan kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel sistem manajemen kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kinerja inovatif (β = 0.594, t = 6.925, p = 0.000), variabel kepemimpinan transformasional memperkuat pengaruh sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan tidak signifikan (β = 0.075, t = 1.176, p = 0.240), variabel perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (β = 0.654, t = 11.038, p = 0.000). Peran sistem manajemen kinerja di perusahaan sangat penting karena dapat mempengaruhi terciptanya perilaku kerja yang inovatif dan kinerja terhadap karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional walaupun tidak memoderasi hubungan antara sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif akan tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work from home on job satisfaction mediated by work life balance and its impact on employee performance in the banking industry in Jakarta with the variables work from home, job satisfaction, and organizational identification as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable, work life balance as a mediating variable. The method used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 200 employees as respondents. Hypothesis testing using the AMOS analysis tool. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study show that work from home has a positive effect on work life balance, work from home has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work from home effect on job satisfaction which mediated by work life balance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational identification, and organizational identification has a positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Business continuity in information technology services is starting to become a concern for many industries, along with these developments making employees look for job opportunities to be able to have a career in IT companies. In addition, employees who have the intention to change jobs consider several other factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of co-worker relationships, job mismatch, work-life balance on job satisfaction and turnover intention in Information and Technology Service Companies in West Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire and library research. This study has a sample of 100 respondents which is the entire population of employees of an Information and Technology Services Company in West Jakarta using a saturated sampling technique as a sampling technique. Structural equation model (SEM) method with AMOS software version 22. The results of this research show that co-worker relationships have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job mismatch has no effect on job satisfaction, while work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, then job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Objective: to analyze the influence of motivation, employee development and teamwork on employee performance through employee engagement in service industry employees. Research Method: The type of research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional design using a questionnaire. The research sample was selected using convenience sampling and snowball sampling methods with a total of 120 respondents consisting of service industry employees in Jakarta and Kalimantan. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the software used is SMART-PLS 3 to test direct effects, and SMARTPLS 3.0 Bootstrapping to test indirect effects. Research Results: Motivation, employee development and teamwork have a positive effect on employee engagement. Employee development, teamwork and employee engagement have a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. Employee development has no effect on employee performance through employee engagement. Motivation and teamwork influence employee performance through employee engagement. Managerial Implications: Evaluation material for companies in the service sector that want to improve employee performance by increasing employee motivation, employee development, teamwork and employee engagement.

Abstract

In a dynamic and competitive financial industry, employee performance (performance) plays a key role in determining the success and growth of the organisation. This study aims to analyse the effect of work motivation, workload, and competency on job satisfaction, and its impact on performance in the financial industry in Jakarta.  This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees in the financial industry in Jakarta. The data collected was then analysed using regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that work motivation, workload, and competency have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was also found to have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings confirm the importance of paying attention to these factors in improving employee performance in the financial industry. Organisations need to develop effective strategies and policies to increase work motivation, manage workload, and develop employee competencies. By paying attention to these factors, it is expected to increase job satisfaction and ultimately improve employee performance in the highly competitive financial industry. This study concludes that work motivation, workload, and competency have a significant effect on job satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on improving employee performance in the financial industry. The findings provide practical implications for organisations to pay attention to these factors in an effort to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence innovative work behavior in the Public Sector, namely in the Regional Revenue Agency of West Java Province. The role of mediating, organizational citizenship, behavior, and knowledge-sharing is tested in the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. The quantitative approach with survey methods is used in this research. Data collection is a cross-section of data. The questionnaire was distributed to 300 samples, using stratified random sampling techniques, collected as many as 292, and exceeded the minimum sample number of 273 employees. The results showed the factors that influence innovative work behavior are transformational leadership is mediated by organizational citizenship behavior but not by knowledge-sharing. This study found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on innovative work behavior, also through organizational citizenship behavior. Indirect influence has a greater estimated coefficient value compared to direct influence. Knowledge sharing acts as a variable that directly affects innovative work behavior. In future research, it is necessary to expand testing with different variables and research methods.

Abstract

In dynamic business environments, innovation is the key to organizational success. PT. Indokemika Group recognizes leadership's pivotal role in driving innovation. The study aims to assess Authentic Leadership's impact on Innovation Performance, with Explicit and Tacit Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Commitment as mediators. Analyzing data from 180 respondents, Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Sobel Test were utilized. Findings reveal that authentic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing significantly influence innovation performance through organizational commitment mediation. However, organizational commitment doesn't mediate the link between authentic leadership and explicit knowledge. Implications entail nurturing authentic leadership, promoting knowledge-sharing culture, and fostering robust organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of behavioral conflict, negative affect state, employee wellbeing on job satisfaction at PT. Iron Bird Logistics. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected from 231 employees working at PT. Iron Bird Logistics, analysis data method in this study is simple linear regression analysis with AMOS software. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is no negative effect on behavioral conflict on employee wellbeing and negative affect state on employee wellbeing, but there is a positive effect on employee wellbeing on job atisfaction. From this study it is hoped that companies can pay attention to problems that occur to employees in company in order to meet employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style, work competence on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variabel at Fakhira Clinic in Sawah Lunto, Al-Barkah, Menteng Wadas, and Pesanggrahan. Data was collected on 125 respondents through distributing questionnaires using the census method. The technique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is processed using smartPLS 3.0. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that there is an influence of leadership style and work competence on job satisfaction, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of leadership style and work competence on performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. This research was only conducted in four branches in Sawah Lunto, Al-Barkah, Menteng Wadas, Pesanggrahan, and research variables used in this study only motivation, leadership style, work competence, and performance.
