Kepatuhan (adherence) adalah minum obat sesuai dosis, tidak pernah lupa, tepat waktu, dan tidak pernah putus. Kepatuhan dalam meminum Antiretroviral merupakan faktor terpenting dalam menekan jumlah virus HIV dalam tubuh manusia.Kepatuhan minum obat ARV <80% merupakan suatu prediktor bagi kegagalan pengobatan HIV. WHO merekomendasikan dolutegravir sebagai terapi yang lebih dianjurkan sebagai terapi lini pertama ataupun terapi lini kedua pada pasien HIV yang sebelumnya gagal dengan pengobatan regimen tanpa dolutegravir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan evaluasi kepatuhan pasien pengguna terapi Kombinasi Dosis Tetap (KDT) TLD di salah satu puskesmas di Kota Bandung serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan. Hal ini untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi KDT TLD bagi pasien HIV positif di puskesmas. Jenis Penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan pendekatan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder berupa catatan rekam medis, data Sistem Informasi HIV AIDS (SIHA) Kemenkes serta laporan pill count penggunaan obat. Dari 161 orang populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, sebanyak 143 orang (88,82%) pasien yang menggunakan terapi KDT TLD patuh dan 18 orang (11,18%) tidak patuh terhadap pengobatan ARV KDT TLD yang sedang dijalaninya. Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan KLD TLD dengan uji chi square dan stepwise menunjukan bahwa jenis kelamin dengan p-value = 0,000 mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pasien, begitupun dengan usia p-value= 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin dan usia pasien mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pasien penerima terapi KDT TLD.

The beauty industry in Indonesia is rapidly evolving, necessitating effective marketing strategies to comprehend consumer behavior and influence purchase decisions. This study evaluates the impact of product, price, place, and promotion marketing strategies on the purchasing decisions of Skintific brand facial skincare among consumers aged 25 to 55 years. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected via an online questionnaire with a sample of 150 respondents, and the analysis included validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing using CB SEM. The study found that all marketing strategies positively affect purchase decisions, with product and price being the most influential factors; specifically, product offerings emphasizing quality and variety, combined with competitive pricing, significantly enhance consumer trust and loyalty. These findings underline the importance of adapting marketing strategies to meet consumer expectations in a competitive market, suggesting that skincare brands focus on enhancing product quality and transparency while leveraging effective pricing strategies and distribution channels to optimize consumer engagement and purchase decisions.

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal pertumbuhan pada anak-anak yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis, Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stunting, termasuk gizi yang tidak mencukupi dan pola makan yang tidak seimbang. Dampak dari stunting sangat serius, termasuk pertumbuhan fisik yang terhambat, keterlambatan dalam perkembangan kognitif, serta peningkatan risiko masalah kesehatan. Maka sangat penting untuk memberikan perhatian khusus pada gizi anak. Gorontalo salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang memiliki produksi jagung yang cukup besar termasuk diantaranya adalah Desa Botumoito. Jagung mengandung karbohidrat dan zat gizi lainnya yang dapat mendukung fungsi tubuh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan potensi lokal sebagai solusi pencegahan stunting, sekaligus memberikan keterampilan dalam mengolah menjadi bubur Jagung. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), terdiri dari sosialisasi, demonstrasi pembuatan bubur jagung dan pembagian leaflet, sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat Desa Botumoito khususnya ibu hamil dan menyusui serta ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita. Seluruh rangkaian kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak-anak di Desa Botumoito.

The importance of vocabulary education in second and foreign language learning cannot be overstated. Teachers face a complex problem in teaching vocabulary because the English language contains hundreds of thousands of words, making it difficult to determine what to teach first. During their first semester at IAIN Ponorogo, students are exposed to English terminology by using a textbook required for English classes. The research aims to answer the following questions. They are 1) what are the coursebook's token types and sizes? (2) how many tokens, types, and word families are introduced in the coursebook? (3) what are the coursebook's vocabulary demands? (3) what vocabulary learning opportunities are offered in the coursebook? This study employed a corpus-based approach, and the analysis was carried out using RANGE, computer software. According to the findings, language learners who followed the coursebook were exposed to about 1,164-word families. Language learners need more vocabulary exposure from other sources to supplement the Nation's recommendation of focusing on the 2,000 most commonly used words.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan karir terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu akan dilakukan analisis terkait peran mediasi komitmen organisasional terhadap pengaruh pertumbuhan karir dan turnover intention. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta di Jabodetabek. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu jenis purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 145 responden. Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil studi mengkonfirmasi bahwa terdapatnya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara career growth dan organizational commitment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career growth adalah elemen yang sangat penting yang memotivasi turnover intention karyawan di sektor swasta di Jabodetabek. Studi ini juga membuktikan secara empiris bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Dental caries or cavities are among the most common dental and oral diseases, especially in children, because children prefer sweet foods or drinks that can cause dental caries. The study aimed to determine the relationship between the type of food, frequency of eating, and dental hygiene with the incidence of dental caries in students. This type of research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population was all students at SDN 09 Paleleh; the sample was 113 students at SDN 09 Paleleh with a total sampling technique—data analysis using Chi-square statistical test. Type of food consumed obtained p-value 0.000 (α ≤ 0.05), frequency of eating food consumed obtained p-value 0.001 (α ≤ 0.05), hygiene habits brushing teeth obtained p-value 0.009 (α ≤ 0.05), hygiene frequency brushing teeth obtained p-value 0.086 (α ≥ 0.05). There is a relationship between the type of food consumed, the frequency of eating food consumed, and the hygiene of tooth brushing habits with the incidence of dental caries in students. There is no relationship between the hygiene of the frequency of brushing teeth and the incidence of dental caries in students. Suggestions for students: It is expected to reduce the consumption of cariogenic foods and increase the frequency and habits in brushing teeth so that teeth and mouth are healthier to avoid caries.

