Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of family-friendly policies and supervisor support on work-family conflict as well as the effect of work-family conflict and rewards on job satisfaction and job performance. This study uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were given to 93 respondents who are employees of the footwear manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Banten. Data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that there was a significant effect of supervisor support and reward on work-family conflict and job satisfaction as well as the effect of job satisfaction on job performance. The results imply that employee feel more satisfied with their work and increase their performance while conflict between their work and family can be decreased caused support from their leaders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job stress, perceived organizational support, work family conflict terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT XYZ. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 136 karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa job stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan work family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini manajemen perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan karyawan di dalam maupun di luar perusahaan, melakukan pembagian tugas dan jam kerja karyawan yang adil dengan cara menyesuaikan tugas dan beban kerja sesuai dengan jabatan dan usia karyawan, memberikan pelatihan khusus dengan cara memberikan studi kasus atau masalah yang menuntut kerja sama tim, serta lebih melibatkan karyawan seperti mendengar pendapat dan masukan dari para karyawan yang bertujuan untuk kemajuan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of organizational culture in mediating the influence of digital leadership styles and transformational leadership on Indonesian National Police Performance. The population in this study were every  personnel at the Directorate of Narcotics Criminal Investigation of the National Police and the Directorate of Drug Investigation at the Regional Police. The samples used in this study were 250 personnel from the Directorate of Drug Crime, Bareskrim Indonesian National Police and the Directorate of Narcotics Research at the Regional Police. This study uses the Structural Equition Model (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and uses smartPLS 3 software. The results of this study are that organizational culture can mediate the influence of digital leadership and transformational leadership on Indonesian National Police Performance

