Abstract

Cooperatives are a form of non-bank financial institutions that are already operating. One of them is a savings and loan cooperative. Savings and loan cooperative activities that provide credit to members. Borrowing from savings and loan cooperatives is faster and easier in the loan disbursement process compared to borrowing at a bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence bad credit at the Prosperous Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) in the city of Mataram. The data in this study were obtained using non-participant observation methods, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate the factors of bad credit in cooperatives that cause failures or calamities that befall members' businesses, causing cooperative members to lose their business and directly affect ongoing credit payments resulting in bad credit. Of all the problems that exist, this research provides a solution for bad credit, namely by visiting the homes of members who have bad credit so that communication does not break up between the cooperative and members who are experiencing bad credit, if it is due the credit member can pay interest on the loan before paying the loan tree.

Abstract

Testing the Effectiviness of Plant Extracts as Botanical Nematicides to Suppress the Population of Root Knot Nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) on Celery Plants (Apium graveolens L.). Root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) are one of nematodes that attack various types of important agricultural crops. This nematode is found on plant roots and can cause symptoms such as stunting, root knot, and wilting in plants. One effort to control nematodes is to use botanical nematicides. Based on this, research will be carried out to suppress the population of root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) using plant leaf extracts of Marigold (Tagetes spp.), soursop (Annona muricata L.), papaya (Carica papaya L.), neem (Azadirachta indica), and jatropha plant (Jatropha curcas L.). The research methods are: (1) Making plant leaf extracts, (2) Making solution of Meloidogyne spp., (3) Testing the ability of several plant leaf extracts in pots/polybag. The purpose of this study was to determine the plant leaf extracts were able to suppress the population of Meloidogyne spp. The results showed that the nematode population/300 g soil, Tagetes spp. extracts was the best in suppressed the population, 22,2 mesh (75,3%), Jatropha curcas L. 25,4 mesh (71,7%), Carica papaya L. 28,0 mesh (68,8%), Azadirachta indica 31,6 mesh (64,8%), dan Annona muricata L. 34,0 mesh (62,2%). In calculating the nematodes population/1 g of root, it is Tagetes spp. the best extract suppressed the population of root knot nematode, namely 21,2 mesh (69,5%), Jatropha curcas L. 24,0 mesh (65,5%), Carica papaya L 27,4 mesh (60,6%), Azadirachta indica 30,8 mesh (55,7%), dan Annona muricata L. 33,4 mesh (52,0%).

Abstract

Abstract— The difficulty of determining the right keywords to get the right image is the disadvantages of image search methods based on metadata keywords. Current technology developments lead to content-based image retrieval (CBIR). One feature of image content used for image retrieval is the color feature. To improve CBIR performance, this study investigated the comparison between SOM and Fuzzy C-Means segmentation methods. This segmentation method separates the foreground and background of the query image to get better CBIR performance. This study used Wang Dataset image database. Testing is done with test images that have undergone scale, rotation and blurring. The results of the test show that the segmentation method improves the recall value or the true image that has been found, but significantly reduces the precision value or the true image ratios of the overall images found compared without using segmentation method.

Abstract

Remuneration is a work benefit in the form of salary, honorarium, fixed allowances, incentives, bonuses for achievement, severance pay, and / pension funds. Remuneration will eliminate the assumption that there is no positive correlation between performance and income. This means that employees / employees who are performing well will have unequal income. The government has tried to change the payroll system to be better through the remuneration system. Remuneration consists of basic salary plus benefits derived from pure rupiah and other benefits originating from Non-Tax State Revenues. Problem with remuneration is that the validation carried out by the direct supervisor of the employee concerned is still doubtful. Based on this, we need a system that can detect outlier data from civil servant remuneration data and classify the data using data mining techniques. This research aims to classify data on civil servant remuneration using the k-means clustering method with improvisation at the pre-processing stage and determining the optimum number of clusters. Local Outlier Factor method with a MinPts value of 150 can detect the most outlier data with 162 data outliers detected or 22,98%. Number of optimum clusters by the elbow method is 4 clusters with a Silhoutte value of 0,542 and Dunn of 0,040. Keywords — Clustering, K-Means, LOF, Outlier

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image and trust. The simultaneous influence of brand image and brand trust on iPhone product purchases in Mataram City was studied in this study using quantitative methodology. Data collection methods with observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. The sampling used was the accidental sampling technique using certain criteria in sampling with the calculation of the Lemeshow formula totaling 96 respondents. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study obtained in this study were that brand image did not have a partial effect on purchasing decisions with a small t count from the t table, namely 1.759 <1.985 and a significance value greater than 0.05, namely 0.082. Brand trust had a partial effect on purchasing decisions with a t count greater than the t table, namely 6.465> 1.985 and a significance value less than 0.05, namely 0.000. Brand image and brand trust simultaneously influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value greater than the F table, which is 49.219> 3.09 and a significance value smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. The determination coefficient test obtained in this study was 0.504 or 50.4%. This means that brand image and brand trust have a 50.4% influence on purchasing decisions. So it is concluded that brand image has no influence, because there are other factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions, namely brand trust.