Child marriage refers to the intimate union of a man and women under 19 years of age as a legal family. Gorontalo province is ranked the 15th with child marriage cases, particulary in a women with a percentage 0f 13,20%. The figure is eight times higher than the national standar, which is 10,82% (statistics Indonesia, 2020). Problem statement in this research is how the description of determinant of child marriage in Limboto Subdistrict, Gorontalo District. This research aims at gaining a description of the determinant of child marriage in Limboto Subdistrict, Gorontalo District. This type of research is a descriptive survey with a population of 219 married women aged <19 years and a sample of 142 people using purposive sampling and univariate data analysis. The results show that out of 142 respondents, 95 respondents (66.9%) have a sufficient level of knowledge about child marriage, 86 respondents (60.6%) have positive support for child marriage, 130 respondents (91.5%) have low economic status of their parents. , 84 respondents (59.2%) received an authoritarian parenting style from their parents, 77 respondents (54.2%) had peers who played a significant role in their marriage, most of the father's work was a farmer, 50 respondents (35.2%) ) and the mother's most common type of work was a housewife, 101 respondents (71.1).. It is hoped that parents will be the most comfortable place for children to complain about whatever problems they face, whether at school or in their circle of friends, and that teenagers will be more active in seeking information regarding the impact of child marriage on reproductive health and can sort out their relationships so that they remain in the circle of good social relations. This study examines the relationship between digital transformation, technological readiness, and the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the context of the rapid development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). The main problem addressed is the low level of technological readiness among many Indonesian MSMEs, which slows digital adoption and weakens their ability to compete in a technology-driven market. The research focuses on the MSME landscape in Indonesia and employs a literature-based qualitative approach, analyzing more than 40 recent scientific publications relevant to digital transformation and GenAI. Data were interpreted using content analysis to identify recurring conceptual patterns, variable interactions, and the moderating role of GenAI. The findings indicate that digital transformation and technological readiness are key determinants of MSME competitiveness, primarily through improved efficiency, innovation capacity, and strategic adaptability. Furthermore, GenAI acts as a dual-effect moderator: strengthening the positive influence of digital transformation and technological readiness when strong governance and digital literacy are present, but potentially weakening organizational performance when governance and technological capability are insufficient. The study provides a conceptual foundation for future empirical research and highlights strategic directions for accelerating intelligent technology adoption among MSMEs in the era of generative technologies.

The PDQ-39 questionnaire is a disease-specific instrument used to measure the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in Parkinson's disease patients. HRQoL assessment is one of key parameter for evaluating patient outcomes after receiving pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments. The PDQ-39 questionnaire has been widely used in various countries, including Indonesia. However, no studies about validating and assessing the reliability of the Indonesian version of the PDQ-39 questionnaire have been published. This study aims to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the PDQ-39 questionnaire. A cross-sectional study was conducted using a consecutive sampling technique. The study began with a language adaptation process. Questionnaire validity was assessed using Pearson’s Product-Moment correlation, while reliability was tested using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (>0.6). The questionnaire was administered to 31 outpatients at the Neurology Clinic of RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau Province, and RSAU Dr. M. Salamun Bandung. Validity testing demonstrated that most correlation coefficients (r) between domains were acceptable (0.470–0.892) and statistically significant at p<0.01, except for item number twenty (r=0.345). Reliability testing showed a high overall Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.924. Based on these findings, the Indonesian version of the PDQ-39 questionnaire is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the quality of life in Parkinson's disease patients.

The objectives of this study was conducted to know; physiological factors from the impact of playing video games on reading ability as an early indication of dyslexia, intellectual factors from the impact of playing video games on reading ability as an early indication of dyslexia, environmental factors from the impact of playing video games on reading ability as an early indication of dyslexia, and psychological factors from the impact of playing video games on reading ability as an early indication of dyslexia. This study used qualitative research with descriptive approach. Qualitative research involves the use of data collection techniques such as document analysis, observation, and interviews. Then analyzed using triangulation analysis techniques. The data analysis methodology for this study is based on the 'Reading Ability' model put forward by Lamb and Arnold in 1976. They emphasized that reading ability has four factors, namely physiological factors, intellectual factors, environmental factors, and psychological factors. The result showed that the impact of playing video games can cause a decrease in reading ability, this is due to physiological factors in which students experience problems with their vision. This may indicate early symptoms of dyslexia. The intellectual factor in playing video games has an impact on their intelligence abilities, however, if it is not balanced with the learning process carried out through written media it can cause problems in writing words which results in their understanding of letters interfering with their reading abilities. And if left untreated, this could indicate dyslexia. Environmental factors can have an impact on children playing video games which can lead to children's lack of reading ability which is at risk of being categorized as an early indication of dyslexia. Children's psychological factors resulting from playing games can cause children's motivation and interest in learning to read to decrease, this is because children's emotional stability is disturbed to the point that they can limit themselves in socializing with peer groups.
