Abstract

This article describes the development of the integration of religion and science in Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia. The focus of this discussion is the integrated religion and science curriculum at special pesantren (Islamic boarding school) for university students. The aim is to find the implementation of the model of the integrative curriculum of religion and science at special pesantren for university students (hereafter referred to as PESMA). This study uses the constant comparative method. This article concludes that the integrative curriculum of PESMA of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is currently a new model in Indonesia. The model of THE integrative curriculum of PESMA of UIN (State Islamic University) is different than that of other PESMA in Indonesia. The development of the curriculum was triggered by the conversion of IAIN (State Islamic Institute) to UIN, and the development of general study programs at the university. This factor can complement the model of the integrative curriculum at Islamic higher education institutions and become an integration laboratory in Indonesia, according to Azyumardi Azra, Amin Abdullah, and Salahuddin Wahid.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDelapan standarisasi nasional pendidikan (SNP) telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dengan kriteria dan indikator masing-masing standar, namun peningkatan kualitas sekolah dan madrasah masih mengalami banyak kendala. Salah satu penyebabnya diduga karena kurang adanya peran lembaga penjaminan mutu (LPM) sekolah dan madrasah dalam meningkatkan skor akreditasinya dan rendahnya komitmen untuk memenuhi standar. Hal ini senada dengan fakta bahwa para guru kurang komitmen dalam memenuhi dokumen akreditasi sekolah dan hal tersebut juga menjadi salah satu faktor menurunnya perolehan skor akreditasinya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peran LPM dalam memfasilitasi proses peningkatan skor akreditasi madrasah. Penelitian ini bersifat evaluative dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa proses penyiapan akreditasi dilakukan secara sistemik dan sistematis dengan mengikuti regulasi dan mekanisme yang telah ditetapkan oleh unit peningkatan dan penjaminan mutu MAN 2 Kota Malang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang terlibat dalam tim akreditasi madrasah. Tulisan ini memberikan saran agar setiap madrasah dapat memaksimalkan peran LPM internal dalam menciptakan atmosfir akademik dan administratif.

In thisresearch, a normal concrete brick consist of cement, san, and water which given variation ofcarbide waste ranging from 10%, 20%, and 30%, afterwards a replacement of sand by bottomash is made with a given variation of carbide waste 10%, 20%, and 30%. Result of the researchthat applying sand as subtle aggregate and waste of carbide as additional material for cementgets the best result on the variation of carbide waste 30% with strength of compression 69,10MPa and 3,58% absorption capacity, it is better rather than normal concrete brick on the variationof carbide waste 0% with compressive strength of 48,74 MPa and 5,49 absorption capacity.After wards, by doing replacement of sand with bottom ash as subtle aggregate and addedwaste carbideas its variations is obtained the best results in the variation of carbide waste 30%with compressive strength 52,37 MPa and 6,92 of absorption capacity better rather than 0% ofvariation carbide waste with strength of compession 19,64 MPa and 12,01 of absorption capacity.Keyword: Concrete Brick, bottom ash, waste carbide.

Abstract

Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang as Educational institute of teacher training has participatedin educating the students to be a professional teachers atelementary, junior and senior high schools. One of the way to realize it is through conducting teaching practicum in micro-teaching atcampus and integrated teaching practicum program at madrasah and schools.This research isto know how was the guidance teachers and principals of madrasahs and schools towards the competences of students in conducting integrated teaching practicum program at madrasah and schools. It used survey design because it was inflenced by the development of socials and eduational policy.The results of this research showed that the evaluation of guidance teachers and principals of madrasahs and schoolstowards the competences of the students in conducting integrated teaching practicum program at madrasah and schools was good.Keywords: profesional, personal, dan social competence.

Abstract

One of the principal’s responsibility as an instructional supervition toward the teachers at Islamic Secondary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) is to improve teacher’s competencies in implementing thematic-scientifi approach in teaching learning process. Supervisor must held supervition well.Generally the principals of Madrasah as supervisor had not implemented the principles of supervitin yet in implementing an instructional supervition. Beside that he/she didnot also used persuasive approach. Therefore toimprove the quality of persuasive, the supervisor should to understand about multiple intellegences dan belong to hight Emotional Intelligence becouse the activities of supervition were related to the oportunity of the teachers and students to develop the interest, talent and social interaction beetwen supervisor and teachers of islamic secondary school. This article is to describe about the principal instructional supervition of islamic secondary school (ISS) in implementing the curriculum 2013 with using multiple intellegences and emotional intelligence at ISS. ThePrincipal of Islamic Secondary School who had understood the multiple intellegences well and belong to the hight emotional Intelligence more success in implementing instructional supervition and be able to develop the interpersonal, intrapersonal intellegences and can also develop selfmotivation and the teachers of ISS to implement thematic-scientifi approach well.Key Word: Thematic, saintifi, multiple intellegences, Emotional Intelligence, Instructional supervition.

