Abstract

Analysis Welfare Level of Fishermen’s Families (Case Studies in the Fishing Group “Tapang Kembar” Sanur Village, South Denpasar District) Sanur is a popular local and international tourist destination with numerous small store and restaurants selling seafood. However, due to visiting limitations imposed during the pandemic, people's purchasing ability for catches and tourist attractions has been limited. This has a negative influence on the livelihoods of people, particularly the "Tapang Kembar" fishing community. This research was to know (1) Fisherman Income (2) The Level of Welfare of Fishermen’s Families (Case Studies in the Fishing Group “Tapang Kembar” Sanur Village, South Denpasar District). This research was carried out in a group of fishermen “tapang kembar” Sanur Village, South Denpasar District, location determination is done intentionally (purposive). The respondents in this study were 35 tradisional fishermen who used fishing rods and nets. For one year, a fisherman's family's income depends on fishing and no fishing revenue. The level of welfare of fishermen family is analyzed by criteria the central agency statistics 2018.The results showed that the income obtained by fishermen for one year was Rp 47.550.941. The income contributions of the fishing industry (on fishing) amount to 96,81% from the income of tradisional fisherman and contributions from businesses outside the fisheries sector is 3,18%. The monthly income of the fisherman's families in Sanur Village's "Tapang Kembar" fishing group is Rp 3.962.578. According to the criteria of the 2018 statistical center agency, there are 28 fishing families with a percentage of 80% belonging to prosperous families and seven fishing families with a percentage of 20% belonging to not prosperous families.

Abstract

Factors That Influence Rubber Production in Namohalu District Esiwa North Nias District. Rubber has good prospects for farmers' livelihoods. Production and productivity of rubber plants do not always increase, sometimes there is a decrease. This research is intended to identify the factors that influence rubber production in Namohalu Esiwa District, North Nias Regency. This research was conducted from September to December 2020. The research respondents were 91 people. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression test, autocorrelation test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and descriptive analysis. The characteristics of rubber farmers show that the percentage of high school education is 32%, the age of the farmer is 51%, and the experience of farming is 32%. The influencing factors include plant age (X1), labor (X4), land area (X6), fertilizer use (X7), which have a significant effect on rubber production. The variables of land ownership (X2), type of plant (X3), number of tapping days (X5) did not have a significant effect on rubber production in Namohalu Esiwa District, North Nias Regency. Cultivation constraints experienced by rubber farmers include technical constraints, economic constraints, and social constraints. Suggestions that can be recommended are expected for rubber farmers to continue to increase rubber production and increase knowledge and skills in rubber farming. What farmers need from the government is to provide assistance programs and capital. For further researchers, they can examine variables that were not found in this study.

Abstract

Lebah Royal Honey Sakah Agrotourism development Strategy Sukawati District Gianyar Regency Lebah Royal Honey Sakah Agrotourism is an agrotourism focused on education about beekeeping and honey. The purpose of the study was to identify the agro-tourism potential of the Lebah Royal Honey Sakah, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency in terms of the 4A concept (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, and Ancillary) and to formulate general strategies, alternative strategies and priority strategies for developing Royal Honey Sakah bee agrotourism, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Methods of data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses key informants determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the SWOT matrix and the QSPM matrix. The results showed that the Royal Honey Sakah bee agrotourism has the potential to be developed in terms of the 4A concept, both attraction in the form of honey, beekeeping, and education about honey. Accessibility in the form of access to the Royal Honey Sakah Bee agro-tourism is good, amenities in the form of facilities such as toilets, parking lots, and rest areas are already available. And Ancillary in the form of collaboration with the Gianyar Regency Environmental Service. Based on the research results, the general strategy for developing Royal Honey Sakah bee agrotourism is a growth strategy (Growth Strategy) and based on a SWOT matrix analysis there are seven alternatives for developing Royal Honey Sakah bee agrotourism. And based on the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix, the selected priority strategy is to maintain the quality of honey as an object and a tourist attraction. So that agrotourism has the potential to be developed and introduced to the general public. The advice given for the Royal Honey Sakah bee agro-tourism development strategy is to develop agrotourism potential and apply the priority strategies that have been obtained.

