Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for implementing deep learning approaches in non-formal equivalency education and to analyze their pedagogical implications for teaching practices. It addresses the limited use of contextual and holistic learning approaches in equivalency education, which often fail to adequately respond to the diverse learning needs and practical life contexts of learners. A descriptive qualitative method with an exploratory design was employed, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The participants consisted of 20 individuals, including 5 tutors, 3 PKBM administrators, and 12 Paket C learners, selected through purposive sampling. Thematic analysis was applied to examine how the four components of deep learning—graduate profile dimensions, learning principles, learning experiences, and instructional frameworks—were integrated into practice. The findings indicate that deep learning strategies were operationalized through community-based and vocationally oriented projects aligned with learners’ economic realities, fostering entrepreneurial skills, critical thinking, collaboration, and economic self-reliance consistent with the empowerment orientation of Community Learning Centers (PKBM). Tutors employed participatory and andragogical approaches supported by flexible learning environments and digital technologies. The study concludes that deep learning has the potential to transform equivalency education into a more humanistic and empowering process, better preparing learners to address 21st-century challenges. It recommends strengthening tutor capacity, developing contextual materials, and enhancing community partnerships to ensure sustainable implementation.

Abstract

Membangun ketahanan mental adalah sebuah penanaman modal untuk masa depan, membekali generasi muda dengan budi pekerti yang luhur dan kepribadian yang baik serta memiliki kemampuan untuk bertahan dalam keadaan apa pun termasuk penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penyelesaian penyalahgunaan yang ada pada remaja dibutuhkan kerja keras, kerjasama dan, peran dari berbagai pihak terutama orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apa saja yang dilakukan orang tua dalam membentuk ketahanan mental anak untuk mengantisipasi bahaya narkoba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa  Saguling, Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan lima orang tua sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data atau informasi yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan sampai pada penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan peran orang tua sangat berpengaruh dalam membentuk ketahanan mental dan kepribadian anak sehingga anak tidak mudah terjerumus ke dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Abstract

The capacity of village officials to understand village legislative procedures is a key factor in realizing accountable and law-based village governance. However, conditions in Tanjung Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency indicate that village officials' understanding of the village regulation drafting process is still limited, and there are no regulations regarding the management of village tourism potential. This community service activity aims to improve the legislative capacity of village officials through technical assistance in drafting Village Regulations (Perdes). The method used was a participatory approach through field observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), village legal education, and assistance in drafting simple academic papers and Perdes drafts. The activity results indicate an increased understanding of legislative mechanisms among village officials and the development of a draft Village Regulation on Village Tourism Management, which has been submitted to the Tanjung Village Government as one of the main outputs. Furthermore, this activity contributed to the formation of a local legal culture and increased village government participation in the legislative process. This mentoring model can be replicated in other villages as a strategy to strengthen village governance based on regulations and local needs

Abstract

This research is discussing about the contextual purpose of jihad, that is included in QS. Al-Baqarah/2:190 using the Abdullah Saeed’s contextual perspective. The method that is used in this research is maudhû’î research method and contextual Qur’an interpretation approach initiated by Abdullah Saeed. The result that we find out from this research is the purpose of jihad by war that is written in QS. Al-Baqarah/2: 190 is included into “instructional values” from the hierarchy of moral values in accordance with Abdullah Saeed’s application on contextual approach. Jihad by war is a form of jihad that could be adapted based on the situation and condition that is faced by the people, in social, political, and cultural aspects. Jihad by war is also a defensive action that is done to protect the people from enemy’s oppression and is a last option that could be done by Moslem people

