Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KUKERTA) merupakan wujud nyata dari tugas dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yakni aspek pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat desa Sebangar tentang peningkatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan kegiatan usaha yang mampu memperluas lapangan kerja, dan memberikan pelayanan ekonomi secara luas kepada masyarakat, serta berperan dalam pemerataan dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat yang terkena dampak pandemic Covid-19 dengan pengolahan ikan patin menjadi kaki naga (nugget). Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan secara offline dan dihadiri oleh masyarakat desa Sebangar. Hasil pengabdian memberikan gambaran naiknya semangat dan meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang UMKM serta tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat dan meningkatnya perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Fixed assets are one of the elements that must be managed properly in order to produce reliable information in the regional financial reports. However, it is still found that management of regional assets is not well done by the Government so that it can raise problems. One of them is the Kuansing Hotel.This study examines how to optimize regional asset Management in Kuantan Singingi Regency on the procurement and construction of the Kuansing Hotel and analyze the factors of its avoidance. Research uses a type of qualitative descriptive research, which is a problem solving procedure by exposing the data, then analyzed and interpreted by giving conclusions.  The data collection uses interviews, field observations, and library studies that aim to describe (descriptive) and explain (explanatory or confirmatory) to the phenomenon occurring.Based on the research done was obtained by return that the regional asset management in Kuantan Singingi District still not optimal. Found inhibiting factor in optimizing regional asset Management in Kuantan District in the procurement and development of Kuansing Hotel, the asset has not been well-established assets, HR understanding is still minimal, technical support users not Optimal, difficulty supporting Data when needed, Data that is not stored, and the lack of socialization of asset management regulations.Keywords: optimization, management, assets

Abstract

Povi Nasari, Effectiveness Of The administration-aware indonesian movement Program In The procurement Of Population documents in the Of Pekanbaru City. Supervised by the Mr.Zulkarnaini. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the GISA program in the procurement of population documents at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office and to analyze the factors that hinder the achievement of the effectiveness of the GISA program in the procurement of population documents. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the GISA program has been achieved while the inhibiting factors for the success of the GISA program are: 1) Program socialization is not optimal, and 2) Lack of public knowledge in using the Pekanbaru City Disdukcapil website. Suggestions put forward to support the success of the program are that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pekanbaru City be more proactive in disseminating the GISA program and good cooperation between stakeholders to support the GISA program. Abstract

The distribution of drugs in Rokan Hilir Regency is in an alarming condition. The phenomenon that occurs is (1) District Narcotics Agency (BNK) Rokan Hilir still less in socializing about the dangers of drugs in Rokan Hilir District; (2) in practice in the field, there are still many people who cover up the narcotics circulation so that drug dealers and users are increasing; And (3) the difficulty of District Narcotics Board (BNK) Rokan Hilir in suppressing the number of drugs Rokan Hilir DistrictThe purpose of the study: (1) to know the strategy of eradication of drug abuse in Rokan Hilir Regency; (2) to know the factors that influence eradication of drug abuse in Rokan Hilir Regency. Informants of this study were taken from the Police Section Eradication Drugs, General Kaur Narcotics Agency Rokan Hilir District, Section Members of the Rokan Hilir District Narcotics Board and Customs Members Rokan Hilir District. Population used as informant because this research use qualitative research. Types and data sources use primary data, ie data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data, ie data obtained through reports, books and records. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions.Based on the result of research, that strategy of eradication of drug abuse in Rokan Hilir Regency is done by using Strenghts indicator (strength), Weakness (Opportunity), Opportunities (Opportunity), Threats (Threats). Factors influencing drug eradication in Rokan Hilir Regency consist of: (1) lack of information; (2) Facilities and Infrastructure; And (3) Participation; (3) Motivation.Keywords: Strategy, Eradication of Drug Abuse

