Abstract

Abstrak Pada simpang tak bersinyal, khususnya simpang tak sebidang sering dijumpai titik-titik konflik arus lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan kemacetan arus lalu lintas, sebagai contoh kasus di kota Makassar yang terjadi pada persimpangan Jln. Urip Sumoharjo-Jln. Leimena. Timbulnya Kemacetan arus lalu lintas pada simpang ini, dominan dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya kendaraan bermotor seperti motor dan angkutan umum yang diparkir pada sekitar persimpangan dan adanya pengemudi yang melanggar rambu lalu lintas yang ada. Dalam konteks pemecahan masalah tersebut, maka terlebih dahulu perlu diketahui karakteristik dan kinerja lalu lintas pada persimpangan tersebut. Untuk itu, studi bertujuan menganalisis kinerja simpang tak bersinyal yang tidak sebidang tersebut.Pengumpulan data studi meliputi volume lalulintas, data geometrik, dan data faktor-faktor penyesuaian jalan. Metode pengambilan data arus lalu lintas dilakukan secara manual selama empat hari yaitu hari Senin, Kamis, Jumat dan Minggu, yang dimulai dari pukul 07.00 WITA sampai dengan pukul 18.00 WITA untuk setiap hari survei. Analisis data didasarkan pada MKJI (1997), dengan fokus parameter kinerja adalah volume (Q), kapasitas (C) dan derajat kejenuhan (DS).Hasil analisis dan evaluasi data selama empat hari survei memperlihatkan volume rata-rata lalu lintas (Q) yang terjadi sebesar 6.589,76 smp/jam dengan kapasitas rata-rata maksimum (C) persimpangan terjadi pada saat periode jam puncak siang sebesar 3.318,31 smp/jam. Adapun nilai rata-rata derajat kejenuhan (DS) lebih besar dari 0,75 (DS > 0,75), yang berarti bahwa simpang tak sebidang tersebut memiliki kinerja yang jelek.Kata-kata kunci: simpang tak bersinyal, tak sebidang, volume, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan

Abstract

Abstract This study intended to investigate the traffic accident cost in the city of Makassar.  Analysis performed in this study used two components of accident costs, namely resource and non-resource costs. The Resource costs include cost for repairing vehicles, hospital costs, and production loss. The non-resource costs include costs related to pain, grief and mourn, and other costs paid by family and friends. In this study, the Gross of Output Method was used for analysis. Data for traffic accident victim were collected from hospitals and accident cost data were obtained from the victims, using interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of this study show that the costs for every victim accident category in the city of Makassar are for victim die is equal to Rp. 114,516,00,-, Rp. 60,008,599,-, Rp. 1,525,990,-, and Rp. 517,500,- for fatality, serious injury, slight injury, and property damage only, respectively.Keywords: traffic accident, traffic accident victim, fatality

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pemberian tugas mandiri pre-instructional pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan pemahaman persamaan lingkaran dan garis singgung lingkaran siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 9 Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, tes tulis, catatan lapangan, dan penilaian diri siswa. Penerapan pemberian tugas mandiri pre-instructional pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) guru memberikan tugas mandiri pre-instructional sebelum pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (2) guru meninjau ulang materi sebelumnya atau prasyarat dengan strategi tanya jawab, (3) guru mengkomunikasikan tujuan dan aturan pembelajaran, (4) menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang meliputi presentasi kelas, diskusi kelompok, dan kuis, (5) guru meminta siswa menyimpulkan materi yang dipelajari, dan (6) guru memberikan tugas mandiri pre-instructional untuk pembelajaran berikutnya. Tahap pemberian skor kemajuan individual dan penghargaan kelompok di laksanakan setelah dua kali pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian siklus I, siswa yang mencapai nilai lebih dari atau sama dengan 78 ada sebanyak 72,22%, sedangkan pada siklus II ada sebanyak 83,33%.The purpose of this study is to describe the steps giving independent pre-instructional tasks on STAD cooperative learning to improve the understanding of the equation of the circle and tangent to the circle in grade 11 IPA 1 SMAN 9 Malang. This type of research is a classroom action research. Data collection techniques used were observation activities of teachers and students, a written test, field notes, and student self-assessment. The implementation of the giving independent pre-instructional tasks on STAD cooperative learning carried out by steps as follows: (1) the teacher gives the task independently pre-instructional prior to the implementation of learning, (2) the teacher to review the previous material or prerequisite to the strategy frequently asked questions, (3) teachers communicate the objectives and rules of learning, (4) implementing STAD cooperative learning which include class presentations, group discussions and quizzes, (5) the teacher asks the students concluded the material being studied, and (6) the teacher gives the task independently pre-instructional for the next lesson. Phase scoring the progress of individual and group awards implemented, after twice implementation of learning. From the results of the first cycle studies, students who achieve a value greater than or equal to 78 there was as much as 72.22%, while in the second cycle there is as much as 83.33%.

