Abstract

This study aims to identify the social media marketing tactics that bus service should employ to enhance their purchase decision, underscoring the need for these tactics to be complemented by involvement and promotion for optimal effectiveness. A quantitative methodology is utilized, involving data collection and analysis from a purposive sample of 506 respondent from PO. Bejeu Jepara’s clients. Data were gathered via questionnaires to assess the empirical model using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-AMOS). The findings indicate that social media marketing activities positively and significantly influence purchase decisions when mediated by involvement and promotion. However, direct social media marketing activities do not show a significant impact on purchase decisions. This study offers fresh insights into the specific social media marketing activities that Bus Service should embrace. It underscores the pivotal role of Involvement and Promotion in enhancing the effectiveness of these strategies, leading to improved outcomes and stronger customer relationships.

Abstract

Perancangan mesin pemotong kentang ini dimulai dari studi literatur dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data untuk mendapatkan data kebutuhan konsumen yang dijadikan acuan terhadap perancangan mesin pemotong kentang lalu dilakukan perancangan konsep yang dilakukan pemilihan beberapa konsep dengan metode morfologi dan matriks untuk mendapatkan desain dengan spesifikasi terbaik hingga dibuat dengan sketsa 2D serta 3D, setelah didapatkan dimensi berdasarkan gambar teknik yang dihasilkan dari perancangan konsep dilanjutkan dengan perancangan wujud dimana hasil dari perancangan wujud mendapatkan dimensi serta spesifikasi mesin yang akan digunakan serta dilakukan analisa tegangan dengan menggunakan software solidwork. Setelah dilakukan perancangan didapatkan spesifikasi motor listrik 0,25 HP dengan kecepatan 1400 rpm, mesin ini menggunakan reducer 1:20 dengan rasio input 1:1 terhadap motor listrik, diameter poros sebesar 22 mm dengan pasak lebar 6 mm, tinggi 6 mm serta panjang pasak sebesar 32 mm dan material poros S45C, sistem transmisi menggunakan pulley tipe A1 dengan diameter pada motor listrik, input serta output reducer sebesar 3 inci dan pada poros engkol diameter 7 inci, menggunakan sabuk untuk motor listrik dan input reducer tipe A24 serta sabuk untuk output reducer dan poros engkol menggunakan sabuk tipe A40. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis tegangan, tegangan terbesar terjadi pada batang pendorong dikarenakan gaya yang diterima cukup besar dengan penampang yang ada. Kapasitas mesin pemotong kentang ini sebesar 4,74 kg/menit. Sistem otomatis pada mesin ini yaitu menghentikan motor listrik apabila sudah mencapai batas load cell serta tidak terjadi proses pemotongan kentang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Journal Bearing atau lebih dikenal dengan bantalan luncur merupakan suatu elemen mesin yang berfungsi untuk menumpu poros berbeban, sehingga putaran atau gerakan bolak – baliknya dapat berlangsung dengan halus dan aman. Peneliti akan mengkaji secara teoritis distribusi tekanan pada journal bearing dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai variasi. Studi ini difokuskan pada analisis pengaruh variasi kecepatan putaran (1100, 1200, 1300, dan 1400 Rpm) dan variasi beban (5 Newton dan 10 Newton) terhadap distribusi tekanan dalam bearing. Selain itu, variasi rasio panjang terhadap diameter (l/d) dan rasio eksentrisitas juga menjadi fokus kajian. Pada penelitian ini digunakan persamaan Tekanan Sommerfeld dan juga solusi Ocvirk untuk melakukan perhitungan, Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menyajikan hasil perhitungan dan analisis distribusi tekanan dengan berbagai variasi untuk memberikan analisis yang akurat. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah semakin besar kecepatan putaran maka distribusi tekanan juga semakin besar. Sudut yang dihasilkan dari penetapan bilangan ocvrik menghasilkan rentang antara 140° - 163°. Kata kunci: Journal Bearing, Distribusi Tekanan, Solusi Ocvirk. ABSTRACT  Journal Bearing or better known as glide bearing is a machine element that serves to support the loaded shaft, so that the rotation or alternating movement can take place smoothly and safely .Researchers will theoretically examine the pressure distribution on journal bearings by considering various variations. This study is focused on analyzing the effect of rotation speed variations (1100, 1200, 1300, and 1400 Rpm) and load variations (5 Newton and 10 Newton) on the pressure distribution in the bearing. In addition, variations in length-to-diameter ratio (l/d) and eccentricity ratio are also the focus of the study. This research aims to present the results of the calculation and analysis of pressure distribution with various variations to analyzed how pressure distribution can be calculated in order to gain a better understanding of the performance of journal bearings. The result obtained is that the greater the rotation speed, the greater the pressure distribution. The angle resulting from determining the ocvric number produces a range between 140° - 163°. Keywords: Journal Bearing, Pressure Distribution,Ocvirk Solution.

Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti pengaruh literasi keuangan, manfaat ekonomi, dan motivasi hedonis terhadap niat perilaku dalam konteks ekonomi gig, dengan literasi kewirausahaan sebagai mediator di Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 150 responden yang aktif dalam ekonomi gig. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki dampak langsung yang signifikan terhadap literasi kewirausahaan (koefisien jalur 0,824), sedangkan manfaat ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap literasi kewirausahaan (koefisien jalur 0,653). Motivasi hedonis tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap literasi kewirausahaan (koefisien jalur 0,082), namun perannya mungkin dimediasi melalui literasi kewirausahaan dalam mempengaruhi niat perilaku kewirausahaan (koefisien jalur 0,903). Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini meliputi pentingnya pengembangan literasi kewirausahaan dan pendekatan yang mempertimbangkan faktor motivasi ekonomi serta pengetahuan keuangan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi gig yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi kebijakan publik dan praktisi dalam mengoptimalkan partisipasi dalam ekonomi gig serta untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam memahami dinamika pasar tenaga kerja di masa depan.

Abstract

Natural fiber processing is the type of fiber as raw materials for textile or other industries that can be obtained directly from nature. In the Indonesian automotive industry, the manufacture of parts in vehicles is Polypropylene high impact (PPHI). An example of an existing part is a CVT slide piece made with a mixed polymer composite material from PPHI and pineapple leaf fiber. Pineapple leaf fibers with small sizes are needed so that the mixing of polymer composites is good. Therefore modern technology is required to process pineapple leaf fibers. This final project makes a natural fiber powder machine for processing natural fiber, namely scavenging. The research methodology used is a prescriptive design method. The design results produce a natural fiber powder machine (pineapple leaf fiber) for polymer composite materials with long size specifications of 420 mm long, 300 mm wide, and 582 mm high. The production capacity of the natural fiber storage machine is 5 kg/h. The source of the engine drive is a 1 HP AC electric motor with a rev of 2800 rpm. The transmission system uses a V-belt with a drive shaft 30 mm in diameter. The frame construction is made of a 35x35x5 mm profile with ST42 material and knives using S45C material (AISI 1045) with a thickness of 10 mm. It uses nine dynamic blades and six sharp plane fixed blades in a 30-degree active blade and a 60-degree fixed blade.

Abstract

It is now vital to companies to promote via social media in order to remain in operation. Almost all business sectors need to use social media to boost customer trust, brand equity, and market expansion. Social networking has a role in the operation of the transportation industry. There hasn't been much study about social media advertising in the transportation sector throughout the years, particularly when it comes to bus transportation. In an effort to improve purchase decisions via the use of SMMS, this study yielded a novel perspective. It was discovered that the perceived quality and participation factors are required as the mediation variables between SMMS and bought Decisions in order to get the best possible results to enhance buying decisions. Purposive sampling is used in the research to gather and check data from samples of 506 bus passengers at Bejeu Jepara PO in a quantitative manner. An empirical model was evaluated using Smart PLS 4.0 software after data were collected via a questionnaire.

