Abstract

Pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital terbukti mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi dengan lebih variative. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar melalui workshop pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN Budugsidorejo, Jombang, dengan melibatkan 35 siswa kelas IV sampai VI. Materi workshop meliputi pengertian dan manfaat literasi digital, etika bermedia digital, penggunaan gadget secara bijak, serta cara menjaga keamanan digital. Sebagai luaran utama, program ini memperkenalkan aplikasi pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris “SiDino” yang dikembangkan oleh tim KKN. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang literasi digital serta motivasi untuk menggunakan teknologi secara produktif dalam pembelajaran. Program ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar serta menghadirkan media pembelajaran berkelanjutan di sekolah.

Abstract

The main challenge faced in Geography learning is memory decline, especially regarding spatial concepts that are often complex and abstract. The Forgetting Curve cognitive theory explains that human memory tends to decline over time if there is no organized repetition. This study aims to create an adaptive learning model based on the Forgetting Curve to improve student retention of spatial concepts in Geography. The method used in this study was a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 35 11th-grade students at MA Nurul Ittihad. Research data were obtained through test instruments to measure spatial knowledge retention, questionnaires about student perceptions, and observation sheets to assess the implementation of the model. The results of the study indicate that the adaptive learning model based on The Forgetting Curve has a very high feasibility level with an expert validation score of 87.9%. The model has also been proven to be practical, as demonstrated by an implementation success rate of 91.4% and student engagement of 86.2%. Cohen's d value of 3.80 indicates the model's high effectiveness in improving learning outcomes. The model is also effective in improving students' spatial concept retention, as reflected in the increase in pretest scores (61.04) to 77.75 (posttest), and remains high (73.91) on the delayed test. These findings confirm that implementing adaptive learning based on The Forgetting Curve can strengthen students' long-term retention of spatial concepts in Geography learning.

Abstract

Proses pengupasan overburden bergantung pada kinerja alat gali muat untuk mencapai target produksi. Namun, kendala operasional dan penggunaan alat berat yang tidak optimal menjadi penghambat efisiensi produksi. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) menilai ketersediaan, efisiensi performa, dan tingkat kualitas peralatan, serta memberikan dasar untuk perencanaan pemeliharaan dan peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi produktivitas alat gali muat guna memaksimalkan waktu kerja alat pada proses pengupasan overburden di PT. Berkah Bakti Guna. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yang dapat mengukur berbagai jenis kehilangan dan mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan. Selain itu, metode fishbone digunakan untuk menganalisis sebab-akibat yang menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam produksi pengupasan overburden. Selanjutnya, upaya perbaikan dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode 5W+1H untuk mengatasi kehilangan waktu yang terjadi. Setelah dilakukan analisis dan perbaikan pada proses pengupasan overburden di PT. Berkah Bakti Guna, diperoleh hasil bahwa produktivitas alat gali muat Excavator Caterpillar 320 GX dan Excavator Kobelco SK 200 pada bulan Mei 2024 mencapai 27.059,44 bcm. Angka ini menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas sebesar 82% dibandingkan dengan nilai sebelumnya yang hanya 14.858,14 bcm. Meskipun demikian, nilai OEE alat gali muat setelah perbaikan tercatat sebesar 43% dan 42%, yang masih lebih rendah dari standar kelas dunia yang mengharuskan nilai OEE ≥ 85%.

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is an essential ability that must be possessed by education program students as prospective teachers. Field observations indicate that not all students optimally utilize school observation activities, and there are differences in students’ learning motivation during lectures. This condition is suspected to affect the development of students’ pedagogical competence. This study aims to examine the relationship between the intensity of school observations and learning motivation with students’ pedagogical competence. A quantitative approach was applied using a correlational method. The study involved 43 students as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 36 items covering three research variables: school observation intensity, learning motivation, and students’ pedagogical competence. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics through a series of tests including validity, reliability, normality, correlation, and multiple regression analyses. The study found a positive relationship between school observation intensity and students’ pedagogical competence, as well as a positive association between learning motivation and pedagogical competence. Regression analysis indicated that school observation intensity and learning motivation collectively contributed to students’ pedagogical competence, with a coefficient of determination of 0.547 or 54.7%. These findings suggest that school observation intensity and learning motivation play a significant role in enhancing pedagogical competence among prospective teachers.

Abstract

This comprehensive community service program was designed to address the multidimensional challenges faced by farmers and micro-enterprise actors in Bayasari Village, Ciamis Regency, with main focus on digital marketing limitations and financial literacy gaps. Through a participatory action research approach, the program implemented a series of integrated interventions covering six development sectors simultaneously: education, health, economy, environment, institutional development, and disaster mitigation. Methodologies consistently applied throughout the program included participatory rural appraisal for problem mapping, focused group discussions for solution formulation, hands-on practical training for capacity building, and continuous mentoring to ensure knowledge adoption. The achieved results showed significant success with improved digital capacity among 32 core participants, where 85% successfully mastered online platform management independently. In addition to the main economic outcomes, the program also successfully generated positive impacts in supporting sectors, including increased health awareness among elderly groups, strengthened environmental education in elementary education institutions, and enhanced institutional capacity through the development of an integrated village profile website. The successful implementation of this program empirically proves the importance of holistic and multi-sectoral approaches in building rural community resilience, while affirming the strategic value of multi-party collaboration between academics, village government, and communities in creating sustainable socio-economic transformation.