Abstract

The model of learning in teaching moral education widely adopted in Indonesia is the Lecture Question Answer (LQA) method developed from the values induction approach. This method has lent itself to that negative interpretation. The present study attempts at investigating the influences of moral education methods in order to find out a method that is more appropriate to the characteristics and the objectives of moral education in Indonesia. This research is experimental in nature and was performed using a 2x2 factorial design. One independent variable, one moderator variable and one dependent variable were involved in the study. The research subjects were randomly selected from the students of SMP IKIP Malang and they were also randomly assigned to perform research treatments. The subjects’ moral judgment stages were measured using the Kohlberg’s judgment stage structure. A two way anova was then performed to analyze the data. The results show that the method of discussing moral dilemmas is superior to the lecture method. Female students are superior in moral judgment skills than male students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how educational models create religious atmosphere in schools. This research is a concrete effort to find the right pattern to realize a religious environment in an academic context. This study uses a qualitative research approach with case study design. While the subjects in this study included a number of school principals, former principals, deputy principals, teachers and students of 4th State High School of Malang. The techniques used in data collection in this study include observations to obtain data about various teaching and learning activities, and religious activities as well as the religious atmosphere in schools as well as in-depth interviews. The implementation of religious activities in the school, which was originally "top down", was then developed to "bottom up". Through this approach, it turns out that it can bring peace, peace and increase brotherhood, unity, and friendship between leaders, employees, teachers and students. Besides, the religious atmosphere in the school is running dynamically. How to create a religious atmosphere, among others, through various types of progammed religious activities, both of Islamic and non-Islamic. In addition, school leaders use a personal approach both to students and to students' families.

Abstract

One of the principal's responsibility toward teacher is improving teachers' capability in managing teaching learning process in the school. Therefore, he must hold supervision perfectly. In fact, in many cases indicate that the principal, in general, who holds the duties of supervision in the school were not inherent with the principles of supervision yet. The methods used by the principal were less persuasive, whereas the appropriate method can determine the success supervision, because the activities of supervision are related with social interaction between supervisor and teachers. This article describes about individual's emotional intelligence that has influence in achieving the goals. Someone who has a high emotional intelligence is more success in his works, can develop a good personal relation, and motivate other people and himself The principal's emotional intelligence has influence toward achievement of his works significantly. The principal who has a high emotional intelligence is more success in holding supervision and duties, can develop a personal-interpersonal relations and motivate the teachers and himself well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki sejauh mana pengaruh strategi two stay two stray dalam mengajar pemahaman membaca teks bahasa Inggris, yang menggunakan kuasi-faktorial dengan desain pretest-posttest. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan bukti pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik antara sebelum dan sesudah tes. Dengan kata lain, adanya perbedaan yang signifikan setelah diajarkan dengan menggunakan strategi two stay two stray. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Pertama, pelaksanaan atau manifestasi strategi two stay two stray membantu siswa untuk mudah memahami informasi yang mereka dapatkan dari bahan bacaan dengan cara efektif. Kedua, melatih siswa untuk mencari kata kunci dari setiap paragraf dengan mudah dan menuliskan informasi dari kata kunci tersebut. Ketiga, memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk mengingat informasi detail dari bahan bacaan. Selain itu, kegiatan meringkas membantu siswa untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi informasi yang didapat dari bacaan. Dengan demikian, siswa dilatih untuk berpikir kritis dan efektif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di setiap per-temuan. Strategi two stay two stray membuat siswa antusias dan jauh dari kata bosan pada setiap kegiatan pembelajaran khu-susnya pada materi pemahaman bacaan teks Bahasa Inggris. Abstract

