Abstract

Dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai sektor termasuk industri peternakan ikan jaring terapung. Dalam konteks ini, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang adaptif dan efektif menjadi krusial untuk menjaga daya saing dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menganalisis upaya pengembangan efektivitas manajemen SDM pada peternakan ikan jaring terapung di Kampung Leuwi Nutug, Cililin, melalui kolaborasi antara akademisi, ahli perikanan, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat. Pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi dan motivasi karyawan dalam era digitalisasi menjadi sorotan utama. Teknologi digital, analitika data, dan konektivitas global mempengaruhi kebutuhan kompetensi karyawan. Pengelolaan SDM harus mencakup pelatihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sesuai teknologi baru. Dalam dinamika perubahan, pengelolaan juga harus mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti pengakuan, pengembangan karir, dan gaya kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi karyawan. Kolaborasi antara akademisi, ahli perikanan, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pelatihan sangat penting. Tim dari Prodi Magister Manajemen Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan manajemen SDM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan peternak. Dengan pelatihan dan penyuluhan, peternak dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Kesimpulannya, jurnal ini menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan efektivitas manajemen SDM dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Upaya ini melibatkan pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan kerja sama lintas sektor yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan peternakan ikan jaring terapung di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital UMKM tanaman hias di Desa Cihideung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan strategi video branding. Mengingat pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital dan pentingnya visualisasi produk, video branding telah menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara langsung kepada penjual tanaman hias, dan juga metode pelatihan dan pendampingan, pengembangan keterampilan dalam penggunaan smartphone dan teknologi videografi. Pelatihan ini mencakup teknik dasar videografi, penggunaan peralatan, dan proses editing dengan aplikasi CapCut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan peningkatan keterampilan dalam perekaman dan pengeditan video, UMKM dapat memaksimalkan potensi pemasaran digitalnya, sehingga berdampak positif pada penjualan dan citra merek mereka. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan pelatihan serupa di daerah lain, guna meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Waktu tunggu yang lama dalam proses mendapatkan pelayanan bagi pasien di Rumah Sakit dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dan mempengaruhi pasien untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu tunggu terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien yang dimoderasi oleh kepuasaan pasien mendapatkan pelayanan. Desain penelitian ini adalah jenis studi survei kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Studi tersebut dilakukan di RSUD Panglima Sebaya pada bulan November 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan memilih subjek yang memenuhi kriteria responden/sampel sebanyak 376 Pasien Rawat Jalan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh waktu tunggu terhadap kepuasan pasien diperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05), dan pengaruh waktu tunggu terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05), serta pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap kunjungan ulang diperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh waktu tunggu terhadap kepuasan pasien, ada pengaruh waktu tunggu terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien dan ada pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap kunjungan ulang. Long waiting times in the process of getting services for patients at the hospital can cause dissatisfaction and influence patients to make outpatient re-visits. This study aims to determine the effect of waiting time on patient revisits moderated by patient satisfaction with service. This research design is a type of quantitative survey study with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at Panglima Sebaya Hospital in November 2023. The research method uses purposive sampling, by selecting subjects who meet the criteria for respondents/samples of 376 outpatients. The data analysis used was logistic regression test. The results showed that the effect of waiting time on patient satisfaction obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), and the effect of waiting time on patient revisit p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), and the effect of patient satisfaction on revisit obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of waiting time on patient satisfaction, there is an effect of waiting time on patient revisits and there is an effect of patient satisfaction on revisits.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien melalui kuisioner di RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi karyawan RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali sebanyak 129 orang serta pasien yang berobat di poli rawat jalan RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali pada bulan september – oktober tahun 2022. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 80 orang karyawan dan pasien dengan jumlah yang sama yaitu sebanyak 80 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei bersifat analitik dengan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis). Dari Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kualitas pelayanan RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali , (2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pasien RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali, (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pasien RSUD DR Eko Maulana Ali.

Abstract

ABSTRAK RS Bhayangkara Tk III Nganjuk bulan Januari - Desember tahun 2022 mengalami fluktuasi. Naik turunnya angka tersebut menggambarkan jumlah minat kunjungan ulang pasien yang tidak stabil. Ketidakstabilan angka tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosio-demografi pasien terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien RS Bhayangkara Tingkat III Nganjuk. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan purposive sampling sebagai motode pengambilan sampelnya. Pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data yang dipakai berupa analisis univariat serta bivariat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan yang disebabkan oleh jenis kelamin terhadap minat kunjungan pasien serta ada pengaruh signifikan yang disebabkan oleh usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien. Kesamaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya yaitu dibagian jenis penelitian, pendekatan, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Adapun perbedaannya terletak pada variabel X dan objek materiel yang digunakan.