Abstract

Sargassum sp.. is an essential source of fucoidan. This work aims to extract fucoidan from Sargassum sp.. using a liquid biphasic system assisted by ultrasonics. It observes the effects of various process parameters on fucoidan yield, determines the optimum extraction conditions, and develops a model for extraction kinetics. In the experiment, 80-mesh Sargassum sp.. powder is ultrasonically treated in a 2-propanol solution. Furthermore, the extract is separated by the addition of a K₂HPO₄ solution, which forms a two-phase system. Following the process, the CaCl2 is introduced to separate the alginate. Afterwards, ethanol is added to the resulting filtrate to precipitate fucoidan. This approach highlights techniques for efficient extraction and separation of fucoidan from Sargassum sp.. The process parametperaturaers included extraction time (10, 15, and 20 minutes), ultrasonic power (60%, 65%, and 70%), and the Sargassum-to-solvent ratio (0.03, 0.04, and 0.05 g/mL). This work confirms that FTIR and HPLC techniques successfully identified fucoidan. The highest yield, 14.1%, was achieved with a Sargassum-to-solvent ratio of 0.04 g/mL, an extraction time of 20 minutes, and an ultrasonic power of 70%. The results indicate that extraction time is a significant factor compared to power and the Sargassum-to-solvent ratio. The diffusion coefficient (Dₑ) of 1.425118 × 10⁻² m²/s suggests relatively rapid diffusion under the applied extraction conditions.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan sumber daya manusia dan hubungan industrial yang harmonis merupakan elemen penting dalam keberhasilan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM), khususnya di lembaga pendidikan. Praktik pemeliharaan SDM yang baik, seperti pemberian kesejahteraan, pengembangan kompetensi, serta perlindungan hak tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, perlu didukung oleh hubungan industrial yang sehat antara manajemen dan tenaga kerja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pemeliharaan dan hubungan industrial sebagai alat pengukuran dampak MSDM di lembaga pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kajian konseptual dengan menelaah literatur ilmiah terkait pemeliharaan SDM, hubungan industrial, dan pengukuran kinerja MSDM. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan SDM dan hubungan industrial dapat dijadikan indikator strategis dalam menilai efektivitas MSDM, karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja tenaga pendidik, serta stabilitas lingkungan kerja. Selain itu, integrasi kedua konsep tersebut dalam kerangka pengukuran dampak MSDM mampu memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai keberhasilan kebijakan dan praktik MSDM di lembaga pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pemeliharaan SDM dan hubungan industrial tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai aspek operasional, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen evaluatif dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi konseptual bagi pengelola lembaga pendidikan dalam mengembangkan sistem pengukuran dampak MSDM yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis hubungan kerja yang harmonis.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menjadi elemen fundamental dalam kehidupan manusia di era digitalisasi dan globalisasi, termasuk dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya di sektor pendidikan. Transformasi digital mengubah cara lembaga pendidikan mengelola tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, mulai dari perencanaan, perekrutan, pengembangan, hingga evaluasi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen SDM, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang muncul akibat perubahan karakteristik generasi kerja dan perkembangan teknologi mutakhir. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap berbagai sumber literatur relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi, seperti e-recruitment dan e-learning, mampu meningkatkan jangkauan rekrutmen, mempercepat proses seleksi, serta mengoptimalkan pembelajaran tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Namun, pengelolaan generasi milenial dan Generasi Z menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri, seperti kebutuhan akan fleksibilitas kerja, tekanan kesehatan mental, serta ketergantungan pada teknologi digital. Selain itu, Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) membawa peluang besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja, tetapi juga menimbulkan risiko pengangguran struktural dan kesenjangan kompetensi. Perubahan pola kerja menuju sistem kerja hibrida, jarak jauh, dan fleksibel menuntut inovasi kebijakan dan strategi manajemen SDM yang adaptif. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi dalam manajemen SDM menjadi keharusan untuk meningkatkan daya saing lembaga sekaligus kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di era digital.