Abstract

The implementation of biology learning in high school focuses more on mastering concepts and minimal processes. This can be seen from the tendency of teachers to use more teacher-oriented learning. This condition also occurs in SMA Negeri 4 Palu, causing low students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to implement guided inquiry-based biology learning tools to improve students' critical thinking skills on the respiratory system material. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with one group pretest-posttest design. This research involved 30 students of class XI SMA Negeri 4 Palu. The learning tools implemented in this study are lesson plans, student worksheets, and learning materials. Test instruments in the form of multiple choices and descriptions are used to measure cognitive learning outcomes and students' critical thinking skills. The implementation of learning and student learning activities were also identified in this study using observation sheets carried out by 2 observers. Data were analyzed descriptively using the n-gain equation. Based on the results of the study it was found that (a) the implementation of learning was good (3.6); (b) The frequency of activities that stand out is that they can improve students' critical thinking skills (c) positive student responses (82); (d) students' critical thinking skills increased (N-gain; 0.76 with high criteria). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve the critical thinking skills of class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Palu

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion, product quality, and product innovation on repurchase decisions at Texcer.hot in Bangsri, considering the importance of customer loyalty in the competitive retail industry. The method used is quantitative with a survey design, involving 104 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire covering demographics, promotion, product quality, product innovation, and repurchase decisions.The data was analyzed using SPSS software. The validity test results showed that most of the question items were valid, while the reliability test indicated that all variables had a Cronbach's Alpha value above 0.60, signifying good reliability. The normality test revealed that the data was not normally distributed; therefore, an appropriate analysis method was employed. The regression analysis results demonstrate that the variables of promotion, product quality, and product innovation have a significant effect on repurchase decisions, with regression coefficients of 0.231, 0.596, and 0.107, respectively. The F-test shows that, simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable.Thus, this study concludes that to increase repurchase decisions, the company needs to focus on effective promotional strategies, improving product quality, and relevant product innovation. These findings are expected to provide insights for marketing practitioners in designing better strategies to attract and retain customers.

Abstract

Kawak Village in Jepara Regency has significant potential in the local food sector through the production of cassava chips. However, the "Keripik Mak RIP" MSME still faces serious obstacles, such as unhygienic manual production processes, lack of business legality, simple packaging, and limited marketing. These conditions hinder product quality improvement and competitiveness. Comprehensive assistance is needed so that MSMEs can utilize technology, obtain legality, and expand their markets sustainably. The goal of community service activities is to help partners increase productivity, improve management, obtain business legality, and expand market reach to achieve independence and sustainable village economic development. The implementation method focuses on mentoring, training, and the application of appropriate technology. The activities are carried out in five stages: program socialization, design and installation of an automatic chip cutting machine, assistance in processing NIB and PIRT (National Property Right) (PIRT), training to increase human resource capacity (packaging, digital marketing, and financial literacy), and evaluation and monitoring. All stages are carried out in a participatory manner with members of the Keripik Mak Rip MSME, community leaders, and surrounding MSMEs. The program has resulted in various positive changes. The automatic chip cutting machine increases production speed by 3–4 times and produces more uniform and hygienic slices. The MSME successfully obtained a Business License (NIB) and Product Registration Certificate (PIRT), which expanded market access. Training in packaging design, digital marketing, and financial bookkeeping improved managerial and marketing skills, thereby increasing business competitiveness. Evaluations showed that all targets were achieved with high participation and a tangible impact on the village economy. This community service activity addressed the initial objective of strengthening the productive business of the MSME "Keripik Mak RIP" through business legality, technology implementation, and human resource capacity building. This program has proven to increase efficiency, quality, and marketing reach, while simultaneously fostering the independence and entrepreneurial spirit of the Kawak Village community in a sustainable manner

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan bisnis di era globalisasi diikuti oleh persaingan bisnis, kinerja bisnis, dan kinerja pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan mebel semakin dinamis. Persaingan dalam industri mebel berlangsung ketat dengan tingkat persaingan cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut sebagai seorang peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti menguji inovasi pemasaran, orientasi pasar, kapabilitas pemasaran dan customer involvement mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, namun peneliti menengarai ada pengaruh tidak langsung antara inovasi pemasaran, orientasi pasar, dan kapabilitas pemasaran melalui customer involvement terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan mebel yang melakukan ekspor di Kabupaten Jepara yang berjumlah 307 perusahaan. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pemasaran, orientasi pasar, kapabilitas pemasaran dan customer involvement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada perusahaan mebel ekspor di Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian selanjutnya, bisa dilakukan di semua klaster perusahaan mebel yaitu kluster perusahaan lokal, kluster perusahaan ekspor, dan kluster perusahaan PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing).