Abstract

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) adalah program yang menjamin setiap manusia mendapatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan tanpa menimbulkan kerugian finansial penggunanya. Indonesia menerapkan UHC dengan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat primer diberikan oleh FKTP. Sistem pembayaran JKN pada FKTP oleh BPJS Kesehatan adalah dengan sistem kapitasi. Klinik Pratama Albar adalah FKTP di Kabupaten Bandung yang melayani peserta JKN dan mengelola dana kapitasi. Adanya peningkatan jumlah kapitasi terdaftar, kenaikan tarif kapitasi, dan kunjungan pasien belum sejalan dengan peningkatan laba dan pemanfaatan dana kapitasi yang ada sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi manajemen keuangan klinik dalam mengelola dana kapitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pengelolaan dana kapitasi Klinik Pratama Albar dalam penganggaran dan pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerjasama Klinik Pratama Albar dan BPJS Kesehatan berlangsung satu arah dan proses pencairan dana kapitasi berlangsung lancar. Klinik Pratama Albar telah memiliki struktur manajemen dan alur keuangan, namun belum dilakukan perencanaan anggaran yang baik. Dana kapitasi adalah sumber pemasukan terbesar klinik mencapai 86% dan pemanfaatannya untuk gaji staff dan biaya operasional dengan proporsi 59:41. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pentingnya evaluasi pengelolaan dana kapitasi untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan klinik. Kata Kunci : Klinik Pratama, Dana Kapitasi, Evaluasi Manajemen Keuangan ABSTRACT Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a program that ensures every human being gets access to health services without causing financial losses to its users . Indonesia implements UHC with the National Health Insurance (JKN) . Health services at the primary level are provided by FKTP . The JKN payment system at FKTP by BPJS Health is with a capitation system. Klinik Pratama Albar is an FKTP in Bandung Regency that serves JKN participants and manages capitation funds. The increase in the number of registered capitations, the increase in capitation rates, and patient visits have not been in line with the increase in profits and the utilization of existing capitation funds, so it is necessary to evaluate the clinic's financial management in managing capitation funds . The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of capitation funds of the Klinik Pratama Albar in budgeting and its utilization. This research is qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation methods. The results of the study showed that the collaboration between the Klinik Pratama Albar and BPJS Health took place in one direction and the process of disbursing capitation funds went smoothly. Albar Pratama Clinic already has a management structure and financial flow, but good budget planning has not been carried out. The capitation fund is the largest source of income for clinics reaching 86% and its utilization is for staff salaries and operational costs with a ratio of 59:41. Abstract

Objective – The research aims to assess the income, health facility levels, potential new funding sources, and financial planning policies at a Principal Clinic transitioning to a Mother and Child Hospital.Design/Methodology/Approach – This qualitative descriptive case study will be conducted from November 2023 to March 2024.Findings – The analysis indicates plans to collaborate with BPJS for funding. The income will be allocated for medical equipment procurement, and NPV analysis yielded a positive value of IDR 985,286,391, with a 4-year and 1.5-month payback period.Conclusion and Implications – Limited existing research on financial planning analysis for transitioning clinics into hospitals is noted, whereas this research is influenced by differing socio-demographic conditions in each case. Abstract

Application Clinical Pathway in hospitals has been recognized as an effective strategy for improving the quality and efficiency of health services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Clinical Pathway implementation at Dustira Hospital TNI AD Cimahi, especially in the context of BPJS Health claims and the factors that influence its success. This research uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses technique scluster random sampling where the selection of the TNI AD Dustira Hospital was chosen randomly. This data was collected by means of questionnaire surveys, interviews and document analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of Clinical Pathway is effective in increasing BPJS claim income, which is proven by the fact that in 2022 there was an increase in income in the following year in 2023.

Abstract

Hospitals as healthcare providers have now shifted towards a profit-oriented approach. The wide variety of services offered by hospitals to patients makes patients more selective in choosing products from providers that meet their needs and expectations. In marketing strategy, there are many efforts, one of which is through physical evidence. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy based on physical evidence at Tk. IV Singaraja Hospital. This research uses a qualitative method. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, with the main informants consisting of the hospital director, head of the marketing unit, head of the outpatient unit, and head of the inpatient unit, as well as 10 patients for triangulation. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings revealed that the hospital's exterior facility still uses old buildings, the interior facility has well-maintained interior design, and the other tangible elements, such as pamphlets, brochures, and staff uniforms, are already provided by the hospital. Abstract

AMC Hospital faces the challenge of maintaining service quality while efficiently managing human resources. Employee loyalty, which encompasses their commitment and dedication to the company, is crucial in achieving organizational goals. The reciprocal relationship between the company and its employees, where the company provides means to meet employee needs while employees contribute to achieving the company's goals, forms the foundation of employee loyalty. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and compensation on employee loyalty, mediated by work enthusiasm. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Workload has a negative and significant effect on loyalty, where higher workload leads to lower employee loyalty. Compensation also has a negative effect on loyalty, indicating that increasing compensation does not necessarily increase loyalty. Work enthusiasm has a significant positive impact on loyalty. Lastly, work enthusiasm partially mediates the effect of workload and compensation on loyalty, though it does not entirely eliminate the negative impact of these two factors.