Abstract

The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Agrotourism Product Attribute on Visiting Intention and Visiting Decision to The Blooms Garden in Tabanan Regency. Electronic word of mouth and agrotourism product attribute are some factors that can influence tourist’s visiting intention and visiting decision. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on visiting intention 2) Analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on visiting decision 3) Analyze the influence of agrotourism product attribute on visiting intention 4) Analyze the influence of agrotourism product attribute on visiting decision 5) Analyze the influence of visit intention on visiting decision. Data collection method used are interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The research instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used are descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study shows that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on visiting intention, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision, agrotourism product attribute has a positive and significant influence on visiting intention, agrotourism product attribute has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision, and visiting intention has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision. The suggestion in this study is that the management of The Blooms Garden should increase the quality of content and information on social media and always maintain the facilities and tourist atrraction to increase visiting intention and tourist’s visiting decision.

Abstract

The Influence of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning Strategies on Purchase Decisions for Brew Me Organic Tea Products Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning are elements of a marketing strategy that are used to help plan the right product marketing for a product. This is what Brew Me has done in formulating its marketing strategy in dealing with the problems it has, namely the decline in sales of Brew Me products in the Horeca segment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study then aims to analyze the effect of segmenting, targeting, and positioning on purchasing decisions using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The sample in this study was 200 respondents who were consumers of Brew Me. The results showed that the segmenting, targeting, and positioning variables had a significant influence on consumer decisions as evidenced by the p-values ??of each variable having a value of 0.000; 0.007; 0.000 with a standard error of 5%. This result means that if the implementation of indicators in the segmenting, targeting, and positioning variables is getting better, it will be able to improve the purchasing decisions of Brew Me consumers as well. The advice that can be given is to maintain the strategy that has been made by Brew Me, then Brew Me also needs to pay attention to the latest trends that are tailored to the product so that Brew Me products are more easily recognized by consumers in the retail, online and e-commerce markets.

Abstract

Product Marketing Development Strategy of PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews) Denpasar, Bali in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 has caused a decline in the sales of PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews), so that this company can increase sales again in the pandemic era, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy. This study aims to formulate general strategies, alternative strategies, strategic priorities and appropriate development programs to be applied to the product marketing process of PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews). The strategy determination process is carried out using the IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrix. Based on the results of the IE matrix analysis, PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews) is in cell I which indicates a strong and potential company, so the most suitable strategy is a growth and development strategy. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained five alternative strategies, namely: a) Maximizing the use of digital marketing b) Making land leased by PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews) as a family tourism area c) Increase marketing by expanding the marketing network d) Maintaining the quality and taste of the product e) Provide various promotions. The strategic priority obtained through QSPM Analysis is to maximize the use of digital marketing. Suggestion for PT. East Indo Fair Trading is this research can be used as a reference for companies to make decisions regarding future marketing strategies and carry out priority strategies that have been obtained through this research.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan nuntuk meningkatkan prestasi belajarBahasa Indonesia Menentukan Gagasan Pokok Paragraf, siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 1Petang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan tes prasiklus yang dilakukan rata-rata nilaiyang diperoleh siswa adalah 70,26 dengan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 52,63%.Sedangkan standar nilai yang ditentukan sekolah untuk mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesiabagi kelas VII adalah 78. Dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar siswa cenderungmendengarkan informasi dari guru dan guru sebagai pusat (teacher centred). Untukmengatasi hal tersebut peneliti berupaya melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan melaluipenerapan metoda belajar Snowboll Throwing. Dengan cara ini diyakini dapatmeningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 1Petang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Petang pada kelas VII B tahun pelajaran2015/2016 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 38 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalamdua siklus, tiap siklus dalam penelitian meliputi empat langkah, yaitu (1) perencanaan(planning), (2) pelaksanaan (acting), (3) observasi (observing), (4) refleksi (reflecting).Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah selama proses pembelajaran dan dilakukannyarefleksi ternyata adanya peningkatan pencapaian. Hasil belajar pada siklus I nilai rata-rata78,42, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,31. Siswa yang tuntas pada siklus Isebanyak 28 orang atau 73,68%, pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 38orang atau 100%.Berdasarkan data penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa denganmenerapkan metode Snowboll Throwing pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapatmeningkatkan prestasi belajar mata poelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VII BSMP Negeri 1 Petang secara signifikan