Abstract

The in cease in science and technology department in the Islamic higher education (IHE) is one of the impact of criterion of a success madrasah and school which evaluated and measured with the achievement  of  score  on  the  lessons  of  National  Examination (NE) and the motivation of the student to choose the science and technology  department  that  relevant  to  field of  work.  This  will impact negative in the future if the curriculum of program in the science and technology department in the Islamic higher education is not developed based on the historical foundation and body of knowledge of IHE. One of the curriculum model is an integrated curriculum model that implemented through integrated learning model.

Abstract

Religious moderation has become a new trend upon conflict and intolerance resolution among religious communities, especially in Indonesian universities. This paper aims to explain the process of implementing religious moderation to enhance appropriate socio-religious attitudes and religious tolerance at Universitas Merdeka Malang. It is a case study with an in-depth interview followed by observation and documentation study. This study finds that the implementation of religious moderation is carried out in 3 stages, namely (1) coordination meetings of lecturers in the religious study forum (RSA) to discuss lecture material, (2) Preparation of RPS or Rencana Pembelajaran Semester or syllabus by including religious moderation material, (3) applying religious moderation through (a) religious education lecture, citizenship education, and religious enrichment. (b) off-campus classroom through (i) students’ religious activity units (SAU), including Jubilee SAU (Christian), Loyola SAU (Catholic), Alhuda SAU (Islamic) and Dharma WTC SAU (Hindu). Non-Muslim religious activities can be carried out at the mosque since this is the center of worship building on campus, (ii) activating a student’ council Instagram account for broadcasting information about religious moderation, and the existence of local cultures to represent national commitment and accommodative attitudes towards local cultures.

Abstract

The intellectual contribution of al-Zarnuji has significantly impacted the field of Islamic education. However, certain elements of society perceive his ideas as potential hindrances to contemporary progress. This article attempted to comprehensively reinterpret al-Zarnuji's beliefs through the lens of Islamic epistemology to promote constructive discourse between al-Zarnuji’s intellectual heritage and the dynamics of the modern era. It used a qualitative approach and a literature review method, with the book Ta’lim al-Muta’allim as the primary source. Through an examination of topics related to the diversity of knowledge and its legal dimensions, the intentions underlying the act of learning, and the reverence for knowledge and scholars, this article presents findings that elucidate al-Zarnuji's advocacy of two distinct epistemological paradigms: Bayani and Irfani. Among these paradigms, it is evident that Irfani's epistemology is more dominant than Bayani's. Irfani's reasoning significantly contributes to cultivating moral and spiritual aspects in learners. However, this thinking must not exert excessive hegemony over Islamic education. The most prudent course is maintaining a harmonious equilibrium among the three epistemologies–Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani–to ensure that Islamic education continues to progress.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan sepak sila pada permainan sepak takraw. Pendekatan penelitian pengembangan model latihan sepak sila pada permainan sepak takraw ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari Sugiyono. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah klub sepak takraw tanah abang jakarta pusat dengan jumlah 10 atlet pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan klub sepak takraw cendrawasih jakarta barat dengan subjek 30 atlet pada uji coba kelompok besar. Pada penelitian ini peneliti bekerja sama dengan tiga ahli dalam bidang olahraga sepak takraw sebagai expert judgment. Uji validitas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli, dimana model latihan yang telah dibuat dan diuji cobakan kemudian dikonsultasikan dan dinilai oleh para ahli dalam bidang olahraga sepak takraw Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan variasi model latihan sepak sila agar pemain tidak merasa bosan melewati latihan sepak sila dan agar tercapai teknik dasar yang maksimal. Model latihan ini juga bertujuan untuk dapat dijadikan bahan referensi bagi para pelatih dalam membuat model latihan sepak sila sesuai dengan kemampuan atlet yang dimiliki. Melalui uji validitas yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli, menghasilkan produk pengembangan model latihan sepak sila pada permainan sepak takraw sebanyak 24 model latihan yang sesuai dengan teori latihan dasar sepak sila.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui profil kondisi Fisik atlet Pencak Silat DKI Jakarta dalam persiapan Menuju PON 2021 di Papua. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam mendapatkan data penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil olah data di temukan untuk Katagori atlet Putera sebesar 89,55 % dan untuk Katagori Puteri sebesar 88,60 %, Dengan demikian untuk kondisi Fisik Atlet Pencak Silat DKI Jakarta dalam Keadaan Baik dan siap untuK Mengikuti Perandingan di PON XX Papua 2021. Kata Kunci: Profil, Kondisi Fisik, Covid 19 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the physical condition profile of DKI Jakarta Pencak Silat athletes in preparation for the 2021 PON in Papua. The method that will be used in obtaining this research data is to use a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, documentation studies and literature studies.From the results of the processing data found for the Putera athlete category of 89.55% and for the Puteri Category of 88.60%, thus for the Physical Condition of DKI Jakarta Pencak Silat Athletes in Good Condition and ready to Participate in the Role at PON XX Papua 2021.