Abstract

Job market or often known as job expo is an annual event organized by the City Workforce Pekanbaru with the aim to reduce unemployment in the City Pekanbaru. In the implementation of this job expo the City Workforce Pekanbaru cooperating with the company in the City Pekanbaru. In the implementation job expo is still low placement of workers absorbed, the number of job vacancies ar little considering the number of job seekers are increasing, then the law number 13 0f 2003 on employment to give authority to the company as a provider of job vacancies provided by the company in the activity of job expo.The method used in this study is purposive sampling, the data source used in this study is covering primary data and secondary data, the location of research conducted on the Labor and Transmigration office of Pekanbaru City. Informant of this research head of placement of employment, head of section of employment of domestic worker, PT. Swakarya Mandiri, PT. Inter Boga Nusantara and job seekers.The concept of theory used by research is the theory of coordination according to sugandha wich consist of : organizational structure, planning, procedures and supervision. This research use qualitative descriptive data assessment, data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. To ensure the validity of research data using data source tringulation.From the results of the research, it is known that the coordination of job expo implementation by City Workforce Pekanbaru not implemented well, because the low labor absorbed in the placement and available job vacancies are still small. As for the factors that hinder the coordination of job expo implementation by the Workforce Pekanbaru namely: budget, communication/ information and job vacancy.Key Words: Coordination, Implementation and Job Expo

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a tangible manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the service aspect. Through community service activities in Langgini Village, there is a synergy between universities and the community as a form of democratic knowledge. The purpose of this service is to increase student interest in learning during endemic times to help the government in educating the nation's children. The method used in 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The service is carried out through activities: tutoring using the ACTION learning method, ranking one competition, healthy exercise, and donating books and trash cans. The results of the service provide an overview of increasing enthusiasm, increasing understanding, and increasing student interest in reading and learning at Public Elementary School 017 Langgini. Abstract

Success in natural resource management is highly dependent on the involvement of multi-stakeholders (stakeholders) to take part and work actively in efforts to achieve goals. Siak Regency is the only Regency that has been declared a Green Regency by the Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya. Siak Hijau through the Siak Hijau roadmap issued through the Decree of the Siak Regent Number 446/HK/KPTS/2020 which states that one of the action plans is the management of natural and environmentally sound natural resources which is one of the efforts of the Siak Regency government in managing natural resources in Siak Regency which is carried out by involving multiple parties. The research aims to reveal stakeholders, roles and relationships between stakeholders in environmental and sustainable natural resource management in accordance with the objectives of the Green Siak Program in Siak Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there are 7 stakeholders identified as having an interest and influence in the management of natural resources and have carried out responsibilities in the implementation of the cooperation. These stakeholders are classified into key stakeholders, main stakeholders and supporting stakeholders. The relationship between stakeholders has a positive value, namely there is no potential conflict relationship, but there are still stakeholders who are not related to each other.

Abstract

In providing the best service to the community, the Pekanbaru City government realizes good public services with the concept of a smart city civil so that the government is required to create innovations in the field of public services in order to provide services that are transparent, accountable and accessible to the entire community. Especially at the sub-district level which is in direct contact with the community, this requires an easy transition of services in order to achieve the goals of public services. One of the public services is the Mobile Community Okay Service (LOMAK). The OK Mobile Community Service (LOMAK) is a service for managing various kinds of administration. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of public services in the District of West Rumbai, as well as the inhibiting factors in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results in this study are the effectiveness of public services has not run optimally because the service has not worked effectively and efficiently, because it has obstacles in its implementation in the form of the Covid-19 Pandemic disaster, Lack of Awareness and Changes in Names and District Areas

Abstract

The main highlight in peatland resource management to date has been the weak institutional synergy directly related to peatland management. This study aims to analyze institutional synergy in sustainable peatland management in the Giam Siak Kecil-Bukit Batu (GSK-BB) Landscape area of Bengkalis Regency. The research design used a mixed approach by combining quantitative and qualitative methods to determine the sustainability of institutional dimensions in peatland management. RAPPEAT analysis was used to analyze the sustainability index of institutional aspects. The results showed that the index and sustainability status of the institutional dimension of peatland management were categorized as less sustainable. Based on the MDS analysis, the institutional dimension only has an index of 49.8%. This result directly illustrates that peatland management in this landscape is not yet oriented towards the institutional dimension.