Abstract

The village of Tulorantea is one of the villages where the community is engaged in tilapia fish farming. The tilapia fingerlings used are generally imported from other regions at a relatively high cost ( Rp. 1000/individual with a size of 3-5 cm), and they are often ordered in large quantities. This situation poses a threat to the sustainability of small-scale tilapia farming. In addition, the profits obtained by fish farmers at the end of the cultivation period are relatively low. One of the efforts to address this issue is the use of self-produced fingerlings. This can be achieved successfully if the breeding process of tilapia is well understood by the farmers. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide farmers with an understanding of the proper methods for tilapia breeding to produce self-produced fingerlings and strategies for marketing quality fishery products. This activity is conducted in the form of counseling, with participants from the village government and fish farmers. Two weeks after the counseling, 100 potential breeders (25 males and 75 females) and net cages for acclimatizing the potential breeders are handed over to the fish farmers. The results of the activity show that the fish farmers are very enthusiastic about participating in the program and becoming involved in tilapia breeding to produce self-produced fingerlings to support their farming activities. In conclusion, problem-based counseling activities aimed at addressing the challenges faced by fish farmers have increased the enthusiasm of fish farmers in their efforts to achieve optimal production.

Abstract

Perdagangan internasional sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, jika suatu negara lebih banyak melakukan ekspor dibandingkan dengan impor maka pendapatan nasional negara tersebut akan naik sehingga berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Indonesia memiliki beraga produk yang diperdagangkan di pasar internasional, salah satunya adalah kakao yang dihasilkan oleh Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing ekspor kakao Provinsi Bali di pasar internasional beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor komoditas kakao Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan adalah data tahunan nilai ekspor kakao Provinsi Bali yang berada dalam kurun waktu 12 tahun mulai dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka yang berupa jurnal, buku catatan yang ada di instansi terkait (Disperindag Provinsi Bali). Berdasarkan analisis data, didapatkan bahwa ekspor kakao Provinsi Bali pada rentang tahun 2010 – 2021 belum memiliki keunggulan komparatif yang ditunjukan dari nilai analisis RCA sebesar 0,54. Sedangkan jika dilihat keunggulan kompetitifnya berdasarkan nilai analisis EPD, ditemukan bahwa secara rerata komoditas kakao Provinsi Bali berada pada posisi falling star yang artinya memiliki keunggulan kompetitif tetapi daya saing rendah. Adapun nilai ekspor komoditas kakao Provinsi Bali secara signifikan diperngaruhi oleh jumlah produksi kakao, kurs mata uang USD, dan inflasi. Sedangkan harga internasional kakao belum berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor komoditas kakao Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

Tofu is a popular and nutritionally balanced food, widely favored as a side dish among people. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the demand for tofu in Pamona Selatan Sub District of Poso District, focusing on the influence of tofu price, tempeh price, consumer income, the number of dependents in the consumer's family, and the age of the consumer. The analysis revealed that, among the five variables examined, namely tofu price, tempeh price, consumer income, number of family dependents, and consumer age, only tofu price, the number of family dependents, and consumer age had a significant effect on the demand for tofu in Pamona Selatan sub-district, Poso Regency. On the other hand, the price of tempeh and consumer income did not show any significant effect on the demand for tofu in this region. The R2 calculation indicated that approximately 69.1% of the variation in tofu demand in South Pamona District, Poso Regency, can be explained by the variables such as tofu price, tempeh price, the number of dependents in the consumer's family, and the age of the consumer. The remaining percentage is attributed to other variables that were not considered in this study.