This paper explains about curriculum management activities in vocational schools within pondok pesantren (WPP). The focus of the discussion is on the orientation of the vocational school curriculum in pesantren and its implementation activities as well as how school leaders and pesantren leaders influence the curriculum implementation organization (OPK) in schools WPP.  The aim is to find the orientation, strategy and approach of OPK activities in vocational schools WPP. This research used qualitative research with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with leaders of Islamic boarding schools, school leaders, and teachers by purposive sampling, observation, and document analysis. The conclusion of this paper is the activities of OPK have led to innovation in curriculum management and learning in schools WPP. The OPK strategy uses Collaborative-collegial management with a democratic approach based on the noble values of pesantren and professionalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan Model Blended Learning menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom dengan Model Pembelajaran Langsung pada kompetensi dasar mempresentasikan jenis-jenis alat berat pada pekerjaan konstruksi kelas X DPIB di SMKN 1 Tuban.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian ?Nonequivalent Control Group Design? yaitu Posttest-only Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Tuban pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa dalam penelitian ini didapat dari nilai kongitif siswa. Nilai kognitif diambil dari hasil tes siswa yang diberikan pada akhir kegiatan pembelajaran.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap hasil nilai post test siswa yang diajar menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Langsung pada kelas X DPIB 1 diperoleh rata-rata kelas nilai hasil post test siswa sebesar 55 dari 31 siswa, nilai median sebesar 55,5, nilai minimum data 38 dan nilai maksimum data 70 sedangkan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan Model Blended Learning menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom pada kelas X DPIB 2 diperoleh rata-rata kelas nilai hasil post test siswa sebesar 64 dari 31 siswa, nilai median sebesar 60,5, nilai minimum data 34 dan nilai maksimum data 84. Hasil analisis uji hipotesis (uji t) didapat thitung sebesar 2,67 dan ttabel sebesar 2,00. Jadi kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang diajar menggunakan model Blended Learning menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom dan siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Kelas yang diajar menggunakan model Blended Learning lebih termotivasi dalam proses pembelajaran dan siswa juga lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan sehingga hasil post test lebih baik dari kelas yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung.Kata kunci: Kuasi Eksperimen, Alat Berat , Hasil Belajar, Dasar-dasar Konstruksi Bangunan.This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes between students taught using the Blended Learning Model using the Google Classroom application with the Direct Learning Model on the basic competencies of presenting the types of heavy equipment in class X DPIB construction work at SMKN 1 Tuban.The research method used is a quasi experimental research design with ?Nonequivalent Control Group Design? that is Posttest-only control group design. The research subjects used were grade X DPIB students of SMK Negeri 1 Tuban in the 2018/2019 school year. The instrument for collecting data uses a test. Data analysis in this study is an analysis of student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes in this study were obtained from students cognitive values. Cognitive value is taken from the results of student tests given at the end of learning activities. Based on the results of research on the results of the post test scores of students who were taught using the Direct Learning Model in class X DPIB 1 obtained an average grade of student test results of 55 of 31 students, a median value of 55.5, a minimum value of data 38 and a maximum value data 70 while student learning outcomes taught using the Blended Learning Model using the Google Classroom application in class X DPIB 2 obtained an average grade of 64 students from 31 post-test results, a median score of 60.5, a minimum score of 34 data and grades maximum data 84. The results of the analysis of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained tcount of 2.67 and ttable of 2.00. So in conclusion there are differences in learning outcomes between classes taught using the Blended Learning model using the Google Classroom application and students who are taught with a direct learning model. Classes taught using the Blended Learning model are more motivated in the learning process and students also more easily understand the material presented so that the results of the post test are better than the classes taught using the direct learning model.Keywords: Quasi Experiment, Heavy Equipment, Learning Outcomes, Building Construction Basics.