Abstract

The demand for coal commodities in 2023 will increase. The increase in coal demand has caused the coal production target to be achieved in 2023 is also increase. Every mining company should have optimal human resources that are able to compete with other companies. Employees who are in a company usually want job satisfaction, to be able to improve their performance. Giving rewards, job training, promotion, motivation are several factors that can increase job satisfaction to support employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect to analyze and examine the effect of reward, job training, promotion, motivation, on job satisfaction, and examine the effect of job satisfaction on job performance. The population in this study are employees of mining industries with a total of 203 employees as a sample. The determination of the sample was carried out using the non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis proposed in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that job training, promotion, motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction but rewards have a negative effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan perekonomian suatu negara saat ini tidak terlepas dari perekonomian global. Pada saat ini hubungan perekonomian antar negara menjadi suatu hal yang penting terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu negara. Kondisi ini menyebabkan daya saing sebagai salah satu faktor yang menentukan dalam kompetisi antar negara agar memperoleh manfaat dari semakin terbukanya perekonomian dunia. Menurut KKP, (2021) permasalahan terbesar perusahaan ekspor pada sektor perikanan ada pada pencemaran bakteri yang dapat berasal dari perairan yang tercemar, penyimpanan, serta saat proses penanganan produk. hal tersebut juga dialami PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggal, dimana produk yang akan diekspor sering kali mendapat penolakan oleh negara tujuan yang dikarenakan produk tercemar bakteri. salah satunya ialah bakteri pathogen yang jika dikonsumsi dapat menyebabkan timbulnya penyakit kolera (diare) yang berkepanjangan. Untuk mencegah kontaminasi bakteri tersebut PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul menerapkan dan memberikan pembelajaran kepada karywan tentang sistem Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) dan dipraktekkan secara bersama untuk memastikan kualitas produk terjaga yang dimana, akan dapat meningkatkan team performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh learning culture, teamwork context terhadap dynamic capability dan dampaknya terhadap team performance dan innovation performance pada PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul, Muara Baru, Jakarta Utara. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua karyawan PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul yang berjumlah 144 orang pada divisi human resources development, marketing, operational, accounting dan finance. Dari hasil penelitian ini learning culture berpengaruh positif terhadap teamwork context dan dynamic capability, teamwork context berpengaruh positif terhadap dynamic capability, dynamic capability berpengaruh positif terhadap team performance dan innovation performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk meningkatkan learning culture, sebaiknya perusahaan rutin mengadakan diskusi antara pemimpin dan karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan teamwork context, sebaiknya perusahaan memberikan keleluasaan pada anggota tim dalam membuat keputusan tentang proses kerja. Untuk meningkatkan dynamic capability, sebaiknya perusahaan lebih banyak menyerap pengetahuan dari paten, agar dapat menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Untuk meningkatkan team performance, sebaiknya perusahaan membuka ruang interaksi antar karyawan dan menghargai pendapat setiap karyawan serta mengadakan evaluasi agar tujuan bersama dapat tercapai. Untuk meningkatkan innovation performance, sebaiknya perusahaan melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan pada teknologi.   The current economic development of a country is inseparable from the global economy. At this time the economic relations between countries become an important matter for economic growth in a country. This condition causes competitiveness as one of the determining factors in inter-country competition in order to benefit from the increasingly open world economy. According to the KKP, (2021) the biggest problem for export companies in the fisheries sector is bacterial contamination which can come from polluted waters, storage, and during the product handling process. this is also experienced by PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggal, where products to be exported are often rejected by the destination country because the product is contaminated with bacteria. One of them is a bacterial pathogen which, if consumed, can cause prolonged cholera (diarrhea). To prevent bacterial contamination, PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul implements and provides learning to employees about the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and is practiced together to ensure product quality is maintained which will improve team performance. This study aims to determine the effect of learning culture and teamwork context on dynamic capabilities and team performance and innovation performance at PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul, Muara Baru, North Jakarta. The objects used in this study were all employees of PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul who opened 144 people in the division of human resource development, marketing, operations, accounting and finance. From the results of this study, Learning Culture has a positive effect on the context of teamwork and dynamic capabilities, the context of teamwork has a positive effect on dynamic capabilities, dynamic capabilities have a positive effect on team performance and innovation performance. From the results of this study, it is suggested to improve the learning culture, the company should hold discussions between leaders and employees. To improve the context of teamwork, companies should give team members flexibility in making decisions about their work processes. To improve dynamic capabilities, companies should absorb more knowledge from patents, in order to be able to face challenges in the future. To improve team performance, the company should open up space for interaction between employees and respect each employee and conduct evaluations so that common goals can be achieved. To improve innovation performance, companies should conduct research and development on technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Organizational Culture Terhadap Innovation Capability Melalui Organizational Commitment Dan Leadership di PT Sariguna Primatirta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan penelitian korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 230 responden tetapi sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 211 responden. Data dianalisis denngan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) diolah melalui program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,036. Nilai p lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, 2) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,008. Nilai p lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H2 diterima. 3) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,019. Nilai p lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima. 4) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,006. Nilai p lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H4 diterima. 5) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,017. Nilai p lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H5 diterima. 6) Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,000. Nilai p lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H6 diterima. Artinya adanya pengaruh Leadership terhadap Innovation Capability. 7) Tidak terdapat hubungan Organizational Culture Terhadap Innovation Capability Melalui Leadership dan 8) Tidak terdapat hubungan Organizational Culture Terhadap Innovation Capability Melalui Organizational Commitment. Kata Kunci: Organizational Culture, Innovation Capability, Organizational Commitment dan Leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of the relationship between internal marketing dimensions (supportive and participative leadership, training and development, information and communication, and selection and appointments) and compensation with job satisfaction and their impact on the performance of PLN employees in North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Gorontalo, especially during the COVID-19 post-pandemic. Data was collected from 322 respondents who work at PLN in North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Gorontalo. The results showed that supportive and participative leadership, information and communication, and compensation significantly positively affected job satisfaction. In contrast, training, development, selection, and appointment had no significant impact on work satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of competition in the digital era requires reliable human resources. In this digital era, human resources have an important part in helping an organization to chase organizational goals. However, it cannot be denied that organizational competition for human resources is a concern for an organization. This competition has an impact on the turnover intention of every employee in the organization. This study aimed to analyze the effect of FWA, compensation, and career development variables on job satisfaction as well as to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and turnover intention and the effect of job performance on turnover intention. The data processing method in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, FWA and compensation have no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on job performance and turnover intention, and job performance has no effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

In estimating the exhibition of workers in an organization, it is important to have distinct variable pointers to show whether each instrument shaped has a critical impact. The impact brought about by the worker commitment variable as a middle person on the representative execution variable is the objective of the review. The object of exploration is the administrative center representative of PT. Malindo Feedmill TBK upwards of 79 individuals out of a complete populace of 349 individuals. Abstract

Jumlah angka remaja putus sekolah meningkat akibat masalah faktor sosial,  ekonomi, perhatian orang tua serta media sosial yang bebas merajalela. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan life skill dan mentalitas para remaja putus sekolah  terhadap minat berwirausaha  binaan  Dinas Sosial Taruna Jaya 2 Jakarta.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi terkait pemahaman life skill dan mentalitas entrepreneurship. Walaupun  tingkat kepercayaan diri serta pemahaman potensi diri masih rendah, akibat lingkungan kehidupan yang kurang kondusif. Implikasi dari PkM ini adalah diperlukan pendampingan yang intensif dari berbagai pihak terkait nilai-nilai etika sosial religius, dalam  membentuk  akhak yang mulia  guna pengendalian  tindakan mereka.