Abstract

In order to meet the problems of religious diversity and foster unity in a multicultural society, this study aims to investigate successful Islamic religious education methodologies. By gathering information from a variety of textual sources, including books, scientific journals, articles, research reports, and other trustworthy sources that are pertinent to the research topic, the research methodology employed is library research. According to the study's findings and conclusions, it's critical to create inclusive curricula and teaching strategies, bolster digital literacy, instill moderate values, work with other educational institutions, incorporate universal values like justice and humanity, and enhance teachers' multicultural competency. Another crucial component of Islamic religious education is sensitivity to gender and equality issues. In a multicultural culture, this strategy can aid in fostering an accepting and tolerant perspective. To put these techniques into practice, it is suggested that support from the government and educational institutions be obtained. The cultivation of multicultural competence and training for Islamic religious education instructors is of utmost importance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of digital literacy among the member of youth organization (commonly called Karang Taruna) of Cicau Hamlet, Gadobangkong Village, Ngamprah Sub-district, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia, focusing on the use of the Internet in the context of community empowerment in the fields of self-development and economy. Case study methodology is employed, with data gathering approaches consisting of in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and observations of fifteen (15) Karang Taruna member informants. The findings of the study indicate that: The youth digital literacy in computer operation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) abilities in the internet area are fairly strong, but there is still opportunity for improvement through enhancing infrastructure for stable internet connections and educating youth about the most recent ICT advances. When it comes to creating digital products in a variety of formats and models, youth have a low degree of digital literacy. This is due in part to a lack of imagination and creative thinking skills among digital content creators. Youth require continual training to increase their digital literacy and ability to create various types of digital material, which will contribute to the expansion of Indonesia’s creative economy sector. Youth digital literacy must be improved in terms of their ability to collaborate in the digital space, and education about collaboration must be conducted in accordance with digital ethics and security so that the youth of the Indonesian nation can collaborate with respect and remain safe from cybercrime. Youth still lack the digital literacy necessary to pick and filter legitimate and hoax-free content. Digital literacy pertaining to the ability to use digital technology for youth economic empowerment is included in the category of lacking because youth are still not literate and digitally proficient in using digital technology to increase income, raise their economic level through business opportunities in the digital space, and use digital wallets for sales transactions. Youth digital literacy in relation to self-development is also still weak and must be focused to add insight into access to information in the digital realm for career development and self-potential. As well as the usage of communities that are favorable to youth growth and self-healing. This study recommends intensive training and assistance for youth in digital content creation, as well as financial literacy education related to capital management and digital-based creative economy business opportunities.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha mengungkapkan kitab-kitab fasalatan yang tersebar luas dan dipelajari oleh umat Islam di Jawa pada abad XX. Abad XX menjadi periode penting, saat mana teknologi cetak digunakan secara masif oleh muslim Indonesia, termasuk Jawa, untuk mencetak dan menerbitkan karya-karya tulis mereka. Salah satu karya yang banyak dicetak adalah kitab fasalatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber primer, seperti fasalatan karya kiai Raden Asnawi (Kudus), Fasalatan Lengkap Sabil al-Najah karya Kiai Ahmad Sakhawi Amin Pekalongan, fasalatan karya Kiai Musyawwir bin Haji Anwar Purworejo, Fasalatan al-Nur al-Mubin fi Adab al-Mushallin karya Kiai Misbah Mustofa Bangilan Tuban, Fasalatan Kiai ‘Alawi Shafwan dan Syiir Fasalatan Kiai Sya’rani bin Haji Shalih Magelang. Berdasarkan analisis historis, terungkap bahwa kitab fasalatan merupakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh kiai-kiai di Jawa dalam membumikan fikih salat sesuai dengan bahasa mereka (bahasa Jawa). Penyesuaian dari bahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa Jawa merupakan bentuk vernakularisasi. Dengan cara ini, akhirnya fasalatan menjadi mudah dipahami dan memainkan peran penting dalam membimbing umat Islam di Jawa dalam melaksanakan ibadah salat yang baik dan benar. Kitab-kitab fasalatan lahir dari ketekunan kiai-kiai yang kental dengan tradisi keilmuan pesantren, sehingga tuntunan salat yang disusun sesuai dengan fikih madzab Syafii, sebagaimana fikih arus utama yang berkembang dan dilestarikan di pesantren-pesantren di Jawa. Kata Kunci: Vernakularisasi; fasalatan; fikih salat; kitab.
